Red flags as soon as I walked in they were talking about being cussed out at and being sued. LolAsked about what properties were available for viewing and the lady just said, Theres a list behind you. So Im just going to assume she didnt know what was available or she was too lazy to actually help. When asking for certain keys, each house that we asked about was unavailable to view for some reason; someone else is viewing it, it is being worked on, lease pending....etc.Too many people at the front desk, but none actually helping.

Only gave a star because I had too to write a review. Completely unprofessional. Do not give proof of anything they charge you for whether late fees or balance . Pretty much just say you owe this no proof of or statements regardless of asking for them . I would not recommend using them for anything at all. Very rude and greedy.

Went in to check out a property. Totally unprofessional and were not willing to help out with really anything.Do all the work and fix a house up for them and you pay for all of it.If they mess up with plumbing or electrical you have to pay $100 every time they have to check it out.Let us look at the house and get our hopes up just to find out that they already had two applications out for that house. And wanted me to be the third.All in all they seem like decent people,they definitely have a nice money making scam going on for sure....pure slum lords...

This is the worst property management company in entire existence. I would not recommend them if they were the last place on Earth. Good luck trying to get things fixed as I had to pay for two properties to live in while they couldnt even fix the other one and almost paid over $3,000. I would definitely try to find a different place to rent than these people.

I lived in a house for 3 months no electricity, no hot water, if my job didnt let me stay in the hotel for 2 days each time the temps hit above 98degrees I think I would be dead. They moved me in another house and said we will get electricity for 3 months free since we were out out, 2 months in water gets turned off which is what they are supposed to pay then were told we now have to turn the electricity on our name because she is shutting off cant wait til our lease it up because we are done!!!

I have been here and Got to beat the paper that has all the properties on their mind you if theyre on the paper. That means theyre ready to be seen, right? Okay, so I go and Im at these Properties and theres one that I really wanted to take so I get the key I go there. And cant get in. So I take the keys back and let them know. Hey, theres something wrong with the keys. It wont let me in. I called about a week later. No, we we dont have it done yet a week later. Yeah, we have the keys. You can go look at it. So I go look at it second week. Daigo pallet jack cicadas dont work again. Great. Ive done this for over a month. And still hadnt been able to go inside and look at the property now. They lost a client.

10/2/19 Worst mistake weve ever made was dealing with this company. They took our money & gave us keys to a condemned house. We did as we were told in regards to the self inspection of the house, have them the list & NOTHING had been done & today is 10/23/19. We cant move into our house because they cant get their act together so in the meantime my family is homeless thanks to PMSI & I have 3 kids, 2 young ones & a tween. They want you to fix your own house, but you have to get permission first to tackle anything. Ive requested material for a job & was told no, they contact for that...i could have the job done right before they ever even think of calling a contractor. Betty is the most unprofessional person in that office, if someone gives you the title of office manager then act like it & stop hiding behind the secretary. Ive also seen some tall curly hair woman working in the office there belittle the secretary in front of customers & when I stood up for the secretary that woman acted like I wasnt even there. They could care less if things they pay their employees to do is done right or not, that much is obvious. I seriously doubt anyone in this company has ever flipped a house & knows what it takes to do it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Were still looking for another place that we CAN move into & hopefully get our deposit back from these people. Im praying that they arent so heartless that they continue to leave my kids & is homeless.

We went here to get a deal with a house with a BEDBUG INFESTATION!!! For which they kept our 400$ deposit. Sit in this office for afew hours before you buy to see just how unprofessional they are. Should get zero stars.

Live in a house almost 2 years now, pay my rent on time every month and no problems at all when i go in to pay. If you are mechanically inclined, these properties a well worth getting for the reduced rates. If you dont understand how to use a hammer/drill/screwdriver, then these houses probably are not for you.

Property Management controls a LOT of properties. I suspect, but dont know for sure, they own these properties. They have a free listing in the office on Linwood and Douglas. The places are listed by size, 3 bed, 2 bed etc., which makes it a little easier. Their description in the listing isnt very precise. The reason is obvious when you get to the property. They rent homes and apartments at a little below the usual asking price compared to the other houses in that neighborhood. The reason is the places dont look so pretty and its up to the tenants to make the place look good. Property Management supplies the material, you do the work. You get to make it your own, just the way you want. They have places all over town and when you find some you like you go to the office, put down a key deposit, and you go look inside. No pressure, no hassle, take your time, look around and make sure you look closely. Then return the key and get your money. Find one you like? $50 application fee which is deducted from your rent if you lease. You got a criminal past? Most felonies are ok. Been evicted? Theyll work with you. But, you have to have verifiable income. A tax paying job. You got that youre in. Im a tenant myself, for the last 5 months. I have a shady past, been evicted, and lived with roommates for a couple of years, so no real rental history. I was in my house in three days. I love my house and plan on renewing my lease. The neighborhood isnt so great. Not at all like Beverly Hills, but my block is fine. Nice people, all of them. You need a place and youre not to picky about the neighborhood, come check it out.

Horrible people to even deal with period. No communication . They lose peoples applications with sensitive information. The betty woman doesnt deal with you professionally. Employees arent reliable and half the time do not have the experience to be doing paperwork or filing paperwork with peoples information. I tried for almost 3 months to get a place with these people . They gave two properties away to other individuals after informing me that I had to wait for new keys to be made to view. But instead leased two other individuals. They are only in it for money with no real concern for the properties or clients or clients sensitive information. A class act needs to be filed against this Place!

I agree that the homes they rent out are not in good condition. However, if you are coming out of rehab or prison or homelessness for a fresh start, and dont want to go to a halfway house this place offers a wonderful opportunity. They pay for all materials needed to fix the homes. They give you an opportunity to build something you can be proud of.I also agree that they can be quite unprofessional at times. But this is only because they not only give their renters a second chance, but their employees as well.

Horrible company. I worked for them and the homes that they own,if inspected would be condemned. They charge people outrageous rent for homes that are on strong wind from falling apart. The pay the bare minimum, hire 90% department of corrections halfway house guys because that is the only people that will work for that kinda pay. They also try and succeed to screw you and DOC out of what little they pay. Beware of this place and their properties. Always fully inspect if you rent from them. The owner is a Crook. This place is a joke!

Let me just state that I was happy at the beginning to be starting a new life. Now after coming home from work everyday Im just swamped, disgusted, and ready to move. It takes forever for maintenance/contractors to fix anything. Their employees are always quiting or not showing up for work. Weve been constantly delayed on materials and work orders. I have been patiently waiting & trying to do my best on working with them. Its pathetic!! We been getting floods a lot over, over, and over again. Black toxic mold was growing on our walls which they came out to get rid of it..but as of today 10/9/18 it been raining all day..now there is another flood knee high down stairs. Im very disappointed and upset. You damn right!! The office is close there is no way to reach a 24/7 or emergency maintenance. The problem with the floods is they know about it and where its coming from yet they havent tried to fix any of the actual issue. We been calling almost everyday and get told that they dont have anyone to come out to fix it. What the fleeping beeping creepers you mean..how do you call yourself an property management and dont have a crew of folks to fix anything.. its already bad enough I have children in the house. Idk how much longer I could write on here, but yes we had all types of problems.. electric plumbing gravel hazardous deck molded cabinets (that we paid to get fix not them) painting the walls (from that ugly brownish color) new toilet doors..we have to wash our clothes somewhere else because we dont have a complete laundry room..we always been noticing a lot of rodent problems and insects. I feel like my place is infested! We been spraying bombing and using all sorts of powder and glue traps..when some of the maintenance guys came about a month ago to remove the walls due to mold from the plumbing there was a roach nest behind the walls..and they havent yet came back to put walls back up for us. Imagine that!! No walls seeing nothing but construction of your house for a month. Im surprised to see this company is not shut down or under any lawsuits. Glad Ive been documenting everything just case.

Do not rent from this place. The houses are in horrible condition u have to fix it and supply all on ur own plus normal rent. They say theyll accept payments but never put nothing in writing and constantly file notices and make u pay the court fees. No pest control, no maintance at least not by licensed people. They tried evicting us on a late fee and file court without warning so another 120 added almost every month. Bad.communication in office between workers. They accepted our full rent still kicked us out saying we owed. Illegal filings and notices. They should be shut down houses condemned.

Awful Company!!! Dont suggest it for anyone!! I applied for a place and they kept calling me to get my information because they lost it. How does a company loose someone paperwork exspicially when your dealing with social security numbers. How you gone loose someones information like that. Then on top of that its almost been a month and still has not received no approval or denial and then refused to give me my money back because they took to long and i already got approved for a house. There very disrespectful and awful communication between there staff. Very unorganized. They need to be reported to the business beru due to lack of organization exspicially when your dealing with peoples personal information. Thats not right and the Supervisors could care less so there pointless to even talk to just as ignorant as there own employees.

Will lie in every aspect and rip you off. They have a F with the BBB. Be smart and stay away. False hopes and dreams full of lies. I lived here over a year and I am regretting it. It is very hard to make them fix anything. I kept on asking the maintenance manager that I needed something fixed really bad, and its been 3 weeks and the maintenance manager is ignoring my texts and calls at this point. I honestly dont want to give them 1 star but I have no choice.

On 11/30 I signed a lease with Property Management. When we started moving things in on 12/1 I began putting together a 72 hour inspection sheet required by Property Management. I saw that the meter base was all black and burnt and told property management company. Our electric could not be turned on until it was fixed. I have not been able to stay in this house since I signed the lease. So, I went ahead and set up OG&E to turn on my electric. OG&E did a check seal order on 12/09/, exposure ticket was then issued to cut off the service at the pole due to the meter base lid missing, jumpers in the base, lugs burned in the base and damage to a secondary service line as a result. OG&Es Revenue Protection Team then required the meter base be repaired or replaced and a city inspection be performed as well as the fraud charges and deposit be paid before service would be reconnected. The fraud charges totaled $369.10 for labor and materials; the deposit is $220.00, so the total to be paid was $589.10. I informed Property management of what I had found out and they said they would call OG&E to let them know we had not stayed at this house and I was not responsible for the tampering. I made the payment to cover the total needed to be reconnected on 12/20/17 just so we could get on with it and live in our house. Even though it was paid there would still need to be an inspection by an the city of OKC. I informed property management and they said they would get on it. Finally property management got the electrician to come look at everything and get it ready for inspection. It failed inspection 12/20/2017.I called property management again. They said they would get it fixed. On 01/12/2018 it was inspected again. The box was supposedly fixed on 01/11/2018. The inspection failed again. So everyday I called and property management said they are working on it again. Fast forward to 01/20/2018 property management had another house. We decided to transfer to this house. We were able to turn on our electric and water. This house had not been lived in over a year. So it needed a gas inspection that would take 5 minutes. I have called daily and as of 02/01/2018 they keep telling me they are working on it. I have spent almost 2500 trying to get in a house to live. I have stayed with a friend since 12/01/2017. I have my disabled father in law living with me, I have sleep apnea, and service dogs. They are not doing anything to make this situation any easier. I have complained to the fair housing. They have sent letters to Property management. These letters have put property management in gear for about 1 day. Nothing is resolved. They credited me half a month rent. I am stressed, broke, and out of options. On 02/12/2018 I still have no gas. They keep lying to me about the inspection to get my gas turned on.

Pathetic Im renting from them now. And its horrible. You can never get them to do anything. Before I moved in I was told it was move in ready but when I moved in it wasnt. Their was no water no elelctric. Their is still a huge hole in the bathroom floor the toilet in the bathtub. Were were a week without electric and when they sent someone out they did half of the job. I still dont have electric in half of my house. I have been here for 2 months. They finally gave me a hot water heater the other day. I have 2 pages of things that need to be done around the house. This place is not livable. If I knew this wasnt gonna happen I would have never moved here in the first place.

We werent smart enough to read the reviews before we signed a lease with them not even a month ago, and its been nothing but a nightmare since the first day . Its like pulling teeth to get anyone out to fix what is supposed to be fixed. They dont care about what you have to live with, all they want IS THEIR MONEY . they dont work with you to make anything better, they just continue to put in these so called work orders and expect their ex convict maintanence men to come out, they never do ..unless you hassle the office daily . When they finally come out they leave the job unfinished and do not return for more than 2 weeks. If they do fix something right, something else goes wrong. everything is ghetto rigged and I dont think any of these people have licenses to do work . The office people are rude and disrespectful, they only care about getting their money . No one genuinely cares about the people living in their homes. Again, we have only been here for less than a month and this is what we have dealt with so far. ..STAY AWAY AND WATCH WHAT YOU SIGN!! THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU AS MUCH AS THEY CAN !!!! This Estate business is very bad to rent from. They will not do any repairs on any of their properties.They charge $100.00 for spray for bed bugs per spray. Every time they have security Guard living in the apartments complexs. The guards is not doing their jobs as a security guard.

DO NOT RENT THERE Rented a house through them it took 3 days just for me to have access to the property. they were suppose to send out someone to change other 3 locks and they never did so i cant lock the door knob when i leave only the dead bolt. for 3 weeks there was a existing pumbing leak in the wall they knew about before they rented so I had no water for 3 weeks. there was broken out windows i requested materials to fix 3 days after the lease was signed I still havent gotten approval for so i have a dresser blocking off one window and a tarp over the second. so my stuff is not in a secured house. so i asked my mom to barrow her great dane as a security measure until i get the stuff from them to fix it so they want to charge me 60$ a month until i pay a full 250 nonrefundable pet deposit for a pet i dont own. numerous other issues as well. DO NOT RENT THERE...... needlless to say im sueing them in small claims court for damages

This place has condemned houses for rent and expect people to move in and fix them up. On top of that they charge you a $50 credit application fee. If you are approved you also have to pay a deposit. If you are not approved then you only get $25 back. Im not sure how its legal for them to rent those houses. They have no walls. The floors are busted up. No appliances that work. No heating or air conditioning. Then they give you a paper about lead poisoning. They are not responsible if you get lead poisoning from the paint or pipes or where ever there may be lead in the house. They want to charge $1412 to move in one of those houses. I was sent to look at the best house they have and it was falling apart. Even the foundation was busted up. Had missing bricks from the house its self.

Under poor is even too good for this company, they are HORRIBLE! Brent, the owner will not speak directly to ANYONE, it is always passed through someone else. We signed a lease with this company in April 2013, and we still cannot move in. $1400.00 paid to them for rent, bills and deposits..in addition to having to pay for a storage unit, 60 Roach Bombs, Roach Spray and Powder on a house we CANNOT live in. They claim that they will make initial repairs, they WILL NOT! We informed them of a roof leak in April, as of June 2nd, it is still not repaired and is now growing BLACK MOLD!! Their maintenance men did however, come in and rip down the ceiling in the room that is leaking and left the sheetrock and insulation in the floor. All work we have done in installing new cabinets, subfloor and faucet in the kitchen will have been for nothing soon...As the ceiling is about to cave in from it being SOAKING wet. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! We turned in our key June 3rd and are STILL getting the run around from EVERYONE in the office as to what they are going to do to make this right. If I had to guess they are not going to do anything, and we will just be another victim of PMSI. I can say that there is no way that that the ONE good review up here has been made by an actual customer of theirs. Brent or Dea have paid someone to make that review. AGAIN::: DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

This is a horrible company Im renting a house from them and they wouldnt replace my flooring or broken windows Im having to pay out of pocket for everything, I love the layout of the house and Im thankful to have the money to fix these things but I will never rent or rent to own from them again, please read and understand your contact if you plan to rent from them .
