I absolutely love living in Camden Lee Vista. It feels like I am living in a retreat. I have lived in both a one bedroom/one bathroom and now a three bedroom/ two bathroom and I am so happy to be here. Jose Adorno helped me with both my moves here and is a wonderful leasing agent. He is patient, hands on and truly cares. He went above and beyond. The other Jose in charge of maintenance, is equally as important! He handles everything immediately and is truly an amazing asset to the team. I have high end surfaces, beautiful surroundings and an amazing team looking after everything! Thank you Lee Vista! And Jennifer the manager too! No matter who answers the phone, Ellie, Rosalyn, Johnatan, Luis…you will love it here!

Minor issues living here, but not notable enough to mention. Overall, best apartment I have lived in so far (this is my 5th). Pricing is decent, area is nice, no tenant issues. Best maintenance crew Ive ever seen - work order today, fixed tomorrow. Lots of property management, ie. tree trimming before every hurricane season. Recently upgraded to electronic gate and doors. Rent did not increase a much when renewing. Management is usually pretty accommodating. Camden has several properties, theyre the best company for leasing that Ive seen so far - they take our money and invest back into the living experience. Other places Ive lived in DID NOT do this. Also, they really did work with us when moving in!

We absolutely LOVE living at Camden Lee Vista @ Orlando!! Not only do we love the Management team and Specially Rosalyn and Elizabeth at the front office but we love our maintenance team as well!! Always ready to help! We love it so much that my sister lives here as well! 5 min walk to her apartment and soon my brother will join this place too!! We love that is near Disney ( just a drive away) but close to grocery stores and even a perfect little mall that even has a epic movie theater!! We love living here!!

The staff at Camden Lee Vista is a dream team. More professional than any apartment complex I have ever experienced. My wife and I just moved from Los Angeles in November and Ellie helped with our transition every step of the way. From the first phone call to the day of signing, she made our move seamless.The apartment complex itself is so well maintained with all the latest features. From the 24 hour massive fitness center, to the valet trash pickup, to newly renovated apartments featuring stainless steel appliances in every unit with hardwood floors for every first floor unit.We have a dog and a cat and it is a super pet friendly complex (up to 3 pets). There are dog waste bins everywhere you look. I personally like the car and pet washing stations. You feel safe walking around the two lakes at night with how well lit the parking lots and hallways are when it is dark outside.The online portal makes paying your rent easier than ever as well as requesting maintenance if you ever need anything fixed. We set up maintenance requests only twice (fixing the blinds and carpet anchors leading to the kitchen was loose) both fixed within an hour of requesting through the portal hassle free.Camden is a top notch company with highly experienced employees and I will not be moving from here any time soon! A HUGE thank you to Camden Lee Vista for making this place HOME!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of finding this hidden gem of a place that left our family speechless with the put you first mentality of the community management, coupled with the flawlessly renovated new apartments, that were high lighted by the quartz countertops and wooden floors were definitely a welcomed shock to us. Additionally, the gym was one of a kind, and what stood out above the rest, again was the team in the community management office. That said, we had the privilege of meeting Ellie and her coworker, who from the get go instantly made us feel right at home. The genuineness that radiated from all of community management team was evident from the get go of the tour, and safe to say I have peace of mind knowing that they will always do the best possible thing they can do for you at any given time with an emphasis on punctuality for customer service so much so within only the first tour, my family and I felt like we just met a second family. To conclude, my family and I cannot recommend this place enough and we are beyond grateful to join the Camden Family, with their exceptional apartments backed by class leading management. Thank you so much Ellie and the Camden Team, we are looking forward to the future!

I have lived here for the last 2 years and I absolutely love it. The staff here from Luis to Rosalyn to Nelly to Jennifer is just outstanding and so very understanding. With the pandemic hitting us all in different severity’s I would not want to rent anywhere else based on the constant communication and care from this amazing staff. Top notch and the convenience to all the major highways, airport, and downtown Orlando is the icing on the cake.

Ive lived at camden for 4 Years and Ive been nothing but IN LOVE with my apartment home to say the least. The entire team from front office to maintenance is great!. They all remain so professional and responsive and it makes so happy knowing that I can always count on them. The community stays clean and cozy and the new renovations are just to die for. Wow. Aside from the fact that this complex is absolutely beautiful, the staff is amazing. Jose made this such a stress-free, easy, and fast process for us (first time lessees)! He really took the time to answer all our questions, I couldnt be happier with his customer service!

I recently moved in and Im very impressed with everything. Application was smooth and quick, grounds are kept clean, community is peaceful, there is sufficient parking by my unit, gate is always working, all staff members are very kind, apartment was clean and appliances like new and modern. I submitted a couple of repair requests one night upon move in and repair/maintenace crew were fixing the issues the next morning.

We lived here for four years and its was ok experience. Rental office customer service could be better.

I had the pleasure of enjoying bothe the old fashion style apartments and now the newly renovated one.. I am even more in love than before with the beauty of this place I call home . when it come to the staff, the entire team from front office to maintenance are all great!. Theyre all courteous, understanding and responsive.The community is beautiful inside and out with the help of maintenance. They do their best to keep the community clean. I look forward to making Camden Lee Vista my home for a couple more years .. Keep up the great job Rosalyn, Nelly, Luis, Jose, Jen and the wonderful maintenance crew.

Fraudulent claims by management rampant as evident by past tenants who tried to leave, DO NOT RENT HERE.They will take the entirety of your deposit regardless of how spotless you leave the place, and potentially push for even more than the deposit.Management isnt responsive to concerns, and they will rob you the moment you try to leave.There are plenty of non fraudulent apartments in the area, most of these reviews are fake as they need to pump up their reputation after screwing over many tenants.RENTER BEWARE.

I just recently moved in to this community. The staffs and the manager have been super helpful in every step of the process. From application to move in, they took good care of me as a costumer and being very polite, friendly and patient. I applied and moved in at the same day. My leasing consultant even helped me to move a load of my stuff! I am very happy to call this place home!Its a very nice neighborhood as well. Ive been apartment hunting for the past couple of weeks and havent had any luck finding anything...Then I found Camden Lee Vista and I have nothing but positive things to say. Jose has been there and helped me choose what floor plan was right for me and met all my requirements I wanted for my apartment. Jose was always in contact with me and helped me through the process every step of the way! We contacted via email and phone calls and he would always respond/answer my calls. I recommend this community to everyone. Location is great and staff has always been helpful. I just purchased my first home so that’s the only reason why I moved out. Luis helped me with the move out process and he made everything so easy for me and answered all the questions I had. He was very sweet and made sure to take his time and asked me questions about transferring electricity over and returning cable equipment. I have never had anyone take the time and make sure I did everything.What really made my day was a phone call I received from Luis 2 weeks after I moved out just to ask me how was the new house coming along and that everyone at Camden Lee Vista misses me and are super excited for me. I had been waiting to write my short review BUT I just put in a service ticket for an AC unit that stumped pumping air and wanted to send my kudos.About two hours after I placed it, a maintenance technician named Enrique Estevez greeted me at my door with a big smile.In about 5 minutes, he quickly fixed the unit.I guess it was some weird outlet that had become dislodged?Anyways... Just wanted to give him my thank you again for his great work and awesome manners.I love my unit and the community. Ive been here for months and have zero complaints!

I’ve been a renter for a very long time, and as residents of Camden Lee Vista for going on 3 years now I’ve never been so disappointed in how a community handled this situation. We’ve never once had a problem, until now. Anything we ever needed questions, repairs, whatever. They were always there, and more than willing to help and work with us. No questions asked. Since day one we have never missed a payment, and have never had a problem. Weve always communicated, and once again definitely NEVER missed a payment. Our family had chosen to stay here for another year back in May of this year. Mainly because of how helpful theyve always been but we NEVER expected this to happen. Camden Lee Vista has gotten every penny our family could afford for the past 3 months now. 3 months ago we were even approved for the Rental Assistance for 3 months through Orange County and they can’t accept it. Not sure if this means they cant or they dont want to and either way they didnt do a good job explaining why. So instead of not paying rent at all, or waiting until we had a full monthly payment, and paying like that. We simply paid as much as we could, every single month for the last 3 months. Bad idea! Dont do it. Theyll take whatever you give them and apparently after 3 months of non payment not only do they take your entire security deposit, and charge you some awesome fees, they also ignore your calls, messages, and have people lie just so they dont have to help, and start the EVICTION process. Pretty sure this is illegal and on top of that they tell you that you’re lying. Ive heard all of the conversations. The same date the eviction was filed was coincidentally the exact same day we tried contacting them multiple times and leaving multiple messages on multiple occasions. We even had to speak with the Texas office because they just werent responding here at our local office. To no avail of course. This part is crazy. One time we called in and the lady that answered the phone said that Luis was on vacation. When clearly after 2 more handoffs Mr. Luis just somehow magically appeared back at work. These are blatant lies and disrespect and should not be tolerated by any human being and seems very crooked from my perspective. I have never dealt with 2 more unprofessional managers than Jennifer Emge & Luis Lee in my entire life. Its just not right. I truly hope and pray that no one else EVER has to go through, or deal with this level of unprofessionalism again . What makes it even worse is that the “property managers” also know that were working on getting approved to purchase a home, and have spoken with them on multiple occasions about our options. Long before any of this. But maybe Im wrong. An eviction sounds like the best bet for people doing everything they can to survive until they can get their own home. Doesn’t it? From my perspective, especially during this particular time, and considering the longstanding community relationship weve had. Discrimination is definitely the last thing we would ever expect from a place that we called home.

We live here currently and are actually having to transfer to another Camden out of state because of a job. I really have nothing bad to say about the community. The maintenance crew ROCKS. Our air went out one Saturday morning and they were here in less than two hours. Anytime we need maintenance, they come ASAP. The front office is always very nice. The trash service people sometimes are irritating, because some nights they miss your trash, haha, but the community itself is awesome!

With everything going on in the globe, I cant believe the level of professionalism I received with Luis from Camden Lee Vista. He was able to help me with virtual tours via skype and walk me through the process of renting with Camden. I have yet to be provided this level of service from other companies. Luis also managed to be personable and relatable, making me feel more comfortable with renting with Camden in the near future. I loved how comforted I felt with everything via video calls. Thank you Luis, I cant tell you love what you do.

Camden Lee Vista is a great place to stay! It is located about 5-10 minutes from the airport and major highways so it is very convenient for me when I commute or travel out of the country. Absolutely amazing customer service. We recently moved in and the entire complex is going through a major renovation and we were given one of the few outdated apartments and unfortunately it was just too worn down to warrant what we paid in rent. We went to the office and Jose was able to convince his manager to let us transfer to an updated apartment without having to wait 90 days. They were so helpful and just incredible. Definitely recommend. But if you go try to speak to Jose. He’s by far the best representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of associating with.

Beautiful community and spacious floor-plans. The leasing staff is very kind and professional, however i have to recognize what an amazing maintenance team they have, regardless of the issue they are always prompt, respectful and have the best attitude to help the residents.

This community is a great community. The apartments are nice (slightly outdated, but nothing major) but what makes it a great place is the Staff. I am on my 2nd apartment (went from a one bed to a two bed) and what makes this place amazing is the level of service. Front the Front Office Staff of Jose, Jessica and the rest of the staff all managed by Anna, thing get done and get done right. If it isnt right, it is made right ASAP!! The maintenance staff is top notch. Angel who manages Jose and the rest of the guys is on point. He make sure that all of the work that is performed is done correctly and in a very timely manner. All of the maintenance is very friendly and helpful. If there is an issue, they talk to you about what is going on and when it will be taken care of. I just cant say enough about the entire staff. It is 2 worlds apart from the apartments I left and moved here.

The culture of Camden lee vista is very warm and welcoming. Once entering the business office you are greeted by a pleasant smile. It is conveniently located you can walk to the post office, the library and other facilities. I like Camden Lee vista because of the available resources. I have my Business office, gym, pool mail box and other amenities that make staying there comfortable. The gym is 24/7 a bigger than most apartments that i have visited. There is no restriction to printing, faxing and all of these services are free. I think what i like is the efficiency once there is a problem with the unit, they are there and they fix it. # Camden Happy.The price is more than usual but it is a step up from the normal

Ive been a resident here on and off since 07. The staff here are all very professional and knowledgeable. The complex common areas are clean and the two pools are well kept. Parking for the most part is acceptable; however, some buildings will see shortages of spaces. I highly recommend Camden Lee Vista to anyone, single or small family, young or old. This is a very nice place to live.

Worst Place to live, had two motorcycle inside my garage and somebody brake into and stole both bike over $8000 value plus another time woke up in the morning to go to work and my car was with no rims seating on brick and couple other cars in the complex as well. When is time to renew or lease a new apartment the Call you and to get the deal, but when is time to help you out whit other things when you are actually living there NO HELP!!!!!!!!!! Plus Rent is Ridiculous, for the same or Less you can buy your own home and pay for yourself.

Well being Honest the property Looks Decent

If youre a Veteran pass on this place. After giving them all the paper work needed for my dogs and living here for 2 months leasing office springs some more paperwork requesting from my doctor the reasons I needed my dog. Said no we arent going to be doing that and I rather pay the 400 dollars then have my private medical information at a apartment complex. Just pass and go somewhere else if you have the option .

Fair price for what you get for sure. Friendly enough office, and very responsive mechanic team. They were willing to fix and replace things that werent even necessarily their fault in a couple of instances.Definitely consider that its very close to MCO International Airport though, airplanes will be constantly flying overhead throughout the day, and sometimes night. I was able to treat it as white noise, but it could be disruptive to many people I imagine.However, just like any apartment complex, be extremely careful with your paperwork, and how you enter and leave the contracts, because it feels like theyre designed rip you off as you leave. In our case, make absolutely sure that you notify your intention to leave within their time frame, or they will hit you with a very hefty additional fee and, predictably, be unreasonable about it.

Not my apartment, but I gotta say, probably the nicest grounds Ive seen for an apartment.Open floor plans and easily the largest bathtub Ive ever seen! I wish I was exaggerating about the second part...

Have been trying to dispute something with the manager for two months and you can never get a hold of them. Other than that they are a decent complex. Very quiet, which was nice, but when you want to take care of your own finances they give you issues.

It looks like the community is not safe, I heard that there were few gun firings at this place. One of my friend encountered issue with gun firing into his apartment. When I called the corporate office to complain about this, they didnt responded well and they neglected the call. I dont know, how come the leasing office is giving Apartments for rent to people having weapons and weapon licenses. I request to please do a background check including fingerprints when giving out for rent or lease and reject the applications for people having weapon licenses(Tie up with Government ). I wish i will vacate this place very soon due to life safety reasons.

I love my place. I have been here alittle over 2 years now. The staff, the workers as well as the supervisors are very professional, respectful, and will help you if you have any problems or concerns. Keep up the good work! I currently live here and unless you want a constantly broken gate and to be talked to in a condescending tone I suggest you find another apartment. When I first moved in I loved it here and now it is just like every other apartment. The staff acts like they are too busy for you and like you come to them with questions only an idiot would ask. The call box to the gate is almost always broken which is inconvenient when you have guests over that need to get in the gate. There are also days where the gates do not open at all and they have to be pushed open. For the amount that residents pay I would expect a much better up keep. Also, the people who live above me are extremely loud at all hours of the night. Of course its when the office is closed so I leave voicemails but never receive call backs and the noise continues. One night I had to call the police to come out because it got so bad and was 3 in the morning. I would not suggest this apartment to any one I know.

Nice facility and amenities. Grounds are kept clean for the most part. They allow large breed dogs. Only bad thing is fees imposed upon you upon moving out and pet fees are tremendous and very vaguely described as to what they are for in the contract.

I love it here..rooms are spacious, grounds are well kept, I love the staff very friendly, maintenance crew is great. But it needs some upgrades for the price your paying, needs a recreational place for the kids to play.

I am very torn writing this review, because the apartment itself was so nice and it’s in a good location. But there were so many things that made living there a serious test for your mental well-being.First off the lease-signing process was an ordeal. We had an appointment with our contact at the leasing office, but the lady who handled our case was out for lunch (during our appointment!). The other lady had no idea what was going on and asked us to come back the next day. Mind you, we had an appointment and actually both left work in order to be there. On move-in day, we were told a maintenance worker would meet us outside the leasing office to hand over the keys, so we would be on time for the movers to arrive. Alas, no one was there to meet us. I called the emergency # and they sent someone 30 mins (!) later - w/o the keys. These still had to be MADE in the leasing office. A very slow start to our time there and it would still be a long row to hoe.The apartment is really nice. We got brand-new carpet, the accent wall was painted, everything was clean, and the landscaping was beautiful. Maintenance is great as well (except for the incident with the keys, but I blame that on the office), they are quick, friendly, and do good work. The gym is nice too, but only if there are no unsupervised children using the equipment as a playground.If you have a professional job and like to sleep at night, this place is definitely not for you. With 2 pools inside the complex, it’s more of a vacation club than an apartment complex. During the summer there were pool parties almost every night past midnight. Quiet hours start at 10pm but are not enforced. Neither is a curfew for children. I called the office and the emergency # to complain about the noise but no one did anything . No one patrolled the pools, nothing. Their response was to call the police next time it happens. How is that a solution?Also the pools are almost always taken over by large groups of people. People having parties there with a ridiculous number of guests, blasting their reggaeton throughout complex… their disrespect was unprecedented. You pay to use the pool with your rent but cannot use it. Kids from outside climbed the fences at night to use the pool – I actually saw them jumping the fence– and were partying all night. The next day, the pool area was usually covered in old pizza boxes, beer bottles, trash. It was gross. The noise coming from the pool was awful and I never slept as poorly as I did when I lived at Camden! Not even earplugs helped. You can’t sleep with your windows open on a cooler day either. There’s always so much commotion outside... It’s a shame how this complex is going downhill. The walls and ceilings are paper-thin and you could hear every noise.The hallways were gross most of the time. People dumped drinks on the stairs, left old food out all day… there were ants in the hallways and we even saw raccoons feasting on the trash. The leasing office should have done a better job enforcing the rules. The amount of disrespect was also very obvious in the parking lot. Parking was an issue and when you came home later at night on a weekend. Cars got broken into, tires got stolen, people parked their cars just wherever, even in handicapped spaces… I was happy that I had an old car that no one cared to mess with. Decals would have been such an easy and cheap solution. Another thing that really bugged me was the way they billed you for water. They divided the total water consumption of the building by the number of units. You were basically paying for everyone’s water. The bill was always very high because there was simply no incentive to conserve water, and you never knew how much you actually consumed.If rent was cheaper I would have given a less critical review. But this is a somewhat upscale place that charges a lot of rent, and I feel like they should take better care of the tenants not only for that reason. If their money can go into landscaping, and painting the buildings, maybe it can go into paying for a security officer as well.

Very nice apartment . Best staff and maintenance team in orlando.Any problem gets fixed within hours by friendly staff.Its little expensive compared to other communities .

When we first moved in we LOVED it and planned on staying past a year! But.... overtime we have learned a lot about this community. The reason why we chose this place as our home was the appearance and the strict rules stated in our lease.CONS1. No security cameras. A lady in my building had her tires and rims stole. She woke up to her car on concrete blocks.2. They do not take having a family under consideration in placement of apartments. The people who moved in above me plays loud music way past 10:00 p.m. I can hear and dance to the lyrics of their music in my apartment. They leased to these young college kids after a few months of it being quiet.3. They send out emails and post notes on the door constantly and they have not been proofread. Its hard to see management as professionals when they have errors in every email or letter.4. They let people get by with breaking the lease rules and regulations. There is no punishment. They just let it slide.Hey if your young and dont care about rules then this is the place for you, but if you have a career and a family then spend your money somewhere else.

Have fun getting your rent raised by over $100 every time you renew your lease. :)

Management is terrible especially if its coming to the end of your lease and you let them know in advance that you will not be renewing it, bet you will be coming home from work to letters on your door and threats that you will be fined if neighborhood cats tear holes in your trash bag because they decided not to pick it up, etc. But they still gladly collect your valet trash fee at the beginning of the month. 👌

Absolutely not worth your time or money. We recently moved from Tampa to Orlando for school. We drove every weekend to come look at apartments. Finally we found Camden. We went through a tour with Jose. He told us about how great their security was, their apartments, parking.. Etc. First thing, when we moved in our apartment looked barely cleaned. I had to re clean everything. Their is paint splatters all over the bathroom and kitchen floors. I have a huge ant problem in my kitchen. I was told if we got a ceiling fan for our bedroom they would come set it up, I spoke with them about that and it took 4 days for them to come out to put it up! Their security is a JOKE! The gate that allows residents to come in also allows anyone else to come in. As long as your behind a car the gate wont close. They have the exit gate with spikes on it so people can come in that way, well that is a JOKE. I watched someone perfectly fine drive through and their tires were never damanaged. If you want a parking spot next to your apartment FORGET ABOUT IT. I have to park buildings down from mine and walk a long walk to my actual apartment. Their is NEVER any parking outside your place unless you have no job during the day than your fine! I would not recommend to anyone to move in here in fact down the street there is a place called Crowntree, I would have loved to lived ther instead!

It was really pleasant living there, I recommend it. If you have work nearby, it is excellent, because you will have all the necessary services to live in the area

Excellent place to live, very quiet, and safe for our children, I like many areas of the gym and where our children can go to study, and there are never problems with the lack of parking for us residents and our visit, and the quality from the people in the offices who are always on call to solve any problem for us.

Very cozy and rigging CONDO in Orlando Florida. I like.

It is the perfect place to arrive and rest home sweet home I do not live in a storage and I do not have to wait for the inheritance of anyone I work to give me a good life I do not need roomate
