I am reading other comments and now I know that I am not the only person scammed. The girl who attended me was very nice. but the nail technique and the quality of the materials 💅 POOR REALLY POOR. The manager literally made me pay for my nails. I do not recommend that place. First time in my 5 years in the United States that I have been forced to pay for something so horrible. Thats not fair. I was blatantly ripped off.

I often end up with bad haircuts because I don’t have a regular person, so take this with a grain of salt.I had come here once in the past and was pleasantly surprised. On my last visit, however, I was given over to a very young hairdresser who unfortunately didn’t do a great job. I told her exactly what I wanted (because I always have to be very specific with someone new) and she barely made it through my hair. Like, it took her 5 mins to actually do the things, and the rest was just fluff.I normally have to make a few corrections because I am a female looking for a short haircut but don’t want it to look masculine. This gal seemed to have no experience cutting an undercut at all.My husband fixed it when I got home. The line was off, the side of my hair that grows away from my part was completely untrimmed while the other was 1/2” shorter, and she didn’t do any shaping or touch up around my ears at all. She went over it once with a buzzer when she shortened the undercut, but never cleaned it up so I had stray hairs all over.In this picture you can mostly see the uneven line.Take it with a grain of salt, but this probably isn’t the best place to get a short cut for women. I tipped well but was very disappointed.

Kayla was amazing! She told me step by step what she was doing so I was always up-to-date on what was going on. very friendly! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it to look.

The Daughter of a friend of mine recently spent a special day at this establishment. Requested she be treated like a Queen… and request was fulfilled! To my understanding, LOVED every minute of the service! Well Done!

Just visiting and husband booked a manicure and massage for me. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The massage was awesome. I appreciated the nail tech asking for some assistance since she was a little unsure about the nail procedure I needed. I ended up with two wonderful girls who did a great job. I would highly recommend.

I got my hair done by Carlie & she did AMAZING. It’s so hard for me to find a hair dresser that I love & can TRUST. She took me so blonde & my hair still feels so good! She nailed the tone that I wanted perfectly. If you are looking for a good hair stylist to go to I would 100% trust her. She was amazing.

Worst acrylic nails I have ever seen. After over 2 hours of sitting there she still wasn’t done and they look hideous.

They do formed acrylic and gel tips. Kayla was excellent and spent a lot of time discussing my custom needs before deciding on acrylic. Theyre gorgeous.

Tradition is to get a pedicure before school starts. This year we had a 7th grader and a kindergartner for pedicures. The people there took great care of us and made my daughters feel like queens. My kindergartner had both toe and finger nails done.

I go to Season Salon and Spa every 3 weeks, sometimes every week to get my hair done!I go there because the young girls who work there are not only very professional and good at what they do, but they are so uplifting, kind and friendly They make you feel like a well loved queen. Their services and products have helped my hair a ton too!Autumn the owner cares so much about each client and worker and does a fabulous job with her salon. Their prices are fair and while I go to one stylist mostly I have had to schedule with others at times and I’ve never been disappointed! They are like family now to me.They kept me safe and sane during COVID times as well! Thank you Autumn, Ebanie and Rachel and all you great girls who make my Salon experience superb!

I would absolutely not come back. Although the staff was sweet, me & my grandmother had manicures done genuinely do not look good. I felt like I could’ve done a better job if I had just done it myself. When I go to a salon to get a manicure, I expect professional quality, & that was not what I received. Not only was the gel lopsided & overflowing to my skin, she straight up filed my nails crooked. I eventually had to give up asking her to fix things bc I realized it was never going to look good & I had to refile my nails when I got home. Moral of story: I was shocked with the lack of quality & couldn’t believe they were charging us for manicures that look like they were done by an 8 year old. Would not recommend & will not be returning.

I’ve been going to this salon for the past few years. For some reason, things just weren’t working out with my hair and appointments the last few times. I reached out to Autumn (owner) who was more than helpful to fix the issues I was having. She got me back in the next business day to Jen, to help resolve the issues from someone else. Jen was SO helpful and showed me (as well as explained to me) what she was doing to fix the issue. She even helped with ways to keep curl in my hair. She even answered my questions regarding reactions to adhesive as she also does eyelash and hair extensions.I loved chatting with her with and learning about her overall talents. I felt extra comfortable and really appreciated that she took the time to value me as a client. I felt confident leaving with the color I was looking to get the first time and I felt valued as she worked on my hair. I highly recommend Jen. She was answering all sorts of questions and went out of her way to make things right from a mistake that wasn’t hers. Autumn also was super helpful, all while her dog was sick and needing a pretty big surgery. This to me spoke volumes as these are people who are also having struggles in their own lives but continue to put customers first. 10/10 recommend Jen!

I love this salon, my picture shows the beautiful work that they do! I love the hairdressers and theres the foremost front desk employee who is alway helpful and polite. The reason Im giving the salon 3 stars rather than 5, is because on several occasions in the past year Ive heard a couple front desk girls making fun of clients. I love this salon and I think its excellent but, honestly, Im over it. Im willing to go somewhere else with equally excellent work but greater professionalism

I treated my son’s girlfriend and myself to a spa manicure and pedicure. Her gel manicure was coming off on three different fingernails the next day; mine chipped off in a large piece 3 days later. Her pedicure was also done in what seems to be a backwards manner: nail polish first, then a soak.When I called to report the problems with the manicure, I was told that I would get no refund. I was offered another manicure now (but we do not live in town and cannot do that) or a discount on a future manicure. Do not waste your time & money.

Personally, I don’t know what about bringing visual aid and explaining what I wanted was hard but there seemed to be a communication barrier between myself and the stylist. She was nice enough up until the end when it was clear that she was no longer interested in what I wanted and more worried about her next appointment. On top of that, I was told what I asked for would be ugly. I didn’t realize I was paying to be told what would be best. I wouldn’t recommend unless what you want is super simple.

I have been going to Seasons for years and LOVE their staff and service! Autumn has been doing my whole family’s hair and we love her as a stylist! My daughters and I have also been getting manicures & pedicures for years as well. They have amazing nail techs that do incredible nail art. The salon is nice and clean and I love that I can easily get an appointment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Reviews scared me half to death. When I go in for cosmetic services I dont want to be nervous that the girls are judging me and I dont want to have to worry about if theyre doing theyre job properly. For the prices vs the many scary reviews im not willing to take the risk.

DO NOT GO HERE. While the individual stylists here are incredible, and I adore their services, the owner is extremely unprofessional, and scammy. She lectured me for asking her and four other people at the front desk to put their masks on while I arrived with my baby to an appointment. She was very unaware of current mandated mask policies for those within 6 ft of people who are not in your immediate household, and attempted to lie to me to justify their choice of not wearing a mask. If you want to go to a salon ran by a TRUE scam artist who parades as an earnest business owner, by all means, support this business. I have heard horror stories about this salon, and wanted to see for myself why so many complaints, now I understand. An ex masseuse who worked here said they often NEVER WASH THE SHEETS.I did go to the effort of contacting the local county health department which assured me this business owner is not following the mask mandate correctly and is a threat to current public health.And while I never told the owner on this reply my profession, (Im glad to know her digital stalking skills are still intact). And as someone trained on how to read people, that should give my review all the more weight in this circumstance. As well as her ability to use quotations marks on things I never said in the previous paragraph...... If by rude she means direct, yes I was very direct in communicating the public health issue not being followed.I lack the passive aggressive tact used in this owners reply. What she conveniently left out, was I used to work for the Utah health department before moving to New York, and know every mandate currently required. Its laughable for her to insinuate my poor mental health/discredible opinion by this review, as Google gives me rewards for them, I want to make sure they are extremely accurate. Amanda did a 2 hour hot stone massage and it was fantastic!/she really took her time to work out the knots. I felt like a younger woman walking out. My back especially felt divine and my headache was gone. The facility was clean, the environment relaxing and everyone was friendly. I will be back.

My girlfriend got her hair done here and it was terrible she didn’t want to say anything but when she got home I could tell she was very upset after spending that much money to have someone mess it up was a horrible feeling to see that and this isn’t the first experience with this. Her friend went here and had a bad hair experience as well normally I don’t care but for how unprofessional everyone was and with how everyone acted it was pretty bad. I really do wish it was better but she will never go back no one deserves a 1 star review no matter how bad but it really wasn’t great

I’ve always had such a great experience at seasons! They are always very friendly and welcoming. My last two visits at Seasons i had a massage which was amazing left feeling so much better. I’ll definitely be back.

For the price and of a manicure and pedicure, I would have expected better quality. Nail art is not their strong point. Both finger and toes polish got smudged. During the massage while getting the pedicure they only massaged my feet. No ankles or calves. Really friendly and nice but poor quality.

While the haircut I got was cute and the stylist was sweet. No one was wearing masks. There wasn’t cleaning or sanitizer being used. No one smiled or even talked to me before the appointment. It was almost like they were annoyed I was there. I felt so out of place I wish I would have walked out.I won’t be going back. And I hope they follow the guidelines for business provided by the state in the future.

I had a Brazilian wax done here a couple years ago and it was TERRIBLE. It took an hour and a half and i left in tears. I decided to give them another try with someone else and it was also terrible. I have been other places and had great experiences. PLEASE save yourself some pain and money and DO NOT go to them for a bazillion.

Let me tell you Im in love with this salon, When I found it I was greeted by the owner Autumn, SHES A RARE BREED, great fantastic human being, has accommodated me past and present, anything I need. I have not gone anywhere else since. Jessika Holt has been besides an absolute joy, shes spectacular with lashes! Fare prices, great attitudes, one stop shop, cloths, jewelry, products, gem stones, coffee, unique healing water bottles, tanning lotions, Hemp, and my favorite Covid face masks of all different designs colors and super soft!! And so much more😍😊👌

The atmosphere was relaxing, and theres a place to lock up belonging in the spacious personal changing area in case you need it.Hailey exceeded expectations! We sat down prior to my facial & body treatment to discuss what I was looking for from my experience, and I was very pleased with the entire process. She was communicative, professional, and so friendly. When all was said and done she recommended some great products, I could only take one home but I am already noticing improvements a week later.

Worst wax ever! Used low quality wax that led to bruising and removed WAY more than I wanted gone!

My husband and I had a couples massage. This was our second time, our first time was last month. Jake and Emma were amazing ! We will definitely be coming back monthly. I feel like we have finally found the perfect massage therapists after all these years.

I had the worst experience ever. First of all, they have a bad service and their customer service is worst than their service. I went for a full body scrub, but the lady that was doing my scrub did only my back. I asked her why they are doing only my back, she said that’s how they do it at there.That did not sound right to me so I called the customer service to explain my issue. The person I talked to cared less, she even told me to calm down if I want her to help me otherwise she was just gonna end the call. I just ended the call and I had an other appointment with them the following week that I cancelled as well. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Jake gives the best massage. He knows all about muscles and parts of the body, what works, and what makes you feel better. Whether you just want to relax or fix something, he is the BEST!

Erin did an amazing job. She is so friendly and good at what she does. Definitely have a repeat customer now.

Alex did my hair for me and she was absolutely amazing! She put blonde and hot pink streaks in my hair and it turned out even better then what I imagined in my head! She was so patient with me and helped me understand everything. She even stayed later then when she was supposed to get off to finish it all for me! She made me feel comfortable and welcome, like I belonged there and quickly calmed my nerves. The shop was very clean and very nice! All the other Employees working were also super nice and welcoming! I definitely will be coming back to Alex anytime i need my hair done! I have been having Autumn do my hair for 17 years now! She is a true master of her craft. She is gifted with color and I can always count on her to deliver on whatever Im hoping for. She always achieves the level of blonde Im hoping for and chooses the right shade of color to pair well with my skin tone and gets it all done surprisingly fast! Not only are her skills top notch. But, her service levels are excellent. She is kind, caring, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Am I a walking billboard for her yet? 🤣🤣🤣Overall, the facility is great along with the variety of salon, spa, and nail services available. Highly recommended!!

We just did a couples massage for our anniversary here. We have moved all around the country and have gotten numerous massages before that have all been good, but Tasha and Jake were in a different league than any other masseuses that we’ve ever had. Their knowledge and skill far surpasses anything we’ve ever experienced. With minimal communication, they were able to target and address trouble spots better than any of the other therapists my wife or I have ever worked with. We highly recommend them.

I have gotten a pedicure here before and have been very pleased with my service. Today I was able to get a last minute nail appointment after my regular nail tech (at a different salon) had to cancel. Erika was very kind and knowledgeable and was able to take on the challenge of some extensive Nail art. I was very pleased with her any my overall experience! I would definitely recommend!

These guys are great and you get what you pay for. You can easily spend a few hundred dollars.

My wife and I have done two couples massages here and we left feeling very relaxed. I love that they have a sauna you can use after the massage. Over all it’s a very nice atmosphere. They do a great job!

The nail girl Maddie is awesome it’s a shame that she’s leaving but every time I get my hair done here everything feel so rushed and that they are more focused on time and quality but the nails are always awesome here And I’m not the only one that feels that way about the hair services I tried to give it a few chances but the hair outcome is always the same And to add to this comment after I had come back for a different service to give it another try the owner and I had a conversation and it was either delete this review or don’t get service and that only positive vibes are welcome there after telling me that Karma will come for me don’t waste your time here here I wish I could give it 0 stars

I had been wanting to have my hair done professionally ever since I moved from California, kept holding off because I didnt know who to go to. So on a whim I selected Seasons Salon and Day Spa and was so lucky to get Alex to do my hair. She was fabulous, I dont think I have ever had someone do my hair this amazing. She was a wealth of information helping me make the decisions all along the way about the style and about the products . I will definitely be back!!!

Alex did my hair and she listened and did exactly what I asked! She’s clearly an expert with color. I did 4 stars because salon itself needs some upkeep and maintenance but if all of the stylists are like Alex then I will keep going there. Overall really happy!

I had a great experience when I went in to get a gel manicure a couple of months ago so I thought Id give their hair service a try. As I sat down in the chair, I learned that the girl doing my hair was actually the owner, Autumn, and I thought I really lucked out! I showed her a picture of the balayage look I was going for as well as explained the style of cut I wanted. I could tell something was wrong with the way she was cutting my hair and that it was not going to give me the look I was trying to explain. I asked a couple of times to confirm she was doing what I wanted and she insisted that she was. I felt very insecure speaking up because she seemed so confident that she was doing what I wanted. She curled my hair beautifully for the pictures but when I got home I was able to look over my hair straight and I did in fact see that she really did not cut it the way I wanted. The color also did not turn out to be the color I truly wanted either. My husband suggested I call the salon back and have them fix it since I paid over $150! I called the salon and the receptionist was very kind and apologetic and said they could definitely have me come in and fix it. I confirmed that this would be free of charge and she said yes, as long as I am not changing what I initially asked for. I was relieved and so grateful, but then hours later I got a text from the Autumn herself. At first I thought that was really nice of her to reach out to me. But instead of a simple, Im sorry if I misunderstood you! Lets make it right! and leaving it at that, the conversation turned into making me feel like it was all my fault and that she did exactly what I said the entire time. She also told me to have my family and friends who said my hair didnt change in color to look harder at my before and after pictures and I thought that was kind of rude to question their and my opinion. She asked if we could talk instead of text which I thought would be smart since sometimes texting can come across more rude than intended. The conversation made me even more frustrated as she blamed me for using the wrong words when describing what I wanted done in my hair. And then she said maybe she just isnt meant to be my stylist like we werent a good fit. She said shed have to completely redo the color if thats what I really wanted but that I probably wouldnt like it AND SHED MAKE ME PAY AGAIN! At that point I realized that I did not want her touching my hair again and asked to have another stylist fix the cut and be done. Thank you to Alex for listening to me and not questioning what I wanted. As the owner, I hope Autumn will realize that there are several reviews with similar complaints about this same issue and really make an effort to make a change. Please learn to respectfully listen to your clients, even if that means bending over backwards to make them happy.

Theres been a decline in the quality of the experience over the years. The massage therapists will short change your time if they start late. The soap by the sink was mostly filled with water and the bathroom was not clean.

Would never recommend anyone going there for anything. First I went for my eyelashes, the girl was 40 minutes late and never even apologized.The eyelashes themselves all fell out within a matter of days. Then I went there for a hair appointment with Autumn. it took her 3 hours and she was only doing my hair for about an hour of that time, she wouldnt talk to me and my haircut was absolutely awful and uneven. I had to go back for her to fix it and she just made it worse. Not a good experience whatsoever.

I got my gel manicure here today. The nail artist must have forgotten to put the correct base on because i was pulling something open then one of the nails just slipped off. Just slipped right off! Then another one did that later that night. I ended up just taking them all off. Each one of them just slipped off without any effort. So annoyed. Biggest waste of money

I got a massage from Bryn and she was awesome! Made me feel comfortable and focused on spots I mentioned. I got a pedicure and manicure from Jessica as well, and they look so good! she made my short natural nails look great:) id recommend them both!

I really like going to Season’s. They do a lovely job and are very professional. I give 4 stars because appointments take a long time. 1hr 45 min for removal and gel polish for my nails. Shouldn’t take more than an hour, but at least they look beautiful. They do give you their time for your money though, I’d rather pay less and be out a little faster.

Alex Turner, my beautician, is multi-talented! She’s exceptional at hair coloring and recently got certified in extensions, which she’s become a pro at—cuz she does mine! Alex really cares about her customers & their happiness. She’s passionate about her profession which gives her a “leg-up” in the industry! Thank you, Alex Turner!!!!

Had a spa package done with a pedicure, facial and massage. The massage and facial were great but there are a couple of things I wasn’t satisfied with.1. The pedicure I had felt rushed. The water was cold and I didn’t feel like I received a great massage on my feet or legs. I just wasn’t super impressed or felt relaxed with that part of it.2. I wasn’t told that it would be more based off experience so I paid more than I expected. It’s fine if it’s more due to the person being more experienced but I wish I would have been told that ahead of time or had it listed on the website that prices vary.The massage I got was amazing and I enjoyed my facial as well so overall it was a good experience which is why they get a 4.

It was relaxing and comfortable. Loved I was started off with a foot bath to begin with, they keep your things safe with lockers, and even provide showers! I will definitely be booking all future massages here.

Rachel was such a wonderful massage therapist. She was thoughtful and made me feel comfortable. She checked in with me a few times to make sure I was doing ok and that the pressure was good, etc. and gave me some recommendations for different things to help in between massages.The spa was clean and cozy and relaxing. I’m glad I chose to come here!

When made my appt, I asked for an experienced person who could look at a photo and was a good listener. I got neither. Did not happen. I was scalped pretty much..it is horrid. I purposely waited for my hair to grow out so I could achieve a haircut I have had many times successfully. This stylist did not comprehend anything. She was cute and nice but just did not know how to cut the style I showed her and explained throughout the cut. # years experience was not enough. That is twice I have had a very bad experience at this salon for cuts. Never again!!! My hair is so short with no style....Misery!

I believe seasons salon has some great services and awesome staff, but I also feel the need to write about the eyelash extensions I’ve had from here. In the past I’ve loved what they gave me and once I didn’t love them as much as before and then I became a little more educated on eyelash extensions and what’s good and what’s not, which led me to write this review. Recently, my volume lashes were bothering me after about a week and with volume lashes when they fall out, the chunks are noticeable and so I figured I would just get them removed. I went to another lash place to get them removed and saw a photo of what my lashes looked like from above. I was pretty shocked. I wish I could post the picture, the lashes were halfway up my natural lashes rather than near the base of them and it looked like she had placed 12 gigantic lashes on each eye rather than individually filling every lash. The girl who had done my lashes only took about 35 minutes to complete the WHOLE set, spoke about showering with her boyfriend to another staff member(which made me feel wildly uncomfortable), and took a few breaks during my appointment to text. As much as I have loved this salon in the past, I think it’s really important to make sure who you’re going to is licensed and professional, which has not been the case for my last few visits.

Nicole is the best Masseuse I have ever been to. She took the time to work out my tense areas and gave me stretches to do at home to help prevent the knots from returning as frequently. Always feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after a session!

Kara is awesome! She always takes really great care of me. She found the perfect color for my hair and Ive been doing that same color ever since. Shes great to talk to, she is super professional and I completely trust her expertise. Would definitely recommend her and Seasons Salon.

My work gave me a gift card and told me to go get a massage. I really put it off as it was out of me element. But I finally just went and they took such good care if me there! The changing room was clean and beautiful! They started with my feet in some warm water making sure I wasnt allergic to anything. Cadance was so professional! I couldnt believe how relaxed I was after it!

My husband and I went to get a couples facial and massage today and had an amazing experience. All the girls that worked on us were so sweet and made our time there very enjoyable. Defiantly would go back and recommend this place to everyone.

Shelby was absolutely delightful to work with. She consistently asked me if I was satisfied with her work, each step of the way. I appreciated her thoughtfulness in this regard. We also enjoyed a very pleasant conversation together as she did my pedicure. I love going to Seasons Salon. They provide every type of spa service imagineable, and the employees there are very flexible and friendly.

Seasons salon is the best Salon Ive ever been to! The customer service is absolutely amazing! The people there are so kind and friendly and not to mention they did such a great job! I believe the lady who did my nails is named Billie. I definitely recommend her! She did the most amazing job ever! The price was also very affordable. I highly recommend this salon.

I have gone to a few different places to get my eyebrows waxed at this point. At Seasons Salon and Day Spa, they were kind, friendly, and quick to help out. ___ was easy to talk with (which is a NEED when getting ANY sort of wax), and was quick and efficient. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 is because my eyes had a bad reaction to the wax (which has nothing to do with the salon, just my own allergies), and the room couldve looked a little more done up. Other than that, the experience was great.

I’ve been having my nails done by Kayla for almost a year now, and she does an amazing job every single time! She hand paints any design i want and always exceeds my expectations. She’s so respectful and professional every appointment. 10/10 would recommend her to every one.

I was on quarantine until the week of Christmas so I had just a couple days to get gifts. I bought some product from this salon for my wife and what I bought was close but not right. I wanted to return the product but was told that it would be for in store credit only. I was never informed that this would be the case at the time of purchase and unaware of such policies. So now I am stuck with products that will never be used or credit to a place I will never go.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have never felt more relaxed at a nail salon or more taken care of! They really appreciate and care for their clients, and the building is so clean! Amazing services offered! I had a wonderful massage and got a manicure. Both girls did a wonderful job. My only complaint is the cleanliness. That place needs one heck of a deep clean. It deters from the amazing service to look around and see just how dirty the place is. Part of a spa experience should be that its clean. I wish they’d hire cleaning ladies to give that place a good deep clean biweekly or something. Whoever is currently supposed to be cleaning that place is not doing a good job. I would love to return but I have to mentally prepare for how dirty it is.

The staff was very very nice. But the manicure was overpriced and the quality was terrible. My daughter and I both got a full set, two of her nails came off the next day and one of mine broke less than a week later. For the price I paid, Im disappointed they didnt even last a week.

Set up so nicely. I went for just the 30 minute massage for 50 bucks and it was absolutely lovely. The therapist even gave me tips afterwards on what stretches I can do on my own to take care of my muscles. The ladies were sweet and the atmosphere was so relaxing.

This was a terrible experience. I have gotten waxes here a couple times, and when I got home, I still had a lot of hair left. They also charge more than other nicer places in the area. And I got my hair done to go back to my natural light brown and it was completely black! I will never go back.

I came here with a friend because I had a gift card. The gift card cut out a bit of the price, but we both still ended up paying WAY too much for what we got. Everyone there was super nice. The foot massage I got was amazing. But I could have gone anywhere MUCH cheaper and gotten the same amount of service if not more. I don’t understand why the towels were gross and dirty? Made the place feel ghetto. Felt like I was at a salon school, not a high-end salon. Again, if I didn’t pay at least double of what I would normally pay, and that’s including the gift card, then it would have been just fine. Super friendly staff. But SO overpriced.

Had a great experience with Alyssa! She washed, cut and styled my hair and I couldnt be happier! She also does amazing lashes and color. Cant wait to go back!

It was a truly wonderful experience. We had facials done by Jessica and Alyssa who were excellent. The salon employees were attentive and kind and they truly care about their patrons.

I had a great experience here after having a not so great experience elsewhere. My stylist did an awesome job on my hair. I am 100% happy.

I asked them to highlight the blond on Saturday. They used a reasonable technique, however someparts of the hair reflected orange. I had already showed them a picture illustrating the tone of blond I wanted and they said they could do it. Howeverit was frustrating to see the results were completely different from what I asked! And the worst part was the orange.I came back again on Tuesday after a lot of phone calls because they wanted me to pay again for the mistake they did.. When I came back instead of bleaching it or toning it they dyed my hair dark!!!!!!! I totally do NOT recommend this salon!! 😤😤😤

Beautiful, happy, professional, full service salon. I have enjoyed hair color, cuts, makeup lessons and product, manicures and most recently brow wax and tint today. Love their online appointment setting, emails with regular specials and sales and warm greetings at the front desk. Thanks Seasons!

I scheduled my appointment super late night Friday wanting to get in Saturday morning. Not only did they get my daughter, my friend and I in next day but they have the cutest salon and did the best job. I will definitely be going back!

My child would have done a better job on my 50$ pedicure. My eyebrow tint ended up being a face tint as well, and after my eyelash lift that only took ten minutes, my tech told me to peel all of the glue off my eyelid myself. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will go out of my way to tell people to not go here. The owner called my sister from her car with her kids yelling in the background and asked my sister to please hold for half a block until she had better service. She then preceded to lecture her about how she should not be contentious and that she doesnt even want to talk to her after hours anyway. I could write a book about how unprofessional and childish the owner was. It is laughable.

This was my first time at Seasons for nail work. My salon was closed so I went to get a full set and pedicure, it took over three hours which I wasn’t planning on.In all my years of experience in having my nails done it has never taken this long nor have I ever had a nail, let alone eight fall off in ten days. The salon had closed and I still hadn’t received my pedicure. Just after a week had passed, one of my nails fell off after washing my hands. Then within the next few days I’m down to only two nails left. I called and talked to the owner, who told me that I need to call during the first week to get them fixed, we’ll they didn’t start falling off till just after the first week. I paid $75 to have my nails fall off! They will not replace or fix them for free. I’ll have to pay more money to get them fixed! Am I the only one who thinks there is something wrong with that? Needless to say, that was an expensive lesson to learn the hard way about their customer service. They are more worried about me paying for the nails than keeping me as a customer who will continue to come back. Apparently they let the person go who did my nails, too many complaints. Even after telling me that, seasons would not stand behind the customer, they still won’t support the customer knowing that their employee wasn’t up to par! They were happy to take my $75 dollars and they could care less what happens to me after the first seven days. Seasons won’t make it right so please make it right for yourself and go to a different salon with better massage chairs where you can be out and on with your life in less than three hours and your nails will last more than ten days.

This place is AMAZING! This is a one stop shop and i have never seen a better one out there. Autumn has done an amazing job with this salon and i recommend it 100%. Each staff member is so talented and the positive vibes in the salon is through the roof! I love Seasons Salon:)

I love Seasons.Staff is very nice. I always get what I ask for.My hair is very hard. It is always on point when I leave. If you are ever worried about going blond. Kara is the best at blond & color.She knows her stuff. I have had other services at Seasons and they have been wonderful.

Did a great job. Also I chipped a fingernail doing up the zipper on my shoe before leaving and they quickly and happily saved my nail and repainted it. Friendly, nice staff.

Chloe is amazing! My hair is so long and so thick. She thinned my hair perfectly so it’s like butter when I run my hand through it. And the ends look amazing and just perfect. Such a friendly, wonderful space to get pampered!I needed to change my review!Because! How she thinned my hair I didn’t realize what she had done till it started to grow out! But in the back where she had thinned it, my hair got butchered! I’ve never ever had my hair thinned this way. I went to a different salon and all I can do is wait out my hair to grow back out from the parts she cut all the way to my scalp basically. Yes it was thinned but the grow out it looks awful I have these super short parts in the back that stick out everywhere so I have to where my hair up till it grows out enough where it won’t do that!

My wife and i celebrated Valentines last night with a massage at Seasons. Jake was incredible. He was friendly and very good. Jake knew exactly where I needed extra work and massaged my lower back to perfection. My lower back has been sore and tight for several years. It has never felt better. I feel 20 years old all over again. Last night was the best sleep I have ever had, thanks to Jake. My wife and i will be scheduling a massage at Seasons every month. Thank you Jake youre the best.
