After checking with several rental yards I went with Herc Rentals in Orem. I rented 3 pieces of equipment. From the initial contact I had great feeling about doing business with this location. Obviously this company invests resources into training their staff from the counter, mechanics, delivery and management. The interaction of all staff was very professional and everyone went out of their way to exceed my expectations. The equipment is all newer models expertly maintained. I did experience a mechanical problem and management had a new piece of equipment delivered after hours on Saturday to meet my schedule demands. I highly recommend this company and location.
