Horrible horrible management! When I moved into my apt I was told I just paid water and electric. After 4 months they decided to tell me I had a past due bill of over 300 dollars because I had not paid my gas bill??? It took multiple conversations and recordings with a slew of shady people but I finally got it straightened out. All in all, I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone!!

They are very unprofessional and do not address service issues the unit upstairs from me AC unit linked into my feeling and cause the sheetrock to mold it happened in July and it was still that way when I moved in October I couldnt even occupied the apartment because of the mildew this is a horrible place to live and I would not recommended

I rented here for a 12 month lease. upon completion, cleaned the apartment, and moved. had no desire to stay, but i completed my lease. a year later, find a collection from them on my credit seeking payment for a 13th month. at the time, this place was in the middle of finding a new owner, disorganized, and in disrepair. have disputed this with credit reporting agencies, but they want to continue to place negative information that they know hurts, even though i completed a 12 month lease. because of their incompetence, i have to deal with the one thing on my credit report causing me continual grief. do yourself a favor, save the future headache, dont move here.

I love it here at Sunnyview! The rental process was enjoyable and pleasant, the staff and management are awesome and accommodated all my my needs and the property is beautifully maintained! My apartment is absolutely gorgeous! It was fully rehabbed with glass tile backsplash, new oak cabinets and solid surface counters, the rooms and closets are huge and the sunken living room with large rock fireplace is one of my favorite rooms! The fact we have video surveillance and courtesy patrol only adds to the pleasure of living here. I cannot imagine living anywhere else!

We really enjoy our apartment & the staff is great. The down side is there are a handful of people who refuse to keep their dogs on a leash and dont pick up after themselves. But the staff is pretty good at keeping the grounds clean. The price for the size is wonderful and crime seems to stay down.

I am glad I moved out of these apartments. They are not safe. I had my car broken into and some stuff stolen from it. During the day there are kids always running around and screaming. Its pretty annoying. There were several times that I did not have hot water. One time I called the office and let them know and the whoever picked up was rude and said we know with an attitude. I didnt know it was other people as well so there was no need to be rude. After moving out for a few months I received a letter saying I still owe them money for a cleaning fee. They said they made a mistake and did not take it out of the deposit after sending me my deposit. Not my problem...they will try and scam you for money. Please move somewhere else.

Mosaic apartments are right next to Sunnyview. The mosaic apartments have had a stabbing and a huge drug bust happen within the last month near our mosaic apartments. Recently our car got broken into. We have asked the staff at the mosaic apartments to get out of our lease because we feel unsafe there. They said we could move to Sunnyview near there office that had cameras. But that are rent would go up another 70$ to just move down the street to there other apartments. I’m so done with these apartment, I can’t wait until our lease is up. We physically don’t have that kind of money to get out of the lease or to move to there other apartments in Sunnyview. Our rent has already went up once at mosaics apartments. Now we can’t even go somewhere better with the same company for another 6 months for our still over priced rent until we can get our it of here. Unbelievable

Ive lived here for the last 4 months and trust me..i was very hesitate! The reputation is not the best. However.. The manager Esmeralda is amazing and she has gone above and beyond for me..not just her but her staff. Maintenance is on point. The only downfall is the old school Cherry Hill on the other side.. Honestly i have never had any problems.. But i still had a security system put in my apt.. And now a days.. Thats anywhere. You may think they paid me to put this on a site.. They have no idea.. My family first always.. And i was concerned. The only other down fall.. This is not del city Area.. Even though their dept is a mile and a half. Im blessed.. But people do need to understand this is considered OKC. I didnt know this at the time. The floor plans are awesome. Take a chance..i did. And i dont regret it....so far..lol

Do not rent from this property the management is very rude. They changed owners and claim they are going to be better but they lied. They dont fix any repairs my ceiling fan is leaking and it has leaked on my bed. She told us thats why we have renters insurance. Renters insurance dont fix leaking ceilings thats what the apartments are for to fix their property. Be forewarned do not rent here.

I just moved out of sunnyview this February and I had a great experience my 1 year living here. The apartment was a little rough in places like the carpet coming up and the water was either too hot or too cold sometimes but the staff was very friendly. I always received notice days or at least 24 hours before someone came into my apartment for maintenance or spraying for bugs. Every problem I had was solved my maintenance the next day of calling. Wasn’t too expensive and the neighbors were always nice. For the price I think it’s a great pick for the area. Definitely the best option for that location.

Never will work with these apartments ever again, Worst Management.

This place Should have half a star! Please read before renting!Have has nothing but trouble since my wife and I have moved in. Our upstairs neighbors had their car broken into. Then a week after we got a new car, someone busted out our window on our new car.Then my wife was trying to sleep for work and they were workingon the up stairs carpet. I asked them if they could come back in a few hours so she could sleep. Working nights is a hard thing to do. The b**** in the office said she would talk to him. She told him to keep working, my wife got no sleep and had to call into work.They also decided to paint a few days after that with no ventilation and everything went right into my apartment. We have a 7 year old son with asthma who thankful was staying a few days at a friends house for summer. The fumes we so strong we had to leave all the windows open and still couldnt get the smell out let alone breathe for days. Once again my wife couldnt get any sleep and had to call into work.Just a few days ago our new upstairs neighbors got locked into their apartment with no way out. The lady was yelling at a maintenance man that she needed help. Her kids were gonna be late for school. This guy looked at her told her to call the office which never picked up and walked off. He came back to get into his car and my wife told the man the couldnt get out of an (upstairs apartment) which alone is a safety and fire hazard. He sighed and said he would take a look. My wife called me appalled that he was just gonna leave this poor women and kids their!And to top it all off, they towed a car that was on our lease. We got a sticker on it because we drive your new car more often than the old one. Went to the office and told them I would have someone take it somewhere the next day. The B**** in the office said that was fine. The same day I talked to her, it was towed. By Arrow of all places expensive as sh** to get it back and expect us to pay rent! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS!

We live in the mosaic apartments right up the road from the sunnyview and we have had 2 attempted brake ins and they broke into our car and there has been stabbing and there was even a drug bust there a couple months ago and we have been trying to get out of our lease but all they say the can do I move us and charge us in our rent the office is not helpful at all our apartment is falling apart and they won’t do anything about it they rather have us be in unsafe environment then actually ty to help us we are even scared to go out and go to the store. They don’t even care about the safety of the people that live there

The staff is really nice and good with keeping the area clean and the manager is freaking amazing. I enjoyed living in the area and I support the choice to live here.

This place has the worst staff there could possibly be. They were given a forwarding address and had the phone numbers for everyone who lived in the apartment. We were told we own nothing on the apartment when we moved out due to mistake the property manager made and now I have bill collectors calling saying we owe this crappie apartment money. Well good think we are military and will be taking them to court.

Worst place my boyfriend and I have ever applied to. Wasted 70 dollars on the application fee. When turned in the application fee was told we would be getting a call sometime the following week, had to call every day the following week to check on the application and just got the run around. Literally this place is a joke. Then after a week of waiting and calling we was told a dumbass reason on why not approved which makes no sense at all and no explanation as to why other then 1 pay stub out of 8 altogether being different due to less hours for missed days. Then got called a liar by the higher up manager when requested to speak with them in regards to the employee we had been working with. I do not recommend this place, they are scammers.

Horrible, Lien CHEAP owners. RUST in water!!! Do not fix problems jus patch them!!! Dont waste your money moving here, you will be mad in the end.

Absolutely terrible service! I have been trying to get in touch with the manager for WEEKS to speak about problems that have come up because I was on military orders in another state. Theyre doing everything they can to avoid me and rack up more charges after my lease has ended because I couldnt put in a 30 day notice, that they only take delivered to them in person, while in freaking Virginia. I tried to do a phone notice, and was denied. There is no format to do one online. So theyre requiring me to teleport or go AWOL??! They have a big sign claiming support for their troops, but when it comes to actually supporting theyre empty handed. Not to mention that getting someone to just answer the front desk is almost impossible after 12pm. I guess they just work whatever hours they choose rather than the posted hours. Horrible place to live, horrible service, and downright disregard for military.

Hope you dont want to swim after work. Maintenance routinely closes and locks the pool HOURS earlier than necessary, even after the office staff Guarantees itll be open til 8 every day .Hmm....

Worse place ever to live maintenance came in and stole all me and my children stuff wouldnt refer anyone to live here when I went to get my belongings they were going to my stuff like I was just giving my stuff away it left me and my children homeless and everything I ever own from pictures to my children personal information all gone Angie Tyrell is the worst manager ever but she and all staff will have to answer to God about what they did
