Not even a full 48 hours after I let them know my shower wasn’t working correctly, they had it fixed with a note left letting me know what they worked on. The staff has been very friendly and patient as well. I’m a first time renter so I asked plenty of questions and took a lot of time figuring things out and there was no frustration sensed at all.

Keith is absolutely amazing and has the patience of a saint. I appreciate all his understanding, taking the time to be willing who work through my terrible move across states. He has the best customer service. I really appreciate his chill manner and willingness to work with me.

I lived at WatersEdge for 4 years and loved it. Always felt safe, it was very quiet and kept very clean! Highly recommend!

So far so good!My neighbors are super friendly and Kieth and Katie have really taken good care of an issue I had with the Wi-Fi. Good fishing as well! Would love to see a basketball court in the near future :)

The apartment layout is absolutely gorgeous,so much room for a dog to walk.Ive lived here since Summer 2019 and never had a problem till this last summer,when gun shots could be heard nearly every night after the 4th of July.Then,In September,My car was stolen from the parking lot(right in front of the main office)and when I went into the office asking if I could see the camera footage,the manager couldn’t be bothered to speak with me because she was on a ‘personal’ phone call.I was informed that there wasn’t much to be done.Very unsympathetic and rude front desk workers.Just one of many times.Would not recommend!!!

The apartments mantance handle my situation very fast and was on it !!! They did very good fixing my lock on my door !

Brittany made my experience nice. She was professional and very helpful. She was knowledgeable in all areas. When I first came into my new apartment, I did notice that the carpet had a stain on it, but Brittany said if I noticed anything wrong to just make a Note and she would have it fixed. The place was clean, and looked like new appliances had been installed. The blind in the bedroom was broke, so I wrote that down. I have no doubts that that too will be fixed. Overall, I am pleased with my experience. I Am confident that all problem areas will be fixed.

The work order was completed in a swift manner with no complaints. However, I would have liked to been notified when maintenance would be inside my apartment.

I can only tell you what Ive experienced in the first two months Ive lived at Waters Edge.The maintenance staff is pretty good and it is quiet. There are a TON of mosquitos in the warm months apparently, as the property has several bodies of water on it.FYI:The application fee for a studio apartment at Waters Edge is $300. This includes your deposit up-front, and multiple other fees that all must be paid when you apply.If you dont end up getting the apartment, you only get about $150 of this money back. Also, if you do move in, you are only allowed to keep $75 of the $150 deposit amount when you move out.

My wife and I lived here for about 8 months. We were intending on staying for an entire year, but I was offered a job in Michigan that I couldn’t turn down. We both highly recommend Waters Edge for renting! The office staff are all always helpful, and professional. The grounds are well kept. The maintenance workers are kind and they work hard. The nice thing about the complex is that it almost has a country feeling to it. It’s very close to the airport, but there’s really not much noise at all. They are also pet friendly here. The neighbors are kind. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with this complex.

Was a nice place to live. When we moved out, we cleaned the place spotless and made sure nothing was left dirty. They ended up still charging 40 something dollars to clean what mustve been a crumb on the counter.

I submitted my work order online that morning. That evening the maintenance guy showed up and replaced it. Easy.

Ive lived here for almost two years and I love it here. Its located close to everything yet maintains a country living feel. The grounds are well maintained and management seem genuinely interested in providing the best possible living experience. I would, and have, recommended this place to friends and family.

A very nice place. Im been living here mainly for school for 2 years and havent had any bad experience. The staffs are very welcoming and helpful. I will suggest they expand their gym to the growing resident population.

I love my apartments for the beautiful ponds with ducks and geese, all the sidewalks that go through complex, how tidy everything is kept; I am picky too. The friendly and helpful staff. Ive had a great experience and again I can be hard to please because Im very picky. I highly recommend living here.

Not a bad place, but I always get woken up by mowing/trash. I’m not a light sleeper either.

My and my husband lived at this complex for several years and we loved it! We recently bought a house so we no longer live there but we really enjoyed the complex! It went under new management in the last few years and they are wonderful! They immediately started doing renovations to some of the amenities and really made that much better of a place! It’s always clean and well kept and the office personnel, especially the manager, make you feel at home! They always throw a 4th of July party and everyone gets free food and a chance to win great prizes! We highly recommend this place!

My experience with this apartment complex was decent, but I did not like my experience with the new management (Case & Associates). The apartments are nice. The surrounding property is nice. However, they do find ways to rip you off with your money. Definitely read the fine print of your lease before signing, so you aware of what you are getting into with them.PSA: Case & Associates is known for taking people of their money.

Love living here. The only complaint are the other tenants that are always so grumpy and speed excessively through the parking lot. Other than that this place is awesome, good walking trails for you and your dogs and most neighbors care about where they live and clean up after themselves. Basically the people that live there are the ones that make it negative in anyway but they are just the usual inconsiderate humans you find everywhere but the staff and apartments themselves are great!

I have lived here almost 10 years. The staff are amazing and quick to resolve and issues. If you are looking for the most modern look the apartments may not but for you. If you are looking for quiet living, friendly and helpful staff, and well kept apartments and property this could very well be your place. Trust me...I have been here long enough to know that they are consistently keeping things up and hiring quality staff.

Brittany showed us around the complex and it is very nice and updated. The office staff are very friendly and from what I learned this area is under new management this year and they are doing many updates. From what I heard before, it wasnt a great complex and a little shady. Not anymore! They do offer a 3% discount on monthly rent if you work for certain companies like Hobby Lobby.The amenities are awesome with 2 lakes, 2 pools, tennis courts, indoor gym and dog park. For being set back off of the main road it is very quiet and secluded. It backs up to a park and a green area. I dont even live here and I really liked it.

These apartments are absolutely amazing! My dad and I have lived here for going on 3 years now, and it has been the best apartment living we have ever had!! Its always always quite; everyone is extremely friendly, including the staff and maintenance team! Yes, parking is horrendous, but if you can overlook that; youll enjoy these apartments for sure! The grounds are always kept and clean; other than the geese poop everywhere, but they are geese thats what they do! 😂 Oh! And, during the spring and fall, taking a walk around either lake is pretty relaxing! Like how I made mention of the TWO lakes! I want say anything about the gazebo! Ha!!So in other words: MOVE HERE, YOU WILL LOVE IT!

A two bedroom is pretty large. I’m very pleased with how quick things are fixed. However, for some reason I have to flip my breaker for my bathroom lights every so often, sometimes 3-6 times a day and this breaker also deals with my tv in the living room.

Great place when you’re living there. Once you move out though it doesn’t matter if you spent weeks cleaning and had everything replaced yourself they will still charge you for it. So don’t expect any of your security deposit back

I really love my apartment and having all the appliances that I need. Its a clean and quiet community. Parking does suck because there arent assigned parking spots. Besides that Im satisfied!

Military friendly. Lived here nearly 2 years. Very nice and peaceful apartments. Hidden from the main street, but close to tons of restaurants, stores, and hotels. The airport is on the same street as well. Maintenance is very helpful and friendly and the staff always helps me when I need it. Nice landscaping and the lake view is amazing!

It is a decent place to live. However depending on where your apartment is it can be extremely quiet or loud. There is a park that often have events that can be quite loud. The one thing I didnt like is how the whole parking lot was laid out. I had an accident due to a bend and somebody didnt see me. And I had a break-in several months back. The appliances are outdated and the dryer takes forever to dry your clothes. I did wish they updated them when I moved in.Another thing is, its close to the airport so you get that noise.Other than that it is a decent place to live. There are good restaurants within walking distances. It isnt an easy find. But it is an apartment so you wont the quietness of a house and you can get loud neighbors. I suggest this place as a good way to get familiar with OKC before finding a better place to live.

Ive had a pretty great experience at these apartments. Ive been here almost a year and a half and have had maybe one or two issues during the whole period. Both issues were resolved relatively quick with minimal effort on my part. The view is nice and tranquil with the pond setting and weirdly enough I have not had one bug issue. Except one time I accidentally let a fly in. It was pretty chill though and didnt bother me while eating so I kind of just let it do its thing. Maybe Im just lucky, but being bug free is key. As far as noise goes I can sometimes hear the neighbors, but my neighbors are pretty quiet so that has never really bothered me. One of them does sing, but fortunately for me she is pretty good so its not a bother. The staff is friendly. I was here when the current GM was just getting started and thankfully she is still at the property. She does an outstanding job and I would legitimately be sad if she left. As far as the gym goes, it was remodeled when I first moved here. Its not great, but it is enough to get in a basic workout. It is a bit small though and can be a bit awkward when someone else decides to workout when you do. A bit of uncomfortable eye contact, then a period of laser like focus on not recreating that moment during the rest of your workout. There is a nice little jogging trail around the pond as well. There is a gang of geese that reside along it, so be cautious, but they are pretty chill as long as you dont step up to them. Its their turf, just show a bit of respect. I live at probably one of the best locations on the property, in my opinion at least, and I feel perfectly safe. Worst Ive had are some kids knocking on my door to sell newspapers. There is security at night and a couple of giant speedbumps out front that keep the place safe from intruders and so far they have done a great job. I will probably be here for one more lease and then bounce out to somewhere new, but this place has really been great for me. Not sure if others have had similar experiences, but mine has been good enough for me to actually leave a review and thats saying something.

We have lived here for 3.5 years. I have nothing but good things to say about these apartments. Some of the negative reviews are really quite unfair. The parking spots are kind of small, but there are plenty and I think everyone knew when you moved in that there is no assigned parking. Its pretty ridiculous to get upset if you cant get the best parking spot every time. My appliances have always worked just fine and my washer and dryer are brand new. If they dont work well, the maintenance guys here are FABULOUS. Very helpful and nice and polite and theyve always fixed anything I needed right away. There are certain things that you just have to live with and understand being in an apartment and living so close to others. They are always very on top of landscaping, I have always felt very safe and the neighbors are all good people. The area is really beautiful and I like being kind of back and away from the rush of the city. Its a good central location. We love going on walks with the kids and swimming in the pool. Were about to buy our fist house and I will miss living here.

I have lived in a studio for the 6 months and I have loved it here I have not had any problems at all. In fact I am now upgrading to a 2 bedroom because I wanted to stay and move with a friend. They have made the process very simple. I really like it here.

Repairs were conducted in a timely manner and issue resolved.

I lived here for 2 years. Soon after I moved in I had extremely noisy neighbors, I complained multiple times about a dog barking and waking me up at 5 am when I work late hours and case and associates did nothing about it eventually I avoided coming home this consistently continued for 4 months then occasionally for the remainder of my lease. I was walking up the stairs to my apt when a employee/ maintenance working yelled out a comment on my body. This only occurred once but I felt uncomfortable so I bought pepper spray, I knew case and associates wouldn’t do anything about it. The apartment complex is full of rodents mice, raccoons and cats that come out at night. The animals get into the trash and drag it out of the dumpsters and the wind blows it all over the complex and on the cars. I have cat scratches/ Prints on the hood of my car lucky its a older car otherwise I would have to get it painted. The community also likes to put trash sacks full on trash out by the front door and within seconds cats get into it and trash gets everywhere and no one does anything about it. Living at watersedge is like living in a dumpster. I regret signing a lease here. Come check this place out especially at night, I promise within seconds you’ll fill like your in a dump with a drive way.

I lived at Watersedge for 8 years....that should tell you everything you need to know. You couldnt ask for better management and maintenance people. Prompt response to any problem (there were very few). Clean grounds and pools always. I miss it already and Ill be back as soon as I retire! ❤BRITTANY AND KATIE .... keep a place open for me!

Ive lived here for a little over 2 years. I quite like how dog friendly they are, and the staff, most days, is pretty friendly. I only wish there was a secondary dog park on my side of the apartment complex.

So far it’s not too bad. Much better than other complexes in the city. Units are pretty small in my opinion for the price and walls/ceiling are fairly thin as you can hear neighbors regularly, however noise is something to be expected in apartments I feel. Haven’t really had any maintenance issues as of yet - been here about 7 months. Yes there are raccoons on one side of property but don’t seem to cause any issues. Don’t have any issues with trash being everywhere or my vehicle being broken into. Overall I feel super safe here. My biggest complaint would be the parking. Spaces are super narrow and people will ding your doors daily..also yes lots of speed bumps and potholes.

Right before I moved out of Water’s Edge Apartments back in 2015, they told me that I had to have the carpet professionally cleaned. I absolutely 100% knew that my carpet was going to be replaced because I had lived in the apartment for 4 years & it wasn’t brand new when I moved in there. Since I didn’t clean the carpet before I moved out, Waters Edge charged me the cleaning fee Even Though they did indeed replace the carpet (just like I knew they would)!! I know this because a few weeks after I moved out, I knocked on my old apartment door & I saw that there was new carpet in there. So, this apartment complex used my money to buy new carpet for their apartment. If they did it to me, most likely they will do it to someone else!!

They staff will try to keep your deposit. I signed a 6 most lease, was gone 4 of those mos. Left the place clean as a whistle, something they was not expecting. Just beware, no matter how clean you leave it, they try to find a way to keep the deposit.

Watersedge is a great place to live! I love the fact that we have such a friendly staff, a great community, a full size washer and dryer and the best part is the dog park “Bark Park” Our dog loves running around in it!

Dont apply unless you have a 800+ credit score. They want only the best to live in their outdated 30+ year old apartment that recently flooded and reek of mold. If you apply and choice not live in these superior apartment then your still out your deposit with no regrets even if its against good moral values and common sense.

I just moved in and I am off to a bad start with this place. On move in day my apartment was not ready because it didnt have carpet installed and we were told we had to wait several times. First time I checked we were told a couple of hours (10 AM). I checked again at 12 and was told i would not be able to move in until 4. At 4 my carpet was still not complete. I did not move in until almost 5:30 pm. I received my keys from the person who was laying carpet, not even from anyone in the office. I was not shown where anything was (mailbox etc) and I felt that they office staff made a joke out of the situation. I love the apartment itself but the logistics of it all was NOT good. I am hoping my opinion will change.

Management is reasonable, online portal not obviously buggy, maintenance has never let us down, pond view is nice. Last star missing because there are too many speed bump on the way in and several potholes.

Ive lived here about 4 years, nothing but peace and quiet 90% of the time. Most people dont even know the apartments are here. Id recommend living here to anyone. The staff is nice, and they have cookies! LoL

The apartments are very nice! staff is amazing and make every attempt to help no matter what issue you have. its quiet and peacful, this apartment complex is by far the best for the price. several friends have apartments here as well and would say the same. Ive lived here for 6 months an have ejoyed every minute. Moving is bittersweet Im sure Ill regret leaving!

My dog is not allowed because he is half German Shepard. So he is capable of serving his country or aiding blind people but not allowed at a discriminating apartment community.

When I moved in June of 15 the apartment had new paint and carpet due to flooding. Nothing else was updated at all. Old appliances, countertops, and showers. When I moved out 1 1/2 years later after purchasing a home I paid a fee to break my lease one month early and was treated like I burned the place down for it. Four months after moving out I received a Final Notice email stating that I owed almost $600 more for damages and that I had 30 days to pay before they sent me to collections. Not once did I get a letter or any prior emails before receiving the final notice. They are trying to charge me $300 for fresh paint, $247 for new countertops and $40 for new drip pans for the stove. I NEVER smoked in the house nor did I ever hang a single picture on the wall, so why would it need fresh paint after only one and a half years? The countertops were old, outdated formica countertops that were already chipped and peeling when I moved in, and I spent $10 at Walmart and put BRAND NEW drip pans on the stove when I did my move out clean up. I spoke with a friend of mine that lived there for six months and they did the same thing to him when he moved out. BEWARE of these CROOKS!!!

Not a bad apartment itself, but I have had my windows busted out of my truck and had things stole on a couple different occasions. Just to kinda tell you the kind of people that are around this area.
