Id choose 0 stars if I could for a number of reasons my child’s birthday party would have not happened if another bubble soccer company PLANITRENTALS had not saved me with their after hours guy. 1 Utah bubble sports hours for pick up are 4pm to 530, I drove over an hour to pick up for my reservation and they had CLOSED EARLY. 2 I called both numbers and email listed for them and they did not respond back or allowed to leave voice message as mailbox was full. 3 after the party was over I received just a message saying there was a “mix up” and offered nothing to makeup for my daughters would be ruined birthday. GO TO PLANITRENTALS they are CHEAPER too!

Rented the balls for my sons 9th birthday party. All the boys had an awesome time and didnt want to stop playing - even for cake and ice cream! Best value out there, by far!

Rented the water blob and it was a blast! Just make sure to wear a life jacket for impact😂

We rented about 10 bubbles for when my brother and his family came to visit. In total we had about 6 adults and 9 kids. Even though it was cold the kids stayed outside and played almost the entire day. It was the perfect activity. We were all exhausted at the end of the day!SO MUCH FUN! Thanks Utah Bubble Sports! You saved our family reunion from hours in front of screens!

Mixed review: renting 10 bubbles for a 10-year-olds birthday party was a great idea! Kids and adults alike had loads of fun for hours! The prices were good, and the pickup was easy.However, I rented 10 bubbles and had to patch a total of 38 holes in them before we could play with them. Every one of the 10 bubbles had at least 2 significant holes, and even after taking ~2 hours to fill and patch the bubbles, most of them continued to lose a lot of air throughout our party, requiring frequent refills. It seems as though Utah Bubble Sports Orem location doesnt ever bother to maintain their equipment, but instead rely on renters to do their job for them.I would definitely rent bubbles again, but not from this company.

Had a great time at our Family Christmas Party playing bubble soccer only problem was we had been told that the small balls would fit 10 year olds and younger. We had a hard time fitting 7 year olds in them and their heads were sticking out which meant when they tipped over they hit their heads.We werent able to use any of the smallbubbles we rented but when returning them we were told sorry but no refund.

Such a fun time! They give you the whole day! Best deal by far.

My kids school has had these at their end of the year field day, and they are the favorite activity of the day! I was a parent helper this year and saw how smoothly set up is and how helpful the owners were to work with!

Gigi my wife booked and paid for an event as on Nov. 19th for my sons 15th birthday party as on Dec. 10th at 10am for which we coordinated with 10 other parents with their respective schedules. Inconceivably my wife received an email today Dec. 7th (just 3 days before the event) notifying her that her confirmation had been cancelled. No explanation. No call. Just an email saying that it was cancelled. I then called to find out what was going on and spoke with Gerard who said that the facility was never available and should never have been booked. What that has to do with our confirmation I had no idea and asked him what he was going to do to make this right for my family. Gerard said that he would call me back in 30 minutes with an alternative solution. An hour passes with no call. I try calling again and speak with Haydon who I assume is his partner. Haydon advises that there must be a mistake and that he too will call me back. 3 hours later Gerard calls back saying that we can rent the balls from him but that we have to find our own facility. Needless to say I was both disappointed and expressed (calmly) that this was quite unprofessional.....at which point Gerard hung up. I have run any number of businesses during the course of my life and they have always necessarily being customer centric. In my opinion these gentlemen dont deserve to be in business given this couldnt care less attitude and how they treat me and my family and our guests for my sons 15th year birthday celebration. Shame on you Utah Bubble Sports if this is the manner by which how chose to treat your customers! By stark comparison, Judy of Ultimate Bubble Balls was brilliant and was unbelievably customer centric and jumped through all kinds of hoops to save my sons birthday in less than 3 days! Ian
