Fernando in the leasing office was very accommodating to me. I am a mortgage banker and work typically 60+ hours a week and am dealing with trying to find a place to lease myself that I actually love. Fernando was very prompt and welcoming to me to show me the all of the amenities that are included with the building and was way above my expectations. Fernando also offered me speed and ease of process which is exactly what I love to hear especially with how fast paced my daily life and routine is. I am currently in process with getting my approval to hopefully be able to move in this week and I couldnt be more appreciative at the attentiveness of my overall interaction. Now I just need everything to be confirmed so I can schedule my furniture to be delivered, which if that is the least of my worries then I cant complain at all! Thank you Fernando!

I recently moved to Pixon from 8 hours away. I chose the location sight-unseen based on their website and was totally impressed with the property and area upon arrival!Assistant Property Manager Johanna Mejias was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the entire process: she explained the application process and answered each of my concerns, clearly communicated each step of the process between approval and move-in day, and even assisted in being present during internet installation before I could be in town.Due to scheduling issues, my 3 year old son and 7 year old stepdaughter were with me during move-in day, and Johanna made us all feel totally welcome. She also GREATLY assisted in setting me up for success with the logistics of actually unloading my cargo while juggling a couple of stowaway kids. Im now in the market for a wagon of my own.Moving from 600 miles away during a divorce and pandemic can be a bit stressful. Bringing the kids for the first week while school unexpectedly went virtual for a week and a half while their mom worked made moving about 1,000 times more challenging.Were still managing Zoom calls, remote work, and the needs of a toddler, but Johanna on behalf of Pixon has made this the most welcoming and smooth move-in process Ive ever experienced — and the view is a dream!Zac Hall

What a beautiful community! I am in Real Estate and visited Pixon with a large group of colleagues last week to see what they had to offer. We scheduled an appointment with Ashley, the leasing agent, and she was so sweet. She took the time to show us all of the amenities as well as a vacant apartment. The apartments are gorgeous and I love the floor to ceiling windows. Im personally not a huge fan of the wall artwork/painting in the clubhouse areas, but thats just my preference. A few areas are still under construction and I cant wait for the retail spaces in the building to open up soon!

We have lived in the Lake Nona area for 1 year now as of January 2021. We moved into Pixon in November 2020 and could not be happier. We have interacted with Johanna and Fernando on several occasions and find them both to be professional and responsive. As stated in another review there is a lot of repair work going on at the moment. The building is a little over a year old and it appears that some of the original construction was not completed properly. There are 2 ways to look at this. Its a burden OR Pixon cares enough to maintain this building to high standards. I do agree that the parking garage gate has taken way too long to remedy, but I havent experienced any issues with feeling unsafe or jeopardized in any way. There is always plenty of parking and security has been monitoring the parking garage. The common areas inside and out are very well maintained. The cleaning crew and maintenance staff work hard and are always friendly to the the tenants. As far as the interior of the apartment, we have a 2 bedroom and find the finishes to be exceptional. The floor to ceiling windows, concrete ceilings, bathrooms and kitchen are modern and good quality. We love the refrigerator but find the dishwasher and washer/dryer somewhat lacking in performance. This is the most quiet apartment we have lived in so that is a huge bonus. Having lived in other apartments, I would rate Pixon as the best by far. The tenants are friendly and we feel very safe here. The tenants could do a better job of picking up after their dogs as this ends up falling on the maintenance guys. Pixon is dog friendly and offers several spots for dogs to use the bathroom (for lack of better words!) and the trash receptacles always have bags available. We are dog owners and our pup likes it here too, especially visits to Foxtail Coffee, connected to the lobby. I truly believe that the staff goes above and beyond and wants the tenants to feel good about living at Pixon.

This place falls apart on the daily. If having a secure garage is important to you, this isn’t the place. The garage gate is constantly broken. If safety in regards to no one being able to access the building is important to you, this isn’t the place, as the door from the garage to reach the building is never working. It’s broken and anyone can get in. I’d add pictures of everything but just come on by and see for yourself. the fog key never work, plus they love drama, especially the person on the office Fernando, Stephanie the manager she is the nice person ever.Fernando is for sure double face, this guy really know how to make you think he know what is going on, and make you fell good, but went you not in the picture, get ready that is went the double face shine.

Id give a more detailed review but the most recent reviews of Pixon have pretty much summed it up. Residents are getting fed up. All the problems raised are problems of bad management. Their excuses are tiring.Watch out for fake reviews. A guy recently posted a 5-star review. He only rates apartment buildings and only leaves 5 stars.

Living here is a dream. This place is not only a clean, cutting edge, stylish community, but has quickly become the buzz of the town with its new businesses opening on the first floor. Theres so much more to the intention behind every detail of the development of this building. The apartment units are stunning with high ceilings, beautiful floors and windows that stretch 10ft tall from floor to ceiling. Im not sure how much of an impact it makes, but the electric bill has been pretty low now that we mainly use natural light. Weve had the opportunity to meet each person on the management and facilities team as well. The staff here are all so excellent, professional, and has responded instantly to any of our concerns and needs. The residents here have created such a wonderful community, which is so rare nowadays. The developments happening on the first floor such as Foxtail Coffee, Tesla, and Island Fin Pokè Company have all of us residents on the edge of our seats in excitement. The place has a pretty nice gathering/lawn/park area on the second floor amenities deck when you cross the bridge from the top floor parking garage. The building is also equipped with a very cool techno-gym, dog wash room, amazon locker hubs, VR gaming station, and a skydeck on the 11th floor with an incredible view facing north. From the skydeck you can oversee all of Boxi Park along with the rest of the city of Orlando in the horizon.

Just moved in this month and Im really enjoying this place. You cant beat the location and all new fixtures. But above all else, what convinced me most was my leasing agent, Fernando. Fernando showed exemplary knowledge of the building and its facilities. You can tell that hes proud of the place he works enjoys welcoming tenants to their new home. Even before I signed the lease, I already felt so welcome thanks to him, and hes been nothing but helpful in helping me settle in even during this pandemic where communication can be a challenge. If youre considering living here, Id suggest you ask for Fernando by name cause hes the man 👍

Just moved here about two weeks ago, and due to COVID everything had to happen very quickly, in a short notice. I was not able to physically tour the apartment either. Despite all these setbacks, the transition occurred extremely smoothly, all thanks to Fernando. He is one of the most hard working and communicative people Ive ever met, and he was always there to respond to my questions/doubts in an efficient manner. Either by phone, or by email, he guided me through the move-in process and made this entire transition bearable. After having lived here for only a week, I have really enjoyed the apartment and its amenities, though I have yet to try out the fitness center. The staff is so wonderful and always willing to answer questions or concerns. Pixon is a great apartment complex, but what makes it even better is the staff.

Wow, where do I even begin? For starters - ASK FOR FERNANDO RODRIGUEZ! His professionalism is second to none as he has made this move super smooth and a joyous experience overall. He undoubtedly will go the extra mile as he helped us move a lot of our heavier items and thus helped us stay right on schedule. The quality of the complex is also wonderful, prefect for up and coming and established working professionals - the fact that there is a Foxtail Coffee on the first floor, ‘nuff said! Very pleased with the experience and looking forward to making many new memories!

The staff at the Pixon are absolutely wonderful! Eli and Ashley helped me tremendously in my search for the right apartment. I must have changed my mind on which apartment unit to choose at least 10 times before I made my final decision. And the staff never complained. They must have showed me the same unit at least 3 or 4 times and they never complained. They even let me take measurements of every square inch of the apartment for my furniture shopping. I must admit, I considered several luxury apartment complexes, but the Pixon was the only place that instantly made me feel at home. And at the end of the day, its just a really cool place to stay. I love it here. Just take a tour for yourself, and youll see exactly what I mean. Good luck on your hunt for the right apartment. Who knows, maybe well he neighbors one day.

Since day one of going through the application process to moving into my new wonderful pad, Ashley has been such a great sport and help! She was VERY patient with me as I had thousands of questions! She always put me at ease and was very informative. Very pleasant customer service and she is always there when I have a question or concern! Looks great in pictures but is run poorly. I put a. $375 deposit down for an available apartment and as soon as my payment cleared I got a call from the office saying that apartment wasnt actually available, all they could tell me is that Id be put on a waiting list indefinitely. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PIXION. All the rules are one-sided. You pay the deposit and if you arent ready as soon as they are or if your credit drops below 700, you are out your money. This is so wrong and unfair. The office lady Ashley is also rude and impatient. I regret ever trying to do business here.

As residents we chose to use the amenities after hours to avoid the coffee shop crowd. But when we come after hours to spend time in our building. The lobby is disgusting. Cups left scattered. People spill their coffee as they walk around, leaving coffee stains on the floor. Sugar packets everywhere. One time the chairs were all on top of the tables. Really? Already was told that they are supposed to clean at night, obviously they dont. Have pictures if needed. I feel like management needs to take a trip to the apartments in Downtown Orlando and see how they run. And how they keep their lobbies. Because honestly, they dont have it together here at all.

Pixons location is wonderful! Its close to a variety of food places and has a beautiful environment. The windows are HUGE and let in lots of natural light, which can help a bit with electricity bills! Eli is very sweet, kind, and helpful. Pixon does not monitor guest parking for legitimate residents during community events. As a result my elderly Mother has had to hand carry her shopping to her apt.Pixon is only a community of self serving, uncaring, ear bud wearing, headset wearing, faces plastered to phones or laptop individuals. NOT A COMMUNITY OF NEIGHBORS IN ANY SENSE OF THE WORDMy visits to see my Mother have always been unpleasant when walking on property and I am happy we moved her wayyyyyy ahead of the end of her lease.

Ive changed my review recently to one star, if I could Id give it no stars. This review is to outline the terrible management team. They are unreasonable, unreliable and do not follow through with promises.Stephanie was supposed to call us and meet us in person on two occasions and we are still waiting on that.Months ago I was told I could not have my antique truck parked in the garage because it was inoperable. However the truck was just missing a hood and had a cover over it. In fact the truck has won awards and is taken out once a week for a cruise. I was given 48hours to find a place to store my truck otherwise I was threatened with it being towed.Now I walk through the parking garage and see multiple cars with covers on them that havent even been moved in weeks!Its a shame because this place has potential, but it is offset by the lack of professional starting with the manager. Understand what you are getting into before renting here.Extremely disappointed in the staff here.

The Pixon apartment complex is exceptional. The apartments have a modern look and feel with the latest appliances. Since becoming a resident here, I have noticed the maintenance staff to be top notch and ready to help residents with issues. When dealing with the leasing process, I worked with Johanna Mejias and she made it a breeze. Ms. Mejias took the time to answer all my questions and even came in on her day off to assist with my move. They should probably nominate her for Sainthood or at least employee of the month.Now, I give 5 stars to the Pixon due to the reasons above, but there is one item, I must share with you before you consider the Pixon, my dear Google review readers. No pool here. Yes, you read that right. Central Florida heat and humidity and no pool. Just imagine, you come home from work or its a holiday weekend and you want to hang poolside or maybe jump in and cool off. Not possible at the Pixon. Something you must be willing to give up, if you move here.TL;DR: Modern Style, Great Staff, Saint Mejias, No Pool.

I recently attended the Mardi Gras event and it was amazing! Gio did a spectacular job at planning and making sure it was a fun, family friendly, and energetic atmosphere. The overall experience was awesome. I went as a guest of a resident and it was so great that it made me want to live there and enjoy these events as a resident myself!

Went to look at the apartments today. The girl who gave me the tour could use a class or pointers on customer service. Seriously, any pointers could help this girl. She showed me two places, I felt like I had to rush to look; in fact, in one of the places I had to say hold on, just let me look at the guest bedroom real quick. She showed me the amenities with zero enthusiasm, didnt point out any features in the apartment, and never asked if I had questions. Even the basic customer service skills were lacking. The property is high tech, maybe she was a robot. The place itself is very cool. Small apartments for the price but in an awesome location. Things are still under construction, I think when its all done this place will be amazing. I dont think I will rent here, I went other places that treated me better and I am about that vibe.

Three star rating is not a reflection of Pixon the building itself, but the lack of professionalism by the staff, and the condition our unit was given to us.Initially we dealt with Joanna, but I couldn’t take her unprofessional behavior so I asked for the manager. Joanna, (on the day investors came) made us feel like she was trying to get rid of us so she could move on with the investors meeting. Wonder how investors would feel knowing we are sitting there with thousands of dollars to move in, and she’s essentially shooing us away.The condition of this unit was just as horrible as Joannas behavior.I’d attach pictures, but being we live here now and pictures were handed to the leasing agent (Stephanie), my husband and I decided not to post them here.We had just moved back to America after selling our home and living overseas for 4 years, so we were very eager and in need to find a place as soon as possible.I knew I wanted to move to the Lake Nona Laurette Park area, but didn’t want to jump into a house right away until knowing more about the area.When we found Pixon, we met with Austin. He was great! Gave us a tour, and when we were unsure and wanted to look at the unit again... he gave us a second tour. On our first tour with Austin, we noticed the washer and dryer were being used. At the time, I was confused because there was no tenant in this unit, and I was under the impression that this unit was never lived in. It wasn’t until after we spoke with the manager that we discovered otherwise, but it was also mentioned that the cleaning staff could’ve possibly used it at the time. Which I thought was strange.This unit was handed to us filthy. The dryer was disgusting, and so was the washer. I didn’t realize it was disgusting until I tried to do a wash. It was gross. There was funk and gunk, and the dryer was gross. It was as if someone tried to dry a filthy carpet. There was hair stuck in the vents and filth everywhere.We went down to complain and all stephanie said was she was sorry and would look into it.We also addressed with Stephanie the other issues in the apartment. Issues like the Microwave has crumbs and food in it, and so did the oven. The bathroom shower head appears lose or broken and the bathroom toilet paper holder the same.Upon signing the lease, it clearly states that they are expecting us to return this unit clean. We weren’t given that respect. We weren’t handed a clean unit. So... are we suppose to do their job too?We were never given details on where to toss the garbage, or even a welcome package which (we learned by Edwin the superintendent) should’ve been things we were told upon moving in.We have been fully living in this unit a week, and just had Edwin service the washer and dryer. So far, he and Tony (I believe is his name) have been the most helpful and informative on this entire staff.Pixon (the building) itself, is a wonderful building. The neighbors are kind and wonderful so far, and living above foxtail and close proximity to Boxipark is fantastic.I highly recommend working with a leasing agent that truly cares about your business, and you as a potential resident. Stephanie was professional and delightful once all the paper work was done. Which also took an unnecessarily long time do to everything being handled through their system online, or so we were told. She also is responsive to emails to some degree as well.Currently, Edwin has promised to bring these issues to the attention of the staff and offered to have these complaints handled right away, as well as having the microwave and oven cleaned and serviced.Edwin is the best!UPDATE: My husband went to the leasing office to return the apartment move in condition check off list (which as you already know wasn’t in good condition) and Joanna apologized and said she’s new here. Which to me is a training issue. Shooing us off, new or nervous, is unacceptable. None the less, we are grateful for the apology.

Do not live here!The leasing consultants are horrible. They do not respond.I lived here 2 years— absolutely perfect payment history. They were exposed to covid when I moved it and I followed their directions, leave the key in apartment and email when you have moved out to confirm. So I did. They billed me for 2 additional weeks and utilities, without invoicing me. Then, send me to collections. I paid more than $3,000 to get out of my lease early bc I bought a home, only to be sent to collections for payment during a time I did not reside there and after my lease termination date.Johanna is the most disrespectful person as well.

She took care of the leasing process swiftly and effectively...always with that same charismatic personality 😉 Edwin, our amazing Property Maintenance Director...I think that’s his title and, if not, I’d love to glorify it lol because he’s so nice, patient, willing to help, and efficient at his role, that I feel absolutely safe allowing him access to my apartment to take care of things any time. He has been responsive and attentive. Stephanie, Leasing Manager, has quickly handled the couple of small hiccups I encountered. Not only was she willing to make everything right for me, but handled the matter without delay; even when off from work she was communicating with me🤙🏼. Our Apartment Life Care Team, Yari and Jason, prepared an awesome welcome party for all of us to meet and greet! It was fun and engaging 👍🏼 Lastly, I will say that even though our building is still under development, with construction all around and the amenities taking a little longer than expected to be ready for enjoyment, the staff has worked diligently to get issues resolved as fast as they can. I’m very pleased with all of them and our gorgeous building! The apartments are elegant, with European flare and industrial styling...the spaces are full of natural lighting from the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. We are definitely off to a wonderful start and can safely say things are only going to get better!!!

It’s disappointing to see our lounge area, including the second floor deck became such a public space. I recently found pieces of the chess board broken. And things out of place. Sadly, it’s not the same anymore.
