A View on State was absolutely incredible from signing day to the day of our wedding. I had many questions, concerns, and comments along the way and could be assured to have a timely response. Everyone was so nice and willing to help where necessary. The day of my wedding, there was a terrible rain storm. The team was great about keeping up on the radar for me and helped me make the decision to move my ceremony inside. They beautifully set up our ballroom for the ceremony. They had it flipped quickly back into our head table and the rest of the evening preceded. I don’t have enough words to describe my appreciation for this team. The venue is well worth every penny!

A View on State was wonderful to work with. They were there for us every step of the way through planning and were super helpful when we had questions. They have a lot of different options for lighting, seating, and table runners that just put the finishing touches onto everything!! Their outdoor ceremony space was beautiful and perfect for what we were hoping to find! And the day of - they were a godsend! They helped line everyone up and get them going to where they needed to be and when they were needed. Thank you so much to Lindsey and Taylor - they were amazing to work with! The rest of their team were fantastic as well!

I love performing at A View on State. The staff is accommodating and easy to work with. The space is easily adaptable based on size and style and can accomodsye ceremonies and receptions.

The entire crew here was amazing to work with for our wedding. Taylor helped us get our big day all planned and she was so prompt in getting back to us on various changes and questions. She was GREAT to work with. Brittany and Lindsay helped us the day of our big day and they made the day go by so smoothly. Lindsay did a wonderful job of making sure everyone was where they needed to be and didnt add any pressure to myself as the bride and ultimately took all of the pressure off of both me and my husband. We were so happy we chose them as our venue for the day. Also, highly recommend their photo booth :)

We were so happy we chose A View Venues to hold our ceremony and reception for our wedding. We worked one-on-one with Katina, who was absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend working with her. Not only is she knowledgeable about the wedding industry, she stays on top of new venue layouts and designs and shes a great person to be around too. She was there from start to finish for us. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everyone was in their place, vendors included, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We rented out 2 of the 3 rooms at A View on State. There was so much room for everything. They also updated their bridal suite, which was an added bonus, and they were willing to show us any table layout we wanted during our meetings. Everyone at A View was very professional and so wonderful to work with. They met with us whenever we thought we needed to, even if it was just to pick out napkin colors. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a ceremony or reception venue in the Greater Omaha area. There are so many perks to working with them, its hard to capture them all in one review. They have everything you would ever think of needing in a venue. Go check them out for yourself, theyre the best!

Ive been to several receptions here, and its always been a great time. The facilities and staff do a great job keeping it looking pristine.

Looking for the perfect wedding and planners? well a view on state hits that right on the spot. Taylor did an excellent job on making our dream wedding happen. At first we were nervous with our budget and how we would make everything work but as Taylor walked us through the process she made it stress free and relaxing. there was plenty of parking and they made sure to treat all the guest amazing.

What an absolutely gorgeous event venue! The back yard is wonderfully landscaped. Inside is elegant and modern.

While crowded w/ about 250 wedding guests, everyone had fun, w/ the live band & small stage set, dance floor (after serving buffet), access to beautiful outdoor settings, bar area, & restrooms. Security & serving staff were very helpful & efficient! Wed go back!!

After reflecting on our wedding planning, design, and the experience not only we were provided, but our guests, I have to give 100% credit to Katina and the View on State team. Katina met with us so many times, she was running out of pen colors to keep track of our revisions; yet every detail we had discussed over 1.5-year span was executed beautifully on our wedding day. To all the brides considering options for venue rentals in the Omaha market, I promise you will not be disappointed by entrusting your perfect day with A View on State. The outdoor ceremony under a covered pergola is beautifully landscaped and there is no other spot like it. Their all-inclusive packages take the hassle out of rentals. Their day of coordination ensures everyone is in their spots and all vendors are organized. When our videographer didn’t show up, Katina spent two hours getting ahold of the company for us. She handled and fixed all hiccups seamlessly. Our priorities were timely communication, professionalism, and day of coordination, and the staff at A View went above and beyond to take care of us. It was the experience of a lifetime, and we will forever be grateful we chose to start our next chapter at A View on State.

A View on State took away so much stress and worry from the wedding planning process. We planned our wedding in under 7 months and Zoe, Katina, and Annabelle helped us make the process so smooth! Zoe was always so excited to meet with us and always was finding a way to say “yes” to our ideas! Katina was very detailed and organized and often lead our planning by making us say “we hadn’t even considered that”. We loved how many items and decoration options could be handled through them! Less vendors for us to manage meant more time for us to enjoy this special time of being engaged. Our guests told us all night how pretty the venue looked. The thing that sold us on this venue was that it had an outdoor ceremony space, and a rainy day option for indoors that wouldn’t require our guests to sit at their reception tables! AND because weather is so hard to forecast in Nebraska, we had until the day of to decide if we’d do indoors or outside! Our day was special and we are so grateful for all the help they gave us along the way!

Disappointed that a Upscale hotel does not have a Hot Tub. Pool was outdated

We got married at A View on State in October. I cannot express how happy I am that we chose this venue. We dont live in Nebraska so we thought it would be hard to try and coordinate with a venue through zoom, phone, etc. A View made it so simple and accommodating every step of the way! Everyone I met with or talked too was very knowledgeable, kind and over the top helpful! It made wedding planning so easy and stress free - even through a pandemic! I would highly recommend using them if youre searching!

A View on State was the perfect venue for our wedding! I have always wanted an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, and having both at the same location was a must. The staff, especially Katina and Brittney, were wonderful to work with! They were prompt with all their communications from when we initially reached out to them through our wedding day. They helped us set up our decorations day of, answered any question right away and were prompt and thorough in explaining their covid precautions and updates. Our day of coordinator (sorry I forgot her name) was amazing and helped our day run smoothly without any issues. We decided (with one minute left in our reception) to extend it an extra hour and Brittney took care of that without our reception missing a beat. Our wedding day went perfectly, and much of that credit is due to the staff at A View on State. Cannot recommend them enough!

We look forward to working with them every year. They are very accommodating and will go above and beyond to help out their clients. Plus, the space is absolutely gorgeous. They have everything you need and keep the facility very clean and organized. Lastly, they have an excellent parking situation - a large lot, and plenty of space around for overflow. Highly recommend!

From the beginning, The View and their staff were engaged in not only planning my daughters wedding reception, but ensuring it became a lifetime event. And it did! I can’t say enough great things about our experience with A View! From the day we booked with them, to having to postpone our wedding, to our day of, they were extremely easy to work with and always responded to emails and calls within a few hours! The owner is super unprofessional and very condescending. If you want a venue with good customer service this is NOT it. also accused me of accusing her staff of stealing which I did NOT. truly disgusting behavior for a “buisness woman”. Don’t waste your money here.

This venue is absolutely beautiful! Being able to have a beautiful outside wedding and then come inside for the reception at the same place was such a bonus. Also, I cant forget to mention the staff! They were so helpful and went above and beyond for us during the pandemic to make sure that all of our needs and wants were met! It was an amazing expeirience!

A View on State and the whole A View team were amazing! They made our entire day run incredibly smoothly and we could just enjoy the big day. The entire wedding planning process was so easy with their team and they want nothing more than to make your day exactly how you dreamed it would be. Being a COVID bride, I was extremely worried what our day would look like leading up to it, but they reassured me it’d be perfect, and it was. I am very happy we had the A View team to make our day beautiful!

Excellent wedding venue.

Both of my kid’s weddings and receptions were at A View on State. I can not say enough about this venue and their staff. My son’s wedding three years ago was beautiful! The staff really out did themselves for my daughter’s wedding this year. There were so many ups and downs planning a wedding during a pandemic, so many last-minute changes. The one thing that was constant was A View on State; Brandi, Brittany and their staff were wonderful! They truly kept us sane during a very crazy and confusing time.

Stopped in to check with staff about an upcoming event we have been emailing about and to see the place itself. VERY NICE accommodations and this will be THE BEST place to have my party next year. Brittney was more than helpful and was eager to show us all the amenities available and how she could customize her services to my needs. Catering available, full bar, stage, outdoor patio area, lots of paved parking and if you want to bring in food, cakes, flowers or whatever decorations or fun things, not a problem. My event will be EPIC.

The team at A View Venues have been so phenomenal to work with. They always answer my questions in a timely manner, allow me to set up multiple appointments with them to go over stuff or look at things in person and dont make me feel bad about it. Theyve helped me find solutions to just random things during my wedding planning and I cant show my appreciation enough for them. Honestly, they werent my first venue choice but now I cant even imagine my big day without them. Also, my dad can be a lot to handle but theyve been so great with him. We made the tough decision of postponing our Fall 2020 wedding to Spring 2021. It has been stressful and such a struggle dealing with moving all of our vendors but they made the change possible and with ease. Im so so thankful for this team and Im still so excited to have our wedding with them next year. They have made me feel special and I have no doubt that our big day will be absolutely amazing!

All of the women I worked with, from my initial visit to my wedding day, were amazing at A View on State. The venue we originally booked closed about 2 months after booking them, and we had about 2 months find a new place. Additionally we had already chosen a caterer. They were so helpful and accommodating- not only at the venue, but the caterers they work with as well. When we viewed and booked A View in State, while the closing of our other venue (and loss of money) was a pretty big set back, we knew we found a great place & better place with A View in State. We didn’t have much time until the wedding, and they made sure it was perfect. Thank youuuu!

I loved working with A View On State. I had concerns with a couple guests and they made sure they had the right people there to avoid any issues. They made the day go so smoothly, I didnt have to stress at ALL! Even when I spilled my blackberry whiskey lemonade all over my wedding dress, they were there and helped me get the stain out right after it happened. The staff was always super patient and understanding and was so excited whenever anyone had an idea! The venue is stunning and I simply cannot suggest them more.

Great venue. Seemed to be 3 reception halls, all very spacious and set up magnificently. Outdoor patio along the entire rear of building, and large outdoor reception area for dances or weddings. Staff was very welcoming and helpful to all.

We love A View on State and have been holding our annual event there for five years! They are professional and fun to work with!

I was only a guest at a wedding. Seemed pretty nice but they run several venues at the same time. Not sure I like that. Its confusing

I loved my venue! The place was beautiful and the staff was amazing! My guests had a great time and couldnt believe how smoothly everything went. I would recommend them to anyone for any occasion! (We even had one of my husbands military balls there and they did such a wonderful job with that as well.)

My son and daughter-in-law booked this venue for their wedding reception. It was a convenient location and I had used A View West (same ownership) for a number of corporate events and had a good experience. They set their wedding date more than 1 year in advance. Put down a $1,500 deposit. A week later their church called them and said they had made a booking error and the church was not available. They immediately called A View and attempted to push their reception back. They were told they would lose their deposit. It was not until my wife, an attorney got involved that they only lost $500. To me, this was absolutely unacceptable. We gave them a 1 year advance notice and werent cancelling, just attempted to reschedule. I hope the $500 was worth it as I will never book another corporate or personal event with any of their locations and I have told countless people about our experience.

I got the privilege of hearing Inky Johnson speak this week and the venue was excellent. The space was great, the decor was nice, the sound from the overhead speakers was great quality.The location is pretty north, but you arent visiting the venue daily, so that didnt bother me

A View was amazing to work with and exceeded every expectation. My wedding was beautiful and I received so many compliments. I didn’t have to worry about anything that day because they handle it all. I can not recommend A View enough!

Very nice venue and the food was outstanding

My Cousins original wedding venue was not usable due to the recent flooding. A View on State took over with a week notice and helped the family out tremendously. Beautiful venue, staff was attentive. Only complaint was the noise, noise seemed to bounce around off the walls very easily making it way too loud. Might want to put some sound dampening panels up.

Nice place for wedding and reception.

Food was great. Ive been to may of these places and the food is usually so so but this place was great. Nice place and great staff. Only downside was that you had to go back outside to go from one room to the other. Not good when it is raining or snowing and your makeup and hair is done.

I will never be able to thank the helpful staff at A View on State for making my wedding an absolute dream come true! During the planning process I had a very specific vision in mind and Britney and her team made everything I wanted possible. I love how customizable everything is, and if I ever wanted to change my mind about something I could shoot them a text and they would take care of it for me. The day of the wedding I was amazed with how my vision came true, they made sure everything ran smooth and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend A View Venues to anyone looking to have their dream wedding!!

Great venue, very beautiful, the staff was very helpful. The only down part I would say is that I was a bridesmaid in an outdoor wedding there and we had to stand by the bushes outdoors. Luckily we had a walk through rehearsal at which that time we noticed the bugs attacking us, so I had my brother go get me some bug spray. I used it, however the other bridesmaids didn’t want to use it, and when we had our bouquets it only made the bugs worse. It wasn’t so bad for me Bc I used the bug spray, but for the other bridesmaids they were getting eaten alive. Also it was even worse for the bride because she had roses in her bouquet, so I’m pretty sure in her pictures there are going to be little black bugs flying around. That could all be avoided if they got one of the outdoor sprays to get rid of the bugs. We got a similar spray for our yard for $9 at Lowe’s. The only other thing I would say is again with the bridesmaids, we had the sun straight in our eyes because of where the sun was. They have a canopy for the guests, but if there were some way to put some cloth or extend the canopy so the sun isn’t right in our eyes and making us sweat off our makeup, that would be great. I can’t imagine what the pictures are like because I personally had to close my eyes most of the ceremony.

Beautiful location for a wedding we attended. Thank goodness it is shaded because it was sure warm! They need to add some outside ceiling fans.

A nice wedding venue and not your typical ballroom reception hall. Even with 2 other wedding receptions going on simultaneously, we didnt even notice the other parties. You have your own entrance, with security guard included to keep out wedding crashers & your own bathrooms. Only downside is location and little to NO internet connection. This meant outgoing texts took forever to get sent.

Caitlin was so great to work with! She put up with all of our questions and went out of her way to make our day a huge success! I would recommend A View on State, Caitlin, and Mie to anyone! Words cannot do them justice! They were all fantastic to work with!

Great venue for large crowds.our event had 700 people in attendance and it was not over crowded. Wish there would H E been more bar service but what was there was good.

Nice venue. We attended a fundraiser event here and I thought everything was very well done.

This is a fairly nice place. It should be suitable for most types of events. For the medium size wedding we were at it did not feel crowded. It is a fairly new facility so everything seems clean and new looking. My feeling was that a qualified designer could add some simple touches that would help make the place feel less plain. Another complaint that is very common in halls, churches and other large spaces is the noise. It is a big box that bounces sound around. Some wall coverings or noise abatement in the ceiling would probably help a lot.

My nephew’s Bar Mitzvah party took place last night at A View on State. In all honesty, I was fairly disappointed with the overall experience our family had at the venue, as welll as with the staff. There were extra expenses that had to be paid that were not spelled out in the contract, the wait staff were not attentive to the guests and seemed to be offended when some guests came back for seconds with the food. They also did little to keep things tidy and safe during the event.My nephew (who was the guest of honor) slipped on cake that was on the floor, which had been there for quite some time, and hit his head when he slipped. The owner of the venue was rude when told about the incident, and claimed that it (and the cake not having been cleaned off the floor) was not the responsibility of the venue, which doesn’t seem accurate.The guests had a good time, for the most part, and my nephew was happy with the party, but my family cannot in good conscience recommend the venue to others. It’s also safe to say that many in the Jewish community will now likely avoid doing business with A View on State. It’s a shame. If only the venue and staff had been more respectful during and after the event, there would have been quite a different outcome.

Love this venue, such a nice place!

I was a guest at a recent party, the staff was rude and obviously didnt want to be there. The party was supposed to go on till 8:00 and by 6:30 the staff was literally taking the water out of our hands so they could clean up and go home early. The food was done by their preferred vendor......the pasta was cold and still hard, the breadsticks were stale, and the sauce was obviously watered down. Not impressed. There were many other issues throughout the night and all because the staff was at best sub par. In fact on a 15 dollar bar tab I was given 5 dollars back after handing them a 50 dollar bill. They said, sorry, were not used to that. After speaking with the childs mother, there were a lot of other issues with the venue including the staff still setting up after the party was supposed to have started. I am a manager for three business offices and there is no way I will use or recommend this venue for any kind of event.
