Since they already got so many bad reviews! Provide better living space smh

I have called 7 times this week and have left 2 messages. No one all week has answered the phone and no one has called back!

I have been calling these apartments for over a week leaving messages trying to get some information about 2 bedroom maybe its a sign to move on by reading the reviews.

Never in the office have left dozen of messages and noone calls back have driven to the office twice as is and still nothing its locked and its not supposed to be closed till 430 and its 2 pm 😡😡😡

Ive been calling these people all week now and I also left messages! They never answer your phone calls! I wasnt gonna go by the reviews but now I see it for myself!!! This is pathetic!! Why are they even in office! People are needing a place to stay!!

DO NOT MOVE IN! The laundry facility is always locked! its supposed to be open from 8:30 am to 10 pm as it says on the door. Why is it locked!!!!??? A huge inconvenience for residents with no washer and dryer esp. Families with children who have to attend school and need clean clothes. Management is very lazy. You can not enter the office its always locked they expect you to call the office when they NEVER answer the phone. You have to leave voicemail after voicemail after voicemail to even get a response, you might as well always call the maintenance emergency line it is the only time you can get ahold of someone even its not an emergency call them and youll actually get a response back. Lazy lazy lazy, management is ALWAYS changing property needs to hire reliable workers that actually interacts with and are accessible to residents the environment makes you feel like you have to get assistance from people who do NOT want to work there, they basically show up for a paycheck and thats all!

Well, Im interested in moving into these apartments. Ive called a few times over the past week and a half. No one will answer or return my call. It makes me a little nervous to attempt to move forward into the moving process. Now Im forced to look else where. Disappointment.

AgoDrove thru there today. Looked alright. Except for the broken down cars that are taken apart. People hanging out all over and yelling at each other groups hanging out. I won’t be considering this property.

I didn’t have a lot of problems with these apartments until it was time to leave I had carpets professionally cleaned and the house was spotless and I still have not received my deposit. It has been 6 months every time I go they say they will call me and I do not get a call. The office manager told me last month the apartment was a mess but I have pictures and somebody moved in less than a month later. I will never recommend these apartments.

Manager is unprofessional getting ahold of someone is impossible and god forbid you go to the office you get the ( ITS COVID speech) and are quickly shooed away.

I just moved here, the apartments are spacious, clean, & the property is fun, with lots of amenities....

Ive been living here for 8 years. And i like my apartment. But yes there where bed bugs and 1 roach which could have easily came from another neighbor in my apartment twice. They fumigated and no more problems. Ive witnessed 2 shootings, many fights . All in all im satisfied.

Very ghetto... Lived there and couldnt wait to leave. My air stopped working put in a work order and it took 3 weeks before it got fixed. Management changes every six months. Gun shots can be heard in the summer. Went out of town for the holiday came home to a cracked window was told by office manager i would be charged for window.. Asked for recite when it was finally fixed. Was informed Id be charged for window only. Instead received notice that I was being charged 222.00 for labor as well AFTER BEING TOLD i was only responsible for window .remind you the deposit here is 250.00... but they didnt take it out my deposit... Bunch of crooks. Apt are full of drugs, domestic violence and drama a man was found dead a few years ago in these apartments. Btw have kids not a good place to raise them.

Ive been living here for three almost four years and I am blind now I moved when I was 18 and I am now 22 I got kicked out of school in October 2016 because I was getting calls from the office about my apartment and which no one was in because I was halfway across the states in Boston Massachusetts about the tenant below me 1205 having an issue I was told that me the tenant at 1205 the manager in the regional manager was going to have a meeting so the tenant from 1205 did not show up and I skipped class just for them to tell me that the tenant was not there and if we could not get along then we both will be evicted so with that being said we started handling it amongst each other so that means I stayed in my apartment and I didnt say anything and I just dealt with her even when her man was beating her even when her child was out here flaunting and she was below the age I did not say anything so she starts banging on my ceiling my son gets no sleep she starts sending people to my door just to fight me and my fiance we are two girls LOL an she sends a man and another woman..... Note that after we were told to handle things amongst ourselves things started getting ridiculous she started listening to my door she started banging on the ceiling slamming her door she started being a negative Nancy 3x more the what she was she started stomping up and down the stairs she tried to encourage violence between us so that sums up 2016 to 2017. 2018-2019 her boyfriend is beating her up and her boyfriend and his brother tried to get my fiance fired from her job and he picks at my fiance when she comes over to help me I have a video of them arguing but I dont have special camera but he was beating her butt before they came outside in the video there talking about it I have another video of him saying something to his daughter and her taughting. June 28th 2019 I knock on 1205 door to ask what the issue was because one of the children took a picture of my fiance and her sister getting out of the car so I went to speak to the tenant/mother about the issues but no one came to the door so approximately 15 minutes later a police came knocking at my door asking me about it and wanting to have a conversation between me and the other tenant so after the conversation the police officer and Patricia Johnson who has only been working her for 3 months spoke had a conversation in the parking lot then shortly after that the tenant went to talk to Patricia so I sent my fiance down there but the only reason I knew is because I was calling the office back to back and no one was answering so when my fiance came over I sent her to the office to try to talk to Patricia. Patricia said I have to make a appointment because this is the new forest Creek and she runs this. So I never got to talk to Patricia so a week went by and I tried to talk to Shelly she dont listen if the truth slapped her in the face. Moving on now my son gets no sleep because they bang on the ceiling when hes at my house the office never see me I dont complain I dont cause rucus and Im just fine with all my neighbors except 1205. A few days ago my son a fiance was coming up the stairs and this man tells my son to hurry up rushing him. Ok guys hes only 4, moving on to today pest control skip my apt yet again but good thing Im a clean person no pest but after I mentioned it to Patricia about the man speaking to my child who is a unauthorized tenant she cut me off to let me know she dont wanna hear about it and said that I was drama and told me to call the police because she needs a legal form or some type of paper stating the incident other then that she dont want to hear no he said she said but last time I check I was a tenant so there is no he said she said. But she going around telling peoples business yes Patricia because how does 1205 know that I havent signed a new lease and I wont because I have work orders from November of 2018 that still havent been dealt with. And theres more but I cant give a zero star rating.

I have driven by this apt.complex and driven through this apartment complex a few times just looking and have to say this is by far one of the nastiest complexes in okc.Trash is thrown everywhere and it appears not to picked up.I have seen dirty diapers all around this complex.In every corner, on all the grassy areas and everywhere in between, there is trash, liquor bottles, food sacks, and anything else you can think of all over this disgusting complex.They play their music loudly all hours of the night.One time I was driving through the complex, and there were people screaming at like 1 in the morning.There are stray animals all over this complex.This place is an absolute embarrassment and needs to be condemned!!!!! I cant believe that management allows this to go on.They all need to be fired!!!! I would be terrified to live in this hell hole!!!!This place doesnt deserve one star!!!! Tear it down and replace it with something decent.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Falls creek apartments has poor management and the owners need to visit the property and make sure that the people they hired to manage their property is doing the job because right now it is poorly being managed things are not getting fixed in a properly manner if they do come in here to do something they have to do it and tell you that they will be back to finish it and then they never come back until you have to recall the office again and remind the manager oh what needed to be fixed in the first place I have been living here for 14 years and this is the worst management I have ever seen in my life and I would advise anyone that is trying to move into these apartments not to do so because you will be sadly disappointed I am looking for a new place to move as soon as possible and it said that you have to leave somewhere that you have been for 14 years but the management treats me is really bad and I’m sick of it

I REALLY LOVED IT THERE!!! but beth blahsius the office landlord gave us an eviction for no reason but I lived there for almost 10 yrs! since I was almost 4 til I was almost 14!!!! and I rode bus 33 to hefner with my best friend it was a awesome place and good location...

Well I keep call for some information on a 1bd & 2bd but no one will call me back or answer the phone all you get is a answering machine but no one will call me back so I guess they dont want my money

This was my very first interaction and will be my very last!!! I have never rented here and never will. I called and was trying to get information about leasing but the guy by the name of Jason whom I spoke with was very Rude, I asked when I could schedule a tour...he replied you dont have to I said okay I get off work at 5pm today could I come by then...rudely interrupts me and says we close at 4:30 and so the I asked if how long they were open on Saturday...he replieswe are closed thats not very accommodating!

Theres a thief over there, in september 2013 four cars got broken into that same night. i had a terrible experience over there

Management is horrible and unprofessional with tenants, its like pulling teeth to get anything fixed there.I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

Hated it over here, rats,roaches and poor office staff, glad I left that place.

My daughter and granddaughter lives there and the experience has been bad none of the work orders are done and if they do come it still doesnt work and safety is not a concern of the office Beth basically told the people in her area not to call the office that they have to take care of the individual by them self so I guess if you get murdered thats just your luck until someone do something to her an than i t will be a concern just sad I feel sorry for the children that has to live in this environment
