I was looking for a not so crowded gym that actually stays open for 24 hours, and I found that and more at workout anytime! I met with the personal trainer, Will, during the free success session that they include with every membership and was very impressed. He was interested in my goals and we focused on all aspects of daily life and worked on ways to reach my fitness goals into my busy schedule! I had my first training session with him and I am more than motivated and excited to continue my fitness journey! Very flexible training schedule!

Just started workin out here. Great gym for a great price. Its got everything you need for a good work out. Even better is that they dont make you wear those oxygen denying face mask. Simply wipe down equipment after each too.👍👍

This facility has gone way downhill. Im a former member who was considering rejoining, so I decided to stop in for a workout, and I was SHOCKED. Staff didnt even assist (It was only 4:30pm, and I saw her there training someone), the place was absolutely filthy, most of the patrons werent wiping down the equipment after use, loud cursing, and NO ONE was was wearing a mask.....felt like I needed a mask and a tetanus shot after I left that place. The CDC, BBB or someone definitely needs to take a hard look into this cesspool of a facility. Disgusting.

I go to the one in Rock Hill SC, and its by far one of the best gyms I ever been to. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful to your fitness needs.They keep the gym very clean as well, I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone whos looking for a great gym to work out at. It’s unfortunate that a gym will charge a late fee even when your payment is made on time and take days to return the fee and yet not allow you to use the gym while they are trying to figure out a way to make it right. Very h professional.

This is a bit small for me but for those who prefer a smaller gym, its great!

This gym is so comfortable! Ive been a member at several gyms and this is hands down my favorite. The staff are friendly, attentive, relaxed, and professional. The atmosphere is just great! Theres plenty of room to move and lots of equipment to choose from. I can go after work, which is amazing. Very pleased!!

Excellent place to workout

There is hardly any room on the gym floor .The bathroom slash changing room is very small .There is one three foot bench in it .It was overall dirty .I signed up for a free two week pass on line .Thought I would try them out .The employee there told me I had to sign a contract or I could not use my free trial. He said you just dont get free gym time .You sign up and then you have to cancel before they charge you .What kind of scam is this ?It does not mention this anywhere on the site .

The purpose of being A 24 hour fitness facility Should allow you to work out when you want but since their machine never works to unlock the door any time. (EVERYTIME I GO. When I called the location they told me they They have no record of me scanning I told them of course thats why I cant get in there is a problem thats why Im calling they were not a help at all.)I called Tech Support theyre just as bad. No help. I was told by the location I needed to come in so they can try to troubleshoot without even looking at the account to make sure Nothing is wrong.

I am reading the reviews and I havent had any problems with the gym staff or tanning beds! One thing I saw was someone say she got trichomasis thats an std and theres no way you can get it from a tanning bed! 🤷

I joined this gym and I love it. I met with the trainer and discussed my goals and now I do my own work out based on what was told to me. They didnt force me to have a personal trainer and I liked that

Great gym! I love the squat rack they have and their free weights area! Never crowded and that’s what I love the most about it. You also can’t forget about the amazing hydromassage that they have too!

This gym is excellent. Its clean, friendly staff, lots of machines and weights, and 24/7 access is wonderful. I moved to charlotte in December and have been unable to find as nice of a gym as this one. And for 15 a month?! Cant beat it!

My husband and I have been going to this gym every morning before staff hours for about 8 months now. A lot of mornings, we can’t clean the equipment because the paper towels aren’t restocked (or are jammed in the dispenser) and there aren’t any spray bottles nearby with cleaner. Also, when I signed my husband and me up for the membership, the lady ensured me that we could “downgrade” our membership any time. She failed to mention it would cost $75 to downgrade any membership, which means we would have to pay $150 to downgrade both memberships. We don’t tan and have never used the hydro massage because we always go during non-staff hours.

Great place to workout! Its 24 hours and has all the equipment you need to get a good workout in as well! If you need a personal trainer to jumpstart your results you should also go here and they will be able to help you reach your goals

Pros: nice quality equipment, cable machines and decent assortment of Olympic free weight and dumbbells.Cons: equipment was tightly squeezed into the facility such that it didnt give you much room to workout without invading anothers space. Low quality shower space. Bathroom not clean. The whole building was generally low quality and not cleaned adequately. The weights were disorganized and scattered around the floor while the staff stayed anchored to their desk. Staff seemed put-out by my existence.

Great Gym, great staff! I love the facility, clean. Freeweights, dumbells 100+ always well kept, not over crowded and tanning in included. Tanning beds are excellent, always clean. Gym access 24/7 365 days a year. 19$ is a steal !

This gym is small and the staff was never there. With that being said, I tried several times to cancel, but you have to come in to speak with a staff member. BUT NOBODY IS EVER THERE! I changed banks because I refuse to pay for something and not get anything from it. And I just got an email stating it is now on my credit. I called and spoke with someone (surprisingly) and she said she’s sorry. That’s it. This gym isn’t even that special. Y’all have a collections team for a nasty, small, weak gym. This place must really be struggling as a business to con people into this bs. I’ll dispute it. But I hope y’all learn how to do business. This just isn’t it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS IN ROCK HILL. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR A MEMBERSHIP YOU HAVE ALREADY CANCELLED AND WONT ISSUE A REFUND.

Ok, so I must give props where props is due. I am huge on customer service, and I did not leave a good review previously, because I did not talk to the right person and my issue was still not rectified and I felt beat, today I spoke with the GM who was very helpful, he did not make any excuses, although he was not the orgorigi person that messed my account up, he completely took ownership of the issue, there was no I will call you back as I had dealt with previously, he actually fixed what could over the phone and made sure I was completely satisfied. Steve thank you for making this a priority, I am most amazed at how he did not pass the buck I felt bad in the end because I was like he did not even cause this mess, but he fixed it and he fixed it really satisfactorily. People just want to know that people care and with service like his and just the sincerity and prompt attention to this situation, I would highly recommend talking to the right person, it is not the entire establishment, just a few bad apples that they are clearly aware of. This will be my gym from now on and Steve I can not thank you enough f your professionalism. Thank you again. I love the convenience and the fact that I am able to work out on my time, thank you for fixing this issue for me, I am 100% satisfied with your services Steve. Thank you again sir

Just joined this place and love it so far! All of the equipment is new and CLEAN! Staff is super friendly too!*UPDATETwo years later, this place has gone downhill. The floors under all of the equipment is caked with dust along with the tops of all of the equipment. The locker rooms arent kept up with. The paper towel dispensers and hand sanitizers are rarely filled. Weights are everywhere, nobody reracks the weights. This gym has turned into a you get what you pay for gym.

Last year, I complained about a few things in the gym. Since then, the staff has corrected those concerns. I am pleased.

I just love this gym. You can go at anytime. I start work at 6am, I can get a workout in the morning.

As a member..you get to workout anytime at your own convience..7 days a week!

My son signed up for a memebership, and then, a few months later, decided to cancel. He continued to get billed for a year afterwards, and everytime he called and spoke with a manager, he was told it would be taken care of. It still isnt. Buyer BEWARE!In response to the owner, I did make contact. Ive made contact several times and have been told that its been taken care of. Today, not 30 minutes before the owners response, my son and I went to the facility. We were told theres nothing to be done, so the reviews (plural) stay. This place took $174 from my son and played dumb every time we called to get them to stop charging him. So again, buyer beware!
