Nice apartments but they charge extra for Everything like parking, washer and dryer etc. you cant have your own tv or internet provider and if you have a plant outside your door they give you a penalty

When I first moved in, management was very professional and had made the process seamless. I have been living here with my girlfriend for a little over a year and absolutely love it! Everything is within 5 minutes and plenty of variety. We were either the second or third tenants in our apartment and it looked brand new! Management is nice, professional and attentive, even though its been harder with COVID, they have been very responsive via email and on the phone! In all honesty, the worst thing here would be how busy the trash compactor is, although it only lasts for typically a day before getting cleaned up. Over-all I am glad I moved here!

I was first tenant in my apartment moved here from Ohio don’t have any complaints from the process they did a great job with that. I will agree with others on parking fee is much being you live there, and the way they tow vehicles left n right is not good. But over all I felt safe with my two children and apartments are beautiful. Best way to contact them is email!! To bad they go up on rent every year and you must sign a new lease every year I didn’t want to do that so I moved back to OhioGet a pool n free parking I Miss Orlando

U HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING!!!? In your own apartment complex. U have to use their cable wifi service 90$ &up. No POOL! The office is only open maybe 3days of week! And hard to get a hold of ! Whats GOING ON???!! THIS IS FROM 7 DIFFERENT TENANTS Whom Desire THINGS CHANGE! And i wonder how many others...YOU SHOULD HAVE A SURVEY OF SERVICES TO SEE WHAT YOU CAN MAKE BETTER. 😀GET THOSE REVIEWS UP

The Affordable Apartments were small, but seem very comfortable to stay in.

Really like this place from the office to the maintenance. I had a problem with my ac maintenance fixed it right away. The office staff are wonderful. I will recommend this place to any one i know.

This New Complex Called Westwood Park is Scammer and They don’t Refund my Deposit for Security....Be ware of this Complex

Do not even apply- I filled out a application and paid a holding fee as both had to be paid to apply for the waiting list. I was told the holding fee would go towards my deposit/first months rent once my application was approved. The holding fee reserved my spot on the waiting list. I applied and paid both fees, only to be denied. There was an issue with my application, which I attempted to fix once aware, but after denying my application again without consideration of the circumstances they kept the holding fee as well and would not refund me. I contacted the leasing office and corporate and after a run around via email was instead told to re-apply and repay in 90 days. I feel scammed and taken advantage of because I assumed I would be refunded the holding fee if my application was denied. Especially since I was sent a deposit deposition form for violating my lease agreement - I never stepped foot on property after filling out my application. Do even apply because the holding fee/deposit is dishonest.

Whoever gave this place a 5 star is ether because they work there or it was paid, this place SUCKS .... there is barely guess parking, so dont even think on inviting people over because they wont find an empty parking spot, (THEY HAVE DOZENS OF EMPTY SPOTS AVALIABLE) but you are not allow to park there becasue they have them all block with poles, and if you happen to park your car in the guess parking and your are a resident expect it to be toll, not even a warning the first time, everything about this place sucks. the office is ALWAYS, ALWAYS close, they NEVER answer the phone, if you lease with them and have kids over 18 be ready to provide them with ridiculous amount of documentation, starting with certified letters of whoever pays your kids phone bills, notified letters of who give your kids money, prove of any type of incomes your kids receive, you need an additional parking pass? expect them to ask you for every single member of your family that is over 18 to go with you to the office to get the pass, but make sure if you really need an additional pass to make an appoimnet at least 2 months before so you can gather all the info they request, is just riducolous. need a washer and dryer in your unit? u have to sign up for their fabolus package for only $209 you get washer, dryer and cable . honestly save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

My sister received a bad check from westwood apartment for her deposit. This place is a scam.

To much money they want you to dish out you have to pay for parking and they didnt mention it until I sign the lease and parking washer etc is suppose to an option. Then there making people move in early so that they can collect 400 extra dollars no pool small rooms just not happy and u cant even contact corporate because they dont even pick up so people please dont not rent from concord rents do not and I repeat do not rent from these people

Horrible ! From the office not being open, to how unprofessional the staff is, kids making noise all day outside, Trash over flowing, no parking for our guest they have so many available spots they want you to pay $50 each month for . Nice apartments though, maintenance is nice and speedy with any issues .

Well, Ive been here for 2 years and I love the place, very clean and quiet, thats what matters. The people who work in the office are very professional and their Director strives to keep this site safe and clean, ensuring that people follow the rules of the community. I think it is an excellent team! Since you keep order, I give this place 10 stars, I recommend it!

I love this place .... comfortable payment compared to other complex .... it includes a washing machine, dryer, water,,,,,, brings a fridge, stove .... everything inside the apartment is very safe. ... I read in a previous comment that says you have to pay for parking ... negative .... it includes parking ... but if you want an extra one, you must pay for it ... the only thing is that you dont has a pool. The location, spectacular and beautiful atmosphere!

I do not like it, lack of cleaning management exaggerated for removing waste and little compliance, dirty stairs, yellow lights that make it difficult to see at night, lakes dry up and do not fill them, I heard from an employee who gave orders to kill squirrels! That they take care of killing cockroaches, those yes, the company that disinfects uses products without efficacy! I do not recommend it
