Poorest Customer Treatment I have experienced in many years.I called Sunbelt two months in advance to reserve a 100KW Diesel Generator for an upcoming event. I got a firm confirmation and a written reservation confirmation on 4/9/2018 from Tyson C. (Contract #77720584) with a pick-up date of June 13, 2018.I called Sunbelt on May 29, 2018 to double verify that the reservation was still active and finalized the details of picking up the Generator. Hitch Ball size, and other misc details. We got another confirmation that all was ready to go.Today (6/5/2018) only a week before the event starts, I receive a call from Tyson telling me that the generator was shipped out yesterday to another customer and they will not have it back for us to use. He basically told me that there were no options for another unit to be brought in from another location. I was NOT pleased at all.If you need to rely on a company... Sunbelt is not reliable at all. Find another place to do business with that can be trusted.

Id look at other options. Service and respect changed a lot over the last 2 years. No where near as good as it used to be.

Quick eazy service but they only rent generators at this location and they said we owed them power cords after we gave them everthing we rented so COUNT THE CORDS BEFORE YOU SIGH THE DROP OFF/PICK UP FORM

Their driver cut me off in a semi when there was literally no one behind me for 400 yards. Worse, I was on a motorcycle.
