So far I’m loving these apartments! My little family loves it, When you need help the owners and people that work here are fantastic! Also good neighbors

So I loved management & maintenance they were on top of their game always! Only issue was there’s hella homeless people that hang at the apartments outside and also sleep outside. Had my car broken in to. Supposedly camareras were not working. They also have a roach infestation problem and the exterminators literally don’t do their job they just walk in and sometimes do nothing. We had a move problem when we lived there as well.

They have a roach problem bad! I’ve called multiple times to let them know and nothing still has been done! Before I moved all my stuff in I seen they had roachs painted on the wall like they didn’t clean before they painted. The apartments are nice just they don’t fix the problem fast enough. Very spacious

Tudor Crossing is a really great place to live! The ladies that run the office are super nice and helpful! I never had a problems with any kind of bugs. We also never had problems in general.

While rent was cheap, and it wasnt necessarily a bad place to live i will say that dealing with bedbugs the entire time I lived there wasnt for me.

Just signed my 2nd lease here in Tudor Crossing!! I see the reviews on bed bugs and roaches my apartment is very clean so I have no problems whatsoever with roaches bed bugs or rats neither does the plumbing in my apartment stay backed up!! Ive only had to call maintenance to my apartment twice the issues were swiftly taken care of my neighbors are overall quiet and definitely friendly I love these apartments because I can walk outside and not be afraid that Im going to get hurt or robbed Rachel is strict but big on safety very grateful for that long as you dont cause problems and pay your rent you are good!! Definitely could use a touch up on the paint but hey my apartment was newly remodeled and has central heating and air so Im thankful its also quiet at night besides hearing the cars from the interstate

Ive lived here for over three years, just signed a new one year lease. Management is friendly, helpful and professional. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and the maintenance workers are professional and very courteous. Anytime Ive had a problem management has been very helpful and quick to take care of it. Great family oriented community, would recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

I moved in a couple of months ago and I love the apartments here. It is very quiet here by my home and my children love playing outside and at the pool. i have a new wood floor in my unit and it was clean and nice with helpful maintenance people and nice management in the office it is good value for the money and i recommend it very much.

When I first got here the staff was so willing to help I knew this was were I wanted to be I immediately signed a years lease . The community here at Tudor Crossing has treated me like family . The maintain workers are so quick about handling repairs. The swimming pool has clean blue water I love to get in it an relax an enjoy because Tudor Crossing is my home Im so greatful !

Its a great place to live me and my kids where here for two years they keep the pool well maintenance and anytime I needed anything, they made sure it was taken care of

T Rae s review below is Fraud, I dont know the motive but it is a poor attempt at writing a fakebad review. T Rae doesnt live at the property... I will have to admit, the racist remarks near the end of the review should offend anyone, but the comments about rats and cockroachesswimming in the pool .....and all over the carpets is Ridiculous. The pool is actually Really niceTudor has undergone Major Renovations during most of 2014, inside and out, and is a nice place to live at a very reasonable cost compared to other similar properties.The maintenance crew is very fast in response time to any issues and always takes care of any problems right away, and the apartments are in good clean shape. Management is very professional and has made the place a good clean safe place to liveRental rates for what you get cannot be beat.

Been here for over a year and the best landlord me and my wife has had as long as we communicate with her dont have any problems its going to be hard to leave

I’ve never dealt with the things I’ve deal with the time I lived in Tudor Crossing. When I first moved her in Nov of 2017. They moved me in with an entire piece of glass missing from my room window. It was winter so it was freezing cold and I could not sleep in my room. At the time all I had inside the apartment was a blanket and a air mattress. A few days later I started noticing roaches coming from everywhere. Vents, ceilings, fridge. Etc. There was dead roach residue on the top of my fridge, under my kitchen and bathroom sink. I told the office about the roaches and gave them the opportunity to fix the issue and they did not. I contracted corporate and Christy from corporate came out and made them cover holes and put down bait. (Which did nothing) so I still had roaches. I even told Christy from corporate I would move if they gave me my deposit back which they did not want to do. Rachel, one of the Mexican ladies in the office thought it was funny when I went into the office one day and said “how are the roaches” knowing they were still there. So I was still dealing with roaches. My toilet always was backed up. So January of 2019 I wanted to move and Rachel wanted me to stay saying I was a good tenenant so she asked what could she do to get me to stay. I had been dealing with my upstairs neighbors for a while and had been calling her all the time about them being inconsiderate. So I told her in order for me to stay they needed to get rid of the roaches and take care of the upstairs neighbors. So I can say they actually sent someone out to spray for the roaches and finally got rid of them after all this time. The neighbors were still a issue though and at this time I was 5 months pregnant. I could never sleep and I always called them for the neighbors and they didn’t care. At this time I was behind on rent due to losing a job. So Rachel is fine with you as long as your rent is paid of course and that you’re not going over her head (contacting corporate). Once I started communicating more with corporate the more Rachel started to treat me differently. So since she was doing anything about the neighbors playing music very loud and playing on the stairs at 2 and 3 in the morning. One afternoon I was getting ready for the day about 1 o’clock playing my music . Rachel started to bang on my door and I opened it and she tells me to turn my music down. I turned it down as she sad and let her talk and she tells me how she has a new tenant moving upstairs so she wanted me to respect that. She leaves and a few hours later there’s a lease violation on my door for loud music and she heard a dog barking in my apartment so she put a lease violation for the dog as well. The dog was in a cage as I let her know and it wasn’t mine that was the first time she ever seen that dog so I’m sure she knew it wasn’t mine. Well I was upset because of that. She was not hesitant at all to put a lease violation on my door but I had been calling her for months about my neighbors and not once did she ever say anything to them or knock on their door but when it was me it was a different story. So again I contacted corporate and this time Rachel had contacted corporate before me and Christy wouldn’t even let me tell what happened she just automatically believed Rachel so now it’s me against the both of them. Long story short I had to get a lawyer in order to be able to stay because they were trying to make me move out when I could deliver any day. So my balance was paid and I had until May 30th to move out. I moved out the 28th. Today I get a call from a debt collector saying I owe Tudor crossing. They have been trying everything in their power to make life hard for me because they didn’t like the fact that I didn’t sit back shut up and allow them to treat me like I wasn’t a human being and when things weren’t done right I went above their head. Please do not move here. These people do not care about humans themselves only money and that is it I promise. DO NOT move here. It’s not worth the stress.

New renovations make this a very clean and nice community to live.

I lived here for 2 years ! I don’t know if it’s lack of communication from the desk ladies to the maintenance people or what ! But if you call or walk in with a maintenance request, it more then likely will never get done!! They have roaches and bed bugs ! My first night staying here there was bed bugs, they was going to make me pay for it because their excuse was “maybe you had them in your stuff” so I had to take a bed bug down there and show how big it was !! Also, I was told that one of the ladies in the office was making remarks about me after my leave ! So unprofessional ! I wouldn’t recommend them ! Oh and to mention, they got one bad review before, and they was asking their rresidents to make a positive review so that their star ratings would go back up !

Where is a laundry room that looks even half that good? Someone please show me.

Pictures do NOT accurately depict CURRENT condition of the property...The estiblashment is in horrible condition, infested with roaches and busted plumbing!The property manager Rachel is a complete nut case! She beats/pounds on your door numerous times a day, hands out lease violations like their lottery tickes, calls the police every chance she gets and runs around taking photos of everything like a crack head...I swear shes escaped from a mental institution!

This is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in and Ive been on my own for over 20 years the staff is friendly the manager is amazing and maintenance is very quick to get things done.

These are the worst apartments to live in. If you call maintenance to spray for roaches they wont come. If you call them to fix anything they wont come. I advise any one to Not move in Tudor apartments the management only care about rent payments not people.

Office staff is not friendly. I toured several different apartment complex off 240 this was the worst. When I walked in I was not greeted at all. The office lady was screaming at what apeared to be one of her male workers. I waited ten mins while she yelled at him and eventually just walked out. Sad because their property looked to be clean and well kept.

They short their employees hours, the hispanic lady up front does not like to be spoken to in spanish but white employees. AND they have bed bugs. I wouldnt let my worst enemy live here.

Management isnt nice. They threaten people with eviction and interject themselvesinto tenants personal life telling them how to live. Management is unprofessional. They break laws and think its ok. Yelling at a tenant on multiple occasions as they try to explain their side of story and telling them to shut up and listen not ok. I wouldnt want to subject myself or anyone i know to that kind of landlord harassment.

First off dont take Jenny Hernandez word. She posted those photos and once worked for this complex. Plus the photos are out dated. This place is just okay it isnt going to impress you but it is cheap to live here. Just remember you get what you pay for.

Now are a bad apartment complex, not only for the bad maintenance in apartments but also for the old infrastructure, rude administration, etc bad, bad at all.

The women who are in the office are despots and are always in a bad mood, in addition my husband had to make an arrangement that I requested maintenance and they never took care of it, the bill of the light comes out high thanks to the air conditioner so old that they have, And to top it off they never even returned a part of my deposit even if I spoke several times.
