I have been going to this family for over twenty years. Even before they were in the Mall. Anna has been my favorite for nails for tens years now after Nina left. Some of the newer older ladies seem unfriendly so I stick with Anna. The two young people in front Cat and Kan are great too! The owner is very kind and I really like her son Kan for pedicures. I hope they open again soon🙏 I hear some of these complaining people when I am there and most are stuck up rich women who want $100 pampering for $35 prices. This bunch work hard and do a really good job.There is one or two rude ones but thats everywhere and mostly its about the language barrier I think.Im very picky about who I let touch my nails and feet. Ive been cut and made bleed and overcharged AT OTHER PLACES since they closed due to Covid. So Im begging PLEASE bring back Lee Spa Nails!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏

Pedicure was great however the manicure was not. Kan did an phenomenal job on the pedicure. The manicure is a nightmare. Would not recommend for a manicure. My friend also has a manicure and asked for rounded nails and they definitely werent. Her nails are lopsided, uneven, but definitely not rounded. My nails were not evenly coated and dried evenly. The two manicurists that we had, had bad attitudes and their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.

Went in for my first time today. Overall, I’m happy with how my nails look but the experience was a bit uncomfortable. The man with the tattoo sleeve started. He put the nail extensions on and I watched carefully since the last time I got my nails done (somewhere else) I left with an infection, so yes, I was a bit more aware of what was happening to my nails today. I noticed that on the finger I had issues with from the other salon, the nail was placed on crooked. I asked if he could fix it and he took it off and put another one on the exact same way claiming it was my actual nail that was crooked?? When he saw that my facial expression (a Half smile I’m not happy with it but I don’t want to make you keep redoing it” face) he RIPPED off the nail after saying “oh, so you’re the picky kind” then proceeded with “just move down there and she’ll finish your nails” and rolled his eyes. What!?! I really did nothing to be rude at all, I simply just wanted my nail to be straight?? Thankful I was placed with Catalina and she was able to correctly adhere my nails. She finished and did a wonderful job while being very professional and extremely sweet. She earned 5/5 stars from me, however I can’t give the store a 5 star for the rude initial encounter. But I did appreciate it enough for her to explain that he did what he did to assure I would like my nails at the end, but come on, it could’ve been said/done in a VERY much more professional and polite way. Would only return if she did my nails from start to finish.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! Terrible place, terrible service, and why on Earth every other store in the Meridian Mall is closing and theyre still there? I went to this place hoping for a relaxing experience doing manicure, but no god no..The staff were rude and waaaaaay too loud in such a small and packed space. The lady didnt stop asking me to do shellac (Possibly for the extra charge) and kept insisting though I was very specific with my request and already picked a nail polish..And I spend about 45 minutes to an hour doing in the store, not because she was dedicated and worked hard..But she got so distracted talking to other staff, helping other customers that she was supposed to be done with already. And I was waiting mid-service waiting for her to get back to me! I also waited for 10-15 minutes before she finally came to help me in the first place! I had to wait before started doing my nails, and I had to wait even more while doing my nails! This is how slow, easily distracted, mismanaged this person is! I dont recommend this place AT ALL..There are plenty of other places that are worth both the wait AND the price..But this place is definitely not!

Went yesterday to get acrylics. Today my sisters nails are completely coming up at the cuticle. Not even 24 hours later! They rush to much. The older ladys are horrific at doing nails. So if you need your nails done and this is your only option, try to get the younger ladys. They do a fantastic job. And this wasnt my first time at this place either. But any experience 2 of the 3 times I went I got a younger woman and it was great. But the 1 with the older women was horrific.

Catalina is amazing! She does very clean and precise work. She takes great pride in her work as she should and I wouldnt have anyone else work on my nails!

Visiting family down here. I try to hit 2 birds with one stone while shopping for gifts and waiting for the family. So, I decided to do a pedi here. The service is awful!! Not friendly at all!!They are rude!!If you want a quickie manicure pedicure go here but if you want a relaxing good experience NEVER go here!

Ive given this place several chances. They rush the manicures and pedicures and dont even try to make it enjoyable. Each time Ive gone theyve cut too far into my cuticle and made it bleed. And they dont apologize about it. And the gel shellac doesnt last very long. I dont know what they do so differently, but it begins to peel off after a few days. Ive had gel shellac manicures at Kiss Nails last for 3 weeks - so even though theyre always busy... I think Ill only go there from now on.

I wish we would’ve taken the time to look at these reviews before we went there. I took my wife for a pedi. The place is very cramped, the employees are rushed and not kind. What should’ve been a relaxing experience turned out to be a mess. I’d recommend finding someplace else.

Definitely on the low-end of nail places in the area. You could pay the same price somewhere else and get better, more sanitary service. Not to mention the staff, specifically the manager, is super rude...

I got acrylics and the shape was wrong and it was very overpriced for the poor quality it was.

My mother is blind and we came in because my middle finger nail came off literally two days after getting it. It fell off when I went to grab my mothers hand and snapped off easily with hardly any force. We asked if they could just do a quick fix but the manager there said sure but you’ll have to pay full price for acrylics which is $25. My mother said that was absurd. He then stood up and started arguing and yelling at my mother. We walked away and my mother was shaking from the manager being so rude. In all, the manager was straight up horrible with my blind mother. His names Con, probably stands for con artist. Never go here.

Horrible Service!! I paid $35 for a pedicure that should last a few months. Not even 2 weeks and my toe nail polish peeled off..seriously? I paid extra money ! The gal was rough and obviously did something wrong. I dont live near Lees..this was a lunch date my sister and I had and got both of our feet done.. When I called and complained.. No refund offered.. No replacement offered.. What a waste of my time and money!!! Dont go here...they are not professional.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars. By far the worst place I’ve EVER been to! I told the older lady i didn’t want shellac and she still insisted on shellac after me telling her 4 times no she finally gave up. I went in for a fill ($15.00) she then told me that because i had shellac on my nails it’d be an extra $5 to take the nail polish off, she then proceed to drill my nails down so far to where 2 nails popped off then told me it’d be a $6 up charge because she broke the nails and then kept insisting on me getting shellac. I left and my nails are HORRIBLE by far the worst paint job I’ve ever had! I do not recommend this place to anyone, will never be going back i now have to go to another nail salon and have them fixed after paying almost $30 just for a fill!

I spent $30 to get my nails done 6 of my nails paint bubbled up and came off. 2 of my nails chipped I do NOT recommend this place. They are rude and just speed up the process so they can be done and that is why my nails are the way they are. I will never go back.

This is THE place I go to get my nails done. Employees always aim to please and their work holds up. Far better than Angel Nails, and Michelle Nails.

The staff was nice to me but my nails are slightly uneven and bumpy.. she was kind of rough using the tools on my nails causing it to hurt and my right thumb doesnt match my other. Dont think Id nessecarily come back here. Plus it was very pricey.

My step mother has been going here for years and then started bringing me and my sisters and every time they do our nails they look great. I recommend Catalina and Joselynn (sorry if I spelled the names wrong). I will definitely continue to go there as I get older.

Usually go to Top Nail off Lake Lansing Rd (HIGHLY reccommend), but they were closed. so on a whim I came here. Horrible decision. All I got was shellac and it was horribly rushed, and looked an absolute mess. Started peeling before I made it out to the parking lot. Never again. Very disappointed.

My nails chipped after 2 days, then by day 5 they were peeling from the cuticle down. I went to the salon and even though my polish was coming off of all my fingers, the staff was very rude. The ended making me pay $10 to repaint my nails and treated me bad. Super disappointed. I had spent over $100 there getting my nails and my daughters nails done.

Please dont go here.They painfully ripped off my acrylics, along with 4 layers of my natural nail, and when they replaced them it was tragic and the shape is horrible. The whole experience was completely rushed and instead of asking what I wanted the lady was talking and laughing with the other people that worked there. I would have had a better experience letting my dog chew off my acrylics, painting over it and flushing $35 down the toilet.

Should have read the comments before going here. Paid $45 for a crappy 15 min pedicure. The staff seemed to be VERY rude (to my friend also who was getting a manicure). During my pedi; my massage chair was never turned on, my feet were not rubbed at all and everything seemed to be rushed. There were hot stones being used on the lady next to me getting a pedi(?). I still had dirt and dead skin on my feet afterwards. Absolutely awful. Will never go back. Will not recommend.

Ive used them for a couple years now and every single time I kick myself for giving them another chance. Theyre very pushy and my nails always look awful(terribly shaped, gap between paint and cuticle so they look grown out, sloppy on the sides, wobbly looking designs.. couldnt even do a heart). If Im paying $60 for a mani/pedi, they should at least look better than when I do them at home! Convenient location though, if you dont mind paying for someone to mess you up

Got my nails done today. The man put my middle fingers on crookedly. When I confronted a women about it, the women was extremely rude and said she’d just file it down. The man who did the nails chimed in yelling at me for expressing my concerns about the nails. The employees in there are extremely rude & bad at customer service. I do not recommend.

First time here today will never go back. Nails are bumpy, asked and got charged for coffin shape yet my nails are square. Not a good experience.

Friend and I went there for a mani/pedi. The ladies doing our Pedicures rushed the whole time, failed to properly complete the process and did not make it enjoyable. The entire pedicure lasted less than 20 minutes. When getting manicure, I was told there was no price difference to get shellac, but then found out there was a $25 dollar up charge after the work was completed. My friends sat under the dryer for a minimum of 20 minutes, but her toes were still not dry due to the excessive amount of polish that was put on. 3 hours later, and her toe nails are chipped as well as her finger nails, which also have areas in which were never painted. Our feet are dryer than when we went in and it looks and feels as though we didnt get a pedicure. I would not recommend this place.

They were horrible were making me pay before I got my nails done and I paid with card and I put a line through the tip line because I tip cash when they are done. and she told me I needed to tip her or she might mess up. And wouldnt finish until i tipped her first ignorant

Manicures are sloppy and rushed; the ladys constantly talk (in another language) making it hard to relax and enjoy yourself or talk to a friend. Its also overpriced, especially for the lackluster job they do. Overall just not a spa atmosphere or experience. Also pretty crowded. I went once a couple years ago and was not impressed but have it another shot today and had the same experience.

My nails where pretty nice till I got to pay they told me 45 when I went to pay they told 50 and I asked why 50 and the dude (he’s like the only dude there) got mad out of nowhere and said “I’m not arguing over 5 dollars, I’ll give 5 dollar discount “ in a rude way for no reason when I had just asked a simple question never coming back for sure

I received a pedi thursday and now tonight saturday i have discovered I now I have atheletes foot. I wouldnt have gotten it any other place besides there. Not happy.

Ive been going here for years with my daughter. Today they treated her horribly. I am appalled at how rude they were. This is some of the worst service ever. They first forgot to trim them down, so she asked again. The woman was impatient and frustrated. The woman acted rushed. Then my daughter asked her to fix a white tip on one nail. The woman flipped out staying she is only human and they arent going to be perfect. No one expected perfection. My daughter was paying for this and just wanted the white to be fixed since she glued it on crooked. The woman was super condescending and incredibly awful. She hollered at my daughter and then cut all the tips off and told her to leave :( I am curious that they would treat a customer this way, but because she is young, they treated her with no respect. I am do disappointed and will never go back

The last few times my nails have been damaged the full set gel nails arent worth paying extra when they lift or fall off not to mention they dont talk to you only among themselves and we have given a tip every time not worth it when your nails are in bad shape afterwards.
