Shout out to Lin @ Serenity Nails! I got their Collagen Pedicure with French Tips and flower print on big toes! 🥰 She did a great job and was very professional and attentive to my needs (I.e. Temperature preference of water and wax, size of french tips, etc). The facility was clean and comfortable. I was referred here by my mother-in-law, and was pleased with the outcome. Their top notch pedicure was also the same price as a competitor, but was about 15-20 mins longer.I have never seen so many men getting pedicures and manicures too! Haha They have discovered the wonders of smooth, clean hands and feet. 😄 I will definitely come back to see Lin in the future. Highly recommend this business. Thank you!

My lady’s tried to make me pay 50 and when i asked a different worker how much they said 45 and then she went with 45. and the entire time kept asking about how much money i had and who was paying me or my friend. and there were lots of bumps in the nail

My nail tech was beyond gentle and made sure I was very happy with my manicure!! I was upset about the previous nail salon making my nails uneven and even the shellac they globbed on ripped off damaging a nail. My nail tech took great care of me! I trust them enough to get a pedicure sometime. That’s a lot for me since I don’t trust anyone with my feet!! 10/10 would recommend*****UPDATE****** I got a pedicure by them and it was absolutely amazing. I am ashamed of my feet and my nail tech made me feel comfy and was very thorough with her work. I definitely recommend this nail salon!!

There were 3 people in my group and we loved our pedicures! My little niece got her nails painted also. She’s 10 and it was her first time. The lady why did my pedicure was Nina and she was awesome!

I love Serenity so much! When I get busy I tend to just stop wherever I can and I always remember after what a huge mistake that is! No one does it like they do at Serenity! They remember you, make sure you are 100% happy with the service and are always kind! Coming here always makes me feel at home! If you are in Owasso or surrounding please do yourself a favor and give them a try! It’s so worth it!

Serenity nails is the only place I’ll go to again, and Sam is the man!! If you like art/ details, then I recommend going to Sam for the job. I also like how he engaged in conversation with me instead of being quiet and/or talking with the staff. He didn’t rush me with anything, from choosing a nail color, to the shape of nail I wanted, adding a 3rd coat of color, and to taking his time with the daisies. Too many nail technicians talk with other staff members, rush you to sit in their chair, speak little to no English, don’t give you what you asked for, and/or they rush through the service and you leave unhappy. All of those is what makes a customer not want to come back, not tip, and can potentially lead to a bad review. Can make a business fail and is super unprofessional!!Sam is wonderful though! Book with him and enjoy your experience!

Got a pedicure with my wife, she is always making sure everything is sanitary and i have to say by far this place has been the most clean, always new tools in the package and they are patient, i will continue to come back forsure .

I use Annie and Tina, they do such great work on my shellac and pedicures. Friendly and nice atmosphere.

Got a dip manicure from Olivia and she was great! I haven’t loved my experience getting pedicures here, but would go back for a manicure with Olivia.

I brought my husband in for his first ever pedicure. He was pleasantly surprised and loved how his feet felt afterward. The technicians were very friendly and professional. I got a French tip pedicure and was very pleased. Nice atmosphere and we loved the fact that they play family friendly music since there were children there. I’ll definitely go back!

Don’t go to April. She put my tips on crooked and when I asked if she could fix it she told me to have someone else do my nails. I was super confused and embarrassed, I’ve been going here for years and this is the last time I go back. I honestly can’t believe what just happened, I’m so confused, I wasn’t rude or hateful at all, normally I don’t say anything but the one time I do…🤦🏽‍♀️Sucks but I’ll find a new place I guess 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

There is a VERY long list. I went to get my nails done with my friend, (hers were also not the right shape and SLANTED) and the man who did mine would not stop suggesting shellac until I finally agreed, and he was very rude. The length of mine is wrong, the color is splotchy, and the nails are uneven and not at all like the photo I provided. He even took my phone with him to color match the polish, and it was STILL wrong. I finally gave up telling him to fix it and just decided I could possibly live with it, but it’s just too awful. I went back the next day and I was assigned the SAME man, AND he argued with me once again. I just left. I’ve gotten acrylics done twice now from here, and both times were awful. Very unprofessional. Will not be back.

Steve is the best! Great conversation, very professional and does awesome work! All employees seem to take pride and care about what they do and the environment had such great ambiance and flow. And the prices are so affordable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Overall good experience.. I picked a sample nail with shimmery color, the technician didnt explain that it would not have the base coat color but just the glitter. I didnt like the result so they fixed it. I wish they would explain better for such colors that you may need a base coat color, especially for the newbies like me☹️

I recently moved and needed to find a new place to go for my nails. I went to the same place for more then 10 years. I was in awe coming in here. I came as a walk in and they got me quickly. I love the atmosphere. Daniel was my tech and had great conversation. I think my search for a new place is over. I will definitely be coming back!

Got my nails done here. As the women was filling my nails; the CUT my finger and made me bleed because she hasn’t paying attention and was to busy talking to her coworkers. When I pulled my hand back she finally notice and all she says is “Look away look away” as she continues. She didn’t do my nails good they looked terrible and I was embarrassed. Plus I’m almost positive I gots WARTS from this salon!! I went it with my girlfriend and even SHE HAS WARTS!!

They charge 15$ extra for shellac Polish! 😳 completely outrageous, I’ve been many many places and never been charged that much for shellac. What gets me mostly is that she did not tell me that until after I picked my pedi and came back with her supplies! At least have the curiosity to say that before hand. I didn’t want to spend that amount on my pedi so, once i found that out i automatically took her would’ve been tip to pay for my damn shellac. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I have been coming to this salon for about 2 years now. You were recommended by a friend. I have had several techs do my nails and have been getting them done for at least 25 years but Annie is absolutely the best I’ve ever had. She is amazing and so creative. I won’t go anywhere else. As for the pedicures, Don is the best tech I’ve ever had the pleasure of. I have severe neuropathy in my feet and he does such a great job! I highly recommend this place to everyone who asks about my nails. Love you guys!

Came in today and was getting a full set and I showed the manager a picture of what I wanted and he said they could do it. I go to sit down and she starts PEELING MY NAILS THAT I HAD GOTTEN PREVIOUSLY DONE BEFORE OFF. she did not soak them. Then they tell me they cant do what I requested. Never coming back this is pathetic.

WOW! This place is Amazing! Very easy check in. Beautiful atmosphere and relaxing. My daughter went with (to spend time with me) and she doesnt like pedicure. However, she was going to do it for me and when she was done, she said we will be back. The organic summer pedicure was a real treat! I dont know if I liked the hot stone message, the warm wax treatment, or just the foot message the best.

I hadn’t had a pedicure in forever and it was Soooo AMAZING! I couldn’t help but ooh and awe out loud and I’m certain everyone could hear me.... There was A group of us for a team outing and the manager of the salon gave us the drinks on the house! Wow! They definitely want us to be return customers and they showed they cared about their clients by their actions! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, it’s a forgotten requirement, necessity by many businesses as I’m sure you’ve experienced. You get what you pay for here! Totally worth it!

I have been to serenity several times before and am always happy with their services so I took my mom for her birthday. We both loved our pedicures and she even commented she’s never had a pedicure feel so good or last that long

Tammy and Khai were amazing! My mom hurt her ankle and Khai was extremely careful not to make it hurt worse, and actually made it feel much better.

I came to Serenity nails after a poor experience at another nail salon. I needed a fill and was matched with Helen. She was kind, professional, and I was incredibly impressed by her attention to detail. My nails had never looked so good! I have since been back twice and each time have asked for Helen. She is very consistent with her work and spends the same amount of time on her work whether the salon is slammed/busy or quiet. I will continue to bring my business to Helen.

Dont let Daniel do your nails. He does a terrible job and he doesnt want to take the time to do as you ask. Not only did he say i would have to be charged extra for a simple V design but he cut my nails slanted and not straight across! The only reason im giving this 2 stars is because I really loved my first visit when Derek did my nails! If I return I will make sure to avoid him and get Derek or Annie.

I had my nails done by Lyn at Serenity Nails for the second time. Both times I’ve had the dip powder. Excellent job and I was still getting compliments on them during the fourth week of wear. They are practically indestructible except I got a little polish remover on my thumb nail when I was removing toe nail polish. I highly recommend them.

When to get a pedicure with my mom. 5 stars for my last, sadly I don’t know her name. 0 stars for Sophia. Rude and was LITERALLY HURTING MY MOM! She was way to rough and had attitude.

Ive been here by walking in and by making an appointment. They are very accommodating, and have a very large staff to be able to take a lot of people at once. They offer a number of services, and are very thorough with their pedicures and manicures. I have been the last client in the salon before, because the tech was making sure that my nails were perfect and that I had time to put my nails under the UV lights. The techs are also honest with you; in one experience I had there, I chose a polish that was old and was not going on well, and instead of making it work she asked me if I wanted to choose another color. They are on the pricier side, and I have also had techs that do not speak English very well, so be aware of that going in.

The old ball and chain goes here to get her polish and wax on. She always seems happy about it, it always looks good, and its quick. And shes not breaking the bank getting this work done so very reasonably priced. And if you have to wait for Her theres a sports bar right next door so its good for the guys too. Win win!

It is four o’clock in the morning. I am lying awake, in terrible pain from the pedicure I received. My second toe is so tender I can’t even move my foot without gasping in pain. They don’t care if they hurt you with their tools, which I never saw being sanitized in between use by the way. I hope I don’t have to take antibiotics now.I contemplated even writing a review, because I figured most places are like this, but the pain has kept me awake. So here we are. OUCH.Never getting a pedicure EVER again.

We made an appointment for 4. Didnt have a long wait. We were offered refreshments. We got pedicures. They staff was very professional and friendly. The price was comparable with other area spas. My Great granddaughter had her toes done for the 1st time and she loved it. Very pleasant experience !!! .

They did a great job compared to other nail salons in the area. I will be going back!!
