The service was very careful. My feet were feeling everything and removing all of the small imperfections that I dont really take care of on my feet and hands. For me, this was a wonderful experience for myself and would love to come again.

I don’t normally like getting my nails done but I love it here! Been a few times and every time the staff are kind and take great care to make my nails look great. I’m really happy hat they can make me like my own nails with just a bit of color as I don’t want to go back to gel and maintaining that.Wonderful job! I’ll be back and recommend Deluxe Nails highly!

I was looking for a new salon and was reluctant to try Deluxe based on some of the reviews, most of which were not recent. However, I saw a very positive comment on FB and decided to give them a chance and I am so glad I did! Randy was so patient, meticulous and accommodating. And... hes a really nice young man. I will definitely be returning.NOTE: I had to pop in for repair to one nail and Nikki was awesome!!!!!

The team are so good that my mom drives to get her nails done at here. The gel manicures last easily three weeks, and mine have gone even longer than that.

Upon arriving at the salon, the staff were very welcoming and great about social distancing clients. My nail technician was expertly skilled at applying my shellac and providing a fabulous pedicure.

My tech is amazing at what she does. She is a perfectionist which is what I like most about her. Lastly the prices are very reasonable and are not outrageous. I recommend this location.

Went to get my nails done with the powder powder not the dip powder. My nails are not even they are not square they are warped he rushed th trough my nails. And they allow there usuals to insult the new costumers I will never ever ever go back. U will be going elsewhere to get them fixed

Super clean with timely and quick service. The staff was nice and most importantly the owner was excellent! Very sweet and painted perfect perfect perfect! Truly an amazing establishment! They are AWFUL. Can not do nails what so ever. Way to thick, look awful. When they go to take off your sns or acrylic they rip them off in your whole top layer of your nail comes off. It is very painful. They drill your nail way too much. Not smooth. Definitely not recommend! We have been back multiple times to have them fixed and they still make you pay.

This place was great. They took my appointment for the next day and I requested if they can see me earlier if there any cancellations to call me in which they did and I was able to get in early.When I got there I noticed that they have so many cool designs that are very unique and custom.I got a full set with coffin shape gel nails. My technician took her time and she paid attention to the detail of how I liked my nails to look which I told her narrow to make my fingers look longer, and I dont like the edges pointy so she gave it more round look.

Nice job on the nails but they do not great you or even acknowledge you when you come in. We had an appointment and they took us an hour later than our appointment. Not sure I would ever go back.

Appointments are recommended. They were quite busy but Shayla took care of me in a timely manner and she didn’t rush through my manicure. She did a great job. I’ll definitely be back.

Poor quality work on acrylic nails work, bad shape, and then upselled to tell for the tips requested. The tips were lumpy.

If you dont complain about mistakes,the owner and technitions are very nice. Beware, however, if youre brave enough to stick up for yourself what you pay for. There was a clear reluctance to correct a sloppy job on one nail, as though I must have imagined it, and when the tech finally fixed the nail, I thanked her and remarked how much better it looked, but the owner laughed out loud, tilting her head to the ceiling, sarcastically.Take what you want from this honest review, but theyll never see me again.

Got my eyebrows done here by a girl who’s name I forgot to ask for. she had a rose tattoo on her wrist but this is the best my eyebrows have looked and I get them done a lot

Really great nail salon, have been going here ever since I moved to Fairhope a few years ago. Very welcoming and Im always satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend making an appointment just because they are a pretty popular place. But even as a walk-in from time to time I usually dont have to wait but a few minutes for services. Also if youre going for a pedicure ask for Anna, she does a great job! Hands down best Nail salon in Baldwin County.

I went to this place to get my gel nails taken off, which cost 10$. The technician directly asked me for an additional tip after nicking over 5 cuticles on my hands, leaving my skin bleeding. I would not recommend for anyone.

Ive been going to Deluxe Nails for a while. If I can, I always try to use Randy. Ive never had any problems there. I highly recommend Deluxe Nails in Fairhope, Al and can leave and go to Publix after your nails

Tracey, Helan, and all the women that work at Deluxe Nails are some of the most talented, and caring women Ive ever met. Tracey has done my lashes for years and Ive always left with beautiful, perfect lashes. She does such maticulas work that they last and look beautiful for quite a long time. My daughters and I have also had our nails done,and everything is always perfect. . They are all amazing at what they do and care about their clients.

I used to like deluxe nails, I’ve done gel manicure with Nikki and Randy and I was pleased with the results. I’ve tried other nail technicians at the salon and the results were always inconsistent. Now I can see that the service has steadily declined.This last time I went there Randy was not available and I ended up getting my nails done with this lady that suggested for me to get SNS. Obviously she had no clue what she was doing, I could sense her insecurities, I’ve chose black and my nails are far from black, I can see thru many spots, uneven on the sides and missing spots on the edges, plus some of my nails are different spots. I called to speak with the manager and she’s offered to get my nails removed and done again. I told her that I wanted to get only gel to avoid an unsatisfactory result and she said she would not refund the difference. I’ve paid $35 for SNS and gel is $25. She told me she is already offering me to fix the nails but she won’t give me a $10 credit. Worse customer service, if I could put a negative 5 star I would. I told her that unfortunately I would not go back to support her business and she hung up the phone on me. I wish Randy would find another nail salon to work so I could continue getting my nails done with him, he does an exceptional job!

I have been coming here for four years and the service and quality have steadily declined. Last month I got a deluxe pedicure, and the tech barely scrubbed my heels with a pumice leaving my feet just the same as when I walked in, except for alot of rubbing of lotion and some hot stones. Worst pedicure of my life. Then today, I go in for a gel fill in only (had learned the hard way about pedicures) and my nails were great, just what I asked for...then they charge me $11 more than the menu states, and they start gibbering about me having repairs....this is absolutely not true. No new nails were put on today and I left with the same tips that I came in with. One girl came out to look at what the menu said the price should be, and admitted to me that it was wrong. I stood there waiting to be refunded $11 and the manager hands me $2. I left at that point because $9 is not worth arguing about, but made it clear that I would not be back. They rely heavily on acting like they dont understand English well...and get away with it because most dont bother to see if they were charged the correct amount, and just blindly hand them their card and sign. This is not the first instance that this has happened here, so Ive heard. Its a shame that they treat customers like that, as we need a good, reputable salon in Fairhope. I will be driving to Daphne from now on.

Horrible expierence. Paid for a manicure and was served no more than a polish. There was absolutely no difference. The people were rude and the guy doing my nails was on his phone the whole time.

If I could put a negative 5 star on this I would. I have never had a bad experience in my life with nail places but this one. My nail length is not what I asked for. I asked for my nails to be a little over my finger tips but I got short short SHORT nails instead. The only thing I like about my nails is the color. I strongly dislike the service. And I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go to The Nail Place in Robertsdale AL. That is where im going and staying for now on!

Wax all over my shirt. Went in for facial wax, they squeezed me into a tiny room with another lady lying on a table with 2 working on her. I was a little uncomfortable as she seemed to be sleeping through her treatment & probably wanted some privacy. I had on a nice shirt, I was sitting in a regular chair, not leaning back, no towel or anything over my shirt. I have had it done sitting up elsewhere with no dripping so didnt worry about it until I was paying and she started rubbing at my shirt, which probably made it worse. Have had a nice mani there, however, it is almost always crowded and very hectic, never relaxing. So if you want it fast Id say go but if you want to enjoy the experience find somewhere else.

I had a vacation planned for Jamaica and wanted my toes to look great. I asked for a pedi and then acrylic for my toes. When I was getting my pedi they told me that the acrylics were going to be 18.00, my friend and I both heard it. I went to check out and they said they total was 18.00, my friend and I thought it was a little strange that it was all only 18.00 but ok. Come to find out they were saying 80.00!!!!I explained to them we both heard 18.00 multiple times and nowhere did it state that it was 80.00, on the board and in the brochure it said acrylics were 25.00 it was never specific to just fingernails.They refused to give on the price in any way!Ridiculous price and VERY unhappy customer.
