We spent a year at Water Mark. We loved it. It’s a bitter sweet move for us. We bought a new home so it’s time to start our new chapter, but we will miss this community dearly. There are kids. There are teens. There are dogs. There are families that get together and bbq at the veranda. There are airline professionals. There are medical students. There are professionals. There are families waiting for homes to be built and families that have lived here for over five years. It’s a wonderful place to call home. I have lived in many upscale apartment communities and what I love about these apartments is the size and the property in general. I wouldn’t say it’s outdated it’s just on the older side with darker cabinetry but there are still granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The layout of the apartments feel like actual homes. You do see the regulars walking. You have a good proximity to town center so you can walk there in a quick 25 minutes. The pool is a great time on the weekends. Truly, we loved our time here. Our service requests were dealt with within 24 hours always. The office staff is great with responding in a timely manner. All in all this is a community not necessarily an apartment building. And it’s right by the 417 entrance with our very own 7-11 across the street. Win win.

This was my home for the last 2 years! I highly recommend these apartments for anyone who wants to live comfortable and in peace. Manager Hector is beyond amazing and transparent! Maintenance team response is on point. Apartments are big and beautiful! Extra parking! Beautiful landscaping and recreational areas! I left my unit clean and absolutely no surprise charges came back. As life happens if I have to rent again I’ll come back here.

Most of our experience has been good. They have a Cares team that puts on enjoyable events with free food. The place is well kept and the maintenance team usually responds in a timely. But when we made a work order for a clogged sink and bath tub, it took over two weeks for them to respond. I got so tired of stepping in a gross tub to take a shower, that I unclogged it myself.

Hands down the best apartment we have ever lived in! The staff is amazing, anytime you have a maintenance request they take care of it right away. The leasing office is very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns you have. I would love to continue living here but unfortunately we will be moving out of the state in a couple months. Also, very friendly neighbors, they keep the amenities clean and there is always events every month! Pauline & Molly in the office is always on top of everything! Living here has been so seamless and I wish we didn’t have to leave.

From touring the apartment, to signing the lease to having been here a little bit, this community has been so friendly and the staff so professional. They made sure I was happy with my apartment, and I am very much. Everyone that works here, shows thru their professionalism that the main goal is to keep this place clean, friendly and safe. Such a quiet, friendly, elegant community and apartment.

I just moved to FL this week. I have mainly been working with Gabriela and she has been terrific! The entire staff is extremely professional and super friendly! Gabriela has been quick to respond and extremely helpful setting me up with my apartment.

We have lived at the Watermark for close to 3 years and have totally loved our experience here! The office staff knows residents by name, and are always VERY helpful! Theyre in constant communication with the residents via email, and keep us all updated on any upcoming activities, neighborhood notices and more! We especially love when the food trucks come to the community! The amenities are great as well! We frequent the gym, conference room and love using the grills at the pool! We also often take advantage of the complimentary snacks, fruit, coffee and printing! The trash service is very convenient as well, and overall we feel very at home and safe here. Our daughter also attends Laureate Park which is an A school! If you are a small growing family, we definitely recommend moving to Watermark! Like any community you should lock your car doors, but other than that this is an awesome place to live! Though were relocating, Watermark has truly set the standard for our next apartment home.

My best girlfriend is a registered nurse at Nemours, and I came to visit from Maitland. We went to the pool on a Sunday at noon. We waited almost an hour for the office staff to open the pool gate, and there were many other residents who did the same. We, with 2 other nurses, were having fun in the sun while being calm and respectful. Again, we’re all nurses, so you can find it difficult to imagine us being inappropriate or disrespectful. However, we were picked apart from the office staff about 3 hours after being at the pool. Near us was a group of older adults staring at us, while a staff member approached us asking who had a lease at this community. The girl working here proceeded to tell us she was asking everyone at the pool who lived here, but we were already watching, and this was not true. We are all young, but we were aware of our surroundings, as we are typically judged for our age outside of our scrubs. The older people near us were laughing at us, and the lady who works here did not speak with any other party besides us. This showed that we were being targeted. We left The pool area because we knew that we were being discriminated against, and we didn’t want our friends to be punished because of unhappy individuals staring at us. I’m really displeased with the fact that workers here are so eager to kick people out, rather than observe the truth for themselves. Who is to say that the people who made a complaint were not displaying inappropriate behavior? There are always 2 sides to a story, and the staff working here decided that only the complaining side displayed the truth. I’m disappointed that my friends and I, who are dealing with hell during Covid-19, were interrupted during our weekend fun because of random individuals. I recommend anywhere else. We haven’t ever dealt with this, even during this time.

Poorly constructed. Walls are incredibly thin; you can hear almost every sound your neighbor makes. Parking is frustrating sometimes, especially at night. Youre basically paying for the area because these apartments as well as the amenities are far too simple to pay such a hefty price.

I havent lived in a Apartment in years. We are in the process of building a home and decided to make Lake Nona Water Mark Apartments our temporary home. Every interaction with the staff has been 5 stars. They go above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. The community building aspect is above and beyond. Maintenance is prompt and professional. Ive heard my neighbors twice in 3 months. My wife and children love the amenities! I would recommend making Water Mark your next home!

I wish I could have lived at Watermark for longer than I had the opportunity to. This community is truly one of a kind with an attentive and responsive team. I highly recommend Watermark Apartments to anyone who is looking for a place in the Orlando / Lake Nona area!!

I understand that not all inspections can be scheduled, but during a recent inspection a manager told me that the things needing to be fixed (minor problems, like a loose toilet paper roll holder) could be scheduled and hed call me to schedule them. A few days later I received a notice saying they are not going to schedule these fixes, and were just going to show up the next day! So I called the office and left a message to say that I was confused because the manager said he would schedule these minor fixes with me. No one responded and sure enough someone from maintenance showed up unannounced while I was sleeping (I work late sometimes). I am really disappointed, feel that my privacy is violated, and know that all I will receive from this review is a sorry instead of them actually working with their residents to accommodate their schedules for minor fixes. Do not live here if you want your privacy respected.

Have lived here for nearly 4 years! Absolutely wonderful place to live with little to no complaints. Fast internet (they have fiber), abundance of parking, maintenance crew is quick to arrive if anything is broken and just a nice neighborhood overall. Very family friendly but great for singles as well. My one tiniest qualm is that the same utilities often break (like once ever year) but maintenance usually fixes same day so not a significant issue. Support staff is really great! Overall would def choose to live here all over again.

This is not just an apartment residence. This is a community. This community sets the bar for other residential areas. The quality and workmanship of the apartments makes you feel as though it is a real home. This has been one of the best places that I have lived in Lake Nona.I love the salt water pool because you dont look all ashy when you come out of the water. They have plenty of treats and activities to enjoy.

I dont have enough words to describe how great is Water Mark apartments. I have lived for almost 8 years in CT in luxuries apartments and none of them in any way can be compare to Water Mark luxury and community oriented. Great service and great/ professional staff. I will recommend this community a 100%. The location, the view, the service, pet friendly, family oriented, and most of it the amenities are amazing :)

This will be my 4th year at Water Mark, and overall I am very pleased with the staff and the complex. Its a very nice place to live, but the owners seem like they are reluctant to spend more than the minimum on maintenance. This leads me to believe that the property will not be in that great of condition long term. Also, a lot of the same items to tend to break in our unit do to the fact that everything is so cheaply made. I guess this is normal for an apartment building, but you always hope for more when something is advertised as luxury. The maintenance staff is exceptional, and I really feel like they try to do a good job. Edwin is incredibly helpful, and he routinely goes above and beyond on the maintenance requests. Again, my biggest gripe is that I think the owners need to give the staff more resources to ensure that the property is maintained.

Everything is amazing. Truly live up to the luxury name. Staff are friendly and quick to respond to all inquiries.

Great apartments with amenities. Maintenance sucks and never fixes anything right the first time. To expensive for what they offer.One of the worst cares teams out there. A few real good events a year most are no good with no one going to them, cares team is over extended with to much at church. Should not be a cares team with all of the extras they do.

When will you be fixing all the items that are Broken. Grills, Doors, Storm drains. Dirty floors in party room, Ice maker . The list goes on and on . Turn over rate is high on Maintenance dept. you pay a lot to be here with very little money going back in to property. In need of a paint job after 7 years, and appliances are a complete waste of time.The refrigerator is no bigger than a dormitory fridge. You really need to step up your game for the prices you charge.

Very poor service on all aspects...I mean, if Im paying $1475 a month, I expect service like PRONTO when something goes wrong. ..like the A.C,SPECIALLY WITH A BABY..it felt like....if you not Puerto Rican, they dont care. ..of course is better than any apartments in Puerto Rico, thats totally understandable. ..very thin walls, so much that you can hear YOUR neighbor having sex,, the pool area pack with guys arguing about nonsence and the smell of marihuana consumed the air, even by the police car in the entrance,I strongly suggest a good alarm in your car, because itll definitely be broken into. ..the vacuum cleaners are always packed with thugs using drugs and listening to loud music...the trash system they have is B***S****...the trash people come late at night making all kinds of noise and leaving all kinds of trash debris behind. ..HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY. ..I WONT RECOMMEND TO ANY DECENT, OR HONORABLE HUMAN BEING. ..AND ALL OF THEIR REVIEWS ARE FIXED, AND NOT REAL, I PROMISE YOU GUYS. ...
