This property is staffed by the most UNPROFESSIONAL front office management. I have had a HORRIBLE experience with the staff at Park at Memorial. Attitudes always. I’ve been hung up on multiple times. Last Thursday my bathroom was in 3 inches of water from the toilet flooding and I was told it was NOT considered an emergency and they would be there in a little bit and then got hung up on. Having a career in property management myself, and knowing how to run a property and use customer service properly, if you are wanting nice and friendly- DO NOT RENT HERE. They trick you with words in the beginning and then tell you to sign paper work contradicting their words. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a property and I work in this industry!!! I could never imagine treating a resident the way myself and my roommate have been treated in the year we have been here. Also, corporate was zero help to me even though I’ve called multiple times and only got a returned call once. And then the lady told me that she couldn’t do anything and basically that whatever the front office says goes

We lived here for a yr. Loved it. Loved our neighbors. My only complaint is parking is a free for all. Super cute inside.

Horrible apartments, the management is horrible, and the maintenance is worse.nothing in these apartments ever works. There is mold throughout all the buildings. They put new vents on the ac when they show you the apartment but after a month or so the mold crawls out everywhere. They will charge you cleaning and damage fees when you move out even if you have it professionally cleaned. There were always rats and roaches throughout the apartment. And if you live on the first floor beware because the water lines are so poorly routed and maintained that you may be sitting on your couch and the roof will collapse with water(hence the reason they take freeze warnings beyond what any other complex does) the only thing the manager of the complex cares about is hitting on every man that walks through the door and no I’m not gonna use my real name but I do have pictures

I have lived here for 2 months now I’m going with 4 stars for right now .. they advised me already of the cracks in the floor from a previous resident, but as I read the reviews I don’t have a problem with no roaches or whatever was said . No one has tried to break in to my home as I’ve read. So far I feel safe. Maintenance is responsive, my toilet had a minor issue came same day I just didn’t like how she said well u know you could’ve did this yourself or etc (well if I knew how I wouldn’t have called, I didn’t think that was necessary) my home is beautiful. Nothing has broken. My shower pressure is a bit weak. I don’t like these wasp but with the wasp nest molli said that she’d put in a order. So far they’ have been nice n responsive to me

I lived here a couple years ago; for two years, and I have to admit that although the apartments should be renovated; And some of the residents being gossips and being dishonest to management. I really do appreciate that the Ladies at the front keep most things in check like speeding and misuse of property. They are really decent people including the maintenance manger! You don’t notice this type of stuff until you have resided at poorly managed properties, even really nice new properties can be very poorly managed. Every property does have minor faults but some just have zero control over residents and actions on the property, I know you can’t control residents but I’m talking about they don’t allow residents to throw trash on the property here or have pets in the pool etc.. and they take action when they observe it.

They are atrocious. They leave their tenants without power, without water. They will lie about the service. The maintenance team is rude and unprofessional. They fail to do their jobs and blame tenants. The rent is not justifiable for the lack of quality. The gates never function properly and security doesnt truly exist. Utter disappointment. The trash is always overflowing. They do nothing to address this. The air and heat never work properly and the fix is never sufficient. The apartments are walk-up and their is no security for that. They respond to each of these negative reviews professionally but these complaints are echoed for a couple of years so they clearly dont care, nothing is fixed. Live anywhere else.

. This is my 2nd time living here and I have never had a problem either time. Going on 2 years this go around. Office Staff and Maintenance are both awesome! For the comment below regarding Rats and Roaches. That is definitely NOT true!! If that was the case I definitely would not live here!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! If I could give this place zero stars I would! This place was absolutely awful. We rented here for a year. We had constant issues. Within the first month our AC broke and they were very slow to fix it despite it being the middle of the summer. These apartments are old and the remodeled apartments are cheaply done. I went to open one of the cabinets in the kitchen and the bottom piece literally broke off! The towel rack in the bathroom snapped off TWICE. They repainted the wall where it broke but it didn’t even match the rest of the paint. WORST OF ALL, our apartment was almost broken in to twice by the same guy who was trying assault vulnerable women! He tried to break into several other women’s apartments in the same area of the complex. The office did not care, did not increase security, and still left the gate open for months. We had a dog who was never allowed in the bedroom but yet still somehow had to pay for pet damage in the bedroom! I absolutely HATED living here and will never recommend this to anyone.

I have lived here for almost 6 years and I love it. Maintenance is always responsive and friendly. The office staff have been nothing short of family to us. It is quiet and just beautiful. I am very proud to live here and have no intentions of leaving. This is our home 💜

Excellent apartment

Weve been here six years and love it. The apartments and grounds are maintained beautifully. The actual apt. we rented was just like the model they showed us. The ladies in the office are friendly and quickly responsive to maintenance requests. The neighbors have been very nice. They do nice things for the renters like sponsoring a pool and winter party. We didnt know what to expect when we first moved here, but have come to call this home.

Been here 6 months. I love these apts. They are a little old but most have been renovated and if there are any issues maintenance takes care of it right away. Service and management is great they care about their residents. Overall quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. One complaint is that the roads are narrow and it would would be good to have speed bumps, also its a little annoying that there is only a one way direction to exit since the apartments are off the a hwy service road. Other that that Im a happy resident- main selling points for me were competitive rates, hard wood floors and washer/dryer included. :)

I love my apartment! For the most part, its a quiet, adult-oriented community. I have found the office staff and maintenance to be very responsive and friendly. There are tons of places to eat, the mall and other shopping nearby, and medical facilities only minutes away. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the dog park, which is just a barren fenced area, and the need for more trash dumpsters (tenant convenience should take precedence over guest parking).

I almost moved. Looking for apartments for two months and could not find anything comparable to this place so I’m staying. It’s that great. Nothing compares to the quality that they have here for safety and just the fact it’s like a little get away from city but yet you’re still in the city! The staff is amazing the maintenance guys are always on top of everything. And if you have any worries it’s just a simple email and consider it done

I absolutely love this apartment complex! The staff is really nice. The apartments themselves are gorgeous. I never have problem with bugs or anything else.

This place is awful. Do not rent here. Just moved out after 1 year. Staff do not care about issues. We had problems with our air conditioner for the whole summer last year. We called multiple times and they would come out to “fix” it. The issue was never resolved at at one point staff stated that we were the problem and that we were bothering them because “we were only calling on weekends to report the problem.” The issue continued into this summer, it was never fixed. We lived close to the pool and multiple times we had to make complaints because it was very loud at 2 or 3 am on a week night. No one ever came to investigate the complaints or ask the loud party to leave, even though it was clear on the pool rules that quiet hours were after 10 pm. Multiple times we went without water because of “issues in the complex”. We kept our air at 72-73 degrees (when working) and out heat at 68-70 degrees and the insulation was so poor that our OG&E bills were between $300 and $400 every month. Don’t let this place fool you. Apartments feel nice and the people seem friendly but things will change when you move in. We were here for a little over a year (while building a home). Because we did not sign another lease, the rent went up $400 per month. The icing on the cake was that when we moved out, they tried stating that we owed them money for “pet carpet damage” when 1. We have a cat that has never had issues with any accidents, and 2. Said damage was literally in areas that were covered with furniture making it literally impossible for the cat to even get to. Our neighbors told us the previous tenants had 3 dogs. They also refused to do a walk through with me the day we moved out to inspect everything even though I requested it. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

Applied online, wasn’t informed that we needed to contact the office to finish the payment since the online application says “pay later” with no details or contact information. I called a few days later and they had seen the application but never reached out. On the call I was told that my chosen apartment was open and to come in, sign, plus give deposit check. We spent time on a weekend to hand deliver this check, confirm the move in date, and sign the application. On the way home they call us and realize that they didn’t give us the correct move in date option. They didn’t have anything open and would need to push us four weeks after the date we signed for. We withdrew our application but I am not happy that their internal miscommunications caused this. Our original apartment was claimed by someone else while the application sat waiting for them to action it.

I lived here for almost three years and they were like family to me. The staff was very professional and accommodating during my entire stay. Because I lived alone security was of high importance to me. I felt very safe and protected. My apartment was beautiful!

We really like these apartments. No place is perfect but we have lived at other places and this is better by far. Prices are normal for the area. The grounds stay clean, and weve never had any problem with bugs. Maintenance is responsive.

Ive never had a problem here. The only thing I will say is that if you live on the 1st or 2nd floor you will hear every footstep your upstairs neighbor takes. Other than that I really like the space and if you are looking for a new place I would suggest coming to check it out.

These apartments are in a convenient place, not too far from shopping centers! The staff are really helpful and nice.

Its an awesome place to live

Awful!!!! I lived here for a year and had one pet. For a $600 pet deposit, $300 is refundable. I never let my pet in the bedroom, AKA the only room with carpet, and they charged me $400 for new carpet/pads due to pet damage. You WILL NOT get ANY of your deposits back.
