I have been freaking out because finding a unit ANYWHERE is near impossible. I called and they were friendly and assured me there was a 2 bedroom available for my time frame and that was a blessing because all the other apartments have a waitlist that is anywhere from 6-12 months and I need to move in before Sept. I have just finished the application a few days and emailing the rest of the paperwork to them tomorrow for them to finish and it has been the easiest process that I could ask for. The staff is friendly and always answers the phone. I cannot wait to be a part of this community! I JUST WANT TO THANK EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE!------------------------------------I just want to add that October 1st I sign the lease! Thank you Falcon Trace so much!

The maintenance staff here, at Falcon Trace is always very professional.I have resided here going on 4 years, and every request I have made has always been fulfilled in a timely fashion. The staff is very clean and follow safety and covid protocol. Every member of the team at Falcon Trace is polite, respectable and friendly.

Its a great community, very quiet area. The rental prices are affordable. There are a lot of places to dinner, shop, entertainment, near from here. I recommend it.

I really like the maintenance team. There good people I never had a problem with them when they come into my home.On Jan the heater broke and if it wasn’t for the maintenance guy we probably would of lost so many items because of the flooding.He was the one that woke us up they were call by a neighbor and they responded really quick at the middle of the night.

We didnt even get the chance to fill out the application! We have been shopping around for apartments for a while. We were interested in possibly moving here due to the convenience of the location. Let me just say, the management here is almost impossible to get a hold of. We were trying constantly to get in touch with someone through-out the span of over a week & a half.When we finally had a chance to see an apartment, they showed us an 2x2 that looked like it was not properly cleaned. I did not expect for the bathrooms & kitchen to be so out of date. One of the bedroom window sills were caked with DEAD BUGS! Seriously?! It was not a good first impression. Later on we saw a 3 bedroom and actually thought It was pretty decent, BUT they charge a ridiculous fee for the washer & dryer, but opted to just bring our own to avoid the fee they charge.All in all it was a big waste of time, BECAUSE it turns out these apartments are LOW income housing that are Income restricted & me and my family make too much to move here!! (Throwing-up on floor) NOWHERE on their website does it disclose that this community is low-income housing. WASTE OF TIME. Good luck to future residents if you can even find staff management that WANTS to actually work & attend to their costumers.

Youre Leasing Agent, if you can ever get in contact with them, will always sound as if youre annoying them, and then proceed to give YOU a list of THEIR job duties before they can move on with your application. Honestly, this has been one of the most stressful situations in my life, even more so than Covid-19. I pulled my application after 2 months of waiting to hear back, of course no refund.

Negative stars from me honestly. There’s always a problem living here, from trash thrown everywhere because the trash compactor is always broken for weeks at a time, the maintenance that you request online; they show up weeks if not months later just to do a half job, to deal with the office is a nightmare and I don’t think any of them know what they are supposed to do. I was hoping things would change after the new company took over, it looks like it got worse. Oh and there’s now a drug dealer in the complex, great.

Been desperately seeking an apartment and scheduled a virtual tour through their website though wanted to jump on opening as quickly as possible. Sent several emails with no response waiting for my tour hoping for the best. Turns out they did a group tour earlier without notification and I missed out and the apartment I was seeking was gone before I even got a tour. If this is any sign of how they run things there, Im glad Im not moving in now.

After two months of the office staff not picking up the phone and not returning calls I had enough.. I had to cancel my application I was tired of being ignored! I rented many places this was hands down worst experience! Very unpleasant and unprofessional. This is a great place to waste time and money!

When I was looking for an income on this site everything was nice and clean, the people who served you were friendly and courteous. But after a year everything changed an incredible disaster, the bad attention, the rudeness took over the complex. In addition the repairs became endless. And his incompetence was voiced at the time of delivering the apartment charging arrangements they never made, such as the ceiling and the wall of the main room for damage from Hurricane Maria. Arrangements in the kitchen they never made. Anyway, if you rent on this site it is temporary to avoid bad times and bad treatment too.

I would also rate this place lower than one start. The apartments are fine, but the management is not the wisest. My parents were charged $850 from their deposit for an alleged destroyed carpet, which is a completely false statement and they have no prove to support that. We have pictures of the apartments carpet and it clearly shows the excellent condition it was left at. No body was ever allowed to use shoes inside the apartment for the 12 months the lived there, either were there little kids who could have destroyed it, how come could it get that bad to be replaced. This place would have gotten at least three stars if it was not for the money issue, that is called stealing until they can prove the opposite. This management needs reporting after reading all the reviews. I also saw the dumpster being a complete mess and witnessed the gate broken for months as I would go there daily. I live in a nearby community and those people are supper honest, also, their maintenance team is great and very responsive. Their office opens in very convenient hours and days, in Falcon Trace you do not get any assistance on Wednesdays, for example. And last, you can hear every single noise from the neighbors. Good for those who have not been as disappointed as we have.

Only taking away a star because we didn’t get to move in the day we were suppose to & drove all the way over here to be told to move in the next day.

Horrible place. For leasing you have to wait no less than an hour just for them to tell you any type of information because we wasn’t aware is by appointment. There’s 3 lady’s in the office but only one can help you with the application. Not to even mention they will handle an application and they don’t have to sit down with you if you have any questions for the application. You have to take the application with you and bring it back with money orders. Not to even mention after that you bring the application they say they will contact you and set up an appointment to bring all documents needed. So how many times do I have to go to office only to submit an application and put my self on the waiting list? Not even mention we as applicants we don’t got the time to go to the offices 5 or times just to submit applications. If you walk in just to get a status this is said by other applicants they have to wait and hour or + just to get information of their application or to give them paper work. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Us as prospects we need same attention as someone who just applied or residents. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I’d rate this place below a star based on the management perhaps -5. They will keep you waiting more than 30 minutes when you only have very few questions to ask which is ridiculous.I’m Deaf but I know how to communicate with them by writing. The lady told me that there’s one available unit for late August to September so I didn’t waste my time by collecting documents as well getting money orders and applied. I also asked her how long it takes to process and she SAID 3-5 days so I waited as days passed and I decided to come in because they never pick the phone up. There’s a manager informed me that it’s 7-10 days and also there’s a waiting list even though I wasn’t told on the day I collected and applied. Because if she did, I’d not apply at the first place. Eventually the manager told me that she’d cancel my application or their mistakes in order for me to get my money back and yet the Rentgrow company end up running my credit so I called this company to see what’s up and guess what they said? They said the manager at falcon trace apartments never call them to cancel.They’re PLAYING with my $85 along with the holding fee $100. 🙄🙄 The lady told me that the money of $100 was being mailed on June 25th and I never get it. I’m working on the dispute to get my another $85 back. Don’t play when it comes to money 😡 y’all are very unprofessional people I ever had.PS: Sorry for a longest paragraph, readers.

First how is it possible for a community to be gated but it hasnt worked for the past 3 years?! My motorcycle was stolen from the property that they have on camera due to the gates being open but they said they couldnt do nothing about it. So I moved out! Whats a joke is now they want to keep my security deposit because of the rug being dirty! It doesnt stop here! The rug is dirty because Ive had 4-5 kitchen clogs that I have not created but the back ups from the pipes being joint together. I have pictures of this mess. Even so I lived in the apartment for 3 years afters 3 years they have to put new carpet in but they still want to charge me for it. For one of the clogs maintenance crew took two days to respond to the back up by this time the rug was already dried and smelling nasty but again its my fault! And for the price you are goin to be spending its not worth it! Honestly its not I agree the area is awesome but not here.

Its a nice place to live but it seems to be getting not so nice as the years progress. By this I mean its not as quite anymore. Theres more teens and kids who are out late and recently someones tires were stolen off their car at night. So I hope it doesnt get worse.

This property really sucks and is sad that 6 month ago wasn’t like that. I always visit a friend of mine here and since the new community manager started I just hear complains and more complains. Work orders are taking for ever to be responded, not even including how petty this person can be. You go to the office and the environment is totally different. Sad how falcon trace is not the same from a Year ago

The apartment is decent enough, considering its age. But the office is impossible to reach. Half the time they never acknowledge you if you go in. Theyll never return calls/voicemails. And sometimes, if youre fortunate enough to actually get someone to pick up the phone, theyll put you on hold forever...only to hang up on you.All the stars in the universe need to be aligned just right for them to acknowledge you if you visit their office to discuss concerns (like them overcharging me for services I dont even have and havent signed for).Been here for a few years and this place is steadily getting worse and worse. Its low-income housing, so apparently the management company believes that translates to a customer base undeserving of general respect or common courtesy.

Let me start off by saying that all the staff in that office is women(PMS). The worst one there is the lady called Erica (watch out for that nasty thing). She has the biggest attitude and acts like she owns the whole place. They have no feelings what so ever. At first they are all nice but later on.....beware!!! The only one that is decent there is niaomi!!

If I could rate this place lower than 1 star I would. The apartments are beautiful but unfortunately the office staff is disgusting. Never in my years of renting have I had such an issue. I lived there a year, never paid the rent late and never caused in issue. They charged me a full months rent for not giving a 60 day notice that I wasnt renewing my lease because they “assumed since I hadnt said anything I was just gonna stay there. Next, I get a letter in the mail saying theyre charging me $800 for damages!! $95.00 alone to clean 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and 2 bathtubs. We left the apartment in fair condition. Hell, Id quit my job now if I got paid 95.00 to clean two bathrooms every time someone moved out! This place is a complete scam. I dont reccomend moving here. I also had a friend who they tried to charge money for a painted wall... When the wall was already painted when she got there. Again STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! (Ps. Theyre extremely rude when it comes to ANY issues you may have)

Sometimes..... I say I live next 2 not so smart people like the last review. When there is a power outage in the neighborhood why were you expecting maintenance to do? Lol call the electric company and check whats going on. I have so lived here for 15 years and have seen the difference for the better with new management. Ive been here for 2+ years and Im thankful that itll be my last month living here. The consumer service is bad, the dumpster is trashed occasionally. There has been two vehicle robberies that I know of since the gates doesnt close when there suppose to. The appliances is very outdated. Im literally writing this review with a power outage going on 30 min now, in fact I just called maintenance to explain whats going on only to be hung up. I cant take the disrespect of this complex any longer. Highly dont recommend living here.

Worst leasing team you can deal with. Save yourself the trouble and find another apt community.The website says they open at 8am. You come at 9:30am. You see them inside and they tell you “come back at 10?!!!!”They act like they are giving you free rent.Most of the 5 stars you see here were given because they said someone was gona win a a month for free. So those 5 stars were bought with a lie.

I dont know how my old review got magically deleted from last year but this is the WORSSSST place to rent from, bad management, everything is outdated and in poor conditions, pool is nasty and a few car break ins here and there. no amenities whatsoever and definitely over priced for being what it truly is

The people in the office are rude and dont care about anything but the rent, my mom had stayed here for 5 years and has never had issues with the old people that use to run this complex . I would tell no one to stay here . Nice apartment but worst place to stay and I havent even been here for a year yet .!
