Called around noon and was able to schedule a manicure appointment for 3pm. I arrived early and they let me browse the nail color options and were able to take me a bit earlier than 3. I had a woman doing my nails and she helped give me the best recommendation for what color I should get for my French tip manicure I wanted. She was diligent, quick, and I am very happy with how my nails came out. She even listened to me and re-did the tip when I asked for it to be a thinner white tip than she ha done. I would come back here again. You should call and make an appointment as they are pretty busy at least from what I saw on a Saturday and their prices are reasonable. My gel manicure was $35 and it only took about 40 min. The shop smelled nice like essential oils and it was fairly quiet except for some other clients chatting while getting pedicures.

After calling seven other salons and being told everything was booked, I called this salon at 12:30 pm to ask if they had any openings for three people at 1:30, and they fit us in! My mom and sister had never had a pedicure before and the staff here did an excellent job. Great color and detail, and they were all very friendly and kind. Only $25 per person. We were all impressed. I will be coming back again!

Nick has done my manicure twice now and both times I have been impressed with how they turned out! He has been willing to reshape or fix anything I don’t like. He was personable and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I’ve gotten two gel manicures here and the people are super nice, but the first time, the nail tech didn’t apply enough coats. You could see through to my nail and it looked pretty bad, but I felt too bad to point it out and make them redo it since they were busy. The second time I’d hoped would be better, but they didn’t cure the gel long enough so the very next day, the polish was cloudy and had bubbles in it. It’s frustrating to spend money on a service when I could’ve done better myself at home.

Guys! I could not have been more happy with my experience! I went in for an acrylic fill, but I had my baby with me and I was nervous about how it would go! As a mom with a young baby it’s really hard to get time to get pampered, especially if there’s a babe with you! I ended up adding a pedicure, and since I had the little one, they did my toes and fingers at the same time so that I could save the time! My nails look completely amazing, there was really incredible attention to detail, and I’m so grateful! Everyone was so sweet, asking all about my plans for the weekend, asking about my baby, handing him toys and phones and offering so much help! I could not recommend them more, they were all absolutely amazing! I was so surprised by how kind everybody was, and I cannot wait to come back!

I got a full set of acrylic nails here and they turned out amazing! They were only $50. The guy was able to do an ombré. My nails have no ridges or bumps and are honestly perfect! I will definitely be coming back for a fill and recommending this place to others.

I love going here! Its a good price, they are careful in their work, and they always answer the phone. I normally go in for a pedicure and a fill or acrylic set. They have tons of colors to choose and the nails stay on and dont break, paint doesnt chip.They are also very popular so make sure to call to make an appointment, they will let you know if you can come ASAP but if you want to just walk in its best if you do it in the morning or call in the morning for the appointment you want, theyre great so they fill fast.

I have been going to this place every 2 weeks religiously. I have been told by Lim before that he does not want to give me a manicure every 2 weeks. I’m sorry but I care what my hands and feet look like so, not sure why I should be told what service he wants to do when I’m paying for the services. I wish there was a better place to go to where people will just provide the service they are being paid for. Also, the last day I went he argued about how much he thinks he knows about nails. He takes all this time on manicures he should focus on learning how to paint the nails instead of doing a half ass job. Very very disappointed!!

I was very pleased with this place! My nails were in rough shape so i was looking for a place to help them. I’m glad i came across Lim Nails, they were efficient and did an excellent job. They even gave me a accent nail on my ring fingers. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails!

The couple that work here and are part owners are extremely nice. I really enjoyed going there. I was having a pretty bad day when I went there, and they were nothing but kind and attentive. Not only are they nice people but the guys wife (I wish I could remember theyre names) is really great at designs.

Never been here before today but I will definitely go back. I got the deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure. I talked to the gal before she started my pedicure and talked to her about this ingrown toe nail I had and asked if she could cut it out (not infected) and she did it perfectly. Super gentle and got the whole thing out. It feels so much better. She took her time with the massage and the hot stones. I almost fell asleep. The manicure was great and honestly perfect. I will be going back. Ps. They do prefer cash over card.

I called to schedule an appointment and they got me in the same day. I had a manicure and pedicure done for my wedding; it was very professional and high-quality, and both Lim and Lisa were so kind. I thought it was reasonably priced for both services, and I will come here again!

I just got my nails done and they look good, but not quite as I expected. I am very picky with nails, though, so maybe my review should be taken with a grain of salt? I can tell that they have the skills and the right material, I would just suggest they take a little bit more time to actually ask what the client wants, make eye contact and slow down. This may be difficult with a job like this where lots of clients come at once, but I believe they would have done a much better job if they had taken more time to understand what I wanted. Otherwise it was a good experience and they greeted me warmly, they were just in a rush.

I called in 30 min before they were closing for two pedicures. Had not been there before, but the shining reviews gave me hopes for a clean place (hard to find these days). They had no problem fitting us in before closing. They were cleaning up for the night and still took the time to give us quality service! The place was so clean and the service was the best I have ever had, impeccable. I was so happy when I saw them washing everything and using the infrared/steam machine to sterilize tools. We had a great visit with them too, very friendly family. I will never go to those dirty malls and hacks shops again. These guys are the absolute BEST! I will be telling everyone to go here, Highly recommended.

The workers were cold and kind of rude!! I’ve been wanting to try this place since it has such good reviews but every time I try to call and make an appointment they are short and rude on the phone and the few times I’ve tried to walk in they turn me away even though they had employees sitting around and not working. Last time trying and I won’t go again!

Very clean, very friendly and by far the best manicure I’ve gotten in Utah County. Lim is incredibly knowledgeable, aware and nice. My father recommended them after he got a pedicure (please note he’s well over 170lbs. So I’m sure there is more to the story being spewed by the 1 Star reviewers). We’re both loyal customers now. Just know, Lim’s is very busy so always schedule an appointment! They can usually get you in same day though.

Clean and very professional little place. Lim was very knowledgeable and provided lots of good tips on proper nail care and he also does really nice work. There is a no-nonsense single option for a pedicure, so not much decision making needed other than picking your nail color. I finally find my permanent nail salon in Orem!

Called an hour in advance for 3 pedicures, was told they were open. Had to sit and wait 30 minutes, one of the people I went with sat for another 30 minutes while myself and the other person got our pedicures. The problem wasnt that they were under staffed. The problem is that they told us they were available for 3 pedicures when we would be coming in.

They refused to give a pedicure to a friend and her party because the employee looked at them and judged them to be 170 lbs. Then proceeded to shame them because of their weight.I currently weigh 280 lbs, and Ive never been turned away from getting a pedicure.Check on Sally Hansons website, and youll see that even their $400 Chase Pedicure Station by PureSana has a weight limit of 350 lbs. I am certain the more expensive chairs will accommodate the the same weight limit, if not more.Shame on you, Lim Nails.

The first time I came into LIM I was completely satisfied. My pedicure was done flawlessly by Lisa. I went in today for a manicure, and most of my cuticles were bleeding. She then painted my nails and it burned/ stung so bad... the hand massage was only applying lotion on the top of my forearm.. not happy. As a massage therapist my hands are my tools, I was disappointed after the service. On the other hand they did a great job with my daughters nails, they simply got nail polish on.

Lim and his mother took amazing care of my mom, grandma and I for a girls pedicure day. They got out all the ingrown toenails and the nail polish lasted well over a month.

It seems no one wants to work here! Poor Service!! Do not recommend!!

Me and my friend walked in and walked back out because they are SO rude. They treated us like we were so stupid when we were picking out colors and deciding between gel and acrylic and acted super impatient because we didn’t know what we wanted like right when we walked in!! They kept saying oh that will cost more on every little thing, so many hidden charges, and weve never been charged extra for those services. It was obvious they were trying to take advantage of us
