Tammaron Village Apartments are a GREAT place to live. The staff is AMAZINGLY professional and personal. They really do care. I had to move ONLY because my circumstances chanded, the staff was helpful down to helping us move large items.My parting was friendly and positive.Thank you for great housing experience.

Would still be living here if I was still able to get in and out of tub. Have to use a shower now where I dont have to raise my legs.Ladies in office always helpful and nice. When maintenance is needed it is completed in a very timely manner.Wish I didnt have to leave because of health/physical difficulties.Youll love being here!

Great location and very nice neighbors. Only bad thing is its frustrating to drive to the dog park and have nowhere close to park because spaces is being taken up by a boat. Id recommend this complex to people looking for an apartment

Kate was amazing! She made the process easy and was very attuned to my needs and time frames. Outstanding move in process and apartment was very clean. Having Kate be so informative and helpful is why we chose these apartments against 3 other we were looking at.

A/C problem on a very hot day. Office personnel was very courteous and helpful. Maintenance was at my Appartement within the hour and fixed the problem. Very impressed with the staff.

I enjoyed every moment living there. Peaceful and quiet. They have two wonderful pools. 2 laundry mats they were never dirty or had busted looking washer and dryers. I did find one thing I didn’t like and that was it is a gated community but there was a gate always open 24/7 and they never seem to fix it so it was basically open all year. Other than that it was great!!!

Usually my maintenance issues are handled fairly quickly. This one took 3 phone calls, an office visit and a week to be handled. Then when they left they left a box with a part in it which I have no idea what to do with.It was definitely not a good experience this time.

Tammaron Village provide a safe, peaceful, and clean place to call home to my family during a time of intense difficulty for us. Maintenance team always responded quickly to any issues and we never had any bug problems. The office responded professionally every time I needed a response. Caran and the management team are absolutely top shelf!

I just want to give a huge shout out to Tammaron Village!!!! I called Carren and told her what I was going through. I had 4 days to find a place to live. Her and her team are a mover and shaker!!!! I gave them all my information and let the process begin, this was on a Wednesday and by Saturday I was moving in. Words can’t express what Tammaron Village did for me to make this happen. Again Thank Tammaron Village for everything that you have done for me....

I just want to say I absolutely love Case & Associates properties. I lived in a sister property and the management and staff was wonderful. When I needed to relocate they introduced me to Tammarron Village and Caran have been wonderful to me this whole time. Still a current resident. Best place I’ve ever lived. The staff are amazing, will work with you, and take care of whatever you need. They keep the place updated and give you the ability to be proud of where you live. The maintenance guys also deserve praise because anytime I need assistance, no matter the time of day or night, they get it done super quick. Couldn’t be happier, especially knowing how bad it can be since I’ve lived at several other places. One thing is for sure, you’ll enjoy living here. I swear I wasn’t paid for this lol

Great location and friendly/helpful management staff. Wonderful price for what I am getting. Quiet, gated, large, well maintained complex. Picnic tables and grills in common area. Quick maintenance response. My own 3 ft x 5 ft storage unit right outside my unit. Green space behind the complex. I see a baseball field and open field from my windows. Two 24 hr laundry facilities for units without washer/dryer. Deserves the high ratings that I saw when I was apartment hunting.

Very friendly staff I searched apartments everywhere but never was as welcoming and helpful as your staff in the office. A lot of other apartment managers didnt even care to show me an apartment and they acted like they didnt care if they were rented or not. I was even shocked to get a follow-up call when I was trying to decide which apartment complex to rent. You have a good team here.

I LOVE MY HOME AT TAMMARON VILLAGEI knew I found my new home from the first visit to Tammaron Village. Kim the previous Manager, Bobbi the Assistant Manager and Kelly the Area Supervisor treated me with professionalism and friendliness. Eileen the House Keeper is always ready to share a smile and friendly greeting. Clint the previous Maintenance Supervisor was very personable. His knowledge and dedication to the upkeep of the property was impressive. They all made me feel like part of a family rather than just a tenant. As well as the staff I have enjoyed meeting my neighbors at Tammaron Village. Whether Im doing laundry at the recently renovated facilities, out for an evening walk or relaxing at one of the crystal clear pools in the summer months. I have met and become friends/family with the some great people.

Took about 10 calls AT LEAST and a month to handle a mouse problem.

Lived here for a little over 2 years. When I moved in, some friends moved in about 2 months later and I was helping them. The office people said all the apartments were going to get updated kitchen appliances and friends apartment already did. They said mine should be coming after all the vacant units were done. I never got new appliances and when I moved out I got charged for stained and damaged oven, saying that they had to clean them even if they were going to be replaced. Before I lived there, during and after living there, it took a miracle for them to pick up the phone. Id leave dozens of voicemails over the years and never got a call back for what I was calling for. I have had a few packages go there after I moved away and they have not let me look for the package, nor return calls about the packages. And they never went back to the sender or to my forwarding address. Nice people, but they are not very good at actually doing anything other than taking rent. I had to call maintnecane 4 times before they replaced my garbage disposal and told me anytime it got stuck to stick a crowbar in there to fix it three times before they eventually replaced it.

I am enjoying living here at Tammaron Village. I have had a few maintenance issues and they have always taken care of them in a timely manner. Everyone here is so friendly and the grounds are always kept up and clean. It is actually quite refreshing to see an apartment complex run so smoothly. Thank you.🙂

Nice, neat complex, nice front office, very reasonable price. The only negative is the parking is terrible! I have to park two buildings over from my apartment to be able to have a parking space. If you work late and get home late - you can forget parking anywhere even relatively close to your apartment. I’m not so sure the people parked in front of my building even live in my building. Extremely annoying!

The staff here is very nice. They do work very hard to keep everything looking nice and presentable. I do thoroughly appreciate the 24/7 laundry. However, Im most displeased with the parking arrangement. I honestly think it would be better if there was a specific allotment for Visitors or at least one marked spot per apartment. More times then not. Especially after working a 9 hours shift i have to park away from my building and walk to my building. With getting home at 1130pm-12am. Other then the parking issues, and the fact that anybody can park at the office after hours and walk around the gate to get in. This is a very nice place to live with very friendly staff and clean grounds.

Everything is more than we had hoped.JUST GOT NEW LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT. NO MORE QUARTERS. THERES AN APP FOR THAT.OFFICE PERSONNEL ARE SUPERB. MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE GREAT. Keith and Stephen always friendly.Wife and I have been here over 4 years. Clean grounds. Always manicured in the summer. Two clean pools.THE SERVICE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN QUICKER OR BETTER. THE STAFF WAS SUPER COURTEOUS. THANK THEM FOR ME, REALLY.

I been here now 1.5 years and I must say they are one of the best managed and nicest staffs I have seen anywhere! Not to mention the apartment is located between 2 vacant land or greenbelts making it more private and cozy for being in the City.

Maintenance men are very prompt and respectful. Office ladies are very detailed and courteous. Apartment is the best Ive ever lived in. The location is absolutely perfect. I may have to sign another lease and most definitely will if I can lock in this rate. Environment filled with senior-citizens which is a plus. The grounds are always clean!

This is my 3rd year living at Tammaron and absolutely is the best place I have ever lived. I feel very safe with the residents that live here and with the overnight security. The office staff is wonderful. When I have had a problem, I am not afraid to approach them about it because they are always very kind and helpful. I love and brag about this place so much that I have 11 other friends that have made this place their home as well! Such a great place to call home.

Moved to OKC from Texas and had no idea where to look for a place. I found Tammaron Village and checked it out online. The price was right and the location was in a nice part of town. I handled everything via email and online, smooth process, plus the apartment and complex are in good shape. The office personnel are very helpful as well.

The apartments are okay 👌,But the maintenance workers are awesome! have had multiple problems with the bathroom and water here. More than we probably should.(stuff happens tho) But every single time we have had a issue. Keth and his crew ( Tor & Toni.) are always on the way to help. We never have to wait very long they always come shortly after the phone call. They are very respectful very polite and very knowledgeable. Great 👍 guys all the way around!!I believe they have a crew of 6 and I think I’ve met them all. And this if for all the maintenance workers.Thank you guys very much!!P.s. I don’t live there my fiancé does.🗣(They need a raise!)

The office staff is friendly and accommodating. Maintenance staff are helpful, courteous, and respectful. I feel safe in the apartments. Everything is well-maintained, as far as the grass and sidewalks and landscaping. Im really impressed that the prices are so low for such a nice little apartment complex in a really convenient area of town.

Honestly, Ive had almost no issues the past year living here. Theres obviously small things that come with every complex like hearing your neighbors through the ceiling or walls but no complex will ever be perfect. This is probably the cheapest place with the best management that I can find. The apartments are average and the kitchen is small but the show rooms show you exactly what you get. Sometimes when I work late I have to park kinda far from my door but more times than not I can park right outside. They just updated the laundry machines and you can pay with your phone (I just did it last night its really convenient and easy to use). I do wish laundry was 24/7 because most days I work 9am-10pm but I signed my lease knowing it wasnt so its not really a complaint. Any issues Ive had have been resolved with in the same day. I just resigned my lease and plan to move in to a two bedroom with my next lease.

Ive been here for 10 months and never had any problems with other tenants.The office staff was very friendly and helpful.I recently had a problem with Rent Cafe, problem resolved with help (it was my error)

I had no problems with the apartment for the 12 months I was there. My issue happened after I had moved out. A couple days after I moved out I got an email from them stating the amount due for the post-move out cleaning fee (as expected). The email threatened to take me to collections if I didn’t pay it. I had never missed or even been late for a payment, so that was irritating. I immediately made the payment. I even received a confirmation email from them stating I had made the payment. Well....I just received a call today... a month later... from a collection agency stating Tammaron took me to collections for that exact amount. I was able to confirm on Tammaron’s website that I had made the payment immediately, and that my balance was $0. I should never have been taken to collections.Tammaron’s front office clearly doesn’t check their work. I do not recommend this apartment complex.

I had minor issues while living at this complex, but my major issues began when I moved out. To start from the beginning, when I moved in I immediately discovered my water heater closet was full of black mold. The wall (which was shared with my two year old child’s bedroom) had to be torn out and the hot water heater was replaced. We also noticed whenever it rained, every window in our apartment leaked horribly. I put in 8 maintenance requests and they were never fixed. I’m sure the apartment windows still leak to this day. The leaky windows caused damage to a mattress and a toy box filled with my child’s toys. When my lease was up, I was tired of dealing with poor maintenance and decided to transfer to another Case & Associates property. Upon move out, I was given a ITEMIZED statement of my charges and the email was signed off with “you have 30 days to pay or this will be sent to collections” which was very irritating. I paid rent every month on time— if not EARLY. I paid what I owed them and received a receipt showing my balance was paid in full and my account was closed out. One month after I moved out, I received a call from someone in the office informing me I owed $808 for carpet damages due to cat urine. I explained I did not own a cat and was told “the charge still stands, pay or this will be sent to collections”. Upon calling the corporate office and speaking with two different people and explaining I already had received an itemized copy of my charges and paid them in full, I was told I needed to email them all of my statements and receipts for them to look over since the property manager had spoken to a supervisor specifically to add those charges to what I owed. I emailed them everything and received a call from someone else informing me they revised my balance and I owed them $0 and they apologized for any inconvenience. I did receive a revised statement from the property manager apologizing as well, but my experience with the office staff was extremely unprofessional. I do not believe this complex’s poor management is a reflection on all Case & Associates apartments, as I have moved to another one of their properties and have had no issues whatsoever and the office staff is extremely professional and helpful. Their corporate office solved my issue in less than an hour, too. If you’re considering renting from them, try another complex before you move to this one.

I lived there for 18 months in 2000-2001 and it was a very positive experience at a dark time in my life. The staff was great then and Im pleased to read the reviews that they still are.

This is a great place to reside. I recommend it whole heartedly! The Management and Team are great and show their appreciation to the residents daily.

Weve been here almost two years. Ive no complaints. Prompt maintenance at all times. Clean complex and very quiet. Great staff and very friendly. You could do much worse than here. I highly recommend staying here.

For your first apartment this place is definitely a new home for you. I have had a few problems with the maintenance staff but was quickly fixed with the help of the manager. I have had some really friendly neighbors and some loud ones, but you can expect that anywhere. It is definitely a place for a college student who doesnt want to spend a lot of money on rent. It is a gated place and has security patrol at night. Not my number one choice but it is definitely a starter into the adult world for me.

I will say during the time I’ve been here Bobbi has been absolutely amazing and super helpful!

Love living they always take care of things very quickly

Lived here over 2 years. Wonderful staff. Very responsive to calls on maintenance. Once I had their handyman at my door in less than 15 minutes! The place could use some upgrades. It is a very affordable and safe place to live but I fear that it might go downhill if they dont modernize and repair the facilities.

In March of 2018 I was going to move into my perfect apartment at Tammaron Village. Unfortunately I was in an automobile accident. Due to complications I wasnt able to move in. Kim sent me flowers when I was in Trauma then ICU at OU Medical. She did that even though I wasnt able to move into the apartment. She made sure I was refunded every thing including electric deposit. As soon as Im able I will be back to make Tammaron Village my home. I highly recommend Tammaron Village Apartments. Best in OKC.

I give this place a one star because today I tried to complete a ticket to locate the utilities for a sewer job prior to them digging. As i called to ask the staff a question, they were very rude, snappy and aggressive.

Office staff very nice and polite and maintenance workers very nice. Moving here is good so far.

They haven’t finished the job yet and didn’t leave a note stating if they were going to complete it or not

If I could give them no stars I would. I moved out in April and was informed i would owe for 11 days which was perfectly fine. After a month I get a collections call from MARS that told me I owed them 194 dollars. I called asked what happened and come to find out they charged me for 27 more days in April along with the 11 days I had already been charged. This is not the first issue Ive had with this Apt complex. They lost a payment which they tried to push off on me, and now this. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

They need to paint parking lines in parking lot. They are so faded you don’t know if you are even in a space.It took four days and a call to the office to get maintenance out. Once they came they did a good job of fixing the problem.

Requested maintenance twice in four days and they finally fixed issue. However I saw no documentation that fix was made.

All these comments about how great office staff and maintenance is at the apartment complex really confuse me, for a few reasons. The apartments are older, from the 1980s and have been pretty well taken care of. The concrete is crumbling in some spots, and the insulation is non-existent (expensive bills!!) but otherwise theyre clean and livable. Neighbors are eclectic, but keep to themselves. Community is on a dead end road, and gated so it feels very safe.1st - I informed Tammaron that the stairs to our unit were faulty a few days after moving in. 30 days later, I went to the office to remind one of the friendly and accommodating office staff. They noted the request, and sent out a maintenance staff member. He jumped up on the stairs twice and deemed it secure. 24 hours later, my husband and infant son fall through the stairs, breaking my husbands hip and injuring his knee. My son thankfully was not hurt. The apartment manager/maintenance staff seemed to show no remorse for their negligence and the issues that arose from their negligence towards my family.2nd - Tammaron uses Epoxy in their units, but does not notify surrounding residents this will be happening nor do they feel the need to ventilate the epoxied unit. So, during a typical 100+ degree July day the apartment next to me was epoxied and not ventilated. This caused the toxic fumes to spread to my home and linger for some time. ----> when I spoke to the office about this they first avoided my phone calls, responded to a vm with an email, then dodged my visit. The manager of the complex didnt seem to understand why I was so upset, have any knowledge of the chemicals her company uses and their dangers, or desire to admit to any wrongdoing.

Bad customer service.Bobby and Caran wouldnt budge on my first late fee. I had never been late before.

8 years and still the staff and property seem to be the best. Lived in many rental apartments but none with the level of commitment of Tammaron village exhibits.

Exhilarating, Enthusiastic, Professional Management from just the Apartment Management but the Parent Company, Case and Associates.

2019 Update: This place has consistently traveled further down the ratings scale. A switch to a new laundry equipment management company has left half of the machines out of service at any given time, and the ones that do work are too full of money and rarely emptied. Still awaiting multiple refunds.Maintenance took 5 attempts to fix my air conditioning. The second time they blew out my vents, leaving dirt and debris under every vent and didnt leave a work order letting me know what they did. The 4th time, they refilled it with freon without sealing the indoor unit and over filled it. Total time to actually have it completely fixed was 15 days.They did upgrades which involved replacing a functioning refrigerator with another, smaller storage space refrigerator. This one came with an already broken door that they simply glued back into place, which again took three days. The stove was another upgrade but was made less useful by having all the burners closer together and thus harder to fix more than one pan at a time on it.Cabinets began to fall apart, but they propped it together with screwed in wood pieces, which meant they just fell in a different direction.Looking at the foundation, the north side of our building was slowly sinking into the ground, evident by the fact that any cabinets or doors facing that direction began to open by themselves.We had two large sections of drywall have to be replaced due to mold and water damage from another unit. They refused to test it for black mold. That was when I decided to move and not renew a lease.In the 6 months before we moved, there were 2 stabbings, a shooting, and a dead body recovery. At one point I watched individuals cause minor vehicle accidents with stationary vehicles and just walk away. The parking spots are too narrow for most modern vehicles. This complex was built at a time when a Toyota Tercel was a normal sized vehicle.One out of three office workers is reasonable and on top of trying to get things fixed, however shes hampered by poor management who would rather see you leave her office, promising the world and doing nothing. Its obvious that shes never been in any kind of leadership role prior to this job.When we finally moved out, they attempted to charge us for carpet cleaning. On an 8 year old carpet. That is going to be replaced anyway.My recommendation is to avoid this place unless it is your literal, only option. I would rather live ten miles further away then stay in a place of this quality again.*********Ive lived here for 4 years and have been very happy here. Maintenance is prompt and well done. Its a very quiet complex with no crime, and traffic in the area is easy to navigate with plenty of amenities in the area. The value here is excellent.
