My family and I love living here and being next to the highways and shops. Our apartment is beautifully renovated but I am incredibly disappointed with Kyle, he is extremely unprofessional and not helpful. Every other agent is compassionate. I have had nothing but issues when dealing with him. We have been living here for four years and he will be one of the reasons we leave. Please learn customer service. (False name, do not need you making our experience here even more unpleasant)

We need to find an apartment in Orlando temporally before moving into our own house which is still in construction. After comparing many rental complexes, found that Camdem Lavina has the best service. Kyle Pittman is the best, he patiently explained all options, prices, unit facing directions, etc. and immediately sent the quotes with all details, through which I could simply sign the lease online. Kyle then followed up with a check-list, what to prepare before moving in. Everything is streamlined so perfectly. Every time I have question, simply call him, no waiting time at all. If he is not available, other representatives also very nice. We are moving from North to Orlando, Kyles professional service definitely makes me feel Orlando and Camden LaVina is a good choice.

I have been living here for a year now! I went through a life transition, and this place was literally called to me. I have lived my best life here not only due to the spectacular Lake Nona Neighborhood (which is such a gem for activities and yummy foods); yet, the staff at Camden LaVina is phenomenal. I literally get my morning coffee in the welcome center daily, and all the gals in the leasing office (and I mean all of them) are like sisters to me. They are authentically interested in my life and ALWAYS give me attention...lol! I absolutely love my home. I cherish it everyday, and Im grateful for the staff and the community. Especially, due to the fact they really want your apartment home yours. As you see, I was able to decorate my home to make it feel cozy for me. They have accent colors for your personality and lifestyle. That was such an added bonus for me!Camden LaVina, thanks for helping me make my life harmonious and peaceful!

I have called Camden La Vina home for almost 2 years moving from LA to Orlando and it was the best choice! I knew from the first showing and meeting Amy it was the perfect place for me and my two fur babies. In my experience the staff and maintenance team are always so helpful and kind, there is never a problem that goes unresolved and the community is always kept so clean and peaceful. Melissa and Monica in the office are always so helpful with any needs and the maintenance team unmatched handling requests so fast. Definitely recommend calling Camden La Vina your new home!

I am so thankful for Camden LaVina! I’ve been here for over a year now, and the entire experience has been nothing but fantastic. I’ve had very few maintenance issues that I needed to get resolved, all of which were always taken care of the same day. Maintenance team is phenomenal. The staff at the office have always been super helpful and kind. These apartments are at a great location. Super spacious and homey. I’d definitely recommend LaVina to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Not a horrible place to live but we felt like we got screwed upon moving out. Melissa is new there, she’s not the worst but I did miss the old manager Amy. I feel like they were being very nice while we were residents and once we were out, they cut the BS.The maintenance men were always very helpful. The leasing office did a decent job responding to our questions and concerns. The leasing office did seem to favor some residents over others. Someone else here mentioned that the leasing office will call you about the rules you *may* have broken just because a neighbor accused you - I agree, that seemed to happen way more frequently than it should have. They wouldn’t even verify if it was true, they just called you so they can get it off their plate. Parking is horrible early morning or late at night. People always parked illegally and I never saw anything being done about it. It was pretty expensive for a small one bedroom, but I guess that’s what you get for living near the Lake Nona area. No one ever seemed to pick up after their dogs. The trash pickup would come around 2-3am instead of 8pm - I wouldn’t mind it but they were not trying to be quiet at all lol. There was always something wrong with the gates or the directories. It was a lot of money per month and I’m not sure I feel like we truly got what we paid for.

I moved in June 19, 2020. I like the apartment I have. Its 790 Sf. The apartment is open and very comfortable. The bedroom is big as well as the balcony. I love the fact that we have gates and they all work well. The environment is quiet and clean. The common areas and hallways are spotless. There is no issue with the parking spaces at all. I always find a parking spaces in front or next to my building. I love to walk around and look at the buildings. The buildings colors and architectures are beautiful. When I walk around I feel at peace and at the right place. The emergency staff is fast and on point. Thank you guys. I am very happy living at Camden LaVina.

I think Melissa is a condescending fast talking brat. She is new to the community and the rudest. I keep hearing Camden is super amazing to work for then why do people keep leaving?I use to love living here. They never fix any problems. It’s always contact the office we will discuss it.No parking, they want you to get a garage or buy a spot like you’re not already paying higher rent for the zip code.However Sandi is very nice. Monica is she treats you like you treat her person.They cater to the Spanish people more.Don’t think I will continue renting here.

We have been living at Camden LaVina for about three years and Our experience has been nothing less but great! It’s In great neighborhood within good school district, close to the airport and also shopping complex nearby is for sure a plus. Leasing Staff - Amy and team at the leasing center are always helpful. They also have best maintenance staff helping community up and running with no issues.

LOVE living here!! Great apartment complex, great management and great area! I am especially impressed with the maintenance here, you put in a request and they are at your door usually within the hour and they make you and your issues TOP priority (even during a pandemic)!! AMAZING! I’ve never experienced anything like it! That is well worth the money to live here because I’ve lived at many apartment complexes and maitenance is normally a bottleneck and a pain to deal with (being slow and/or doing a poor repair), NOT HERE!! Please do not rent with this property. I am convinced this community has it out for their residents. They will call and bother you about every rule they think you may have broken or a neighbor has accused you of. They don’t even verify the situation to see if it truly occurred. They just accuse you of anything and fine you for everything.Also there is absolutely NO PARKING. I have driven around trying to identify parking on numerous occasions and had to park my car outside the “gated community” on several occasions. They never put the residents first and love to inconvenience you.Do yourself a favor and find some where else to rent. Not to mention there is someone going around stealing hub caps off the cars in the community. So much for this being a gated community!

Living at Camden is living in a community that cares about their tenants. They always go the extra mile for their tenant(s). Take action when needed, the premises are always manicured and presentable. The staff are friendly and professional. The maintenance staff are always there one call away to make sure your apartment is running smoothly. I would recommend this community to others. Great place to live.

This was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have also recommended Camden properties to my family and friends. At Camden Lavina, the management staff is WONDERFUL! Danny and his team were always quick to respond and were able to find a solution to any maintenance issue we ever had, ranging from fixing the AC, clogged drains and caulking the bathrooms to keep everything in good shape. Danny and his team were always very friendly and really made Camden Lavina feel like a community. We very much enjoyed our time with Camden Lavina.

It has been 2 years since I moved to Camden LaVina. I was previously at Camden Lago Vista. I can only say good things about this community. Starting from the leasing office, Monica is the most professional leasing consultant. Not only, she did everything possible to get me the best possible apartment, But she was always focused on my needs. I also had the opportunity to interact with Amy, and she was very diligent. In addition, the maintenance team was outstanding. Dani was a great guy who was always caring for the residents. Now that Dani is not longer at LaVina, Cheo and Luis are doing an excellent job. This community is always clean. The apartments are beautiful. They have stainless stealth appliances, updated bathrooms, and nice views. The complex has a beautiful pool, gas grills, fitness center, pool table, and shuffled board. This is a place that I will always consider my sweet home.

After living here for close to 3 years and it being my first apartment myself it has been a great place with no hassle. Not only is every leasing consultant helpful but they truly do care about the tenants they see everyday. The maintenance staff has always been nothing short of excellent. Friendly, helpful, and the area is very desirable. I highly recommend Camden and there communities.

Goodnight. The Camden administration should better treat their tenants and try to solve the problems that arise. Once they bothered to call me blaming me for a party in the pool area. I have never had parties here. They didnt even bother to apologize. By mistake of their system they charged me 4 times an amount of the rent payment and the treatment in the administrative office left much to be desired. They dont bother trying to solve a problem. The only thing that made it clear to me that they didnt care what happened or who was to blame and that I had to pay $ 25 to return each payment to me when the error is in their system. It is not fair and I feel cheated. Where I can express my disagreement with you I will do it. Thank you.

I lived in the Camden Lavina apartments for over 5 years. The office staff and maintenance team are great! The maintenance team goes above and beyond to help you and the office staff were always nice and helpful.

We loved it here. We, unfortunately, had to move out bc of my husbands job relocating... we even had to break our lease early. 😪 We had nothing but good experiences here. Highly recommend. We and our children felt safe. Nice community. Nice neighbors. Loved all of the staff. We are even hoping we can move back! Highly recommend!

DOESNT EVEN TO MOVE HERE IS THE WORST OF ALL COMPLEXES TO LIVE IN !!! If you bring visitors they will be thrown away if you stop a car they will tow it to you because those from the same community call if something is damaged they never solve it nor do they ever move to this filthy apartment is the worst thing there is

My family moved lived at Camden LaVina from July 2016 - March 2017. Even though we left on less than reasonable terms this place was awesome. APARTMENTS ARE BEAUTIFUL. The leasing staff are genuinely nice people and care about the community and it’s residents. We enjoyed our neighbors and always felt safe while living there. The leading by office has events for the community here and there and we loved it. Rent is reasonable for the area you live in. No complaints there. I RECOMMEND MOVING HERE. Camden LaVina is awesome.

Bugs everywhere. In the hallways of the building spiders are over your head. Don’t put a welcome mat outside you’ll get infested with bugs. They have a raccoon and possum problem as well. This is no place for kids or teens. They have nothing to do. They complain about the kids being loud but they have nowhere for the kids to play away from the buildings. Not a good place to be. The staff inside the office are very rude and obnoxious. But the maintenance team is very nice and kind and will help you with anything they can

So far Im loving it here. Chill pool great to kick back, fitness center is good has far as fitness center go but Crunch is right down the street, and the free coffee is the cherry on top. Ask for Monica, she help me move in and streamed lined the whole process.

My family and I are very pleased to have found Camden LaVina, the attention we received at all times has been excellent. Ms. Monica assisted us with the application process and we given her a 100% professionalism. We needed the help of the maintenance group and the experience with Mr. Danny was excellent. My girlfriend and I decided to leave without taking a tour because of the office staff. We had completed several tours in the area that day and every communities staff greeted us upon entry, but not at this location. I heard the Camden is suppose to be a nice property but this location did not meet the expectations. The renovations at The Reserve look great and the staff at the Dwell apartments are great and the community has nicer amenities.

Although our stay here was short lived, the amenities were nice, the lake in the middle was nice especially since our room overlooked it. And everyone up front was always super courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend to our friends!

I would not recommend this place to anyone! My friend has been living here for a few months and she has dealt with a lot. I have witnessed multiple issues with the property firsthand, which compelled me to leave a review. First the staff is very rude! There is no sense of urgency to help tenants with their issues and they treat them like they are an inconvenience. The lady in the front with the short blonde hair cut always looks so unhappy to be at work and it shows with how she treats the people she interacts with. She needs to be trained on how to deliver customer service or find a new field of employment. If you think you will be able to enjoy the amenities such as the pool area think again. Since my friend has lived here she has not once had the opportunity to go to the pool because of overcrowding. We went to use the grill area and wait hours before there was one available. There are always teenagers hanging out with their friends by the pools displaying pda and making loud noises all throughout the night. During the day families come with there kids and stay until the late night not allowing others to enjoy the area because of screaming and horse playing. If you are a minority you will also face discrimination from your neighbors and the office staff. Please be cautious if you decide to visit and look for those warning signs.

This is not a community for families it should be deemed a senior living space. Not a place for kids or teenagers. I witnessed a neighbors child almost hit by a car. There is nowhere for them to kids or teens to play. Residents complain if kids are hanging by the pool. Extremely rude office staff. I could not wait until my family was able to move out.

All residents are not held to the same standards. They say you are not suppose to leave your trash bin outside after certain times but yet they allow certain residents to get away with this. If you are not a preferred resident you will be warned or fined. The preferred residents are allowed to break rules and complain about others with no ramifications. One thing that is consistent is the unfair treatment of non preferred residents. ** I’m not sure how to become a preferred resident maybe by paying the staff or bring them lunch or buying them drinks at happy hour. However it’s not worth it to live in this rodent invested community (thanks to my preferred neighbors).**

Ive lived here for about two years and absolutely enjoyed my stay. When I was a high school student Id come straight to the business office to finish projects. I really enjoyed the computer and printer they offered. The game rooms were awesome along with the pool and BBQs we had. Great place to walk around or go straight to the nice gym they offer. Staff was always friendly and remembered our faces when we came in to ask for help. Maintenance crew were really cool. Food truck events they brought in was awesome and resident appreciation events were pretty cool of them with little events the office would host. The social website they give to residents is really nice to use. Car wash and the mini dog park was always fine when I used it. But overall the apartment rooms were extra nice. Loved the modern look that made it feel like a luxury lifestyle. I would 100% recommend my friends to live here. If I could, I would love live here for the rest of my life. 👍

Absolutely LOVE my apartment at Camden LaVina! I am an employee of a different Camden and I came to live in Camden LaVina because the wonderful location and it is closer to my family. The team has been extremely friendly and helpful and I can see that they care a great deal about their residents and the service they provide! This place has really gone down hill the last 3 years. When I first moved here, it was full of young professionals and young families. Now we have several unemployed, I assume, Section 8 individuals who are disrespectful of everyone living here. We have had 2 shootings, 4 cars up on blocks. The communities response? Fire the courtesy officer. They have refused to increase lighting or add cameras stating that corporate has delays- a year of delays? Do NOT live here! The noise is unbearable. You will likely have your rims/tires stolen. It is unsafe and loud.

Always professional, I have worked with Camden properties for over 5 years and they take pride in the work they do and the property is one of the best looking in the area.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I like the general feel of the property and most of the people here. I can say that its been mostly pleasant with the exception of a few glaring problems. I also think that its maintained to a decent degree. The landscapers perform magic at times. Its not to say that its perfect, but it is nice!! Having said that, everything isnt as it should be.1) parking: This should not be an issue, but its a BIG one!!!2) The outrageous rise in rent prices after your lease has matured. Most complexes I have ever lived in would typically rise 30-50 dollars annually, but not here. Expect a price North of 200 dollars. Unacceptable!!!3) And the staff is generally nice, but you can tell that there is a Jeklyll and Hide lurking behind the smiles.4) Crime: I have seen several cars on blocks since I have been here and I have the pictures to prove it! 4 within the last few months. I had an incident right in front of the office just a couple of weeks ago where a teenager scratched my car leaving the pool area because he was too reckless driving his bicycle (which will require painting) and fled the scene before I could get outside. I told management just minutes after it happened to see if they could see who it was on video, but it was time for them to go home so they kept walking. It may not have meant much to them- but Im a car guy and I take that like a persons family member being assaulted.I will say that some people and their experience here may be totally different. I would suggest talking to some residents about what I have mentioned before moving here.

Been living here for 6 months. When we got here I LOVED it here, the maintenance is fantastic, the leasing agents are so friendly, the facilities are nice. The reason for the one star rating is the security. Just a couple weeks ago there was a SHOOTING. 8 bullets fired into a tenants car, and through a unit window. Nothing was done about it! The only security here is an on call courtesy officer. who takes forever to respond to a disturbance, and then doesnt do anything about it! Then I hear about 2 cars this year on blocks! One night I was awoken to the sound of fireworks going off in the parking lot right in front of my building! Cars piggy back on each other through the gate, there is very little parking lot lighting, and no cameras.I have been calling on the management for weeks now, trying to get them to take some proactive measures to improve security, namely hiring overnight security guards. But NOT A THING has been done!I pay high prices for a Luxury apartment in a prestigious area of town and I AFRAID TO WALK THROUGH THE PARKING LOT AT NIGHT!Do no move here. Camden is all about living experience, but apparently they have no regard for security. There are plenty of other complexes in this area that have over night security guards.Ridiculous Camden, Ridiculous.

The staff made my move in process easy, and after living here for a little while now I can happily say that my fiancé and I chose the right place to call home. Thank you, Camden!

I’ve lived here 2 years now and love it, great place to live with gorgeous 1,2,3 room Apt gorgeous grounds great club house with gym and movie room, free car wash, dog park, valet trash pick up, wished the walls and ceiling were thicker.

I absolutely love living here so kuch that we moved out and just moved back in 😅 The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The ladies at the office are all super friendly and are always very attentive to anything you need. The maintenance guys are all great workers and get things done right away and i mean like the same day. Special shout out to Cheo and Luis they always come to my rescue when we need any little thing done in the apartment, especially the other day when they brought me a new refrigerator and set it up for me (the other one was having a little problem with the ice machine) and we absolutely love Laurie! She has been dealing with us since the first time we moved into this location. Shes very nice and attentive and has helped us so much.

Ok Im not the type of guy to write reviews but we have moved into this apartment and lets just say this is as good as it gets. I saw reviews complaining about parking but what they fail to mention is they are lazy and a short walk plenty of parking. Our contact Nancy was above and beyond the best person ever to help us with finding the perfect place for us. The facilities are clean the pool area resort style and the management team A+ I recommend this place if you can afford the rent and want to live in a nice quiet community

They do a lot of trick when you moving out so be careful with these people, the apartments are very nice, beautiful complex, but if u have kids I dont recommend this place it doesnt have any area, playground at all for the kids, Admin office always complaining about the kids

My husband entered and it was like the leasing woman Sandy didnt want to bother giving him any information. She was rude and almost immediately started sharing/pushing information and details on other camden apartments before even giving us details on this apt. As if to say were not wanted at Camden Lavina.

This community has really gone downhill with crime. Just two days ago in the morning there was a shooting on Dowden Road and one of the bullets hit a building in this community. The walls are terribly thin and if you live on the first floor you will have to deal with hearing your upstairs neighbors every move. This includes just general walking, flushing toilet, activities in the kitchen, TV, music, and even conversations. And if youre like me in a situation where your upstairs neighbor knows that theyre loud they will purposely turn the music off and the TV off right at 10p so you cant call the courtesy officer to report the noise. So what are you supposed to do during the daylight hours up until 10 p.m.... just sit in your apartment building your anger and increasing your anxiety while listening to every move. Cant wait to leave here!

IF YOU LIKE WITCH HUNTS, WELCOME TO CAMDEN LAVINA!I came to Camden Lavina because it is in a beautiful area and centrally located and at the same time, very much removed from all of the typical vacation traffic that comes with residing in Orlando. When I moved here, things seemed to be fine. I live alone with my dog and I have no group of friends or visitors that come by my apartment. I work two FULL TIME JOBS. I work from 8-5pm and 6pm to 3am EVERY DAY with the exception of Saturday and Sunday. I am a respectful tenant and am hardly here to make any kind of noise. I guess another resident wishes to have me evicted for no justifiable reason as I continually get loud noise notices when I am hardly here.Within a month of my being here, there was a complaint that my dog was outside barking all hours of the night. First of all, my dog stays inside my apartment and does not bark unless someone is knocking at the door or a stranger is on premises. I called the leasing office and explained that I DO NOT LEAVE MY DOG ON MY PATIO TO BARK ALL NIGHT. Not to mention there are other residents that have and I have to endure their barking yet I received the warning.Last week, I visited the rental office and was advised that someone complained that noise was coming from my apartment at ALL hours of the day and night. I again explained that I work 16 hours a day and I am not home. I additionally asked them to call me when the offense was made since they seem to take the word of ANYONE who wants to complain and do not question their validity or credibility to make these accusation yet I continually get reprimanded. I am not here to even turn on my television nor anything else.I received no phone call all this week, yet I received A NOTICE OF LEASE VIOLATION FOR LOUD MUSIC, DISTURBANCE AND EXCESSIVE NOISE!! Again, I have been out all week working. I COME HOME TO REST EVERY NIGHT FOR 3 HOURS JUST TO WORK AND PAY THEM A LARGE AMOUNT OF RENT, JUST FOR THEM TO BELIEVE SOMEONE AND NEVER ALLOW ME TO DEFEND MYSELF. AND NOW I HAVE NOTES ON MY FILES FOR SOMETHING THAT I HAVENT DONE! I called the office back today to express my concerns and I was told that the resident in question stated that I have large parties. I LIVE ALONE!!!!!!!! I DO NOT PARTY!I feel unwelcomed, accused, embarrassed, unbelieved, disrespected and just as violated as they claim to have been by this false accusation of noise. I cannot believe that I am being treated in such a way.Camden Lavina is a beautiful place but there is no protection against peoples accusations. There is never a question that the person accusing someone may be hearing noise from another tenant and your lease gets affected based on someone elses word. I am highly upset and now feel very unwelcomed here. I have complied to their regulations. I have remained quiet, I keep trash picked up, I pick up after my dog EVEN THOUGH i HAVE TO STEP OVER 10 OTHER DOGS PILES TO DO that, and yet, I get a lease violation based on a misdirected complaint.If you want to impress your friends and family by living in a nice looking place like Camden Lavina, be warned that it comes at the price of possibly being accused of things that you havent done with out any due process or investigation in to any allegations that others make. In other words, YOU COULD BE PAYING HIGH RENT JUST TO BE EVICTED BECAUSE ANOTHER RESIDENT SEES FIT TO ACCUSE YOU.

Overpriced. Walls are too thin. Residents often allow non-resident family members in for access to gym, pool, etc., creating difficulty for actual residents to utilize.

CRIMEWhile there for 10months. A gun was fired multiple times hitting a car and the building. Not my building. A cars rims were stollen. Once confirmed by the leasing office. Another just looked to suspicious to not be theft.If that isnt enough to stay away here you go.TRASHTrash pick up is from Sunday-Thursday 6-8pm set out time 8pm-9am pick up time. Non except fee of $15/month. Work nights? Youre screwed and pay to take your own trash to the dumpsterThey give you a trash bin that you have to bring in before 9am everyday. Imagine brining your trash dumpster inside your house everyday. Its pretty foul. I had to take the trash can to the car wash to clean it out because of the foul smell coming from it.Just put the bag outside? Not aloud. They took a picture of my trash that I set outside my door and management put a letter in my door telling me to use the can.Youre not aloud to just put stuff in the trash can. Last second smaller trash, smaller box, last second milk jug. They will not take it. Unless its in a bag25lbs rule as well. Ran into this issue once.Never thought trash would be so ridiculous. Camden Lavina. They figured it out.POOLVery nice pool well kept and clean. Loved it. There are 4 grills. Went all summer only one worked. Some of the time. Very disappointing. They say 2 guests to 1 tenant. More then that must get approval from management.PARKING.I was located in building 5. Parking is great from the hours of 8am-6pm. 6pm-9pm you have a chance of getting lucky and not having to walk to far After 9pm Weekday? Have fun the closest parking spot is going to be in front of building 1. I get off at midnight. Every night. Worst part is you get to walk by all the non tenants car. So people that do not pay $1300/month get your spot.Youre required to put a sticker on your front windshield. More than half that I have to walk by do not have that sticker. No guest parking, no guest permits (these do not exists).I complained to management. They said they cant make people put the stickers on there car.Okay so make the tenants that pay rent, walk easily a quarter of a mile there and back, run through the smelly sewer water sprinklers that go off every night, because your management doesnt want to do late night work and tow cars that do not belong.I brought it up again and someone said that they were working on it. That solution was to make every spot smaller. So no fix just smaller spots. For about 6-10 spots in the entire complex. It didnt help any and just made dents in your car more relevant.You can rent a garage is $125/month, its 19x11, there is a cement block to stop you.PESTAnts are everywhere. Management seems to think this is just the norm. Instructed us to do some things differently. We called out pest control. (They only come out on Thursdays)The first time they came out it wasnt much of a problem. Just some in the kitchen. So thats all we asked them to do. That was a mistake. Ants were then in our br. On our toothpaste walls and tooth brush. Then back to the kitchen. They were in our cabinet allll over our dishes. I went to work unknowingly with my water bottle. Drank about half. Filled it up and saw ants allllll inside of my lid. I mean 30 mini ants inside my lid. I ran to the br to clean it out and texted my roommate to ask if they were back in the kitchen. They were in the cabinets everywhere. Absolutely gross.Overall its a 2 out of 5 star apartment with a beautiful floor plan, beautiful facility, but for 2bd 2br $1380/month. Its not worth it one bit. Its only 5 years old and has all of these issues. Very sad. In 5 more years it will be more expensive and 3x worse. Management is very nice every time Ive spoke with them. Theyre pretty slow on the email responses. I wish you could just email the whole team and have someone respond but unfortunately I only have one email.

I wanted to make this review the most accurate as possible for newcomers. It is why I waited before writing this.First the Positives,- Very good layout of rooms and bathrooms- Spacious and modern appeal- Parking not much an issue unless arriving home after 9pm.- FREE carwash STATION!!!!- Stainless appliances. Kitchen has dishwasher and food processor as well.- Appealing wood floor in bathrooms kitchen and dining area- Family and pet friendly. Very calm and peaceful access only neighborhood.- Internet and TV. entire apartment prewired. ($65 part of rent)-trash picked up at your door ($25 part of rent)The BAD.- I am extremely upset about one major thing. YOU HEAR EVERYTHING. These buildings seem to be made on a low budget. The floors and walls are not sound insulated. Just to give you an idea. I can hear when someone opens their clothes drawers. I can hear conversations and hear which rooms they are walking to. I live on a second floor apartment and so our neighbors below were a bit upset about noise. Noise I didnt know I was making Just normal walking and normal life duties. We made a mutual agreement on how to deal with the issue. For the neighbors upstairs I just dont bother complaining because I know is not their fault. But I dont know if I would like to renew a lease here.- ALL ENTRY DOORS SLAM CLOSED. You hear the neighbors and I no they hear me. The doors spring shut and resonate the entire wall. everyone hears it. We try not to let it close that way but sometimes our hands are holding bags or a child.If you decide to live here I do recommend this place because overall its ok. Just know that this is one issue camden will never fix because its the way these apartments were built. Decide whether you need to be on the top floor or first floor. But never the second floor you will get the noise and give the noise. Its very hard to avoid.I hope this review helps you make a good decision.

My honest opinion Camden Lavina is nice however the cons overrides the pros. One of Camdens amenities is free wifi. However it is super slow at times and every time there is a bad thunder storm and lighting strikes the wifi always gets knocked out. If its after 6 pm and there is a thunder storm you can count on losing wifi and it wont be turned on until the next day or if its on a Friday you have to wait until Monday.Also instead of the front office contacting bright house I had to. Which seeing how the main router is in the front office I shouldnt have had to do so. I called the front office and told them we had no wifi and didnt hear back for about 3 weeks, and that was because I called them frustrated. I myself use an Ethernet cord because it is way faster than Camdens wifi. The outlet must be no good cause I have not been able to use it for over 3 weeks now. The reason why I have not called it in is because I have two more days here and Im moving out.To sum this all up......get your own router and wifi.Another big con is the roaches. When i first moved into Camden we had no roaches. All of a sudden about 4 months into living here it seemed like we were having pest control come out every week to spray. It was quite disgusting and still till this day has not been taken care of. My guess is that they are inside the refrigerator since they love warm places. At night I could see them all in the back of the refrigerator. You would think paying 1,500 a month this would be the least of your problems.Another con is the doors. The doors close so hard you can hear when your neighbor is entering and leaving the apartment. Also the walls are thin so If someone is playing loud music you will hear it. You will also her closing of the cabinets.All in all it is a nice area, but for 1500 a month this places needs to be in better shape. Would I recommend living here..........it all depends. If you have the funds I would say yes, but at the same time you could find a nice house for that price.

A lot of CrimeIt is not unusual to wake up to see a car on blocks every few weeks. There was also a shooting a few months back. Not much has changed and management hasnt made any noticeable changes to fix the problem.

I enjoyed it very much.

Bug problems, dead bugs in refrigerator and freezer and I had all my food in plastic baggies. Sent out pest control multiple times when I rented there. Very disappointing as it was a practically new apartment complex but certainly not worth the money, if youre new to the area.

It is a five star resort, we loved.
