Coming from another community was my biggest fear of feeling like that past would happen again, right when I walked in, the leasing team was very welcoming from the jump. I expressed all my concerns to Jonathan, and he got me the BEST spot. Gorgeous view from the lake, PARKING, on the 3rd floor, etc. As moving in, the entire team including Brandon, Robert, and maintenance all were attentive, responsive, VERY helpful, understanding, and super sweet. I am very happy with this complex, my home, and everything about it, and I’m glad to call this place my sanctuary! Thank you world gateway team, keep being awesome

Let me start by saying that the entire team at Camden World Gateway is 100% committed to making the community the best that I can be. The maintenance team of Luis, Rey and Tibal go above and beyond to ensure all of our maintenance needs are resolved in a timely and professional manner. They truly care about their residents and it shows in their level of service. I’ve lived at the community for over 5 years now and this is the best team yet. The grounds are routinely maintained and the guys pressure wash our building whenever it’s in need of some TLC. The office staff are always checking in on us and are quick to jump on any issues that arise. The community just installed new door locks that make it super convenient to unlock your door without keys! This community is super close to Disney and all that comes with it which makes the drive to and from work a breeze. I can’t say enough about the team and how much I love living here!

The location is unbeatable if you work for Disney and there has been so much new stuff going up it’s great to have so many options to shop and go to dinner. The Camden team has been a breath of fresh air and they always greet me by my name when I come to the office. It’s nice to live at a place where they actually care about you and your pets too! Last year was tough when Covid started and not only did they keep rent the same, they even gave out $2000 when we really needed some help. I literally was astonished at the kindness and sincerity of the gesture. Andre & Jonathan are some of the coolest guys you’ll ever meet and they take care of anything I need. Tibal the maintenance manager is super fast at setting up any repairs and is always smiling, you can tell when people love their job and he does. The maintenance team here keeps the place looking in tip top shape and it’s always clean. You will no doubt love living here!

Stay away from this apartment complex, there are many other places cheaper and nicer than this community in Orlando.I stayed there 3 years before finally leaving a couple of months ago. I understand that like any other business they need to make a profit but here its all that they care about, almost feeling like they are always trying to scam you. Since Ive been there they increased my rent every year by $100 or more. During 2020 all the amenities like the pool and the gym were closed due to covid but we were still paying for those in our monthly rent. They also forced you to pay a technology package for the wifi of $100 per month that is more of a package than technology since the internet is down every week and whenever its working is relatively slow so if you need to work from home or need to run a business from your laptop forget about this place.This community is also unsafe, residents reported multiple times objects stolen from inside their parked cars with management responding to not leave anything inside personal vehicles. Also, packages were been stolen after delivered. After someone destroyed the entry gate at night while piggybacking inside the complex, we asked to hire some kind of security at least for after dark. They said they were going to do so but never happened.Finally getting out of this place was the worst part. They initially tried to say that I didnt give them the 60-day notice so that they could charge me some kind of fee. Luckily I got out of that by proving that I sent an email that was simply ignored by them. After that, I spent two months going back and forward with them about absurd overcharges even though the apartment was empty for two months. I decided to pay them just to get them out of my life and move on to better things, the least I can do is leaving this review and warn any future resident.Again, there are better places around the area.

We just moved from a previous Camden community in Tampa and World Gateway is nothing short of amazing! The entire staff is super helpful and welcoming, the area is extremely peaceful and only a few minutes from Disney World. Also close enough to so many different things. Highly recommended!

Beautiful community, and such a great location. I’ve lived all throughout central Florida and I couldn’t be happier with my experience while living there. Robert helped me with the move out, but the entire team was always great to deal with. Maintenance issues were few but when I did submit requests they were always handled in a timely manner. Overall great place to call home!

I’ve lived at Camden World Gateway for a little over a year. I moved in sight unseen as I was moving from out of state. I was very nervous to move into an apartment without seeing it in person. However, Andre was absolutely amazing through the entire process of leasing and answer every question I had. He went above and beyond by sending me pictures of the apartment I would be moving into. Maintenance is top notch and addresses all my needs in a timely manner. If you are looking for an apartment just a few miles away from Disney with amazing office staff and amazing maintenance definitely check out Camden World Gateway.

I’ve lived in a Camden apartment before in Virginia. I chose Camden World Gateway when I moved to Florida because I liked the brand. Ever since moving here, I’ve been more and more impressed. The management really tries to make a sense of community. I feel 100% comfortable asking questions and communicating with their team. At the last Camden, I didn’t even know the people who worked in the office or even their names. Andre has been the most amazing person. He responds so quickly and has helped me with so many of my questions. I really recommend Camden, but especially recommend Camden World Gateway. Also, it’s six minutes from Disney Springs. Love it!

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to live near the Disney area! This complex is literally less than 5 miles away from the parks!It is very quiet and they always have events for residents. Pet friendly and have a gym + a pool on site as well :) I have no complaints and I’m happy to be a resident here!The staff is very attentive and replies back very quickly! Shout out to Andre for always helping me out with anything and everything! 💁🏻‍♀️✨

This place was by far the nicest place I lived in the staff was great any problems I had they come and fix it I honestly didnt have any issues with them whatsoever compared to the other two places I lived in the only problem that I had was they had a roach problem there by the woods guess so insects are to be expected even the people theyre respected the fact that they needed to clean up after their dogs for the most part no problems with the neighbors or anything my neighbor across from me did die so unfortunately now I know how a dead body smells like but other than that it was great the place I felt safe in the neighborhood. One more thing the AC units had issues it kept dying and eventually by the end of our lease it completely died and they had to replace it

I highly recommend living at Camden World Gateway. The staff is fantastic, accommodating, and personable. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. The apartments are beautiful and the location is great. Theme parks and shopping areas are easily accessible and nearby, but the road Camden is on is quiet. Being a gated community is also a plus. Very pet friendly too!

I highly recommend asking for Alexis when you come in to tour, he is incredibly helpful and knows everything you need to know about the place. I really loved Camden World Gateway the moment I stepped into the place. After finishing the tour I could tell this complex was very well managed and taken care of. I’m so happy this is my new home and we are close to everything Disney without the craziness of being in the heart of international drive. It’s such a peaceful community that cares for their residents. Thank you Alexis and office staff!

I LOVE Camden! I’ve lived here for 3 years now and it’s amazing, I don’t want to live anywhere else. The apartment complex is in a safe, quiet area and it’s in a great location, really close to grocery stores, gas stations, stores and 10 minutes from Disney. My apartment is spacious and gorgeous. If you ever have a maintenance issue they resolve it really fast. All the staff in the leasing office are really nice and friendly and they make you feel at home! I had a great chat with the manager Jennifer the other day and she’s amazing! I recommend everybody to live here!!

I honestly never thought I would enjoy living here as much as I am. This is a fantastic community from all aspects. The close proximity to Disney is a huge benefit as well. Andre made the entire process of leasing a total breeze! It is also very refreshing to just swing by the clubhouse and be able to have a cup of coffee and share some laughs. Melissa/Vinny/Jennifer/Andre along w/ the entire community truly cares about all their residents! I highly recommend this complex!!

I lived here for almost two years, but moved out a month ago.Pros: this place is located literally less than 10 minutes from Disney property, so if you’re a Cast Member it’s a great location, especially if you Uber to work instead of drive. It’s secluded in a little woodsy area so you don’t hear traffic or anything along those lines. I felt pretty safe in this location, never expected to get mugged or anything. Maintenance was also very quick to respond to things.Cons: management is not responsive to complaints. Countless people complain about the parking situation towards to back of the complex where, to the day of me leaving, there were people parking behind other cars and blocking them in, parking in the grass, parking on curbs and fire lanes. Management never once towed a car that was blocking other people in, because truthfully they don’t care. As far as safety concerns, our upstairs neighbor on the THIRD floor (we were on the FIRST) continuously got screaming drunk and beat his girlfriend/wife on a weekly basis. We tried calling the police and telling management but nothing ever happened there, so I hope she’s doing okay. My car got burgled at one point (sort of my fault as I didn’t lock the door) and they stole some of my work equipment from it. Also just a minor complaint, our kitchen was incredibly small with barely any counter space. But that’s just personal.It was an okay living experience, but not for what we payed I feel. There was also constantly dog poop in the grass which I stepped in multiple times, so there’s a disrespect from the community itself. I think our 2 bedroom was close to 1500$, which wasn’t worth some of the weirdness of it. Literally if it were a couple hundred cheaper I’d probably say it was definitely worth it. Not a terrible place, but truthfully I wouldn’t exactly recommend it due to the many issues, especially the parking that management refused to deal with.

Great place to live, especially if you work for Disney. Its located like 5 minutes away so the commute is great! Been here for almost a year now and I would have to say I have no complaints. I transferred over from Camden Bay Apartments in Tampa Florida and the process was so smooth for me and my family.They take great care of the community and maintenance calls are resolved within a 24hr timeframe or sooner, which I love.Everyone in the office are great and very approachable. They answer any questions or concerns that arises.Great job to everyone at Camden, from the office to the maintenance crew which are great and good people. Keep up the good work.

Were going on our 3rd year here and love it, love it, love it! Its been a pleasure downsizing from a house to a home here. We have ample room and no worry about repairs because Vinny and staff are so quick to respond.Management team, Jenny, Andre, Melissa and Alexis make us feel special plus they do a great job of keeping grounds and complex looking great.

Quiet friendly living. The staff is very nice, genuine, and ready to help anytime. The community has fun monthly events. The complex is also very safe. Affordable and highly recommended. 👍👍

I cannot recommend this property enough. My best friend lived here about five years ago & had nothing but amazing things to say. When I moved to Orlando 4 months ago, I decided to play it safe and passed up many of the newer developments to live here. This was the best decision! Jennifer & Andre at the leasing office are amazing and Vinnie, the head of the maintenance, has been outstanding. Yes, the prices are high ... but worth every penny!!!

I’m so happy I choose Camden World Gateway to call home. The maintenance team is absolutely incredible. Service requests are done so fast and they are sure to explain in detail what happened. Honestly after Melissa started taking over this place has been awesome to live at! I’ve lived at Camden for about 4 years now and it makes me happy that she’s here taking care of us! From letting us know about recycling and events that are held here in the office and helping with any small or big task we have. She’s our go to woman!

We have lived here for almost 6 years now and love how well maintained the apartments and landscaping are. The office team is great! Jennifer Emge, the community’s manager, is very approachable as well as the other front office team. The maintenance team is also very friendly and dependable. Would highly recommend this community. I would give 5 stars but have to take off 1 star as the community is not entirely kid friendly as it doesn’t have an area for kids to play in. They do have a bark park for the dogs.

I am super excited on my new journey at this stage in my life! Moving can be so stressful but thanks to Alexis for making this move super smooth! He is a professional and knows his buisness. I am so grateful for his commitment to his residents and applicants. His attention to detail and personality provided me with such great vibes that I only communicate with him for any of my needs regarding my new apartment home. New residents but feel right at home. Management is nice, only a couple of small extra charges here and there that were unexpected but nothing that would make or break a recommendation for anyone looking for a nice apartment complex to live in. Especially love the technology package pricing in comparison to all other locations around Orlando. The best part about this place is the location in terms of its immediate seclusion from noisy buildings and proximity to Disney.

Great please to live. I have lived here for almost 5 years now and have loved every minute of it. The staff has been wonderful with anything I have needed. I have recommended this location to several coworkers and friends.

I have to give the office team 5 star rating because my son loves them. He walks through the office everyday from his bus stop & he tells me how the staff is so friendly & treats him well. As soon as he gets home, he tells me how he was a “little late because he was talking to his friends in the office” AKA the staff. As a parent it’s very important to you for your child/children to be happy & comfortable where they reside. The team is awesome & I thank them for making my family feel at home.

After six months of living here, I can honestly say this is a great place to live! Ive never had a single problem with maintenance or the leasing office! Every time Ive submitted a maintenance request, its been taken care of in a day. The leasing office has been awesome with helping me switch to a large apartment! All of the amenities are great as well. The pool is just as amazing as it looks in the pictures and the workout room is great too! I cant think of a better place to live!

Weve been living here for over a year now and i cannot even begin to explain how much i love this complex! The staff is incredible and super friendly and they are always on top of things! They have never failed to come fix something when we need, or even just say hi in the morning!The value for what we pay is completely worth it considering we dont pay for cable, we live so close to everything we need and its just been the best thus far!

Ive never lived on my own before but I knew what I wanted out of an apartment complex. Everything I need is right here. The office staff is exceptional. Maintenance is wonderful and so friendly! I didnt really know what I was doing with paperwork regarding my lease and Andre took care of everything - thank you by the way. The staff is always ready to give a helping hand and assist with anything I need. The grounds are always looking immaculate and give your apartment just enough privacy.I love open windows for light and theres no shortage of them! The rooms are very spacious with a large living room area. Beautiful cabinets with all whirlpool appliances and a full size washer and dryer! If youre a hot person, like I am, this place has you covered because theres ceiling fans in each room (living room and bedrooms). The apartments also have a large patio with a huge storage room in it. I can only speak for my apartment, but its situated where the sun never shines directly in my apartment and personally.. I love that!You cant get any better than the location. Its on a quiet street but right next to 535 and I-4. I work for Disney and its literally 3 miles away. You cant beat that! Its also about 2-2.5 miles from Gaylord Palms. Its also a couple of miles from Celebration (everyone should visit there!) I love the fact that its gated so I have a sense of security and safety.I highly recommend this place!

Since I moved in back in April of 2018 the experience has been absolutely amazing. From the start oMelissa stayed in touch with me during the entire application process and was spot on with answers to all my questions. Jennifer followed up and ensured even with my chaotic schedule and living out of town that everything was a smooth transition. Andre and has always come throughn clutch with any service concerns I had, and the maintenance staff is always friendly to each resident including all the pets.There truly is no better apartment complex I have enjoyed living than here at Camden World Gateway, the staff takes pride in knowing all the residents name which definitely makes you want to call it home.

I am very satisfied with the service request effeciency from maintenance technician Jose Castillo. I called in a request for my fire alarm. He came right away, switched out the batteries for me. As well as fixing my door lock. I really appreciate that Jose had no problem going out of his way to help me with another service request. I am very happy with my experience, as this was the first time I call in for a request. Thank you so much!!

We just moved out a few weeks ago and are glad to be gone. SO many issues that I dont know where to begin. This is a gated community, which really isnt secure at all, because anyone can just drive on through the gate by following another car that has an access code. And the gates are open half the time anyway. Crime is real here. There was a murder in this complex last year and management TOLD NO ONE. The rate increases every time you want to renew are absolutely insane. $100+ increases every time you want to renew your lease, despite the fact that amenities in the apartments have NOT improved. And finally, this place has major issues with the cable. TV and internet will go out for 6+ hours at a time. Its been happening for a year and before we left it started happening much more frequently. just awful!

Love living here! The whole staff including the maintenance team is so helpful. Andre in the front office is always willing to listen and help out with anything. Great location- tucked away on its own but only minutes from shopping, dining, and attractions.

Nice apartment. Really good maintenance team. Nice swimming pool (newly refurbished). Small, but nice sports room. The team is nice and take car of you well. I like that they provide free recycling bags. The AC filter they provide are far to be the best quality, but free. Internet (included in the technology package) is nice. Its a bit expensive, but they provide a 4% discount (it was 5% last year....) for Disney employees and its close to Disney and an I4 entrance. No five star as I hate to see the gates open quite often. Its supposed to be closed, no? And having a 24hrs security checking the cars would be quite appreciated.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!My fiance and I moved in September 2015-December 2015. Despite a roommate issue, they were very helpful and helped us through the difficult time and helped us remove the roommate. My Apartment is beautiful, any time we needed maintenance they came with in 24hrs and fixed our issue to perfection. The staff is awesome and very personable. Other than the early landscaping i have no complaints whatsoever, i would recommend Camden World Gateway to anyone.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! My best friends live here for a year. They discover mold growing in the ceilings the maintenance denied it say it wasnt mold and painted over it few months later it came back so they tested it themselves with a mold home kit it was positive for mold!

The apartments at Camden World Gateway are incredible. Great size and amenities. Its a relatively quiet complex and I loved the gated community aspect. Management is AMAZING! They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you might have, as well as maintenance requests are solved quickly as well. Its close to all theme parks (Disney, Universal, Sea World), Walmart, Publix and multiple restaurants. The location is perfect. I have zero complaints about this complex and would highly recommend it to anyone! (Also, you get a discount if you work at Disney).

Worst complex ive ever lived in, the units are dated, the ceiling always has a new leak somewhere. The AC units are disgusting and filled with dust i ad to get my dad whos an HVAC tech to come out here and help me clean it cause it was covered in mold. The so called management team is about as useless as a pile of rocks and never answer the phone when you call the office. Yea its near disney which is nice but its very poorly managed and has raccoons always digging in the trash. If i could go negative i would cause thats what this place deserves.

Moved in a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier. Andre makes me feel so welcome when I visit the office. The grounds are well kept and you get a huge discount on WiFi cable and valet waste.

I love living here, the complex is well maintained and quiet, and the management staff goes over and beyond for their residents and the maintenance department is the best I’ve ever dealt with, so quick and efficient.

Lived here for 7 months and glad that I decided to move here. The location is super quiet but only moments away from Disney, shops and all the major roads in the area.The office is always friendly and very responsive to any issues that I have had and maintenance have always gotten any issues fixed the same day.The apartment is a good size and full of outlets (you can never have enough outlets!) kitchen is a good size with all the usual appliances you would expect and a washer and dryer in the apartment which is something my last apartment did not have. The bedroom has enough room for a big bedroom set and the closet has more than enough room for my wifes clothes. Living on the 3rd floor gives taller ceilings and some really pretty views. My rent also includes cable and internet and trash pick up (which is great for living on the 3rd floor and not having to carry it down to the dumpster)I have not used too many of the amenities but the pool looks really nice and the gym has recently been updated. There is also a tennis court and basketball court around.

The staff in the office is awesome, always there for anyone. The maintenance guys are very friendly and helpful. The community is always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Camden World Gateway to anyone who is looking for a quiet, friendly community.

The maintenance team here is the shining light of the community. I came home from work late one afternoon to find out that the AC was broken, leaving the apartment 95 degrees inside. Emergency maintenance came and everything was fixed in about two and a half or three hours. Outstanding response when the maintenance gentleman had to drive back to Camden. Everyone on that maintenance team is incredibly friendly and does a quality job.One night, I did order pizza. While the pizza delivery guy was delivering to another building, someone went into his car and stole our pizza.Several tenants speed like race car drivers through the community- seeing speed bumps as an opportunity to speed up.Overall, a great experience over the past several years.

My fiance I have just moved out of Camden World Gateway after 2 great years. We loved the property. The apartment we had was on the 3rd floor, the vaulted ceilings made the apartment feel very spacious. The complex was quiet, was surrounded by trees and very well kept. The staff in the office were personable and were always happy to assist.Our rent included a discount for Disney (every little helps) along with cable and internet from Bright House and trash pick up who can be hit and missReading other reviews online people have issues with parking, living closer to the pool/office area I never once had a problem finding a place to park.The maintenance were always prompt and very knowledgeable they fixed the few issues I had within 24 hours.I will happily send people to live here and if I ever need a new apartment I will be back here again!

I lived here for a year and experienced no problems whatsoever. The staff was always kind, especially the maintance team. The only reason I’m moving out is due to relocation or I would happily stay. They had a few events while I was there including food trucks, a wine & beer social for adults, and a wrapping paper station near the holidays. I would highly recommend this property for anyone working at Disney or in the general victinity. Also, I know some people have mentioned bugs but that’s literally living anywhere in Florida and they have a pest control company that will spray for you.

This is the best apartment complex ive lived in. The staff in the front office is absolutely wonderful. The maintenance is very timely and extremely friendly. Facilities are very clean and updated. The only issue ive encountered is limited parking close to your building at night. This is not a major issue for me as I dont mind walking.One of my favorite things about this place is that its quiet and offers a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the busy roads. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I live here now and I feel for a gated community that we pay about $1800 just for rent alone is over priced. The crime here is also swept under the rug and not handle at all properly. Peoples cars are getting key and thats the least of our worries. I had my car stolen from the parking lot last night and there isnt any camera footage. Why you ask? Camden is to cheap to put up cameras or higher 24 hour security guards. My brothers and I have tried to get out of the lease and the office manager said we would have to pay $5,000 to break our lease or we are stuck. I almost forgot about the raccoon problem that we have in our trash. The raccoon destroy the trash and then Camden charges the residences for the trash mess. Do yourself a favor and go to a different camden or just forget Camden all together.

This is a nice, beautifully maintained property. For the most part, this is a quite property with very few problem elements. I currently live here and am content.

Loved living here!! Very quietcomplex and no noise complaints. Everything is great and the staff is quick to respond to maintanence calls. They are the friendliest staff in the office and can always asist with any concerns that you address to them. Great place to live and would recommend to friends and family. It seemed like the best place in the world until we had to move out sooner than our lease due to family problems. We understood that we were breaking our lease but there was nothing we could do. After we moved the bills started coming and when there were sketchy charges I called/emailed to inquire about them. Then in the end they basically said that we still owed them $300 even though we had already paid them close to $3500 and if we didnt pay it in under 2 weeks then it would be getting sent to a collections agency. Really? Then whenever we tried to contact someone to talk about our bill the only person that deals with the bills was never available. Like I said, it is a fantastic place to actually live, that is if you dont mind the raccoons eating your trash and the common snakes by the dog park and pool area. I wouldnt ever live there again.

My only complaint is the gate opens and other cars follow along that sit and wait for someone to open with the key fob. Kinda scary should be one car at a time.

I hope you dont make a terrible mistake and move in this terrible place. These people are so crooked and Nasty., They look at you like you have 3 heads if you walk in the office...like they are doung you a favor and dont want to be bothered...They are crooks and a drug infested college dorm atmosphere . I can not believe this slum lord company hasnt been shut down for robbing people. Dan, Amy and jennifer are the the picture of low class and rude... Only shady people could work for this pathetic excuse of a company. They do not answer the phone because they are avoiding all of the people that they are robbing.The apartments are out dated and they are asking 1,500 for a 1 bedroom.Dont move here you will regret it !Bar nun.......Worst place We ever lived!

I Have been with Camden for nearly a year. Everything seems great just like most decent apartment communities. Although it is hard to see the lack of assistance that would be given from the administration until you have a real problem. I have had issues with payment due to their online system and because of this I have gone in person to resolve them with the main office where they are unwilling to take any responsibility for issues you may have. It makes me feel as if they just want that contract signed and once it is done they know they will be ahead whether you terminate your lease or not. They are unwilling to remove fees incurred on the exact same day due to their own mistakes. This is the first time I have ever had a property manager at any rental property unwilling to help a tennant.

Living here was not the experience they made it appear like when we signed our lease. First off they did not tell us how long the lease was for that got us the lower rate. They just said this is your rate and this is your lease. Now we should have asked or read the lease, but at the same time the apartment complex should have been very clear about the length of the lease. Then while living there we found a black widow and a snake in our apartment within the first week! That is unacceptable. Neighbors do not pick up after their dog so there is always land mines everywhere. The fact they advertise as a gated community is a joke, the front gate never works was open probably 75% of the time. They leave it open during the morning and evening work rush and if they are doing construction (which they are all the time) they leave it open. I rarely had to use my gate key to get in. On another occasion our lights went out in our track lighting (no biggy) but when I called the office they lied to me and told that maintenance was off. After a few phone calls we found out that maintenance had ordered the lightbulbs and were waiting for them to be delivered. Why could the front office not tell us that the first time? Then the icing on the cake was when we went to move out. We had to move due to work relocation. The manager was so unwilling to work with us. They expected us to pay $3500 in 10 days after we gave notice! We did not complain about the amount as we knew we were breaking our lease, we simply asked them to work with us and give us some time to pay it. Its a lot of money when you have to pay for moving expenses to. I think they gave us maybe 5 extra days? Then the girl in the office had the nerve to tell me it wasnt a lot of money. Every apartment Ive lived in tried to rent out apartment out sooner so we didnt have to pay as much in rent, but this apartment refused to try and rent ours out. They also charged us twice for the cleaning fee and refused to remove one of the charges. Oh did I mention that raccoons love to jump in the trash bins and the office does nothing when people complained? All in all it was a horrible experience living in this Camden property and dealing with management. I do not recommend living there!

Although the apartments seemed to have less space than others in the area I decided to live here thinking it had good upkeep, and should be safe because it was gated. If I could go back now I would have never signed a lease here. The gates were always open, and even when they were closed non-residents could still get in the gate punching random numbers until it opened. Policy says there is to be no aggressive dog breeds, but there were MANY pitbulls. One of the factors in signing a lease here was that they were pet friendly, had a dog park, and it was a single pet fee. Well after 2 or 3 months they changed the policy and I had to start paying pet rent every month. The dog park wasnt even useful for my time here as my dog was attacked two separate times by irresponsible pet owners and I stopped going after that. The raccoons were in the trash almost nightly and several times a week I would have to clean the mess in the hallway/stairwell that they made. Once they upgraded the technology package it was pricey..especially since I dont need it but its required. After a few months of living here I saw all my neighbors moving, almost no one in my building was renewing their lease. That was a red flag right there. When I asked around and ventured to other residents they all were saying the same thing; that at renewal time the rent was increased and when they left the apartments they were charged outrageous fees for various damages although there were none. When It came time for me to renew my lease I decided to get out as well. Sure enough I was charged hundreds of dollars extra when I left even though I left no damage. Seems that they like to make everything new again and charge the previous tenants. They have a cleaning crew come in, replace the carpet, and have painters put fresh paint..but everyone I know has been charged for something. The cars speed through like crazy and you have to be careful, and if you are closer to the front of the complex you can hear people racing their bikes on the front street at night. One of my neighbors had his car keyed, and my car acquired scratches on the roof from people who let their cats roam around.I can say that the maintenance men were always nice, helpful, and timely. Other than that, I felt like my time here was a huge scam. If you are working for disney, looking to live with roommates, and get a slight discount then it might be good for you...but otherwise beware. This complex is more outdated than others in the area and for what you get its far overpriced.

Pay attention to your lease length because theyll say its a 12 month lease then work some magic to get you a cheaper rate but what they leave out is they added time to your lease. We had a situation and one of my roommates had to perminantly leave state overnight and the only way to remove the person was to have them there in person or make them receive a fax have it notarized and faxed back in the same day. This wasnt a big deal until came time for the end of the lease and they never removed them therefore preventing me from signing a notice of eviction. After a lot of fighting about it they decided to accept an email but wait its already after the 60 day notice they require to vacate, that they dont inform you of until after the time has passed, then they forced me to pay extra months all while requiring me to be out by the end of my signed lease. (So thats two months of me paying while not being allowed to live there) They also have a garbage service that picks trash up from your door and takes it to the 1 dumpster they have for you. Sounds pretty convenient right? I did fail to mention they have a time frame where that youre only allowed to put the trash in the bin 3pm-5pm. So generally its while youre at work. Put it in early and they try to fine you. Then 90% of the time you put it in the bin on time their lovly neighborhood racoons get into it and then the trash service refuses to collect it resulting in a potential fine because it was out overnight. And this whole service charges $35/month that you cannot ever get out of paying. Do you ever sleep later than 9am? Dont worry theyll still wake you up by pressure washing your doorway or leaf blowing right outside your window. My outside door broke within the first few months so that the handle wouldnt latch and the only way to keep it closed was to lock the deadbolt. They use the term gated community is very losely followed. Hours per day they leave the gates wide open or theyre just flat out broken for weeks straight. This place looks nice from the outside but I would never reccomend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

I lived in this complex for 10 years. It was great at the beginning. Over the last 4 years, its gone downhill horribly.Dont move into this complex if you expect any concerns to be addressed in an acceptable manner. Their usual response is We have no control over that.1: They dont enforce their pet addendum:a) Building 2 had at least two units with dogs that barks quite literally night and day. Complaints to the leasing office resulted in We cant do anything about that. Nothing beats having to leave home just to get some peace and quiet.b) Tenants would allow their dogs do their business right in front of the breezeway, stepping in dog feces was a hazard, as there are no lights on the way to and from the parking lot.2: Maintenance is a joke:a) The toilet broke and after a year of trying to get them to fix it, we resigned ourselves to having to make sure to jiggle the handle constantly to make it stop running when flushed.b) Dishwasher stopped working properly, just threw dirty water. When they fixed it, it still just threw dirty water. We gave up and used it as a drainboard.c) Copy/paste any time we had to put in a maintenance request.3: Their community website has been taken over by a single person who posts multiple Disney ads per day. Despite many people being upset that the page cant be used as intended (as a COMMUNITY page) the leasing office response was Cant do anything about it, oh, and we dont have a way for you to block/ignore people you dont want to see posts of.4: Every time they have an annual inspection (4-5 times per year), they shove a flyer in your door sometime midday to inform you that they will be entering your home the next day, and if they dont come that day, it might be the next, or maybe even the next. You have to lock up your pets, so if you work, thats potentially several days theyre locked in a crate. And youre expected to allow them access to bedrooms, so if you sleep during the day, youd better resign yourself to not getting any those days.5: The gated community concept is ridiculous.a) Every time the gate is broken, it takes over a month to fix it, during which it stands open.b) The gate is left open quite often during the day because its busy.c) Even when the gate isnt left open, anyone can get in because they drive right on in behind anyone coming or going.6: Parking is a nightmare.a) Lack of parking, be prepared to walk halfway across the parking lot.b) Illegal parking: People will park against curbs and block traffic because they dont want to walk from a legal parking spot. Again, the leasing office does nothing about THIS.c) Leasing office randomly has cars towed despite being parks legally. My friends car was towed between arriving one afternoon, and us leaving the apartment the next morning.7: Rent Increases: Expect your rent to go up $50-$120 every time you renew your lease.8: They do not have parcel service. If you need to have a package delivered, you will have to either be home, or take a chance on it not getting stolen when its left outside your door.
