Well, used to be a great place,not anymore. Even if you have an appointment, you either will have to wait ....or,they will fit you in between! They do their job so fast,my nails began to fall off on the next day. So,always is a mess with an appointment time. Not going to come back for sure.

I don’t even know how to describe how bad my nails look with words. The shape looks different on each nail. My nails are so thick, there is extra acrylic under them. And they hurt so, so much. I was bleeding in three different places. The color is streaky and uneven. Literally every nail looks different and not one of them looks good.

This was my 1st pedicure so I cant compare, but this was a very pleasant experience and my feet look and feel much better. Ill be going back.

Total covid renovation. Was so happy to come back to my favorite spa and find so many safety precautions. They took my temperature before I could enter. They required masks. There was a liner in the pedicure tube. Best of all there was a shield between me and my manicurist. So happy! Forget any negative reviews you have seen. This is the place to go for safety.

Very good experience! She took her time making them all even and smooth, fixing the paint as she went to make it look clean... A full almond set (regular polish, regular acrylic) was $31. Felt very clean and conversation was good!

I love this shop, I get gel polish and acrylic set. So I can’t advocate for the fancy designs. Nonetheless, I always receive prompt service. I usually get my nails done by a lady but the last time it was a guy. Both techs are great but as soon as I get the original nail techs name I will edit this comment because she’s the one who won me over!

Sad to say that today was my last time spending my hard earned money here. Since new management I can see a decline in service. Conversation is not always what I need when I am getting my nails done. Spend $70.00 dollars on a manicure and pedicure to have to come home to get the rest of the dead skin off my feet. Also looked at how poorly my nails where painted with streaks running through the polish and polish on my skin. Next time I can just do it myself and get better results. Searching for a better quality of service.

No longer having my nails done here. Very sad to see this company decline. The conversations used to be lighter kind hearted. Now nothing. Tension in the air. Service is not the same since new owner.Also had a hand infection from last service and they did not cover medical bills.

So disappointed with my nail job. I knew something was wrong when the tech told me there was no need to wash my hands after all the filing she did-the nail dust was going to make the shellac stick better. Well, that didn’t work..4 days later, I had to cut two nails after the shellac chipped. This was my plan B after Polished was booked-guess next time I’llJust wait.

I stopped going here because my French tips turned grey the day after I got them done. When I went back the next day she insisted it was because I must have done something to them and refused a refund. I would recommend star nails instead

Walked in with a friend for a shellac manicure because it was my birthday and I didnt set up an appt at my regular place. They got us right in, treated us kindly and professionally and (to my surprise) also included a paraffin dip. Enjoyable conversation, great pricing and excellent attention to my nails! This is my new regular!

I go here all the time, they do the best job in the Lansing area. Nice, attentive staff and they always pay close attention to detail on my nails. I love the hot wax and towels.

Never again, they rush through everything & cant even take the time to shape the nail.. Used to be my favorite place.. $50 for uneven blocks on my nails.

Do NOT go! I have been coming here for years. When I first started, I made appointments but they never honed them. So I just walked in. Usually no problem. But they do not staff well and told me today to COME BACK LATER with no explanation. Obviously being a return client for over 3 years has no perks.

You will have a wait they are busy. Great prices, the staff was nice and attentive but they arent clean. I got a Mani pedi and they used the same tools from my feet on my hands SMH. They dont clean the tubs well after each person. This was my first and last visit. If they decide to be more sanitary I would definitely return.

Went for a walk in and was told to come back an hour later and they will have someone ready...came back and said I had a reservation and still had to wait! Walked out after waiting another 10 minutes...very unprofessional
