Good afternoon. To whom it may concern, I would like to thank the friendly and amazing office staff at The Enclave at Lake Ellenor. Specifically Isabella and Alex who were very pleasant to work with. First and foremost they greeted me with open arms in to a very clean and well organized leasing office.From day one of the application process all the way to the day I was able to move in they were very informative and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. If I had any question they were able to help and direct me in the right direction.I am a proud resident of the community now and I couldnt have asked for a better leasing team to work with. Staff here is great from the girls at the front to the management team, they made me feel comfortable. I plan on moving in by the end of November if a 3 bedroom becomes available. The person helping me Reneil answered all my questions.

Couldn’t have found a better place when I initially moved here from out of state. I know everyone has their different experiences, but for me the staff/maintenance has been very friendly and helped me more than I could ask, especially when I had an issue with another apartment I had tried to move into.My studio is one of the older buildings, buts it’s right out front, so I guess I have a better experience than the people that live in the back of the complex.My neighbors are friendly. It’s a big break to have a lot of my utilities included. The staff remembers me ever time I walk in. They address my concerns every time I bring them up. They have a security guy now, which is nice considering I had my car broken into the first month living here. The apartment itself is spacious. No issues with pest or maintenance. Laundry center has been fix and repainted. Still issues every now and again, but it’s life.The apartment is sandwiched between a good and bad area. I stay away from OBT on my runs at 5am and run down John Young and have had no issues. Occasionally I’ll see a few people out there running with me. Love the diversity of the area. Conveniently located to pretty much everything.Overall it’s the perfect place for your first time living In Florida and I highly recommended it. The only way I’ll move is if I break my single streak, find a nice Hispanic woman, and we want to move somewhere else.

If you’re looking for an apartment that feels more like a home, enclave is the place for you. Isabella is attentive and friendly with any requests. The whole team at enclave rocks!

I totally agree with Jenn Martin. Everything he/she stated is the absolute truth! I lived at Enclave for 18 months. From day one the apartment was roach invested. Every month I contacted the office for pest control. I was locked out several times as the deadbolt to my door was defected.I waited one day for 3 hours for maintenance assistance. With the numerous problems I encountered with this roach invested apartment, I could not wait for my lease to expire to leave. This is an old building and the units are not well maintained. I was fooled by the photo. Dont be fooled by their advertisement. During my tenancy there has been several turn around in management and staff. Upon renting I paid $600.00 in a money order for a non-refundable security deposit plan that I choose. I notified management months prior that I would not be renewing my lease. After vacating at the end of my lease I cleaned the apartment and left it in an excellent clean condition whereas it was not given to me in a clean condition upon renting. New management sent my account to collection indicating I had not paid a security deposit and owe security deposit. Can someone please tell me where are you allowed to move into an apartment complex or enter a leasing contract without paying a security deposit and first month rent? Now I am left to do their job and provide the collection agency with proof that I paid a non-refundable security deposit plan. Thank God I had a copy of my money order payment. This just proves how unprofessional and inefficient their record keeping methods are. They have no clue whats going on with their tenants leasing contracts. This is what happens when there is a consistent change of management. Management office does not pick up the phone nor do they return tenants calls. Please keep copies and records of everything when dealing with Enclave. Dont waste your time or money on this place. You will be unhappy and have regrets!

Don’t expect to get your full deposit back from this place. They say it’s for carpet cleaning but I never spilt a thing nor did I have pets. I had to constantly call for pest control at least twice a month. At one point the bugs were coming out the light in the kitchen and the patio. I had zero problems with my neighbors and thankfully I was near the front so my car never got broken into. I did however had to help a homeless guy from overdosing in front of my door. The cops and fire department came as fast as possible. Packages got stolen, Amazon hardly ever used that box in the laundry mat even with my instruction to do so. It got to the point I used the Ross off Sandlake to pick up. Overall if you pick this place for the price keep it mind, you get what you pay for. Gave it 3 stars only because it’s a lot better than the apt across the street.

I rented out a studio for 14 months and I had Mya lease my apartment and she was sweet but now they have new management and the complex is bound to fail......when I put in a service request the Maintenance workers would take forever com to fix whatever is wrong in your apartment and when my lease was up I had left furniture such as TVs and heavy furniture such as my bed, couch, Vanity mirror, sword, bb gun and I wanted my mom to come and pick up the furniture from the apartment after I moved out and they told me that no one was able pick up any furniture after already left because its no longer my apartment yet I have MY furniture that I bought with MY money. TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!! I was also told that they already started throwing away some of my furniture...I personally feel they kept my stuff.... Like at least be honest . If your that broke that you cant buy your own furniture then say that!!!

To be honest Stuff have a good services but we had a bad experience with our apartment no ac for 14 months,ive tried to call them to fix it and they told that im lucky that i have a fan in living room when many others dont have it.Imagine spending months in your apartment with +90 degree,it was terrible and when my lease is over they said that i left because i lost my job how that is possible ? Not recommended area.sorry

Update: The staff have been helpful to me, and I hope the service they are giving will be consistent with how they responded to my original post.Original: Ive only lived here for two months and the first Amazon package I had delivered to me was stolen from my porch. Why they didnt give it to the office is beyond me, but Id you want to know what the neighborhood is like then this should be a good indicator. Apparently this is area has a decent crime rating according to one of the office attendants.

Where do I begin? The new management just completed renovations in my home and I absolutely love it. I moved here from another American Landmark community and absolutely have no regrets. They have an amazing pool and the layout I have of the two bedroom is perfect for what I was looking for. Definitely a must see community.

Get worse and deteriorate. We have apartments where are 2 3 families lives. Apatments with 10 people inside. And of course its come with people drinking outside at many corners. More trash on street and around. Less rules. I guess new residents make it look like their country that they left.

Do not move here unless you have to. Staff may appear nice although it takes forever for anything to get resolved by them. Also DONT BE FOOLED BY THE MODEL. The model building is the only one that the front office cares about. Hence the manicured grass in front and flowers.In the summer we always have termite infestation and it takes weeks for them to get anyone to come out.

Lived here for about a year now and just renewed for another. The staff is great! way better then the previous ones who were running the complex. Luz is such a sweetheart and gets down to business. I have no complaints with my neighbors thankfully, all have been really friendly. Loud at times but what can you do. ( I’m sure I get a little loud at times too.)Maintenance team is awesome. The guys will be at your place withthin hours to fix the situation.I can’t speak for all the residents but I will recommend this complex. In the time I’ve lived here I never felt threatened, disrespected, or taken advantage of. Some of those other reviews are scary and could have possibly happened while they were under older management. I haven’t had any issues this past year, I hope to have another issue free year!Only down fall rent went up, but no one likes that.Hopes this helps!

We had an eventful journey with our first apartment, yet the staff (Luz and mrs Torres) were more then helpful, they both went above and beyond to take care of us and make our place feel like home . Maintenance crew is pleasant and helpful. Location is amazing. There is so many reasons why life brought us here. Thank you

I always renew my lease because of how kind the people in the office are to me. The whole staff including maintenance always take care of my issues when Im in need of the help in my apartment. PS the people in the office are very kind they make it feel like actual home.

This place is full of BS. They told me and my husband we was approved and they Will call us on how much deposit we have to put down . Days later we had to keep calling them for more info. The lady Irmarys & Jessica kept on saying they’re managers haven’t got to it yet. And they kept on saying we were approved and good news we’re in there. All we need was more income paperwork. And we gave it to imarys and she so call calculated on her phone saying that’s all we needed and it’s good on the income part. Then finally when they call us back they tell us we was $200 short on income and told us sorry you don’t match the income inquiries. I was so annoyed because they kept on eager us on telling us we have the apartment and so on. Then we ask for our $200 holding deposit back. And they told us that’s not refundable. I’m like really they told lies to us for days and they don’t want to give us back our money! Terrible unprofessional people I tell you! If you wanna get lied to and constantly call them back to back and get your money rob. Feel free to move here!

I went to look at a studio apartment here and they told me I might as well check the one bedrooms because they rent for cheaper, when I asked how is it that a one bedroom is cheaper than a studio they said we dont know, it just is then they advertise a price on the website or on the brochure but fail to tell you that that price does not include the Monthly fees of parking, valet trash, pest control and water sewage charge lol?? what?? First off all why is there a Mandatory Valet trash?? this should be optional? I am 33 and very fit young man I can take out my own trash, this is just a nickel and dime tactic to try and get as much as you can from the renter and it is very scummy. Also why is the parking Fee a Monthly Fee? it should be a ONE TIME FEE! I can understand a 1 time parking Fee to get the sticker but paying for parking every month? FOR WHAT?? its not even a Fully Gated community!?? again with the Nickel and diming! and lastly! when you apply there is an administration fee that (get this) if you dont qualify for the apt you dont get back and if you do its not applied to the rent, it is used to pay the incompetent staff and yes they are incompetent because they cant even give you a legit reason on why a one bedroom is cheaper than a studio. Dont let these people fool you DO NOT RENT HERE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS BETTER SPENT ELSE WHERE.

Ive been living here with my boyfriend for almost a year. Things people should learn about this apartment before moving in: The apartment complexs laundromat rips and snags clothing, tears things to absolute shreds (and the office couldnt care less). All the apartments are right next to pools, which sounds nice, but wait until summer comes and youll be stuck with ridiculously loud people and children from dawn until dusk (and a lot of the time even into the night). There is no normal A/C system, its an old p-tech thing youd see in hotel rooms from the seventies. No gate, or fence or any safety measures taken by the complex, Ive had my car broken into, and a bicycle stolen off of our ENCLOSED patio. The maintenance does shoddy work and always tries to get in and out as quickly as possible with doing the least amount of work. Our patio floods whenever it rains.Over all, this apartment complex is not great. Not at all. The only reason we moved in to begin with was because we had to find somewhere fast, and I regret it. Its cheap, but its in a terrible neighborhood and you can hear firetrucks and police cars up and down the street multiple times a day.I honestly dont recommend this place to anyone unless youre in dire need for a crappy apartment. If so, this is your place.

Applied for an apartment which stated the move in date was set for 5/7/15. After paying the application fee and background check fees, we received a call that the unit might not be ready at that date. A few weeks later we were informed that the unit wouldnt be ready until the following month.After many calls and poor service I decided to move into another apartment complex. I was never refunded the the fees ~$200. Very difficult to speak with a leasing agent about a specific unit.Place is dishonest and a scam BEWARE.UPDATE -- Judy reached out and refunded my money, she was excellent, the rest of the experience was awful.

The price is totally ridiculous especially for a dang box !!! Also so many drug deals going on and the apartment complex really dont give a damn abt their rentals all they care abt is their monthly rent and theres to many over doesThat doesnt live in the complex amd you guys wonder why me and my husband will not sign another lease with you all !!!!! Ive been living at the enclave for about a year now and I must say Ive enjoyed every second of it. From the multiple clean pools to the friendly front office and maintence staff. Everything is this complex is pretty nice. Im disabled so Im limited in the transportation around the city. In front of the enlave theirs a bus stop that connects to the Florida mall stop that literally takes me anywhere in Central Florida. Its made me more independent overall and its a luxury many other places dont have. This complex also offer internet and cable and I must say the internet is crazy good and the cable is great too. I dont really watch alot of TV but I do stream videos and ive all but had one problem with the internet and the front office guided me to how to fix the problem and it was resolved quickly. I will also say the the front staff have the patience of saints I may add. Being disabled means I as person have to deal with the unpredictably of what is SSI and many times theyve made it comicted for me to be on time with my rent and never has nayone in the front office made me feel that they were not going to work with me and made sure I never felt like I was going to lose the roof over my head. I really have enjoyed my time here and I have decided to renew in the coming days. I recommend this place to anyone trying to find a great location for your family thats quiet and respectful. Thats accessable and friendly. That makes you feel like they want you to live here.

This place is good for the moneys worth gated also maintenance is very reaponsive no major issues with the apartment

I’ve lived here for two years and it’s felt like a prison sentence. I felt like I never had a half decent nights sleep. Termites in every single unit. Mold. The noisiest place I have ever spent time in. Huge puddle of water accumulating directly in front of my apartment door every time it rains. I’ve complained about all of these problems more than once, and the management never follows through.

My experience was very horrible! Lets start off by being locked out my own apartment not once, twice but 3 times!! I had my key, they have horrible locks so they had to change it twice because maintenance themselves couldnt even get in. Sink didnt work and two burners didnt work. Did I mention this is was my first month in the studio apartment! There were these weird bugs in my apartment that was coming out from the carpet I called them little white bats. They were in a silver shells and moved up and down the wall. The reason I called the white bats: are b/c they painted over them before I moved in. I get the chills when I think about them. When these comments say that the walls were thin and you can hear the neighbors conversations no REALLY you can! I can deal with mumbling, but when I can actually hear my neighbor full words, sentences, stories, moans! Lord I tell you smh. The WORST part was the leakage from the upstairs apartment. Which left a lot moisture in my apartment which caused a whole lot of damage to my furniture. I wont get into detail you get the point. Please dont get me talking about the office staff. HE knows he is. Just RUDE. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. Oh the only PRO about the apartment at the time was prob the rent price. You get what you pay for right? hmmm

Update: Do not trust the office staff. Please if you can move elsewhere. I stayed here over three years. They lied to me about the deposit waiver. When I moved out, I disputed several charges on the final bill. The manager Brenda never followed up with me. I have been harrassed by a collection agency after they sent the bill to collections. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. It is not worth the headache.

I live hear and it really over priced, the remodel / workmanship was for the outside only. The finish work inside is so Ghetto. base boards are a nightmare, walls have giant dents dent from previous repair.My leasing agent Luce stood on a bleach stain during walk thru so i couldnt see it, Ill probably be charged for it. They new management company is constantly nickle and diming residents with extra charges, online charges

Do not rent here. Location? At the corner of crack and stabby. Apartments near the road are SO NOSY. No really, SO NOSY. Right down the street from a fire station and being at the corner of OBT itll pass by AT LEAST 3 times a day. SO NOSY. These are badly managed, in a truly terrible location and they will go over and above to find a way to not return your deposit. Walk through and approval for deposit return? NOT A JOKE: hand written note and keys photocopied. DO NOT RENT HERE.

A history if you will...When I first moved in here, it was under foreclosure and managed by JMG. They did okay and did fix everything I had an issue with. The property lawn was taken care of and was mowed regularly. The Laundromat was a joke and only had 25% of the machines in total ever working. The décor was a lot dated and partially broken. The smaller pool gazebo burnt down due to careless residents and a charcoal grill. The parking lot would be re-turfed but only tar-painted to hide the cracks but I am sure the bank didnt truly care about that while in foreclosure.It was purchased via Landmark effective January 2014. Since then, rent went up 20% so far. But! The décor has been replaced and repaired. The outdoor grills were removed from the 70s and replaced with something modern. The pool decks were re-turfed and the pool gates now lock after dusk. They havent worked out how to un-lock them on time on the weekends yet though. The neighborhood inside the gates is quiet, no one bothers anyone and I have not once seen the local PD called for anything domestic in nature. About the rent, I do not agree with the price charged for a studio here, however looking around Orlando and seeing what others charge, its about average. The neighborhood outside the fence is a tad rough and worse two miles further down, it has gotten lot better since 2013. The Laundromat was redone, and the doors lock for security. About security, you may read in here that there have been thefts. Yeah there has been, he was also turned in with eyewitnesses. Also, ask yourself, where have you lived where you have not heard of crime? Its not like it happens every month. I have had my bike stolen off my porch, and have been broken into, its true. That being said, we are far from crime hills and every address has crime. In November, I suffered a drunk driver slamming into my living room, they immediately came to my aid and called me to be sure I was alive and alight. The management went out on a limb to find me a new apartment and made sure I had a happy Christmas. So, to all you rude individuals out there, if you are rude, you will get the same back. I have never had an issue with the office staff. Moving on to current...Currently, Lake Ellenor is privately owned and managed by the same awesome team under a different management company. They offer the same great service and friendly face and are always willing to hear your issues and fix it if they can. They have recently become much more strict on the type of clientele that lives there. The grounds are normally clean but I cannot vouch for every other neighbor in their own house. Lake Ellenor is in between 3 different malls and is minutes away from IKEA and SAMs Club. Universal is 10 minutes away tops.

Lake Ellenor Apartments has switch management and it is for the worse. Lake Ellenor is now managed by BH management and since they have taken over, the quality of the services has declined significantly. From being wrongfully charged on bills to loud noisy neighbors that management does nothing about, I now hate living here. Every time I enter the apartment and see the sign welcome home, I laugh because this apartment is NO HOME. If you can afford another place, you may want to look at different apartments.

I have lived here for the past 3 years.... the new owners landmark are not good. they over charge for their apartments and do nothing to keep them going. I have reported about faucets sticking out of my bathroom walls and the a/c leaking and the office puts in a work order and no one ever comes to fix it. These things were reported over 8 months ago multiple times with no change.The walls are also very thin. You can hear everything your neighbors are talking about so it feels as if there is very little privacy.As for the over charging most of the poeple in my building are leaving and i would not suggest these apartments to anyone.

This place SUCKS do NOT MOVE INTO THESE APT the place might look nice but the managers are Horrible they always had attitude esp that lady Judy. I recently just moved out of the complex cause of them but when I did they tried to charge me for some random cat they said I left in my apt I never had a cat they said they found it inside with food and water I knew they were lying to me they tried to scare me but I told them I was gonna get a lawyer for that and they never had proof so they didnt even charge me for that all I gotta say is if u go there good luck cause they will try to get money from you some way some how.
