My experience buying power tools at Summit Fasteners was so much better than my experience at the Provo Home Depot. Quentin (an employee at Summit) took the time to understand my needs, work some magic, and get me the exact tools I needed without any run around.At the big box stores, when buying tool kits, I’ve always had to buy two kits to get the tools I want and then I sell the tools I don’t want on KSL or Facebook. It was so nice to walk in and get the tools I wanted without buying two kits that were put together by the manufacturer.Quentin also worked with me on the price which added even more value to my experience.If you need power tools, go to Summit Fasteners!

Its not very often I need fastners, but the service was impeccable. Prices were unbeatable and had what I needed.

First time I was in the store was today, everyone was so nice and helpful. A women helped me then her husband came over and was helping ( i assume the owners) found the exact screw I needed for my car. I will definitely be telling other about summit and will be back! Great ppl to shop through only one down fall opens at 7 wish they would open at 6am on Mondays so ppl could get there stuff for the week and for the job site so work could start early especially when you have to drive far for some jobs

Ted knows the value of craftsmanship. He repairs equipment the same day you bring it in, knowing how important it is to keep working. My husband uses an air compressor for work and would had to shut down his job sight if Ted didnt fix it right away. Any other place you would have to leave it there for several hours of not overnight to get equipment repaired. My husbands will not go anywhere else. Ted is a great guy!

What a great place to buy all your Hardware needs. The owner is probably the most knowledgeable man I know for getting you that hard to find hardware!

AMAZING!! This is no box store. Dont know what you need or need some advice? There is always someone there to help you out. They recommend what is best for you, NOT what is best for them. Real focus on providing customer service and creating long term business.Every time I have gone in they go out of their way to help and to get me out quickly. Driving habits of employees are a direct reflection of ones business. On 04-25-20 at @11:42 am today this business truck was driving in excess of 30 miles over the posted limit south on State Street in Springville approaching 400 south, weaving in and out of traffic in such a reckless fashion to the extreme. These guys are also official? Makita vendors. They were amazing. Makita in general has been amazing but these guys were awesome to work with. While using my Makita drill it stopped working and actually fried my battery. I just assumed the battery was out of juice so I stuck another battery in there and it got fried too.I called Makita who pointed me to these guys, took my drill and batteries in and they warrantied the batteries for me right then and there. They told me that the drill had a fried electrical something and it killed the batteries. I only had like 11 and 6 charges on the batteries, they were very understanding and helpful in getting a replacement. My drill was past warranty date by a bit, however after talking to them a few times and them really trying to help me out they were able to talk to the rep who got me a new drill.Very happy about these guys, they are awesome. Everyone there was nice to talk to and helpful. I will continue to buy Makita and will keep going to these guys for all my Makita needs.

The owner Ted will get you what you need, and will do it at a great price! I used to go to Royal electric, standard plumbing, DD bolt, and Fastenal to get what I need. Now I can get it all here saving me lots of time

Horrible customer service. I dropped off a cordless nail gun that I use every day for work. They told me they had to send it to Denver to get repaired because they have never worked on one of these before. I was fine with that. Two months later, I haven’t heard anything so I had to call every day to see where it was. The person who usually answered would play dumb and tell me they haven’t heard from Denver. I finally got ahold of the people in Denver and was told they just received the tool three days ago from Summit, fixed it in one day, and it is now on its way back. Summit didn’t send the gun to get repaired for over two months. Peak fasteners in Bluffdale has treated me much better and never lied to me like Summit did. Peak will now get all of my business. One thing I can’t stand in life is liars.

They have some weird items in stock usually. They were happy to help in a pinch when I had a weird engineer spec out a weird Simpson hardware item. Fast friendly service.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Always have solid solutions and supplies for my tool and fastener needs.

Took my drill in for repair. They told me it would take a week. They had my drill for over two months. After several calls and being lied to, I contacted Makita who then contacted them and they had my drill ready the next week. Bad customer service!!! Will not ever go there for anything again.

They were very helpful with my Mikita drill. Gave me a new battery even though it may have been past warranty!

Bought a compressor a week ago. The regulator failed and summit wont warranty the part. A crock of bull if you ask me. Wont be doin business with the crooks anymore. And definantly wont be recomending them to anyone else.

Love these guys, they have fixed probably more than 100 guns for us!
