Work with them and they will work with you.. Respect is something both sides should display.. Remember that they have to be ready for the people who are very bad tenants with no property respect or management respect.. I am amazed at bad tenants trying to blame the management.. If you Respect the woman who runs this company you should have no issues working out the issues that could be on a new move in..and all should be smooth sailing if you are a good tenant.. Honestly my prayers were answered and she worked with me to fix every issue that was and within the 1st month all is fixed and I am happy to be renting from this company..

Lived in a house for 5 years. Never had a single problem the first 2 years, then this company took over. When I moved in I paid first and last months rent plus a $3000 deposit as well as an extra $1000 to pay my rent on the 15th rather than the 1st. This company took over and for years refused to repair damage threatening to evict me every month for paying on the 15th...we even went to court over it and the judge agreed with me. I finally moved out not paying the last months rent because I had already paid it when I moved in. No fast forward 3 years in the future, I find out she sued me. Served me at the address she knew I had moved out of. So apparently she claimed I owed them $4500 that I dont owe after keeping my $3000 deposit and the last months rent i paid up front. I am being garnished for this money. These people are thrives. Be careful doing business with them.

All staff members we have been in contact with are friendly and professional. They helped me to buy and manage several of my properties. They were always quick to respond and very eager to answer any questions I had and assist me in my search in whatever way possible. Great service. The easiest application process Ive ever experienced before, and the people in the office are so friendly. Any issues that have come up are dealt with in a timely manner with no hassle at all. Id give it 10 stars due to how stress free everything is!

Do NOT rent from this company. They do not care that your house is in disrepair, or falling apart, or flooding, or anything. They want your money and do not want to hear from you. You will hound them multiple times to get something repaired. If they finally do, expect the cheapest replacement parts imaginable, followed by a need for a re-repair. The maintenance guys themselves are great, but overworked on WAY too many houses for this greedy company. Ricki wants your money, and shell give you attitude if you request that she does her job properly. Im skeptical of these positive reviews on here, surely they must be false accounts! AVOID FIDELITY REAL ESTATE.

I really like these people. . I would call them more than a staff of professionals, Id call them more like family. Every single time I needed them they was there. . During my stay at their residences and way way after. . No matter whaaaaaaaaaat I couldnt thank them enough for the effort they went through for me. Ricki and Cia your the best and you keep getting better, again my family and I miss you guys a lot.

I love renting from Fidelity. They are very professional and friendly. If I ever have a maintenance issue they handle it immediately.

Fidelity Real Estate is amazing. When my husband and I were looking for a house the owner Ricki helped us out tremendously. Everytime i go into the office her and Cia are always very helpful and very friendly. I recommend them to all my friends who are looking for houses.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My experience with them was great until 3 months ago first we had aarain storm and our roof in the back laundry room started leaking I informed her a guy came out and he never came back out again after he stated to us the whole roof needed repairs because it was leaking the the living room as while. Still not fixed then my tolet started to not work. I contacted her serval times and asked her to have someone come out because there was water coming from under our bathroom floor. Well she sent someone out a month later and they fixed it but not even A WEEK later it started again in which it took her even longer to find someone. After having the same people come out they informed us not to use our bathroom or it would completely flood it had been 3 weeks without proper plumbing staying at someone elses house waiting on repair to where we just found a whole new place. Then all of a sudden here comes the repair guys. 🙄 Only took FOREVER. As we were moving we found mold everywhere my entire closet floor was wett all the clothes on the floor were molded the backroom has mold my couches have mold. So I have no furniture now just very poor upkeep. Im so glad to be out and fyi this is a very recent review.

Vey understanding and helpful rikki is the best Landlord I ever had

This company is a joke. Do not use them to manage your rental properties. I have managed real estate for over 15 years and never seen such unprofessionalism. They dont pay their vendors after the work is done. She is very rude and does bad business.

I would refer fidelity real estate to everyone. I had a wonderful experience.
