Jeyza is awesome and very understanding! She is helpful and processed our application fast. I am moving from NC and she made the process easy and stress free. Our family is so excited to move and she made it all possible. We have been very happy with how she conducts herself and we are recommending the Beacon to others!! Such a great experience! She went above and beyond for our family!! :)

Avesta Forest Oaks apartment complex is exactly what anyone would think it is. It is an affordable, very quiet and comfortable area with dozens of wildlife around us. The maintenance workers and office staffs are very neat and clean and will make you right at home. For adults and children, a swimming pool is provided to enjoy while living at Avesta Forest Oaks. The security of the place is amazing as well. From our experience, Avesta Oaks is the place to be.

My wife and I have been residents at Avesta for nearly two years. For my wife, the attraction here is the quietness. Very peaceful especially at night. I must say that if at any time the office staff was needed, especially Ms. Moreton there was never a problem. The maintenance staff is just as helpful. We would recommend Avesta specifically for this reason.

Decent and pretty private. Neighbors with seniority are extremely friendly and respectful. The management will do their best with what little they have. I say this only because the complex itself is a bit old. I plan to finish my lease and move elsewhere, but I wouldnt tell anyone looking for affordable housing and top notch maintenence crew not to move here.

My Family and I have lived at Avesta for a little over a year now. We really love living here, the staff here is Wonderful. Katherine Moreton is an Awesome person she always has A smile on her face. The Maintenance staff is great and very friendly. The property is Very clean and Quiet thats what My Husband and I love about this Property the most.

I when with my nephew he has a friend that lives in the apartment complex, and it looks clean, and inside of the apartment also look nice, I understood that the place was recently renovated.

Apartments have decent sized rooms and central air conditioning. The laundry facilities could use some attention in the area of cleanliness. Stear clear of the laundry room if you are afraid of spiders. Significant amount of plumbing issue. Not the most peaceful place to live. Faulty locks on some of the mailboxes. They have a swimming pool onsite. Could be a really nice place to live if it were paid proper attention.

Avesta Forest Oaks is not the apartments you will want to be in if you have VisitorsKatherine is the manager she is always ready to give people eviction notice quick for no reason. The maintenance they come in your house fix something but then theyll try to fix something else and f***s it up then say well come back tomorrow but never come back and fix it. Horrible A** Apartments

Not very happy with this place right now!! 2 Laundry rooms, 1 of which is temporarily unavailable and the other only has 2 working machines. There are inconsiderate residents, and when I tried talking to the office about it, I was basically told to mind my own business. The weekends are the worse. Loud music, drunk residents. No one seems to care. Three words to potential residents DONT DO IT!!!😣😣😒😒

Lived here for a year. April and Wilson will do everything they can for you, great people! First couple of months here was sketchy but April cleaned up the neighborhood.

Im New To Orlando And I Looked All Over For Apartments But When I Came Here Katherine Helped Me So Much. I Felt At Home Before Signing My Lease. The Community Is Very Nice And Quiet And Very Well Kept. I Love My New Home!

I used to live there a long time ago when it was Roselea Willows and the only reason I left because I lost my job and had to move back home to new York but I recently went there to settle my eviction and I took one of the brochures there and called the number listed because they were closed, a woman in Texas said the number listed was not correct and they asked them to remove that number twice. I wanted settle my eviction but there is no correct contact number for them and they were the ONLY eviction I have! Not cool using fake numbers! Are the good reviews fake too??!!

No idea how this place has this high of a star rating as it does. I was driving in to the leasing office today to look at apartments and get information when one of the current residents almost hit by truck with their car and then proceeded to cuss me out and threatened to fight me. If that wasnt bad enough the office would not answer their phone when called multiple times varying throughout the day. Im not a resident here but I dont suggest anyone else makes that decision.

I was happy until the latest administration is in place. Since I do not see the Avesta site review, then here is a copy of it to ensure others can see it:NO WATER ON KITCHEN SINK FOR 3 DAYS since Friday morning. Apparently the new Orlando Manager, TIM, did NOT approve for Roto Rooter to come to the property while the machine from the maintenance office broke the same day. They had enough time to purchase a new machine but nothing was done. Tomorrow is the 4th of July and no guarantee someone will come to fix the issue. ANY water sent through the 7 linked apartments overflows into my kitchen sink, with the risk of overflowing into the apartment floor. Simply unacceptable!Another observation is, instead of resurfacing the floor to reinstall the same vinyl, due to an ongoing floor issue in my apartment for at least two years now, the same manager decides to put extremely expensive flooring (planked) in just part of the apartment. The floor colors are TOTALLY different to the original, with tile-to-vinyl transitions on a vinyl-to-vinyl floor, which makes for a very huge bump that serves as a hazard and have personally gotten hurt by them.The previous management WAS OUTSTANDING. The main focus was the resident and their needs. The community lacked (minimal) appearance but we were all taken care of and the community was still always to its capacity. Now? Extensive amounts of mulch have been spread out throughout the whole property almost to cover un-planted areas. No change machines are installed for laundry and no close-by shop gives rolls of quarters in exchange for bills. This would be a priority instead of installing a full sewer system that did not seem to affect residents personally other than getting their feet wet during heavy rain --that is expected with Florida weather though. Washers and dryers dont always work, the area is always dirty, and hot water is NOT being sent to the washer although that is an option on the machines --once, the hot water was accidentally ON 1 day.In summary, Avesta does NOT need a makeover or expensive things. Take care of the residents and they will take care of Avesta.

All they do is Jim my rig stuff. They dont fix any thing compleatly. I cant use my sliding back door and have been told that we r getting new ones soon from the day I moved in 9 months ago. I dont have base boards in my kitchen just 2 by 4s . They never show up when they say they are u have to go hunt them down foe maintenance orders then they dont have the supplys.And to the owner that responded to my post. I have gone up there several times and nothing gets done it keeps getting pushed off to another date, they either dont have the time for me or they dont have the parts. I pay my rent all I want is to have everything work and not be embarrassed to have people over because things are jimyriged

Avesta forest oaks is not what is used to be 2 years ago new management 6 times in 2 years maybe more everyone destroys the thought of avesta every moment i have spent here makes me want to leave my car was stolen in the drive way rent goes up over 100 dollars every year then they say we are only aloud one car per licence unit thats madness what about thouse who work and have a work truck and a non work car makes no sense then they lose money here because how can the person work with out there work truck and then go home and drive there child or children to school in the car what you want the kids to ride in the work truck full of chemicals and metal to get hurt.

Im furious that we have been living here since February n its just one problem after another over the past three months and we are over it!!! Constant problems with our toilet plumbing and now we have a wet spot in our apartment complex that has not gone away for the past three days and we have a baby here so if it molds we can get sick Im over it!!!

Very poor maintenance.n toooooo many roaches...Do not recommend this place to no one..

I am so very sorry that I posted this review because I have never been to this location...I may have stopped in the general location or pulled in to turn around seeking a different location...this was thoughtless and unkind on my part and I truly hope you will forgive me for this gross injusticeon my part...

The place has been overhauled top to bottom including new drywall not just a little the whole units however in the area there in runs are pretty high

There is no assigned parking or security that is worth it. They give you resident stamps and anyway after the management leaves people park in your parking lot (resident parking lot with the stamp). They ask you to call them on their emergency line and they call the tow truck, but what will happen when someone sees me near their vehicle? Will they hit me? Will they give me a shot? Here even the Bibles are stolen and several crystals have exploded and Avesta will not pay for them. Will you feel safe or secure parking on the other side of the complex? Well, I dont, especially with younger children. Find out about Lockhart before moving here. The neighbor downstairs hates me because he hears the footsteps at all hours of the day of how old these 80s apartment appliances are. Customer service varies. Some who have attitude problems, others do not. Good luck!
