This apartment has a ways to go. But trying is what I can say. Knowing that repairs need the upmost attention. And communication between tenants and management needs to be the floor front topic. The place is still open. Once management hires the proper people to fix and repair Ill be able to up the review.

I would give 0 if I could.. DO NOT DO AN APPLICATION AT THIS RAN DOWN PLACE. I did at 75 app fee and 200 holding fee after denial they say I can still move in for 2000$ in pine hills are u crazy! Then they dont want to give back my 200$ saying admin fee what admin fee if I wasnt approved... Who the hell would pay 300$ for a non refundable application fee NO ONE. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO ACTION 9 if I dont have my.money b4 feb it has been Oct Nov Dec and now jan

The maintenance never comes for anything you need them, They never answered the emergency phone lines, They never fix anything, they charge for valet trash when you can walk the trash yourself you can’t have anything on your patio. Also they are quick to charge for stuff but they don’t fix anything.

I’ve been living at the Park at Collington for about a month now and it is great! Ana and Paul are so accommodating and friendly as well as the whole staff! I would highly recommend the park at Collington to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable apartment in Orlando!

Honestly terrible place to live only been here for 2 years my lease is up in February thank god, the gate is never closed yet if you loose the sticker on the side of ur car to open the gate they will charge you 50$ to replace when again THE GATE IS NEVER CLOSED. Expect roaches when moving in even though they claim to spray and clean the house upon move in date (lies) the roaches we gladly greet you in your move in day! The water is cut off at least 3 to 4 times a month due to “main water line issues” you can put a work order in but you’ll have to literally harass the people in the office to get them to actually come and do there job. All appliances are old and have not been replaced so things like your water heating breaking out of no where and you being with out hot water for 2 and a half days is fun! They phone is never working so you always have to come inside to the office. All together worst place in pine hill to live, price is cheep but is not worth it at all, no one here cares terrible service.

The Park @ Collington has new management AGAIN!! And so far, has been very unimpressive. I have put a work order 5 x for the same issue and no one has been by to resolve it. If you call the office, no matter what time or day, you get the voicemail... VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Do Not Apply they will take your money and not give you a reason for denial and not answer the phone it’s been 6 weeks they make you pay 200 upfront from holding fee and I still haven’t received the refund they don’t put the funds back on your card they will advise you.. you have to wait on a check !!!!!

Roaches.....roaches....roaches...roaches.. and Im not exaggerating...I lived there (2years) only because at that time it was the only thing I could afford and at that time everything seemed good because my roommate was very clean but even when its clean it doesnt stop the roaches from coming out, no matter what you used they are immortal (lol). To say its in pine hills its very quiet and the lay out of the apartment is good but those roaches are taking over..Management please dont write a response saying that you will help assist in anything because you already know of the roache problem and if the sparying isnt working then you need to try something different

I read all the reviews and cannot disagree more with the negative ones about the staff. Im currently in search of a new home due to a job transfer, and The Park at Collington is at the top of my list! The Manager, Sharri Patterson, has been extremely helpful and her staff has been as well. This is definitely a great value and I look forward to becoming a resident!

Worst complex I’ve ever lived in . Water is always shut off due to main breaks and they always have people working on the property before 9am . Being rude and inconsiderate of the people who live around here! Never answer the phone and maintenance barely comes when u ask . Don’t even want to give them 1 star right now . Thank you for always giving me a reason as to why I shouldn’t continue my lease here .

I have been here for several years now. I have seen a lot of changes too! I can say that over the last year since this new company came there have been a lot of good changes and even though people on here dont agree I have had nothing wrong with the staff. They always greet me with a smile even when I have an issue. I love it here.

This place has really changed over the last few months. The new manger and team are making changes. We never had the office do things for us like they are now. They gave us dads lunch on Fathers Day and later we are having something for the dogs in the community! I am really starting to feel good about living here.

Recently my family and I have moved to the park at collington and what can I say we fell in love! The staff in the main office are very welcoming and polite. This community is one of the cleanest/friendliest in the neighborhood. The maintenance team strive hard and go above and beyond. Round of applause to all the hard work going around here! Its really paying off!

I had a great experience Staff was great. Great Customer service. As a vendor the compagny was very professional and understanding. 5 stars all the way.

Never again! It was nice....in the beginning after we moved in roaches galore..they don’t wanna spray stuff in the apt broke they don’t wanna fix then my daughter gets her bike stolen and they leave her tire .....my baby got his stroller stolen. DEFINITELY NEVER AGAIN to high of rent to be so digusting

Just moved here and the place is nice but sometimes it gets loud after the office closes. The lighting at the entrance is not good, actually there is no lighting at the entrance and there could be better lighting around the community....light post on each curb would be nice. But other than, things are ok....stay tuned. Ill be back after my lease is up.Edit:Rent for a two bedroom is $899 but after the $79 for water and the $25 for valet trash that isnt a choice (you have to pay whether you want to or not) which is $1003. I didnt find out until after it was too late and I didnt want to lose the money I had already put into the place. Then you have to pay for gas and lights so by the time bills are due, you are out $1100-$1150 depending upon your usage. Either way, its too much money for this area. Im still waiting on the front gate to start working, I mean they have security but he is always setting in his car. For the size and make up of the complex, 2 guards would be better. Im still waiting on my washer and dryer, its only been a month so Im trying to figure out how to turn these lemons into lemonade.

Moved in About 2 months ago. Property is improving because I assume the is new management. I see all different people in ther office from when i first moved in. I can see the change in the attitude of the employees and the look of the property. Keep up ther good work.

This apartment complex is HORRIBLE! Maintenance never  complete their jobs. I moved in since Feb of 2018 it is now September and they have not came to fix the patio screens that are falling apart. We had to hold together the edge of the kitchen counter that was lifting up with tape and the maintenance man had the audacity to say that would be okay and did nothing to fix it. Now my bedroom window can not withstand the rain in Florida. Everytime it rains water falls down the blinds and down the wall onto the carpet. No one in management or maintenance seems to care about finding a temporary solution until the vendors that did not complete the job gets to fix it.  Now I have to wait for them to do NOTHING like they did with the screening patio until I can move out. So I guess water ruining their own property is not important. Mind you there is an outlet right below that same window. I just should continue to lay MY towels down for the unfinished jobs by their vendors. I hate this apartment complex more than I can describe. Never again!

I’ve applied a couple weeks ago. I received an email stating they’d reach out to me still no response. No matter what time you call them they never answer the phone. If you go up there it’s a paper on the door w/ an email but the email address doesn’t even exist.

These people are nothing but some low life scammers RUN RUN RUN. DONT NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Ive been waiting on them over a week to get some answers if Ive been approved or not, I still didnt get an answer. I called them this morning to withdraw my application because Im traveling soon and I didnt get an answer from them, thats when theyre telling me oh youve been approved so if I didnt call to withdraw my application I wouldnt know that Ive been approved. Now theyre telling me I cant get back my $275.

This place looked nice from the outside. But the roads and environment gave me a little concern. I did not stay here, but it seemed to be nice to visit.

I would have to start by saying wow! This community has made such a huge change. From the office staff to the maintenance staff. I no longer have to call every week just to get a work order completed which was my main issue I’ve had in the past. So thank you for that. I also would say the office staff has improved as well.

I have been here almost 3 years now and love the office staff Chanika and Sharri. I go into the office all the time just to say hi because they always make me feel welcome to be here. Over the years this place has really changed with the current team for the better and I am really greatfull. Keep up the good work ladies!

I was going to get an apartment here but they just want to finesse you. On Craigslist it says $399 move in special... ya it’s a lie. Then they say 2/2 for $940 but it’s actually $1044 you have to pay extra for Water, trash, sewer.. When usually most Apartments don’t charge for that. I look at the model apt then they tell me It won’t come with the black appliances as shown in the apartment model & pictures... lol wow false advertisement all over. Also the admin fee” is a rip off... $200 that doesn’t even go towards deposit. I thought the application fee is supposed to cover background check etc ? Hm. They’re doing too much when this neighborhood is in a bad area. I literally thought I was going to get robbed when I stepped out the car.

I use to live here and it is not what it used to be ! The ladies in the office were so helpful and nice not to mention my apartment was so clean and beautifully renovated thank you collington !!

Ever since this team took over I havent been happier with my home. The managers Sharri and Chanika are more than helpful. Amazing team !!!!!

The staff in the office are very nice, and they always try their best to get everything that I have issues with fixed. Especially the office manager she is really down to earth .

I havent been living here very long, but one thing I can say is the team that is working in the front office are some of the most professional individuals I have ever come across. While I was looking for an apartment Sharri Patterson the manager ensured that all my needs were taken care of. Even when I was still undecided about where to move to she called me and asked me if I had any questions that might help me in my search. I really liked this because it wasnt pushy nor did it seem like someone at a car dealership just trying to make a sale. The move in process was extremely easy Amanda Lorente made everything so smooth and the transition was amazing!Oh and dont let me forget!!! About a week or so after I moved in the assitiant manage, Chanika, I think her name is game me a call just to check in with me to ensure everything ran smoothly and to see if there was anything they could do to help! Anyone looking for a place to stay, this is the place and this is the staff to help you!!!!

All they do is sit take your money and kick you out im paying 10003 for a 2 bedroom the doors coing off when i trun the ac on theres water coming out the thing when i got the apt it was not done there alot of bugs i see when people move out thet repant it and move the people in dont do nothing to the apt they tow your car with out a note the gate not fix im paying for a gate to always be open trun your water off with out a note......i been calling for 8 weeks the fix it theystill never came YET the pool never be open police alwaysbenhere only give it a star be cause they made me theres more but i have to be to work

I paid my $75 app fee and $200 holding after it took them a month to actually process my application to them saying they dont have my application then from them finding application then I get a letter saying I was denied to them calling after saying Im trying to have my manager look at your application I tell them I was already denied I just want my money back they say ok I should take two weeks no check I go check my voicemail I get a call asking if I am still looking for a apartment I call them back to say once again I just want my money back now here we are 3 months later no money I call no answer I work monMon through Friday I dont have time to call or drive up there everyday for my money I need my money back now.

The people in the office are disrespectful & spiteful! But overall the apartments have improved over the years

I had a major issue with sewage, I asked to be transferred to a different apartment the manager had an attitude asking me if I want to terminate my lease on the spot because I am always complaining 😠😠😠!!! Wont be renewing my lease.
