Price per square foot is the only this these apartments have going for them. The management team doesnt want to work. They are disrespectful and deals with residents with ill regard. They (each and every one) are horrible business people. I wish they would crawl back under the rock that they were under, before coming to manage my apt. complex. Be prepared to bring a window unit (your own).

I had previously left a terrible review but after speaking with the ladies in the office I am pleased to say that most if not all my complaints have resolved. The ladies in office are truly amazing. I came in extremely angry and they approached my frustrations and helped to resolve all issues. I appreciate their time and efforts. Thank you again!

I have lived at village at Stratford for two years now, I have really enjoyed my time and when my lease is up in September I am looking to transfer to a different floor plan to better accommodate my needs. Rhylee moved me in and she’s still here. Misha the property manager had also been here the whole time. I love going in the office to talk to the girls. They make it so enjoyable to live here. Maintenance is amazing and they always work with you and understand difficult situations people go through. MOVE HERE!!!

This has nothing to do with the overall apartments I have enjoyed my time here but on the other hand there is a certain manger who will text your husband vivid messages while your away working and even meet up with him as if she didnt know we where together

Great place to live, despite all the negative reviews. people only review when they’re mad. i love living here, residents are all quiet and keep to themselves. maintenance is phenomenal and gets the job done within 24 hours. i would highly recommend leasing agent rhylee

Living here is so comfortable. I have no problem with getting things fixed in my building. Communication with Rhylee and the manager Misha is always Great, and they both always try to help me out when possible. Great management.

I did the application and was promised and shown the apartment. Whenever I went there to ask when I should pay my deposit because I was approved, the lady kept telling me to go back when the manager is there. I submitted my paystubs 3 times.....they waited till the last week, and then told me theres no apartment available. The worst management ever.

Amazing place to live, quiet, safe, and family friendly. Rhylee and Misha in the office are amazing and go out of their way to make sure everything is ok if you come to them or have any concerns.This last summer my AC went out and between them and maintenance I was back up and running in no time.

Very rude manger!, didn’t tell me what i needed to live there so they waited 4 days for me to call them to tell me i need to pay for a 3rd application then denied me to live there because i was having a conversation with a coworker while she was yelling at someone else & didn’t give me a reason on why i was denied will never recommended anyone and urge no one to go through the same process i did!!!!!!

Wish I could give this apartment complex a negative review. Nothing ever gets fixed, Misha at the front is ghetto and always starting drama with residents, they dont stick to their word. My apartment has flooded twice and they just fix it enough to last a little while, my AC isnt working, my dishwasher floods the floor when used, and this is just horrible. Today I hear a white woman talking about her window unit being taken out and she has no AC cause it freezes up. They dont care about anything but the money.

Great place for the price I pay. Water bill is included in the rent, as well as access to the pools and gym. My kids living here as there is a playground and other kids for mine to make friends with. I like the size of my apartment, not too big for me to keep clean and not too small for us all to fit comfortably. The staff has always addressed any concerns I communicated with them about. Finally, I can pay rent really easily through their website for tenants.

This apartment complex is decent with the major changes around the north side of this area these apartments are becoming the next “Highland apartments” there has been multiple vandalism’s with cars and apartments, and no security on site, the apartments are fixed up to look good when you move in but then eventually start gradually falling apart. But it’s not so much the apartments cause they eventually get tended to it’s the crime and the vandalism with vehicles that is getting worse, and no security being input in place, I wouldn’t recommend living here u less you have full coverage and your deductible it meet to cover any random vandalism to you car and or renters for your apartment.

I have been living here for 5 years I have watch the apartment change management over four times! The management That they have now is Okay, but if you really want to make sure everything in your apartment gets done go through Misha i’ve never had a problem with her getting somebody out to fix whatever was going on in my apartment

I have been living here for over 2 years now, and I have to say I have been more than happy with the Staff in the office. They are always super kind and are very warm when I have any issues or questions. My maintenance requests have been few (in a newly renovated unit if that makes a difference) and they were always handled quickly. I feel that some of these reviews may be from individuals who have little people skill and bust through the office yelling and upset if they are inconvenienced in the slightest. Just a guess. Again I’ve been extremely happy with my stay, and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I highly recommend this complex if you need a nice place in a good area. If you have fur babies, it’s great for them as well! Mine loves it here!-Allison

I currently live here the new staff is HORRIBLE manager “Brooke” does not return phone calls or emails and honestly doesn’t handle things professionally . I’ve lived here for 2 years and it hasn’t Been this bad office staff is not the brightest. The pool is closed because they are ordering a new rope to separate the deep end from the shallow that has taken over 2 weeks not sure why the dingbats won’t just go buy one from a pool supply store we pay plenty in rent for them to be able to keep stuff like this running Since it is listed as an amenity. Half of the machines In the gym are broken or missing things. What’s the point whenever you bring up an issue and the response is we are still transitioning BULL SHIT it’s been 2 months. I would not recommend this property or any other Trinity properties to ANYONE.

Ive lived here since 2017 I havent had any problems with the staff they have always worked with me on any issues I have had with my apartment. When they switched companies the staff was nice to me. When I had questions a bout something they told me not to worry they would take care of it and they did. Plenty of kids. In my book kids are going to be kids talk to the parents like an adult and work together and maybe we can stop alot of kids from having their spats because at the end of the day they will be friends tomorrow. It just might work for Adults too.i like where I live.

Im Editing My Previous Review.... Old Management Was Horrible & Unprofessional. However New Management Has Made Everything A Lot Better. They Whipped Maintenance Into Shape And A Lot Of Things Are Getting Fixed Without Having To Make Multiple Trips To The Office To Complain. Maintenance As A Whole Is More Pleasant As Well. They Actually Get To Know The Residents So Everyone Feels Comfortable. We Even Signed A New Lease With New Management Because How Well They Turned Everything Around.

Love this apartment complex been here 3 years and I love that the staff addresses my concerns and the maintenance always address my issues.

There are so many things wrong with this complex. The tenants are constantly outside screaming at each other. The pool is disgusting because it’s filled with unsupervised children swimming in their regular clothes. And the people running the complex are no better.I went a month in 2016 (AFTER lbk took over) without air conditioning in the summer. They refused to lower my rent or compensate me for the money I spent on hotels during that time. To be clear, they will not fix any of your maintenance issues. I had a huge hole in my shower and a refrigerator that leaked badly, for over a year before they finally came out to inspect. During that time I called to report the issues at least once a month. There were others issues in my apt, but I wanted to get the bigger things taken care of first.I’ve finally moved out, and they are now telling me they have no record of my deposit. Just don’t live here, it’s not worth it at all.

Moved in summer 2018. Lasted 3 months. I knew I should have trusted my gut and not gave it a shot but being new to the area I did not know what I was getting into. Leasing agent said it was an up and coming neighborhood. The surrounding area is nice but this stretch of apartment buildings are terrible. Broken down cars everywhere. Laundry mat was constantly closed because the machines were broken into. I had to call the police 2-3 times a week on different neighbors...drugs and alcohol was usually involved. One set of neighbors had an all out brawl and broke out all the windows on the unit. Another set rammed each others cars ending with one blocking the entrance to my building. Another couple had a knife fight right outside my unit. Cops always at the next building over as well. Maintenance was slow to respond, had window unit for over a month waiting on repair of outdated freon leaking HVAC. Had mold issue under sink and around tub, kitchen wall on opposite side of wall was soft from water leak. Whole apartment smelled of mildew despite being recently remodeled before moving in. I decided to pay to break my lease because I never felt safe there plus the maintenance issues. The apartment was cute, loved the fire place but none of that was worth it. I would not move to this complex if you are a single female or have children.

I have lived here almost a year. Since the new management has taken over, it’s been much better. There are still a few kinks to work out, but all in all, I am really happy here. So grateful, I just renewed my lease. Mikaila and Rhylee in the office have been sooooo helpful in getting things straightened out. I am very grateful for all their hard work. Staff was very nice i was given multiple options on which apt i could choose from. I was notified on my approval within 24 hrs and recieved a nice move-in special they really help me out alot big shout out to misha she is the bomb!!!

Their rating speaks for itself. I moved out of my unit Oct 4 and have yet to be returned my security deposit 2 monthz later (ILLEGAL) Theyve charges me 255 in cleaning fees when i left my unit spotless (&never provided reciepts for so called cleaning- ILLEGAL) The $45 they so graciously offered as my refund has still not shown up and every attempt to talk to corporate is ignored. Dont trust this complex!! Save your money and go somewhere else.

If i could give them a negative rating i would if you have kids this isn’t the place of residence to live . This is a place if your just trying to quickly get a place to stay not a family oriented place of residence. My apartment was broken into while out of town and came back to the door being drilled shut. Neighbors were the ones who informed me that the apartment was broken into. After the fact when i was able to notify and inform the office of the incident they said due to me not being notified and the endangering situation there wouldn’t be any consequences for breaking the lease. I went in to the office today for them to say “ although your house was broken into no notification on hand about it you’ll still have to pay the remaking lease balance “ that is absurd. Not even the slights wording of upset is the right words it’s ridiculous that their concern is the money, i been staying here and pay my rent long above the 1st pay it the latest the 28th the MONTH before its due this one situation is most definitely the icing on the cake as to why i would NEVER recommend them .Let’s not take into account that a whole month before this i was left with No ac services . Smh no good.

It’s not a bad place to live, but just be aware that management never sticks to their word and maintenance doesn’t actually fix anything. We’ve been having the same issues over a year now, maintenance comes and half fixes one thing on the long list. Meanwhile it’s been 6 months and we’ve had a huge hole in our roof, we pay for a 2X2 and can’t even use our 2nd bathroom. Our walls and baseboards have rotted, they were suppose to resurface our shower. We’ve had to pay out of our own pockets to dry walls, because one of our children our highly allergic to mold. We walk into our house and it currently smells like mildew from the lack of repairs. We love our apartment, but the office and maintenance stress us out.

Village at Stratford has always felt like home to me. The staff speaks to you and not at you. Friendly faces & loving attitudes.

Been there less then 2weeks . Holes in carpet, smells like dog . I have had to steam clean myself. Windows falling off track . No hot water and says not an emergency . Still have not received a mailbox key which seems to not be a concern.Staff does not care about Residences ans very rude and not professional.

Two words: bed bugs. Do not live at these apartments. They are not safe or clean. They are not treated properly. Even after they sent out their pest control associates for treatment, we still cant get rid of them. We will have to throw out everything when we move and pay out of pocket for all new furniture and beds just to make sure we dont have these bugs again. Please do not move in here. They are not safe. People fight outside all of the time and scream at each other, there are a ton of drug users that management does nothing about, and the gated community they offer is a hoax. The gates are always open and their free gym is always filthy. After all this, if you still decide to move in here, do not get one of their unrenovated apartments. Theyre cheaper but they look trashy and everything is always going out or is messed up. Its always something with these apartments. Spend a little more money to go someplace that isnt trashy and nasty.

My first year in this complex went great with no issues with my apartment, the office, or maintainance. I was happy to stay another year in a bigger apartment. Boy did things do a 180! All through out our move there was no communication between the office and us, and we had open apartments yanked out from under us three times, delaying our move for roughly 5 weeks before they placed us in a trashed apartment. The heater broke within the first day, there was extensive damage throughout, a burnt electrical socket, and dog feces on the patio. The Carpets were FILTHY and reeked of dogs and cigarettes. They were clearly never cleaned, yet I am being charged 40$ for carpet cleaning after moving out of my place that was basically spotless. We compiled a list and I emailed them to Kristeena to try to get them taken care of. She ignored my email and I never got a response. I will not be living here once my lease is up, and if they refuse to fix the problems, we will be breaking our lease.

Where do I start !!!!!! I lived here for almost a year I first live in middle. It was nice at first then it flooded from the walls! In the kitchen hallway and bathroom 🚽 the shower ceiling had mold and they jus sprayed over it with spray paint, when I asked them about it they said it wasn’t spray paint, it was mold killer but I could see the mold thru it. Anywho I started to look in to move into a new unit that was a breeze. The old manger was supper nice about it. Fast forward to May we go in to pay rent and the new management says half of our rent from April they don’t have. I asked how is that they have all the excuses in the book 📖 for me. The last management didn’t put it in right or didn’t put it in at all. I said I know I paid it and i knew for a fact I did cause they wouldn’t let me transfer to a new apt. She said not the case hunny like she implying that the old management didn’t make me pay. I know I did tho so I looked everywhere for my receipt 🧾 I could so many for different months but none for April. The old management basically lost half my rent and I have no proof! So I ended up paying it but I do behind now for this month it’s all so ridiculous and on top of that it’s been like 1 week in with MOLD! Yeah again! In the master shower this time it’s worse looks like the ceiling will cave in. One more problem I had I paid extra for hard wood floors mind you they already had them in the new unit I wanted and then they go behind my back and put carpet. Guess what jokes was on them the bathroom flooded the hallway and they had to come rip it up after I begged them too. They wanted the carpet to dry but it smelled SO BAD made my apt smell so nasty. I couldn’t take it no more! They pulled it up and guess what was under the carpet the hard wood floors it’s all so ridiculous! I swear DONT MOVE HERE I promise you it’s not worth it! At all !

Staff has always seen to any problems I have had and been very professional about everything. Certain parts of the apartments could be updated though as opposed to fixing things like air conditioners until they die. Overall me and my spouse have had good experience at the village at Stratford.

DO NOT LIVE HERE I have been waiting on maintenance for a year and a half. We moved here in january of 2018 ten days later our build burned down. The appliances in the unit were ours and not only did they not move the debris so we could get them out and see if they still worked they only gave us half off our rent for 2 months when we moved in a new unit. The new unit btw had a busted countertop when we moved in it has now warped the dishwasher. The clothes washer that came with the unit doesnt work properly. A year ago they sent in a plumber to replace an outside faucet that was dripping they had to come through our place to fix it they tore up and lower cabinet. Still hasnt been fixed to this day. They toilet in the bedroom bathroom you have to manually push the filler down to refill it. The shower in the same bathroom wont drain. The flooring in both bathrooms is coming apart. The gated part doesnt actually work it just stays open all the time but they still act like it a feature of the community. The 24/7 security yeah doesnt exist either. If you want to swim do it at night when the pool guy isnt around or he will cuss you out and run you off for being in his pool. I finally stopped paying rent after going on a year and half of then not fixing anything. The new management company just took over and told me that unless a paid them my back rent they wouldnt send maintenance. I told them why would i when i have had these requests in for over a year. Dont get me started on how absolutely rude they are i told them we might be able to work something out but my wife just got diagnosed with cancer they said well that sucks for you here is your 5 day notice. Long story short go any place but here if you want and type of maintenance or to be treated like a real perso . If you protest in any way Im sure the will evict you too.

When I first move in around 2015 ok good but and the maintenance was fast moving to fix things in the unit but this year 2019 its terrible horrible the office dont have no Clue what they are doing and I broke my lease and move around they didnt work with me to get the rest of the rent PLEASE DONT MOVE THERE PLEASE DONT MOVE THERE

Been living here for about 4 years now. The first was not very great, and the second was not much better, but this year things seem to have been really improving. The parking lot has been completely redone, the decaying and cracked tennis/basketball courts have been replaced entirely with a playground, the new owners are cleaning up a lot of the problems the previous management left behind, they just built a new workout room and are going to be putting in new equipment soon, and they finally cleaned up and redid the concrete around the rear pool so that it is now usable. All in all, I am very pleased with the improvements.

The apartment I was given had some leaky pipes in the bathroom,kitchen and AC unit inside. The management was good but at the very last few months of our lease, several employees moved. there is only one pool and one laundrymat (they are working on the other 3) Its a gated community but the domestic crime is bad here. standing outside you can here people fighting and screaming. there are A LOT of kids and animals, the maintenance is as expected for a large complex but when they do get to your issues they are very cool and like to talk. they get stuff fixed as well as they are allowed.

If I could rate less than one star, I would. I had an air conditioning leak for weeks that they finally took care of. Theres a major gnat and roach issue that Ive told them about multiple times, which has gotten me nowhere. I keep my apartment very clean, so there should be no roaches or gnats in my place. I just found another roach in my KITCHEN CABINET with my tupperware. I am calling tomorrow, yet again, to tell them about this roach issue. Management is awful and super rude. Do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease here.

Was an okay apartment complex. Close to everything on Memorial. The staff were friendly, at least to me. Apartment just needs to be updated. Carpet was run down and smelled. Appliances are outdated, except washer and dryer. Lived near the gate (that never is closed) so it was always noisy with the office and entrance. Last few months a new company bought the complex, but they were raising the price which was ridiculous. Glad to be out.

My air has been out for about 5 days now the office tells you one thing and then its another its 88 degrees in my apartment. I told them my bathroom was leaking they still havent came to take a look at it now I have water all over my bathroom floor and it took them a month and a half to come and fix my dishwasher. Its sad because Im sure the office staff go home to great living but they want you to live in unlivable conditions. I was asked to leave the office after being told the maintenance guy would be over in 30 mins and me showing up mad a hour and 30 later. The manager be wasnt simpatic at all. I pay my rent on time and they wouldnt wait to put a notice on my door so why should I have to wait on things to be fixed. Ive been in the leasing industry so I know and you have 48 hours to respond or have things fixed and thats the law.

This complex is awful. They attempted to charge me an entire extra month of rent and late fees after I had already moved out months ago after working with the office manager to resolve the issue and get the correct balance on my account they have now refused to assist me.

I signed a 1 year lease.The management is inexperienced, they have poor people management. If you call them about an issue they will ignore the issue.All the other reviews talking about how terrible this place is, is true.You need to believe it.I might guess that some positive reviews are from friends and from people who don’t even live there.This place was the best priced in the area, and it shows why.- heat didn’t work- AC didn’t work——- I had to take cold showers during the summer to stay cool.- garbages disposal didn’t work.- I had to get on google and Reddit forums to fix it my self- neighbors are obnoxious and loud.- these two women would randomly fight with each other “I’m going to kill blah blah blah” what ever that was it was annoying. It was unnecessary.When our 1 year lease was up. We were glad to leave and glad to pack up and move.

Do not move in these apartments it has been over 95 degrees in my apartment for 2 days the maintenance guy said hes not trained in air conditioners and the maintenance manager told him to wait til Monday. I work from home 5 days a week so this is very inconvenient. I pay my rent on time no payment arrangements. The staff was cool prior to my move in once you sign the lease they dont care about your concerns. I had a bad move in the heat didnt work the electrical outlets didnt work on and the ones that did would burn out. My washer and dryer were defective and the apartment wasnt cleaned . It was freezing when I moved in and I went several days without heat, and even when they rigged the unit I still had to purchase a heater because it was freezing in the apartment. The management company representative contacted me and said we cant make you happy he would let me out my lease rather than repair things in the apartment but he wouldnt provide money for the movers that I have to pay or the transfer fees for utilities which totaled over $300. They dont care about their tenants. My stove has been malfunctioning and work order placed over 5 weeks ago I went back in the office she said she was sending someone and its been yet another 2 weeks. Can I sue these apartments for not complying with landlord tenant act and not providing me heat & air? If anyone knows please advise of good attorney for the job.

Horrible experience. Yesterday we were out of power for over 8 hours because maintenance pulled a part from our meter not realizing it was our meter. No heat, no lights, no hot water, no way to keep our food at a safe temperature. Tried discussing this with the front office and were completely ignored, they dont care.we already pay more than what they list these units for and either get ignored or argued with about maintenance. It took over a year contacting their corporate and an outside contractor to get them to replace the air conditioner because every part of it was broken and non functioning. Toilet was broken in the back of the tank and we had no access to the main bathroom for most of a month.

I moved into The Village At Stratford Apartments in January of 2018. I made the mistake of signing the lease after only looking at the model apartment that they show all new residents. THIS WAS A MISTAKE because the front office and model apartment are the only positive thing about this apartment complex! Upon entering my new apartment for the first time, I immediately discovered cockroaches. The apartment was disgusting and was not cleaned after the last tenant left. I would have requested to leave then but I was moving in from out of state and had all my possessions in a trailer with no place to store them. There were red stains in the remodeled carpet, makeup stains all over the bathroom, all the window screens were missing, blinds for the sliding glass door are missing, kitchen cabinet knobs missing, burns in the laminate flooring and more issues that im probably forgetting. I immediately contacted management who did have someone out to attempt to take care of a few of these issues but I have lived here for 8 months and im still waiting for the window screens that were being ordered. I wish I could say that this was the end of my poor experience at The Village at Stratford but I have consistently been let down time and time again. Every night I get to try to sleep through someones car alarm, my neighbors having sex, or my other neighbors threatening to kill each other all night. When it comes to maintenance, It simply doesnt exist at these apartments. They request that you fill out a form on their website but it goes ignored. I went without AC for a week during 100 degree weather and constantly had to contact the front office just to have someone come out and look at the unit. Once maintenance finally made it to my apartment, Amber at the front desk hired a heating and air company to fix the AC. The AC was fixed with the exception of it continues to leak. I have been trying to resolve this issue for 2 months without success and continue to be promised a resolution that I doubt will ever happen. Here is a list of issues Iv had in the 8 months iv lived here...-Bugs (I was told that they spray every month but after 7 months of living here i found out the front desk doesnt have a key to my apartment so my apartment missed treatments)-Loud tenants constantly screaming/fighting/having sex/loud pets (the 24/7 courtesy patrol isnt a thing)- The grounds are covered in dog feces and trash.-Broken down cars and boats parked throughout the complex-Construction noise from the hotel being built next door-Water is shut off all the time without notice-maintenance enters apartments without consent-the gated community gate is open 24/7-appliances work but often not how they are suppose to (I have to run the dishwasher twice and flush the toilet 2-3 times every time I use it)- The apartments that caught on fire have been sitting untouched for the last 6 months (I pay $700 a month to look at that every day)When I moved into these apartments I expressed concern to Amy about online reviews and she assured me that the reviews were made under old management and everyones complaints have been addressed. Since living here I believe this apartment has had 3 different managers and not one of them has brought consistent improvement.Please DO NOT make the same mistake that I did by moving into The Village at Stratford. The negative reviews are not made out of spite but to caution others from moving into this mess.PS - the rare positive online reviews for The Village at Stratford are probably from the apartment offering $50 off of rent for those who leave an online review.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I repeat....DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Ive been living at Stratford for the past year and its not worth the amount you pay in so many ways. The premises seem to be the first place I should start. The parking lot is awful!! There are potholes EVERYWHERE!! Again, Ive been here a year and theyve just gotten bigger and worse. There seems to be a theme about not fixing things around this place. The grounds are just as bad. I don’t think the place has ever had a groundskeeper. There are dog feces everywhere and no enforcement of the “pick up” rules. Also, there is a gate, but please tell me what the worth of the gate is if it’s NEVER closed. The gate has been broken since before I moved in (that’s more than a year!!). Ridiculous!!On to the staff……they are horrible!! The only good person was the manager, Brant, and he high tailed it out of there. Smart man. The people left now, Charice, William, Crystal need to be replaced with the quickness. William is by far the WORST!! He is so disrespectful, hateful, and inept it’s not even funny. I think he has little man syndrome, but I digress. Crystal just doesnt seem to know which way is up or down, but I think she means well. Charice, the new manager, is a ridiculous mess. She has no idea what she’s doing and she doesnt really seem to care. She’s rude and dismissive and has no interest in helping her tenants. If you’re looking for maintenance to come in and fix something (which will be needed more often than not), don’t expect a speedy reply. They’ll say they’re coming, but guess what?? They never come. Go figure. Oh, but they will send you a survey to rate how well they met your needs. It’ll be easy to fill since no one will come to fix anything.Depending on your neighbors, it’s not terribly loud. You may need to get used to the sound of sirens and the bass from the other tenants cars though. That is a common occurrence.I will say there is one good thing about this place, it’s close to Memorial, which is close to everything you need. Other than that……the place is a joke, especially for what you pay. Just raise your budget and go somewhere decent. Trust me, you’ll be a lot happier. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I get to leave this place in a few weeks!!

This experience was absolutely horrible. The staff have no communication skills. We were supposed to move in August 1st but was told three hours before move in that the ac went out. Understandable, we get that things happen. Turns out, they were also resurfacing the showers, had yet to come and do a thorough cleaning, the ENTIRE ac unit had to be replaced..so instead of just taking one day..we wouldnt be allowed to move in until Thursday. Along side of many other things, they refused to give us corporates number and tried to scare us into thinking we couldnt get our deposit money back. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The staff are friendly. I didnt have any issues when i moved here and had my first year lease. I renewed and got a 2 bedroom apt and have nothing but issues. It took two months (December and January ) to get our patio door fixed where it would close completely, and that was after many attempts by their staff and outside companies to fix it. i have had our place sprayed 2 times to get rid of the cockroaches that the previous tenets left. Our laundry room has no insulation so when it gets cold outside i cant do laundry as the waterlines in the outside wall freezes(which is an issue with the 2 BR apartments w/standalone laundry rooms). On another note, There do seem to be a lot of fights around my apartment and several times people have thrown their trash into the back of my truck without even having the courtesy to close the bags and id have to stop on the road in traffic to stop from blowing trash all over the road. Its not always bad though, i just feel like lately this isnt the place i want to stay at.

Been living here for about 4 months now, and i hate it here. They make it sound like its a gr8 place to live, but its not, the first day we moved in we found THOUSANDS of cockroches EVERYWHERE. Only got 50$ off of our first months rent..... the apartment it self was gross, no one cleaned it before we moved in, the bathroom and kitchen is the worst. I could keep going on on about thjs dump hole but its not even worth the rant. Bottom line is, DONT LIVE HERE

I think if your in college or moving out on your own. A one bedroom is perfect for you. The staff here is so friendly and they work with you on the pet rent and Very quick about stuff. Most say they have a problem but I been there 2 days, theres no bugs I have seen. The place is REALLY NICE and I live near the pool and workout area and people arent loud. The walls are a lil thin but its nothing I havent lived around before. People now days just think there to good for anything, but I think these apartments are AMAZING! Plan on staying around for awhile!! Amy is the best BTW always go to her!

I moved in these apartments on Oct 29th and its December 5th and Im still experiencing maintenance issues. Prior to moving I expressed concerns about maintenance and was advised by leasing agent they were better with addressing maintenance issues then their sister property. I moved in the heater was functioning properly due the thermostat it was programmed incorrectly I asked repeatedly if they could just replace it because at night it was freezing it took them 3 maintenance request to finally replace it due to it dropping the temp to the 60s in the evenings and late night hours. The washer & dryer were defective they finally replaced the dryer with one out the box after the 3rd try. There was an issue with the toilet running non stop and faucet dripped/wouldnt cut off completely in the tub, the electrical outlets in the bedroom were not working properly, one minute they worked the next they had no power. The patio door has wind whistling thru, you cant sit on your sofa and watch tv or talk on the phone its so annoying. They close work orders without repairing issues you have to resubmit and call the office. And to add insult to injury when they were repairing The toilet or one replacing The dryer they -the maintenance stoke my pain medication out my medicine cabinet and left their tools on sink. The leasing agent actually got snooty because I didnt want maintenance entering the apartment without me being present when I advised her today the water is still running. I work 7 days a week it would be so nice to just come home to peace & quite. I even asked the manager would there be a concession for all the issues she said there would not be, however the water issue and patio door will be fixed, then the leasing agent calls me hours later and notifies me I have to go all weekend with the water running due to a part not coming, there is a Lowes & Home Depo not even 2 miles away might I add. Dont move to these apartments Im telling you, you will regret it, I was better off in Aspen Place Apartments.

The only reason I gave it a one star rating is because that is the only way I can put a review on here! It’s not even worth half a star. I have lived here with my roommate for almost a year and I would never suggest anyone to live these apartments. The apartment managers don’t care to have the maintenance come fix anything when you call and put a service request in 5 days ago. People blast there music out by the pool we live right next too. It’s a very bad and sketchy apartment complex. Constantly getting our water shut off for no reason for hours every day. We never can park by our apartment, we have to park on the other side of the complex about 4 buildings away. The amount of money we pay to live here is not worth all of the stuff that we deal with here..

The Gym was killer and the staff was great. 24/7 maintenance made any problems a breeze to fix!

First off I would give this place no stars but I can’t do that. Here are a few reasons why the Village at Stratford Apartments is the worst place to live. I had a one year lease with them and it has caused nothing but problems, stress and headaches. To start off work orders do not exist here, it will never get done or it will take months to get whatever you need repaired, you must remind them daily about your work order. The drainage in the bathtubs is horrible, you must keep drano stocked up. The toilets are just as bad, mine had over flowed multiple times. I had standing water in my dining room area and into my bedroom and ruined the carpet. Since this happened after hours I had to call the “emergency maintenance” it took them an hour and a half to get to my location. I didn’t have to pay damages for the carpet but it took them a good two and a half weeks to get it done. Two weeks after I moved I noticed that the tub and the tile on the walls were painted and was peeling off. I notified the office to put in a work order and that took a month to get it fixed. Whoever they had repaint the bathroom left a huge mess, there was paint on the floor and all on the toilet. The floors here are not real hard wood floors, they are laminate floors that look like wood, around the toilet water has gotten under the laminate. When you take a step near the toilet the pressure will push the water back up and now you are left with wet socks and a little water puddle. I also notified the office of it they sent a maintenance man to check it out and he said don’t worry it will be fine and went on about his day. When you pay your rent you must keep your receipts or you will get notes saying you didn’t pay and you are going to get an eviction notice. If you have to pay a pet deposit better keep a copy of your payment as well or you will get multiple notes saying you never paid it. The walls here are thin if you have a bottom apartment you can here very they are doing upstairs. They don’t take precautions for the winter weather, they don’t salt the roads at all. Currently my car along with 9 others are stuck in ice that is all the way up to the rim due to a fire that happened a couple of days ago and all of the water from the fire trucks froze. There has been freezing and below freezing temperatures for the past month, it’s common sense to think that all of that water will freeze. But apparently they don’t have that here but they didn’t take the necessary precondition of the water freezing. Now you are probably thinking well why don’t you just park somewhere else, the only other place to park is in front of other peoples apartments and walking four buildings up to yours. I boiled hot water to try and get out and it didn’t help. I went to the office to ask for help wait 20 minuets they didn’t show up, I took my boyfriend with me so he could talk to them and they finally called someone. However the main didn’t do a damn think right. I literally saw him sprinkle a little bit of salt, he didn’t put it in the right place nor did he ask if he could help us. Because of their negligence to use the proper precautions my car with 9 others are stuck and I had to call into work. I have two weeks left and can’t wait to get out of here. Save your money and look somewhere else.

I HATE this place!!! Had a cockroach problem because of the 12 people living below me in a 2 bedroom apartment.. they would not fix the problem. Kicked us out a week after we paid our rent because my ex husband got mouthy with them and they called it a hostile environment didnt get a deposit back or anything and now suddenly I owe them $2000!!! Its ruining my credit and any chance I have at moving out of the apartment Im currently in.. at least Im not there anymore!!!

I promise you will be disappointed feeling like they got over on you

Worst experience of my life! Cockroach problem since the day i moved in. ive had 9 or more treatments that ive requested and i still have the problem. the heating unit is too small for the size of my apartment so my children and i are left to sit in a 60 degree apartment during frigid temperatures. multiple leaks that are never fully resolved and the evidence of problem areas/leaks is there. i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Worst apartments ever ! If you would like to be robbed have your car broken into & constantly with no heat & A/C this is the apartments office people are trash & never in the office to help they have lost money orders & my 60 day notice do not move here !!!!

I made a complaint about something not working 3 weeks ago and no one still have came to fix it.

Ive lived here 3 months and already having so many problems!! For starters the apartment wasnt ready to be moved into when i did! The ac has broken 3 times the sink leaks and in the summer it gets well over 80 in your house! There is no ac in the bathrooms so it stays 90+ in there and there is no lights in the bedrooms i regret moving here and wish i could get out of here!!!!

Paid app fee twice! Under new management took my money then denied my app after in person assuring me I would have an extra deposit smh worse management ever!!!!

THEY SO UNPROFESSIONAL CANT NEVER KEEP NOTHING FIXED DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THEIR RESIDENTS ... & they waaaay to high to be as rag dry as they are !!!

Unprofessional staff. They dont respond to calls. Had several issues at this place that were not resolved. Do yourself a favor and dont live here. Worst place I have ever lived at.

Horrible horrible horrible place. NO ONE does their jobs. And when you need something fixed NO ONE comes out to fix things. And they dont tell you if they cant fix something in your place.
