Work order was completed in a couple of hours. Whenever I have a request/s, if they cant get to me that same day, Im informed when the work will be completed. Always courteous and polite!

I been living in this apartment for 3 years now and I love this place. The maintenance teams are always on top of everything. Ms Vie and Norma always make sure the jobs get done.

In any place there inevitable maintenance requests, but it’s never overlooked when it comes to Wellesley. It’s the promptness that sets the bar. The education and professional is great as well. Much appreciated!

Overall, the community is safe and friendly. I would love to see us become an actual gated community with working gates in the front and walls securing the sides. I would also like to see appliances updated for tenured tenants. The office personnel and maintenance team are very helpful and always on time.

Great community based neighborhood.Plenty of barbecue stations large pool and fitness center. Very quiet and clean I know I do security from 8-4am next to Lowe’s and close to Publix

Everyone in the office is doing a good job,they are friendly and really helpful for the community.This community is very clean and quiet.They team are really working hard to make this community is one of the wonderful place in Orlando.Especially Robyn because I always stop him on his way to fix something for me.

People there took time to explain details of the lease. That was so comforting.They treated me with respect.

Good neighborhood, convenient area, friendly neighbors, some petty crime but overall safe. Vee was amazing and very professional in the front office. My kids enjoyed the amenities like the pool and playground. The apartments are small, the appliances are outdated and old. I suggest they be updated. The price is affordable. They have a good program for home ownership, just be sure to read the lease agreement carefully and follow up on it.

I Loved it here the staff is absolutely mind blowing how well they treat their residents! i lived here for 2 years. V and Norma always kept up with knowing each resident by name and also greeted with a smile wiling to help out and answer any questions the landscape there stayed kept up i wouldnt have left this property if i wasnt leaving Florida. i will highly recommend this place to anyone its located right near the 408 so it makes it easy to commute and a lot of local restaurants and grocery stores near by!

I am a resident here at Wellesley! And I have to say I am pleased! I feel safe and comfortable living here.Maintenance are pretty timely and there are NO bugs in my apartment! My lease is almost up and I NEED a bigger place :( Not sure what Im going to do...but i highly recommend them!-Gen

Ive lived here for 5 yrs and loved it. The schools are great, the office staff and maintenance are very professional and assist in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are very neighborly.

Its a very quiet neighborhood with lots of activities for its residents and i love the trees in the back of the community were we have bbqs for the kids birthdays.

Car was stolen from parking lot. When I notified the staff and asked if there were any cameras they said yes but the only one that wasnt recording was the entrance/exit... gates worked about 15 days total out of the year and a half I lived there. 3 months after my car was stolen, my second vehicle was broken into. Broke my lease early and got the hell outta dodge! Like others said you get what you pay for.

Everyone is really nice, the rent is affordable for a lot of room, and its in a really nice quiet area.

I lived here for less than a month when four guys kicked in my door at 12 noon and robbed me while I was in the apartment. Residents called the front to tell them I was being robbed and for them to close the gate and guess what! They were put on hold! Unbelievable! Not one call to 911 came from the office! These guys had guns and I had two little children at the time! Later on, one of the leasing consultant started a rumor that I had the robbery set up! I later found out she was cheating with my kids father so it made sense why she told such a mean lie. I moved out and broke my lease. Now that I work as a assistant property manager I look back at these as the worse customer service ever ! To top it, stolen cars get dumped here, most cars with rims get put on blocks and stolen tires, people hang out all hours of the night and the staff is low class with no customer service skills what so ever.

I dont know where these reviews are coming from probably staff but believe me if you move here your going to encounter a lot of roaches from other people apartments the area is not safe they try an hire an off duty officer but hes hardly there I recently left a couple of months ago because one night I was sleeping and I heard a loud bang outside not knowing what is was until I was going to work that morning and seen a couple of shell casings on the steps I brought it to managements attention (yasinia) and they brushed it off like it was an everyday thing. car break ins are the norm over there thats why they need the off duty cops at night. They close the front gates sometimes and when they do its impossible to get in because there always changing the codes so it leaves a long line of people trying to get in especially at 5 when everyone is coming from work and good luck when you do get in because its sometimes impossible to find a parking spot they dont enforce any parking rules so pretty much ppl who doesnt even live there are parked at your building leaving you to walk a good distance back home. prices maybe cheap but you get what you pay for be careful
