If this isnt the apartment community of choice to call home for a few years, no other community is. The awesome staff is perfectly lead by its incredible manager Madeline and the maintenance team is a residents dream! Lee has got to be one of the most amazing maintenance professionals on the planet and the entire team is always spot on. Not only is the community constantly well kept, its gorgeous and an extremely fun place to live. If you have an issue, it wont be an issue for long because they dont waste a second taking care of your needs. We truly love Bell and know you will too!!!!!

Very clean and beautiful property. Very welcoming. Madeline was friendly and helpful explaining the amenities on site as well as things nearby. I was unfamiliar with the area but felt comfortable after speaking with her. I enjoyed the tour of the apartment she gave me. She was professional but also very personable. The apartments are nicely updated and I like the layout.

The leasing consultant Xavier was so polite and informative. He’s very good looking too. I might ask him to marry me next time I see him. He’s so good looking. I really just wanna live here to see him everyday. 😍 I can’t wait to move in!!!

We have lived at Bell for 6 years and have enjoyed it so much. The staff is top notch and so friendly and attentive. The maintenance staff are always on top of any issues and requests and resolve it ASAP. We can’t say enough about living here other than it’s wonderful. Best place to reside in Orlando!

My partner and I moved in about 5 months ago and we love it so far! The apartments are very clean and totally updated. Tony in the leasing office was so helpful throughout the move in process and has continued to help us with any random questions we may have. I had occasion to spend the night in the guest accommodation at Bell at Universal Apartments. The apartment was as welcoming and luxurious as any well-appointed hotel. Everything I needed was provided. The location was ideal for my stay. Adahlia Thomas, the young woman who was my host, was very sweet and pleasant. She was quite knowledgeable about the apartment community and the area. I had a very lovely time at Bell at Universal.

Madeline was very helpful on our visit to inquire about leasing a new apartment. We are new to the area and this was the first property we went to see. Very excited that we did! Madeline was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with professionalism and sincerity. Apartments are beautiful and everything we would want and need!!

These apartments dont feel like apartments at all they feel like a home away from home. I went to visit a friend and they have the best up keep especially with their leasing, maintenance and service crew. Their is one person who has made my day and thats Robert Coley the service manager. He goes above and beyond with everything that he does. From working expeditiously when my friend put in a service request or just just his beyond friendly and family feel type personality. I cant say enough great things about Robert or this apartment staff and complex. Job well done!!!!!

The apartments are stylish with a functional layout. I love the amenities and proximity to the parks, restaurants and entertainment. The maintenance staff is friendly and makes sure they fix any problems right away. The office staff is phenomenal, Tony is the best!!

After living here 6 months, I still absolutely love these apartments. The location is amazing and surprisingly not very loud for where we are located. The property is very well maintained, including an entire resurfacing of the parking lot. The staff is super friendly and helpful! We love living at the Bell!

The Bell at Universal is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in, it’s so well maintained and it’s quiet surprisingly for being right on universal property. I love it here so much. Tony from the leasing office is so helpful and professional! I love food truck Thursday’s and the gym here is so big!!!!!

The complex is beautiful, the apartments are amazing, but since I moved here with my family we’ve Been dealing with so many roaches. We’ve contact the office and they sent the pest control twice and nothing happened. Now there’s even more roaches than when we first moved. We made clear to the office before moving that I’m allergic to roaches to make sure we were not gonna have this problem. I hope they can do something now and send us a new company of pest control.

Having only rented houses, I wasnt looking forward to moving into an apartment complex. During our searches, Bell was the only complex to have everything we were looking for. The move in process was very easy, even through the Covid challenges. Weve enjoyed our first year here and have agreed to resign for another year. Highly recommended Bell at Universal.

I have lived here for 4 years and love the area. Easy access to highways and major roads, food, shopping and theme parks. Recently my place was upgraded with new stainless appliances, lighting, mirrors and shiny new counter tops throughout the apartment. The staff is friendly and quick at answering questions and the maintenance staff is great at taking care of anything you need completed.

Quiet and clean! We’ve had a few basic maintenance upkeep requests and they were fixed within hours! The staff is incredible and we absolutely love living here!

I have a friend that lives in these apartments and I never even thought about moving here until just recently. I noticed a major change and I was told it was due to a new manager being hired. The biggest change i saw as in the landscaping. It has improved tremendously on the property. When I went to ask about moving in here, I was not able to step inside due to not having a mask to wear. Madeline took the time to meet with me outside away from others just so that I was able to get the information I needed. This is something you dont often find when it comes to the property manager themselves. They are usually too busy and send someone else to talk to possible renters. Madeline was polite, professional, and let me know that she would personally take me on a tour if needed for my comfort. A plus in my book.

The bell at Universal is a great community apartments. There services for garage and cleaning the hallways are excellent also the staff in the leasing office are so helpful. I would recommend for any one to live here is worth it.

Zero stars. I have had millions of problems with management. I have had an issue with mold inside of my closet for six months now. I have had to throw away several items that were valuable to me and got mold because of something wrong happening with the ventilation inside of the closet. I tried to ask management to respond for what I lost and they told me that it was not their responsibility. I have lived here for over two years, and I am moving out because it is definitely not worth the money I pay to live here.

I wrote a review 3 months ago complaining about the noise of builging by Vineland Rd. And the answer was “We will keep your comments in mind as we continue to make improvements to our community.” YOU GUYS need to put isolated windows, we wake up at 5 am almost everyday, earplugs are next to our pijamas every night. 😞😩We need to move but 2 months penalty is a lot .... we will see if we can get to an arrangment.The 3rd floor seems to be the worst, I will send a complaint to their email again.If you have trouble sleeping with noise, get a place somewhere else ☹️

Overall I love living here. The location is fantastic, most of the neighbors are friendly and chill. All the staff Ive worked with are always friendly.The complex is well maintained for the most part, the staff seem to try to do a good job with policy enforcement but also seem to be personable from my experience.Have things always been perfect? Nope, but thats to be expected. Im not unrealistic with expectations and an undesirable experience doesnt make the place terrible, just makes it normal.Living so close to universal is very fun, I feel I can walk to a lot of places easily. There are tons of food options in every direction, the location is honestly top notch. You have everything you really need within a 3-5 mile radius of the complex which helps with gas as well. This was a huge plus to me.They are quite pet friendly, love seeing all the bigger dogs and different breeds.The walls and windows dont do the best job at making it quiet at all times and sound definitely travels easily, so thats a bit of a downside, but I honestly feel the cons are few and the pros are many to this place. Yeah, the cost is a bit higher, but the location is seriously amazing, the apartments are also enjoyable to live in as everything around you is beautiful.I feel safe in the area, I dont mind walking late at night even, just have to be mindful like you would anytime.Unless something drastically changes I have every intention of calling Bell At Universal home for a several more years. I love it here. Just go in with realistic expectations. Theres going to be *some noise*, but unless your neighbors are just inconsiderate it should be minimal. It is apartment living, but the most enjoyable apartment living experience Ive had.

Staff member was extremely polite while I was inquiring about an apartment over the phone and eager to provide details. I spoke with the same individual throughout, who thoroughly answered my questions and demonstrated superb follow-up skills. Interesting that I was completely ignored after they provided a video call for a virtual tour. Its been over 1 week. Makes me wonder if it has something to do with my skin tone... 🤔There really is no excuse for this other than A. Admitting they completely just lost my contact details from the agents cell phone and the Bell at Universal system and forgot to follow up or B. Some type of prejudice based on physical appearance as I have not submitted any documents and am more than qualified.I am new to the Orlando area and this really left a bad taste in my mouth.EDITI received the response below from the Bell at Universal staff. As I have stated in my original email, they have my contact information already. Its now been 2 weeks with no follow up. I am sorry but I do not believe they are THAT busy. I assume my contact details were lost at this point...

This is a very nice location and building.From the beginning Carmen Cuebas was very helpful and nice to make us feel comfortable not only living in a new place but country (we will be here for a couple of years).My ONLY concern is the NOISE.The noise when yoy live by Universal is AWFUL, at 5 am they start working and it is usual to wake up with the alarms, or engine bombs.. or whatever (you sign on the leasing contract you are aware of this, in case you dont read the contract as I did)So then we moved to the other side of the building, and the cars noise from Vineland rd, is even worse :(The windows are just made of one layer of glass and not well adjusted, so whenever it is windy, you feel the noise and the cold, and the cars, all night long, so we wake up at 6 am every day :)I got some insolation pads, but the building should really make something bout those windows... it is not big deal to get windows for noisy places...
