The Breighton has been an amazing place for me to live. I feel extremely safe with the gated community & the amenities are fabulous. Beautiful lawn, gym, and pool area. Locked & designated package pickup center too. I have loved this place and am sad to leave but it’s time for my next adventure!

I’ve been at the Breighton since August 2019. Overall I have had a really good experience. The price is reasonable for the area, the office is usually pretty responsive to issues. Thankfully I feel generally pretty safe and made some friends in the community. The paseo is a really great place to live.

I love it here, right in the heart of Paseo. Management does everything they can to keep out the random people that try to sneak in to use the pool/ laundry facilities. And now we have an on site OKC policeman living here! Along with security cameras all about the property, recording everything; I feel very safe living here. Extremely pet friendly and accommodating, and a small community at the same time. (Just know; if you have a dog, said dog will likely be obsessed over and loved on.) So take that at your own risk. 🐶🐶❤️❤️

Clean safe and friendly place to stay

The Breighton is a wonderful apartment community to live in! The staff and all the neighbors are so friendly and the property manager Sara really goes above and beyond to help. Tons of amenities are included, theres great security, and you couldnt ask for a better location.

Amazing living!!! The maintenance management is great! My problems are fixed the same day. The pool was just redone and looks so pretty! The neighborhood is wonderful. Close to dinning and bars. Wonderful neighbors and safe space.

I love living here! I moved in during a time when new owners and management were in the midst of multiple upgrades to upgrade the community, and I honestly have no complaints. The manager is attentive and works hard to listen to residents. Additionally, you can’t ask for better neighbors (who actually speak and check on you) or location. When I checked out The Breighton on a whim, I walked into my apartment and knew it was home and signed my lease the same day!

I have lived here three years and absolutely love it. The manager Sara is super kind and responsive to needs of residents.

The Breighton is a beautiful property, we have lived here for over a year and just absolutely love it here!! This is best place to live, the management is attentive, kind and amazing! It’s close to the Paseo, downtown and the Plaza. Highly recommend it!!

A great place to live. Lots of places to walk around in the area. The management was always very accommodating and completed maintenance requests quickly.

Atmosphere is one of abysmal mismanagement under new ownership. To bad such a iconic land mark has fallen into the hands of.... well less than scrupulous owner and management.....

Great place! Pet friendly and really nice neighbors and management!

The Manager runs this place like its her own little corner of the paseo. Complete with a maintenance man she turned into some kind of man servant and she is a complete fraud of a manager. Lets drunkin and or high residents who she favors do as they please such as bang on your door and windows at all hours of the night. If you call to complain they will persue eviction against you all while playing poor and innocent.

Excellent management, superb location, decent sized one bedrooms, Breighton is the ideal place to live in the uptown area. I was so sad to leave it after 3 great years

Very nice historic apartments that have been restored; not fond of the management.

Looking for an apartment for my son.....this place looks perfect!

Every since they changed management and maintenance. The new owners (from out of state) and manager also from somewhere out of state have tried in every way possible to alianate this historic part of the paseo from the community. Gentrification and exclusion through less than ethical practices are the rule of thumb when dealing with what they see as people who make property values go down.

Everyone here is friendly, staff and residents as well. Safe gated community.
