My mom, sister and I all got our nails done, by Emmy, Rachel, and Hunter. Absolutely fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful and chill. Definitely reccomend!

Emmy is the star of the show here. Ive been coming to her for a while now and I have nothing but good to say about her. She does amazing work, always does exactly what I want and is a great conversationalist. Her skill is impressive, she can do very small and detailed designs. I am very happy with the service here. I recommend this to any picky gal out there that wants to have a fun time and get outstanding work done on their nails. The salon is sparkling clean and I feel very comfortable coming here. Great manicure but so sad you do not have an area for pedicures. Pretty pricey to get your toes done on someone’s lap!

I have always loved the work done here! They always give you exactly what you want and do a great job. It is more pricey than your average nail salon but you definitely get what you pay for.

I was highly disappointed in the Lacquered Loft salon. I was referred by a friend and asked management via text that I be booked with someone highly experienced who was very detailed in their work. I wanted a fill for my nails and after 3 and a half hours of being worked on by the tech, the fill and paint on French manicure came out uneven and amateur looking. The shape of the nails were also uneven and the nail fill itself was bumpy because it had not been buffed out appropriately.I was also supposed to have a pedicure, but after spending all of the time I did in the salon for the horrible work and then also realizing they only have chairs with buckets for their pedicures, I had to decline this service.This salon also charges well above industry standard for the services they offer ($60+ for a fill with polish). When I called to talk to a manager there was no answer. They offered via text to have the tech fix my nails but I did not have several more hours to spend on fixing work that should have already been phenomenal for what I paid.Luckily I found an AWESOME salon in Cottonwood Heights called Nail Gala. They fixed the shape, nail surface, and did a beautiful polish job.

Mikki is the best! I love everything about the lacquered loft. It is clean, happy and a great environment. I highly recommend this salon!

Update.Very disappointed with the management. I tried to make an appointment with my favorite nail artist Dessa. The online wouldnt let me so I called and they tried to schedule me with someone else. Thank goodness I could contact Dessa myself.Deesa is a great artist. I asked for natural nails with a way to celebrate my love of our country.

I absolutely love my nail tech and this salon! Jalen is meticulous and her nail art is on point EVERY SINGLE TIME! My nails are so healthy because of her technique and I have never had a set that I wasn’t absolutely in love with. I am a rodeo queen so my nails need to be clean, Jalen does just that. Highly recommend!

Lacquered Loft is the nail salon you’ve been looking for. Hilary, the owner, is a master artist and is nationally known as a nail educator and innovator. All of the artists there have trained under Hilary and take nail health and aesthetics seriously. Plus they are all welcoming and caring, and you leave feeling better than when you entered,..with a killer set of nails. Hands down the best nail salon in Utah County.

Love this place so much! Every employee is not only a great nail tech but a good friend and an artist. I always feel at home with these girls and my nails have never looked better!

I cant say enough good about Jalen. She is always focused and on point, and makes sure my nails are healthy and looking their best. There has never been a time that I wasnt 100 percent happy with my nails after an appointment. Jalen makes me a priority, and Im so thankful to not just have her as my nail tech, but also now, a friend. I hesitate to tell others how awesome she is, because it will be that much more difficult to get in to see her.

I wouldnt recommend this place I thought it would be high end and for the price I would get quality work. Jaelyn is not a good nail tech her work is sloppy and she is not good at nail art my nails dont look near as good as the picture I showed as reference and for something so basic I thought it wouldnt be hard to accomplish so now Im going to spend more money to have them done somewhere else oh well you live and learn.

I love being able to set up an appointment and they are actually ready for me when I arrive. They dont try to squish people in during your time. Ive had several different girls do my nails and theyre all great! I also love the ease of scheduling! My nails stay on forever which has not been my experience before with other salons. And theyre just happy people.

I have been going to the owner of this salon for 10 years. She started Lacquered Loft and has filled it with the most talented nail techs many of whom she has train herself. She takes pride in the work she and the girls do and makes sure that all of her clients are happy with their results. I have had some friends say they go here to get their done. I was curious and have been wanting to here. I called to set up an appoappoint and already not satisfied. When I called the girl seemed confused and had a lot dead air on the phone. The next available appointment wouldnt be until a week in a half out. I am getting married and dont have time to wait - I maybe will try again later with out the time crunch.

Worst nail job I have ever had. Owner is friendly but girls knew nothing about acrylic nails. $90 for nails and toes.I had to soak and scrape them off and then went to another salon.1 star is tooo many.
