I have always had a great experience at Kim’s. Her employees do a fantastic job and everyone is so friendly. Kim is very talented and doesn’t rush even when it’s close to closing time. I had all but given up on getting hand drawn designs on my nails from past experiences at other salons, but Kim did it perfectly! I’m so pleased.

I went here about 3-4 times for services before leaving Michigan recently. An appointment is required so be sure to call ahead. I have been able to call the same day if early enough and get an appointment. Staff isn’t overly friendly but they do a great job and the work lasts. I’ll take that over friendly and poor work. The prices are reasonable and they have a good selection. They also have lots of gems for designs. It’s a smaller place but not tiny. I have had acrylic overlay fill, gel mani and pedi, and eyebrows services and all were great with no complaints. I recommend this salon. If I didn’t move away I would have continued coming here regularly.COVID note: they sanitize everything including polish bottles, social distance and check temps upon entering

Kim is the best boss I never met before. She works by her heart, she works professional and she always cares about your nails when you come to her shop. I move and work for another nail shop, they don’t care about your nails they just care about money. I believe when you come to see Kim, your nails will be good.

I went in to get a full set on a Friday, by Tuesday 3 of my nails popped off fully like they were a press on Which they were not . I went In to get them fixed as she fixed the 3 a fourth popped off. I had to pay to get them fixed . They told me to “be careful” . I leave, & 2 days later 4 more of my nails came off . I called and she said I “need to be more careful “ once again . I’m not sure how much more careful I can be when the nails were not put on properly in the first place . I spent almost 100 dollars . I will not be returning .

Lisa did an amazing job with my 10 year old daughter. My daughter loves the attention and loved the results and they lasted a long time. We will definitely return.👍💅

I did not get my nails done here at all so why am I posting because atmosphere is important to me. I decided to leave while waiting because the woman who greeted me rushed my questions. I am from out of town and before I receive service anywhere I expect good customer service. She wasn’t friendly at all and then once I signed in she never came back to inform me how long my wait would be or to assure me of anything. If you are not able to meet the needs of customers (waiting/serviced) due to staffing then functioning on an appointment system may be best. I can not say anything for their work but the preliminary interaction was not one of my liking or that I’m accustomed to.

This is by far THE best nail salon Ive been to. Everything is always clean, sanitized, and in great order to find colors and styles for your nails. All of the nail techs are very friendly and always aim to please! Kim does an amazing job on nails, brows and lashes. And you can even tan while you wait!!! LOVE this place!! ❤️

Ive lived in the Lansing area my whole life and Ive always struggled to find a decent place for pedicure and nails. Let me tell you... I drive from West of the Lansing mall, all the way out here because its THAT good!

They got me with the electric file twice. I bled and my nail beds hurt. She didn’t apologize. She wouldn’t get on the same page with me as far as length and refused to shorten them after I asked more than once. They completely filed off my cuticles which is unhealthy for your nails and something that should not be done. I would not recommend this place.

Kim is the only person I let do my nails. She is very talented and in my budget😉😁

What’s the hell, Kim Nails 2 did my nails & other two friends of mine for sns & most of the nails are broken off. They are very rush even it not busy at all. They didn’t do good & so annoying us while we’re there. I recommend that this is very bad salon in Ashland that we never have.👎👎👎👎😢😢

They had a lot of customers kids running around(which the owner cant control), but theyre clean, friendly, they have cheap tanning ($20 a month) and many other services, for the quality of the nails I would expect the price to be higher.
