Today was the very first time that I’ve ever been waxed, and it was an amazing experience 😍🌈💓🌸. My wax lady ( Mari ) got every stitch of hair, and my first Brazilian wax was way better than expected. Mari is very professional, & descriptive with any concerns/questions I had. The atmosphere is very relaxing, CLEAN, and has a very refreshing energy in the space. I recommend anyone reading go see Mari you won’t be disappointed. I’m already excited for my next visit.

Im so horrible with names but the lady who waxed me was amazing I was about 10-15 minutes late for my appointment and she still was able to move me in and she did such a wonderful job I will definitely be coming back

I love coming here! I use their wax services and have also gotten my lashes done. Everyone is really friendly and professional. Now since covid is going on they have used precautions such as wearing masks and they facility is clean. Emily does an amazing job on my eyebrows, but Ive also used the other wax lady and shes awesome too. They offer a variety of services so go check them out:)

Always polite & very nice. The location is clean and super cute. I’ve never been a fan of waxing my eyebrows due to people never been able to get the shape right, but I found a place that can finally do it right! They take their time and make sure your brows are perfect

I’ve never had a sugar wax before coming here. I can say it’s not as painful as traditional hard or soft wax. I believe Emily does my waxing. She is super nice and easy to talk to. She does my eye brows and she is so GOOD that she actually fixed one brow so it matched the other! The pricing are great! Def love this place

This place is brand new and very clean! They have only been at this location for 2 months. I was highly impressed with the service. They use a hard wax which doesn’t hurt as much and then instead of tweezers. They use a sugar mix to get those scraggly little pieces. You will LOVE this place even if it’s your first wax experience.

Emily was awesome! I’ve never had a sugar waxing before so a whole new experience. She offered to tint my brows and I was super nervous but they turned out so good and I’m obsessed. I’ll be back for sure!

I found my self in Columbia unexpectedly and while Stacey usually takes care of me in Charleston, Morgan took the time to fit me in for a full wax. She was totally amazing, friendly, and proficient. Ive been here twice and both times its been very good results.

Had a Brazilian and brow appt with Maddie. Eyebrows were decent, definitely missed some spots. Brazilian was awful. By far the most painful I’ve ever had. She seemed inexperienced because of her technique and the fact that she left hair...Had to stop midway.

First time experience was AWESOME Emily was such a wonderful person.

I had an appt scheduled for yesterday I was called a few min to my appointment (mind you I was already in route) to reschedule for today due to electricity being out. I am here today and no one is at the buisness. I called earlier today to move my appt up but was unable to which at that point she answered the call and assured me she would be here on time because I had to be to another appt. Now I am here and no one will answer my calls and the door is locked. Very unprofessional. I see this is a new business and if it continues on this route it will not stay in business for long. 15 min drive wasted yesterday and 20 min today. Thank you for wasting my time and going above and beyond for your customers.

I called to ask a question and they hung up on me. Rude. Don’t go.

Its hard to ever get someone on the phone. Also, I always request the sugaring instead of the waxing, but each time I show up Im told that Stacey is the only one who can do sugaring but shes never there. They also leave a lot of wax on you after they finish so I have to remove at home and its very painful.
