I’ve been coming here for years. Last time I went it was ok service but today I didn’t quite like it. My tech had a attitude, shaking his head when I asked him to clean my chair after a customer left. The color I wanted was not available and I got cut (bleeding) twice. I will not return to this establishment. It used to be so great when Danny was around. If anyone knows what location Danny is at please let me know. Also, they didn’t even massage my feet, he just rubbed my leg with oil.

Poor service! They were very rude. Establishment is raggedy and unclean! Wouldn’t recommend! When my service was finished the guy snatched my money from my hand. Horrible experience don’t waste your time here!

Day 1 with my nails and i woke up to this

PLEASE READ) With Covid-19 they now have the option of making appointments. I tried to book on Wednesday for a Friday appointment at 4pm through instagram. I was informed appointments have to be made 24hrs in advance or I can book same day, so I told them I’ll call Thursday for a Friday appointment. Fast forward to today (Friday) my appointment was booked and I actually made it to the shop at 3:14-3:20, I was told I came too early and Johnny won’t be able to see me till my appointed time. So I asked can I start the pedicure in the meantime and she said that’ll be fine because by that time my pedicure will be done Johnny will be ready. So my pedicure was done by 4pm and Johnny wasn’t anywhere near ready!!!! The lady in the front said I would have to wait another 30+minutes before he can see me. So annoying! At this point I only paid for the pedicure and left!!! They have no concept of time, so don’t have your hopes high when making an appointment. I will NEVER come here again!!!

Originally started going here because I could kill time while getting my car serviced at Firestone & Ive been a returning customer since. Honestly, its only 4 of the techs Ill allow to do my nails lol but I enjoy the work

They are very much UNPROFESSIONAL. The first time I went here was ok a guy name Ken did my nails. The second time I actually made an appointment with Ken for 2:30 ( did I mention they are located in north lauderdale and I live in Miami) they are an hour away. So I’m literally 5 min away and I get a phone call saying he’s running behind I would have to wait until 3 pm to get my nails done. That time came and went. So unprofessional like they barely know how to talk.. however, a guy in the first seat did my nails (Ken never did. And was doing the same person nails the entire time I was there)anyhow my nails was good I was satisfied. Here goes a third time I decided to walk in early as soon as they open buy both guys were busy they told me to have a seat outside for 2 min 🙄 why Idk because it wasn’t even a lot of ppl in there. This lady did my nails. She was nice but her work isn’t. My polish was sloppy and unclean, my nails weren’t shaped shapely (as I have stiletto shape nails) the tips of my nails was dented in and I was upset. However when she was done I explained I don’t like them. They have 2 different ppl looking at my nails as if nothing is wrong. Knowing they see the problem.. I told them I want it off referring to the polish they then told me to pay first. Ok I did, and then he attempted to cut my nails off. I said I want the polish off not my nails you really think I’m gonna pay for a refill for you to cut my nails off. Very long story short he removed the polish and didn’t do that properly. No one attempted to fix my nails or anything. This place is over priced and overrated, unprofessional and they have no regards for time or appointments.they are average, that little small nail shop is basic nothing fancy. They are all about a dollar and don’t give a damn about customers I basically paid and left with no polish and had to drive way back to Miami and pay to get my nails fixed and polish elsewhere. Never again, I guarantee you they lose more business than gain.

Johnny did a great job as far as shaping is concerned, but overall I am not satisfied. If I’m paying $100+ for a full set, then I expect the set to last until my next appointment (every 3-4 weeks). Stones popped off after about 2weeks or less and nails started lifting and one nail popped off completely. I don’t mind paying, but I expect the quality to match the high end prices. I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but this is important. If you only keep your set for a week, then this is the place for you.Advice to the company, invest in a better quality nail primer because this is unacceptable.

I used to come here all the time to do my nails, they reopen from the Covid-19 closed recently and I stop by to do my nails, first thing that I see on the door is a sign “no children allowed”. I really think being a business for women’s you have to understand most moms do not have another person to leave their kids with, at least I don’t and will say even that I loved you guys work I won’t be coming here any more.We’re fighting for inclusion and this is very sad. Kids can use mask too and I haven’t see the first place where kids are not allowed.

Never a problem at this establishment. In and out with great service. I’m a once a month regular patron (for the past three years) and most of the time my nails still look great before my next visit !! 😍💅

Im glad I went to do my nails at fancy nails and lashes. I finally find a nail tech that does a great job with my nails. I made sure to go early, so the wait time wasnt that long at all. Although I understand why other customers was not satisfy with the service that was provided because there is huge miscommunication between customers and the person that service them (Language barrier). I think you should try it once because everyone experience is not the same. As long you communicate with the nail tech, the nail tech will deliver on what you might seen on instagram.

If there was a zero I would rate them that but HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR. MY FIRST TIME HERE, Wasn’t very pleased however went a second time thinking if I got a different nail tech it would be better. NOT AT ALL. The young boys in front were very rude asked if I liked my service and my response was it was okay he told me bc I Was not satisfied my first and second time that I should not come back and they do not want me to come back! And they will never do my nails again!!! That was the craziest remark I ever heard how do you tell a PAYING CUSTOMER TO NOT COME BACK INSTEAD OF TRYING TO MAKE IT RIGHT! Also while I was waiting they had no one in there with people waiting for services telling them it was a half n hour wait. These people do MEDIOCRE work and are extremely rude to paying customers...BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Ive been coming here for almost 10yrs, however this year theres new management and staff. Very unprofessional and sloppy. Nobody speaks clear English so they dont understand what it is you need or dont like. They did a horrible job on my daughters nails. When I tried to explain that they messed it up, the young man who sits at the first desk advised he was the manager and there was nothing he could do. His exact words were its fine you have no choice and they completely overlooked my concern and expected me to pay for the awful nail job. Oh and they put five coats of nail polish on her nails it was very unprofessional.

I started following them on Instagram for some time. But I never had time to visit. I made some time today ... AND let me say, by far the BEST I’ve been to in Broward County. Jonny took such his sweet timeOn my nails. They look so good. I love it. They now have a loyal returning customer !!!!!! You guys have to stop here !!!

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and I asked for a arch and this lady decided to do it how she wanted and I noticed that as she was doing my eyebrows that the wax was a little too hot ( to the point where I felt something was wrong) but I didn’t mind it because at the end of the day she’s the one who knows more than me about waxing, so after she was done I noticed that under my eyebrows burned more than usual ( mind you this is a new lady I went to in this salon to do my eyebrows) so I just brushed off the fact that the burning sensation will go away. As soon as I get home I notice the places under my eyebrows we’re starting to turn a pinkish brown and later on that day my skin was burnt. I had to go to school the next day with these burn scars under my eyebrows and people kept asking me what happened and it was so embarrassing. After a while I realized that when she was waxing my brows she never blew on the wax to cool it down before putting it on my eyebrows which ultimately caused me to get these burns under my eye was which were VERY noticeable. Never going to let anybody new touch my eyebrows. SHAME ON YOU GUYS.

I get pedicures here regularly, just really depends on your preference. Everyone likes what they like.

I went there for a gel manicure and a pedicure, the guy doing my nails barely spent time on doing them and it’s only been a couple of hours and my nails are already chipped . Then I waited about 10 more minutes after I was done still waiting for my pedicure and then they tell me they are closed after I came there 2 hours before they closed . I see there is two guys still doing pedicures, and the guy insist in telling me that the people who do pedicures already left after I clearly see there’s two guys doing pedicures right there . In total I spent 37 dollars for my nails and eyebrows. Horrible service wouldn’t recommend.

The customer service here is horrendous...it’s quantity over quality I was going on vacation and all I wanted was my nails to be shaped better because they were all uneven and the guy told me no I should of said something earlier and did not even look at them . I do not recommend them to no one not even an enemy. I wish I did not have to give a star but I had too in order to leave this review because they don’t deserve it. Wish the first owners remained because these new owners are going to lose customers.

Let me just say this i went here with my bestfriend to get her nails done for the first time. I believe the photos displayed on their Instagram do not reflect their actual work. Upon entering I pulled up a certain set and specifically said “Which tech did this? I’d like them” I was told “We all do the same work”. Needless to say my set barley matches what I asked for (especially in terms of the shaping, theyre uneven!) and it’s been less than a week and I’m already missing a bunch of diamonds. First and last time! Do with this information as you wish.

The worst experience EVER and my hands and nails look horrible because they do a horrible job and the girl cut my cuticles til they bled and now i am truly embarassed by how my hands look.. If i knew how to post pictures I would... If I could score a lower score I would... Dont ruin your nails by going here... Not to mention when youre having an issue and you ask for someone else to finish they get hostile...

They have poor customer service and I later found out that they were drastically over charging me by lying about their prices. Long story short if youre going to spend almost $40 getting your nails done each visit, its definitely not worth the results you get at this salon. Save your money or go somewhere else.

Normally every time I come the service is great no problem . Now my friend wanted to get had nails done so we came a hour before close . I ALWAYS get glitter on my nails here at no extra charge and the dude said it’ll be six dollars extra . Then my friend got gel and the lady didn’t even use the uv light so she’s paying extra for nothing .

I went to get my my pedicure done there,the person didn’t listen to a word I said and he spoken English. He did what he wanted to do as far as shape and then proceeded to tell me it the way my nail are shaped. Now I left went to get a pedi with someone else and I have fungus. This place is disgusting and not properly ran as far as keeping their material sanitize and customer service they suck.I know one would ask how I know it was them they did not spray the Alcohol before starting the paint process or, a dehydration nail polish he just started painting after the got out the water.

Today The lady that did my eye brows messed them up so badly. Like specifically told her I️ just wanted a clean up and she “accidentally” waxed off half of my eye brow. Didn’t show her I️ was upset because it was my fault for not going to the nail tech I’ve been going to for 3 years but she was too far today & I️ just needed something quick. My dumb self. Anyways, when she was finished with my eye brow she told me the minimum on a debit card is $10 & I️ said that’s fine. Went home & checked over my bank statements to see my previous spends for the day. That same nail salon charged me 3 times 😒 she charged me $30 for a $8 service. I’m livid. Might need a lawyer for tomorrow

The owners wife is incredibly rude. Very sloppy and rushed work. My nails are all bumpy and awful shaping. I decided to try gel color for the first time ever and was trying to pick a color ( mind you I have one free hand at a time to flip through the million and one colors they have. ) she stops to do a customers eyebrows and comes back and proceeds to tell me to take a picture and go home and come back, and a few other mumbles I couldnt understand. This was my first time ever having a color on my nails, Ive always done pink and white so this was new for me. I felt so embarrased and on top of that rushed. I wouldnt recommend this place, for the quality of work and then the attitude not even worth my time or my money!

First I came over here to get my nails done... the lady who did my nails handle my hand very aggressively n gave me dirty looks... she didn’t a couple my nails uneven and when I told her she said there was nothing she can do about it...after she was done she didn’t give me time to let my nails dry, she went inside my purse and paid herself... I was in disbelieve, I don’t recommend this place at all... they don’t clean their equipments

Horrible nail shop I have been going here for 3 years to Lee. He is the sweetest person there. One day I came and hewasnt there and I needed my nails done for my birthday so I let someone else do it, and I told him I have a child so my nails cant be to long and he continue to do as he please. So right before he told me to wash my hands I let him know i do not want it this long. He replied and said SHUT UP you should have told me that before and I said I did so I got up and said ill just leave he grabbed my hand. From that day I felt disrespected. You py your money to get nothing but attitude 😡😡😡 I wish I could give them a negative 0

At first it was going alright with small talk. I was there with a friend after my friend paid the nail tech she came back and said your friend dont give me nothing! and i also did not give her a tip and she took the money and said really? then walked away..... The last time i checked i worked for my money not her so what i do with it is my business and i for one was NOT SATISFIED with how my nails came out anyway the easiest way to not get a tip is by begging for one and then having an attitude about not getting it im so disgusted... NEVER AGAIN!

I came in at 7:30, right after I came in they locked their doors to not receive anymore customers I waited in the store, once 8:00 hit and I was the last one left sitting they began to close their stations and the owners started arguing about getting out early. It was clear they wanted me to leave. I read the reviews and decided to come in despite it. If coming in 30 mi utes till close was a problem, then they should have politely turned me away like other salons do when they cant accept anymore people.

Highly disappointed I have been coming here for years. I got here at 7 and by 7:15 the young kid is worried about finishing my nails and pedicure by 8. He done messed up my nails and cut my reals down so short that i cant even do an overlay. I am so pissed and to be honest im not coming back. I will take my buisness some where else.

Horrible service and the nail tech didn’t know what she was doing and got mad when I told her how I wanted my nails clipped! She forgot to get a hot rag and I asked her about it and a very rude guy said I was being difficult because I asked her about it! I just let her finish painting my toes and paid and leave! Never going back!!!
