Clean no riff raff or undesirable elements nice for parenting families

I wouldnt even give them a 1 this place is absolutely the worst place to live in okc and the manager Mary does not know how to even conduct proper manager skills.. the owner will be notified about how she poorly runs this complex .

Loft apartments have a great layout. But the office staff very rude.

I have really enjoyed my experience in living at these apartments(been here since March 2019). Overall they are really nice and the maintenance is kept up well. The extra curricular activities for the community within ventura green apartments are also one of the things i look forward to. It is very interesting and a fun experience!!!!

They take the facemask serious, (LOL) but the office staff was the most friendly compared to the other apartment complexes around the area. Much better then across the street for sure.

Mgr doesnt do maintenance on their property very good. No carpet on stairs in 1 apt.

Maintenance is bad took one year to get my tub fixed(still have issues but I just gave up) and security is non existent (break ins and cars vandalized)(picture of bullet hole I came home too),office hours arent convenient for renters who work 9-5 and theyre closed on weekends,but if your late on rent youll know in a heart beat(they are never late to collect or take someone to court),everyone seems to skip out in the middle of their lease here, not worth it. If you rent here you better know your rights as a renter and video tape everything...good luck! Be careful on those 5* reviews...they give you money off your rent for a good review...speaking from experience

Change my mind I came back home where I belong

There are a ton of bad reviews but most of them are probably from people who got kicked out. I currently live in a one bedroom loft with my boyfriend and we actually love it here. When our a/c broke in the summer it was fixed within 2 days. We havent had any major issues. Some peoples apartments are said to have flooded but I live right next to the creek on a downward slope and ours never flooded. They spray every apartment once a month and from what Ive seen its all clean no bugs or whatever. They also cut the grass and trim the bushes like every week. One problem I did have is that the POOL NEVER OPENED, and the laundry room was broken for like 2 months but they did give every apartment 40 dollars credit on the laundry card so that was cool. A tree split in the middle of a storm no damage was done to my apartment but I did have to clean it all up myself since it happened over the weekend so that sucked. The current manager is really flexible and allowed us to do payments on our dog deposit. Also once I was attacked by a resident and the manager handled it swell they no longer live in the apartments anymore. 7/10 would live here again.

I just want to say that these apt have went up and beyond to fix our apt and it is like brand new!! The manager is great about getting things done! And the maintenance people are great and !

The staff is awesome, love the new manager! Swimming pool is nice and clean. The walk-in closet for the one bedroom flat are so big.

Lived here back in the summer of 2018 (April 2018-August 2018). We moved here from Midland Texas (originally from east tx) .. the pool was never working... stayed empty all summer and not to mention the staff was rude!

Townhouse is nice and big. They have dont have a gym, but they take my cats with a reasonable pet deposit and pet rent. Heads-up: Like them on Facebook to get your application waived!

Apartment hurnting was a nightmare. No one wanted to show me the apartment or answer my phone calls until I called Ventura Green. During the phone call, the young lady was very welcoming and friendly. When I’m came in for a touring, the property seems to need a curb appeal but how the office lady showed me the pool and their townhome apartment that made my decision.

Looking for a place.

I have lived here for about a year and overall, it is pretty quiet and I love the loft floorplan they have for 1 bedrooms. However, I have had a lot of maintenance issues with the apartment and sometimes, those issues havent been fixed in a timely manner. For example, I had to wait 3 months for someone to come out and fix my kitchen sink so it would drain again. The unit also wasnt very clean or properly prepared when I moved in. ALL THINGS ASIDE THOUGH, Ventura Green has proved to be a pretty satisfactory living experience.

Property needs updates, but my brother really likes it there. Maintenance fixed his hot water tank in one day.

The apartments arent bad, good location, and its pretty quiet most times.

This apartment complex has horrible customer service and they are not professional. They rip people off of their deposits and will argue a tenant down, like its not their money. This is the first apartment complex Ive been to that had a non refundable deposit. For this company to choose to work with the indigent community, they surely have no compassion for their tenants. So unfortunate!

Lets do this again and see if it gets removed also. After I moved in.. They re-did apartment upstairs above me... Took out all Carpets and padding. They say they are going to be doing same to all apartments. So now the noise is amplifed so much I literally hear everything., even when whisking broom.. I hear that! So, if you are going to be expecting nice quiet apartments... FORGET THAT. Management has taken up for those tenants from day one. Was told 4 complaints could be evicted.... That never happened. Then new manager was placed so she informs me that my complaints are voided... New manager now. Alot of good it did. Now getting closer to 4 again.. We shall see. Also the Pool is still not open.. Been almost 2yrs for me here and they still say have pool amenities.

I moved here about a year and half ago, was very happy but unfortunately I have serious health related issues and developed an devastating permanent disability from diabetes. I lost the ability to able to walk without a wheelchair, so I requested an apartment downstairs, took managements over six months for they do put me into an apartment downstairs, even with my doctors statement stating too dangerous for me to climbs up and down the stairs, I had fallen more than a dozen times. Manager kept telling me as soon an apartment is available I would be the first and put ahead of others on the list, many new tenants moved into apartments that became open for moved in, when I asked the manager about the situation, always the same stories as soon one is available. Bunch of bills, anyway finally got an apartment downstairs and had my apartment broken into, neighbors always fighting, police are out constantly, way too much traffic!!! My roommate and boyfriend is deaf so we talk very loud the neighbors are always reporting us for fighting and turning us in for causing disturbance!!! Whats the heck going on! We had a perfect record living the first year and a half! Now all the sudden we are the trouble makers???? We got a neighbor in the front thats a liar and a con artist! Her husband is in prison for drugs dealings!!! Beat her kids and a dead beat mother living on welfare, section 8 housing and any ferries she can get her hands on! She once came to me asking if I could hook her up for some dope! She even went to my case worker for my Medicare supervision and told her LIES and almost had me put into a nusing home and even told me that my boyfriend had different women in the apartment while hospitalized! I made complaints to the manager, but the liarS words over mine???? Now Im looking at possible exviction and I had worked all my life and dont get much on social security!

My first month of living there someone approached me and threatened to shoot me. I reported the incident to the office and they moved me to a more secure apartment. Then I found out the person was another tenant, friend of the then manager, and lived across from my new apartment !!From May to December 13 there were repeated gun shots from small calliber to assault rifles. Then there were cars continuously driving through the courtyard blaring base music at all hours of the night. Not to mention the continued presence of gang affiliations.The spacious kitchen in the one bedroom does not have enough room to even open the kitchen drawers !! Roaches and mice are in abundance and are there to stay.The apartments in the front were refurbished to fool prospective tenants. Nothing is being done to any others. I turned in a work order in May and it never was addressed. In addition, my heater was installed in May just to have wires burn in December and mine was NOT the first to do so.There have been five managers since I moved in and I was told if I broke the lease they would come after me financially but I think my peace of mind and security are worth the price. There is no talking to Amon (the boss) as he is well protected by his staff.So, if you prefer living with gangs, drugs, guns, children starting fires, and an owner who only cares about the almighty dollar ~~ this is the place for you.

We lived here 2 and a half years.The lofts are nice, but are impossible to make comfortable, especially when the A/C broke every 3 months.The 1bed flats wouldve been NICER had our neighbors not been jerks. People CONSTANTLY in the breezeways, not even residents. Couldnt use patio doors because tenants guests keep looking in. Like SCOPING your home.Heard the remodeling was improvement, but not sure.KEEP RECORDS OF EVERYTHING. They will lose/not follow up on things.

I lived there for six months and I had to put one months rent deposit before I got the lease. I was supposed to get my money back after the lease ended but I never did. We cleaned the apartment before leaving and nothing expensive was broken or needed to be fixed. I called them several times but they always said Id get it in my mail soon and that never happened. While we were living there the A/C never worked so we had to buy our own fan and heater. No fan in the kitchen and if you cook sth you have to open the windows to let the smell out. They didnt open the swimming pool whole summer. Problems in laundry room time to time. Its cheap but still wasnt worth it.

The office staff is nice. My neighbors are nice and its quiet. Only downfall is there is frogs everywhere at night.

Nice staff. Issues fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

Since my roommates and Ive been here weve put in 3 work orders for our a/c to be fixed. We have our ac at 70 degrees and right now its 86 degrees in the house. The lower heating element to our stove is broken and the fan up top doesnt even work. The neighbor below me keeps to himself, but if we make one noise that isnt too his liking, he calls security at 6pm to show up! I sprained my ankle 7 days ago from falling down the stairs and he came running out the door. Didnt ask how I was or anything. I apologized for the loud noise and was embarrassed to tell him I fell, so 2 hours later I get a banging on my door and its security yelling at me for being loud. I explained the situation and he said if they get any more complaints, they will have ocpd write US a ticket.

Just horrible. Find somewhere better.

My apartment flooded in the may flood smelled like mildew for the last 3 weeks called the apartment everyday so far an nothing has been done, Its so bad as soon as I walk in I instantly get a headache my neighbor informed me this was not the first time that apartment has flooded an they only gave the lady a clean up kit the last time, not to mention the place is infested with roaches and I also have bed bugs an nothing has been done !!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!!!!

Now it turns out that pay just for sinners when the fault is another person you want to blame for the hour situation because the manager is a person who is not capaitados to have the position of manager blames you for an error of eya and an error of the mail and they all wash their hands and they said alcavo this is not defended or I put them in my mail or Im the manager to know that nobody is sent by mail but I am the guilty please and tomorrow Ill fix that and then I enplish what else they are aware that estp is going to be good and aver if they fix the pool because in the photos they look good but in reality they do not work

A very bad place to live, especially the maintenance staff get into the apartments as if they were owned by them, and very bad service in the office, NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE LIVING THERE. They also assault and steal.
