Donna Retherford closed her venue without contacting me. Once I heard through other people that the Loft is closed I contacted her. She at first did not return my calls then when she did she said checks were being mailed out. I still have not received my check/refund on deposit.

Venue cancelled on us the day before our event and is reportedly closed for any future events. Have still yet to receive a refund on our payment and now have not had any contact from the owner since last week.
