Warning!! If you want a nice set of nails maybe with a little length this is not the place for you! It’s been exactly a week since my nails have been done n 3 nails have popped up, speaking directly to the skills this shop has when it comes to doing this work. Unprofessional, unskilled, they truly do set their own prices based on if they like you as a client or not. Bad business. I had been going to this shop years before the new management got in and I’m very disappointed with whom they’ve let take over since.

Price that was told prior to visiting was definitely not what was charged. Did my moms pedicure and my mom was specific on what she wanted but the guy whatever he wanted anyway. Asked him to start over and give her what she asked for and he said “I already started and I’m almost finished”. Overpriced for no reason. Definitely won’t be investing my money into this place again. Smh.

They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in & when you try to speak to them, they have a very poor attitude.It’s not worth coming here with the bad energy they have. It’s almost like it’s a problem for them to do your nails. This is my 3rd time coming & last time. I get treated the same way every time. These people are NOT kind & not happy to be in business.

I got acrylic nails, the nail file and drill were used and not clean, they had nail dust all over them and my nails came out smudgey on the sides and top. It seemed super rushed and they charged extra for every little thing including length even tho mine were barley long and actually super short for acrylics. The prices are misleading it says 25 for regular acrylics but they never mentioned that, unless you get them super super short they will probably be 40$+.

Called to make an appointment. Name and phone number taken. I call the following day to confirm and tell me to come in 15min later than appointment time. I get to salon and then I’m told I can’t be seen until 3 hours later. Very unprofessional and lack of acumen as well as customer service. Do not spend your money at this establishment because clients are not valued and respected. Drove 30 minutes to be on time and then was asked to wait. Not even a resident of Florida. This business sucks.

Asked for liquid gel/builder gel nails, the technician had no idea what she was doing. Nails have no structure or strength, and the shape is inconsistent. One of nails already broke and I just got it done. For the amount of money I spent, the quality doesn’t match. Note to management: if you offer a service make sure the technicians are able to do it correctly.

Unless you want fungus on your natural nails I WOULD NOT COME HERE! Kelly did my nails and she wouldnt tell me what product she uses. Save your money and go somewhere else!

A scam…. They overcharge. Paid 90 for an amateur set of nails…. Go somewhere else. No new tools were used on me. Not worth it

The pedicure chairs are broken. I was sinking into the middle of the back and my phone fell through the side onto the floor. I found a bag of cheezits wedged into my chair from a previous customer. They didn’t take their time at all. I did not feel like the price was worth the time she spent. They are also not very friendly.

Kelly does absolutely AMAZING WORK. The best I’ve ever seen. However, there are no set prices and they are extremely overpriced. It’s so frustrating going there because you will always pay something different from before. You’ll never know what you’re going to pay until you leave. I stopped coming here because it was such an inconvenience.

I had an appointment and when I got there first of all there is no price listing. And then when I asked what the price is seems like every time I go its different. Last time I got I believe her name was kelli I got my nails done she did gel polish on one particular appointment but when I went back she told me all of the things that she does not do. What not even finish a pedicure that I had already made an appointment for. They end up charging me more at the end than what I had asked when I first got there. Kept telling me what services she does not do. I will never go back here again

A good friend told me about SN S nails, so I knew I had to give them a try. First visit here, and I must say Im impressed by the staff, the ambience of their workplace, and how my nails look and feel. A bit expensive, but you pay for what you want. I recommend anyone whos looking for a place that will take care of your natural nails, youre welcome to come. Thank you, and you have a returning customer.

I came here as a girls day with my mother for my upcoming birthday, we made appointments a week in advance, one with Kelly for me, and one with whoever was available at the time for my mother. We called the day of while we were out and about seeing as we were running early and asked if we could move our appointment up to 3:30, to which the women over the phone asked Kelly to confirm and Kelly said yes. We arrived at the salon, and my mother was taken to a chair to get her nails done and I waited for Kelly to finish her current client. After about 10 minutes, her current client was finished and she was sent to the dry table and another woman walked in, she went to Kelly’s table with a 4pm appointment that she was early to and asked Kelly if she should come back later, Kelly said yes and the client went to the bathroom and after leaving the bathroom sat at the table and began getting her nails done. I sat and waited, and after about 15 minutes Kelly still did not address me. I went and asked a coworker when I would be able to be seated and Kelly said not until she was done with the client that came in AFTER me, EARLY, for her own appointment. Meanwhile my mother is getting her nails done, and the monomer they used burned her hands, and when we inquired about the burn the tech stated it was a chemical reaction. Once my mother finished her nails and I STILL had not been seated, I told them I would no longer be interested in being serviced. Kelly still did not address me. This was the most unprofessional and disappointing encounter I have had by far and shows exactly how they treat clientele in this salon. It was a dampening moment to a day, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone else.

I went to get the SNS service done for my nails and within 1 week, the color layer the put on my nails have begun to pop right off. The manager offered for me to come back in so they can make it right, hopefully it will be done properly, I will post an update. However, the gel on my toes look fantastic still!Update 6/24/17 - The manager made sure that my nails were redone, my original nail tech apologized, and I was not charged. They re-did all 10 nails, so we will see how the next 14 days good. Hopefully they will last this time!

Made and appointment for nail designs with Kelly Phan a week prior for something very very very important I had to do. I show up to my appointment at 10 am Monday morning and they told me to come back Thursday when she’s there!!!! What in the actual **%#

I made an appointment to make my nails with miss Kelly Phan a week ago, for 11:30 am i came and she make wait, ok, mi biggest disappointment is that if I make an appointment is because I hope have a good service and that the person focus on me. Unfortunately that wasn’t my case, miss Kelly decided to make my nails in a hurry made it uneven in fact al my nails are in different sizes, and in the process she decided to assist another lady when she not even finished my nails; now my nails are sharp as hell, uneven and I super disappointed with 85$ dollars less in my wallet.Do you self a favor and do wasted your time, what she show in social media is no what she really offer

I have mixed feelings about this place. I had found Kelly’s page on Instagram and was super excited to go to her to get my nails done for my birthday. I had called and made an appointment and then I was texted and asked to move my appointment to a time and day that didn’t work for me . Then I was contacted again to ask if I was still coming in for my appointment. When I walked into the salon for my appointment I was not greeted let alone acknowledged by any of the staff there. I was made to wait nearly 25 minutes to get into a chair. When she began my nails she asked me what I wanted and I told her to freestyle after showing her my inspo pics. Now this is where my issues begin, no one wiped down her chair or station prior to me being seated. Her area was full of dust and nail filings. She used an e-file on my natural nails which is a big no no, and it was one that she had clearly used on another client prior to me . The nail extensions that she put on were not wide enough for my nail beds and some of them were very crooked. Upon inspecting the final product, some of my nails were wider on one hand then the other (I got coffin shape) and she did nothing to tend to my cuticle areas. To fix the nail tips she started filing the shape of my nails to fit the nails tips instead of putting different sizes. She was in a rush the whole time, I sat in her chair at 4:22 and was finished with my nails before a quarter after five. Overall my experience here was okay. If you want very blingy and Instagram worthy nails I would say to go here but if you want properly shaped nails that last and are formed correctly then definitely go somewhere else.

I went there once and they cut me reallyBad, I didn’t like it. I wanted to try it again so I went and then they cut me and when I asked for a simple flame it was just lines connected like triangles and then he erased it and I asked if he could just do the color so he put gel on it and I had S&S and now they’re two different colors never going there again don’t go there they sucked didn’t even give me any money back and we pay full price never go there they were very rude.

I did rate SNS 4stars but Im changing it to ZERO! last time I came in for a manicure it was 15.00 with gel polish today they charged me 30.00! Its like everyone is making there own price to pocket money. Im not coming here again. They need to say what the price is before service! I could have done everything the lady was doing at home for free.

Every time except once my nails lifted up Nails look nice but the quality is poor & rushed the very next week after installation a nail lifted & then the next week another one was lifting so I just removed all very easily by just peeling them off because every time these are the results & such an inconvenience Nails are not supposed to easily come off like that it’s like they are using little glue & doing this to make u come back,to stay in business Nail tech named Kelly says you can go somewhere else because I inquired about the price Got the same manicure at a different price & this place is not inexpensive you get different prices on different days $65 & up my customer service & experience here with Kelly was rude and unprofessional poor quality of nails & work from nail tech Kelly people beware don’t let the pictures fool you, another customer lost!

I come in as a walk in as My work makes it impossible to schedule. Every time I have never had to wait or told no this includes right at closing! It is so hard to find a great technician but I’ve tried all technicians and they are all VERY skilled and so friendly. I recently went 2 days before mother’s day as a walk in. It was busy and they still took care of me right away! T my nail tech was so nice and gave great advice on color matching.

I have been to SNS Salon in Ocoee twice since new management has taken over. Both times I have had Emily. She has done my pedicures and today I had my fingernails done as well. They turned out beautiful. She is very professional and thoughtful. She asks if she is using too much or too little pressure when she does the massage part of the pedicure. She asks if the water is at a good temperature, etc. She takes great care to ensure that you are comfortable. I really enjoy my spa time there and will continue to go back to Emily. The facility is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I love the waterfall/shower in the center. The prices are reasonable and they offer incentives for percentages off services on return visits.

I always to go Kelly, she’s the best hands down. She’s very fast and does amazing nail art. I took a star away because she and Lisa are the only two that are amazing, the rest are above average salon nail tech but slow.

One of the best nail techs in Orlando work here hands down. However I made an appointment with Kelly. I arrived on time and I had to wait an hour! By then I was so frustrated I left. My advice is that Kelly should only be booked by appointments only no walk ins. It’s ridiculous that an appointment means nothing at this place.

In order to run a business you cant treat your loyal customers any type of way. Ive had the same nail tech and been a loyal customer for 4 years now, NOT ANYMORE! There customer service went downhill and I refuse to be treated the way I do spending my money. Ever since the new location opened and the renovations took place the prices increased drastically. However since I loved my nails I never complained. Whats my issue is that I pay $5 to $10 more every time I go for the same exact service. By the forth time I asked can I have a breakdown of the prices she got angry with me and named out several things she did to my nails however avoiding my question not naming prices.At this point I was annoyed but went back again because Its around the corner from where I live. I went back on a Tuesday at 10:30am I was the only one in there and sat down everything was fine we was talking and laughing until another client came in and insisted she wanted my nail tech to do her nails. Instead of waiting to finish my nails she did our nails together going back and forth, which is where my issue started because she used the same tools, which I had to correct her but not only that, she stop talking and got serious rushing my nails I asked for her to correct a couple things she didnt want to do it because she seen nothing wrong with it and gave me a price to pay at this point my same nails I always get started at $65 and now for some reason rose to $95 same nail length same gel polish why is that? At this point there customer service went down DRASTICALLY. Why should I pay full price for half service? When I seen another lady in there complaining about her nails as well I knew its about time I find another nail place.

This place is very limited with decent experience nail tech who will follow your request. Kelly is probably the best, but every time you go there, price is different for simple little regular dip with French tips. If you only add 2 finger nail design, she can charge anywhere to $70+. This is ridiculous. Something needs to be done about their price range. Worse thing is, the next day one my my nails design fell of my nail.

I got the SNS natural nails and it is absolutely flawless. This was the best nail care that I have ever had. Very friendly staff that are gentle and very thorough. Reasonably priced and very clean. Highly highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️

I showed them a picture of bridal nails Id like done. This was a test run for my wedding. i was told by Diane that she could do it. $50 later... l come out with a French Pedicure, swollen feet, shortest toe nails, black and blue toe possibly infected. My toes were fine when I went in and Im in Soo much pain 10 hours later... Honestly my pedicure looks like I went back to the early 2000s.. Awful. Will never walk in that place again. Thank God it was a bridal test run or Id be crying right now. And Diane needs some serious training on how to do nails.

I was given a gift certificate for a massage. I made an appt and when I got there, there was no one there to do massages. About 20 minutes later, “the masseuse “ showed up.She had NO idea what she was doing. There is no way this lady has a license. She tried to get me to lay on the wax table with no sheet to cover myself with. After “the massage” was over, I realized she had used Johnson and Johnson baby oil. What a complete rip off. I am reporting them immediately. Money hungry with no integrity.

Very modern & nice look to the place. Also very clean....but very pricey. A full set of nails cost my daughter $45. Not the best deal. She has been coming for the last few months but nails break and chip often. I told her that she needs to find a place with better quality of work. Acrylic nails should last more than 2 weeks. Just my opinion.

It was my first time doing SNS and it was my first time there. The place is very pleasant and all the staff is super nice and friendly. My tech was MARY, she is beyond amazing !! I am now obsessed with SNS and this place. Very pleased with how my nails look!

I had my nails done there three weeks ago by Emily she did awesome, however i went back this past week and had some lady with short hair do them and after four days i look like i need a fill in. My previous SNS powder wasn’t soaked off yet buffered off which you can see that color through my new color. To make matters worse I got extremely sick in the salon nothing that they did but I blacked out several times and asked the lady doing my nails to please call the ambulance she didn’t until i had blacked out completely and was unresponsive. Not saying i wanted them to cater to me but would of been nice if they would of even seemed concerned they were laughing about it actually. So yeah i don’t recommended this place at all for the prices you pay the work should of been at least decent. If you do decide to go here i would recommend only allowing Emily to do your nails.

I had been without a nail person since mines moved...after visiting many salons I felt so at home here...staff is very stable, they speak in public I really feel like family here...I have posted several times on Facebook during my visits and several friends have followed my lead., they all have been very pleased ...I Love everyone here!!! ...I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The salon is under new management and you can tell. I had a pedicure by EMILY and it was awesome. Themassage was excellent. She was very courteous and professional. Will definitely come back and ask for her .

The only reason I’m giving one star because Kelly who did my nails is very good, other than that this salon doesn’t know the meaning of cleaning and sterilizing tools to work with, they have a big counter for nail that is full of dust and god knows what else, same goes for the equipment, for pedi none of them use sterilized tools, and when I requested that they do I was treated with an actitud, as far as I know is the law for them to do so. Having said all this my suggestion is Stay Away, I’ve been on antibiotics for 4 days just to prevent any possible of infections, that’s how concerned i am, people please do your homework when in need of a nail salon, this one looks very nice but looks can be Deceiving👎

This was the worst pedicure experience of my entire life. I regularly get pedicures about every 3-4 weeks and this by far was the worst Ive ever had. My feet were burned and the technician cut into my toe nails while cleaning up my cuticles. She didnt care when I told her that it was too hot the entire time and proceded with reckless abandon. My mother had the same experience with her technician not listening to her when she said it was too hot. He also was digging at her toe nails with the clippers. Now our feet are burned and the polish job wasnt that great either. I will never be returning here and telling people to steer clear of this place.

I get a pedicure and manicure at Avie every two to three weeks. My nail tech, Le is awesome. She is very professional and does an absolutely fabulous job. I highly recommend Le and Avie to anyone and everyone. Love this place.

I came in, they had me soaking for almost 30 minutes before my pedicure started. The guy literally massaged 2 Minutes or less, I thought it was a joke. Never again

Love this place! They all well train w SNS nails and facial is amazing.They are Clean sanitized Plus they even have liner when it come to Pedi. My appointment always on time just on the weekend they late 5/10 mins which I totally understand.Never go anywhere else because I love SNS.

Poor service. Hit or miss experience. Techs double book appts, and are unapologetic. Some techs dont speak English and therefore cannot communicate effectively with clients during their service. Overall, very disappointing.

Paid 120 only because I said that was my budget. The nails I had were not 120 nails. Kelly rushed through my nails. Quality nails with designs should take at least 1 1/2 hours

T is great! Always does a good job and my nails last at least 2 weeks ( have gone 3 weeks) without needing a refill.

Literally tried going back today as I hadnt since my last review years ago and it has now made me lower my rating again! I got a pedicure and the man doing it put a gel base coat as the top coat and I didnt realize it until I got home and noticed how my toes looked.I stopped going here months ago only because I enjoyed a salon closer to my house. However, my salon closed earlier on Sunday and I last minute wanted a pedicure, sns says theyre open until 6pm online but at 430 i walked in to be told theyre closed.

Kelly is amazingly creative as always I just SIT down and let her do what she wants. I always get all acrylic powder no polish and a set easily can last me 6 weeks but I go once a mth so the price is well worth it. This location is a hidden gem very nice inside and comfortable.

Best place to get sns done. Always go to T, when she do my nail they last at least 3weeks with no chips or breakage.

Tthey are under new Management now. They changed the Name of the salon. I love EMILY ! ! She got my nail pedicure and dip power sns done with full designs flawlessly and effortlessly, ensuring many compliments. Hers spa pedicure was so great! The massage was top notch! Wow where do I start ! I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 3 years I’ve referred several family members and friends here and to their 2nd salon they now own S&S nails (next door to TooJay’s) They are 3 nail techs that does a great job and 99% of the time I love my nails ! In the 3 years I’ve had to go back 3 times and each time they had the WORST customer service but I sucked it up because it was close by ! I’ve tolerated their price gouging, seemed like every time I went they were adding an extra $5 or $10 When I would ask about the extra charge they would have an attitude but I loved my nails so I would pay it tip them and return a few weeks later for my same services.Sunday I went in for my fill my reg tech was on vacation so someone else did my nails she spoke NO English except when they wanted me to pay first because the registers were about to close ! So this lady not only put the wrong color and ignored me when I told her that’s not the color I picked she ruined the shape of my nails but I tipped her anyway !Monday I called the salon to speak to a manger to have them fix my nails no manger was there so I called SNS nails I was told to call Tuesday speak to Lisa or Kelly, Lisa told me to go at 4:30 she will fix my nails I leave work early to get there on time to sit 25 min for her to say she’s not going to redo my nails ( she offered to file them )so I asked her kindly if she’s not going to fix them then she need to refund me and I will come back when my tech returns from vacation in 1 month this woman the manger Lisa says she will have to take my nails OFF if I want my money back ! I told her I just want my nails fixed and the color I picked She said they don’t do refunds and if I don’t like how they do nails go somewhere else ! Really ??? I called Kelly At their 2nd salon she’s a manger figured she would want to correct what they did wrong but she was just as rude and unwilling to fix my nails and when I asked for a refund she hung up the phone on me! This salon feels like they have a lot of clients and they don’t need the business however any business that runs like this will eventually fail ! In any business Customer service is EVERYTHING and LISA or KELLY has NONE !

My eyelid was burned when having my eyebrows done. I had to make several attempts to reach the manager who finally called me back. He did not appear to take the situation seriously at all. After a good deal of back and forth I did receive a check for the amount I spent that day. However my eyelid is permanently scarred from the burn. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Before the new management they were a great place to go. This management is awful with customer service.

I was a walk in with no wait at all, they fit me right in no problem! The facility is so nice and clean with state of the art massage chairs and a friendly staff. They had a variety of options for any service you would need. I definitely recommend and look forward to coming back here!

We were heading to Disney for the week. We randomly stopped in. Mary was my technician and she was AMAZING. The pedicure was very nice and relaxing. She did an ombre nail thats beauitful. My son and husband got pedicures and enjoyed them. It was just a nice experience would recommend Mary to anyone local or passing by.

Made an appointment for 3:00pm. Was seen at 4:15pm. Not too happy. I also got a real bad nail fungus acouple of days after my pedicure. I was put on a antibiotic for 10 days. The fungus made a whole in my toe nail. It was bad.

I called and made an appointment for gel color...specifically told her not manicure. The girl put my hands in a cold water bowl and trim a few hangnails...she never cut my cuticle nor push it away, nor gave me a proper manicure... then at the end of the session she wanted to charge me for a manicure... I was very offended. A bowl of cold water does not a manicure makes...when I complained she told me she would give me a discount. I still had to pay for a service i didnt request and didnt get!!! Watch out for their dishonesty!!!!

My nail tech Le, is the only reason for the 3 stars and why I continue to go here. I would follow her where ever she went. The new pedicure chairs foot rest is hard molded plastic and hurt my feet. The chairs are more narrow then the others and the massage controls difficult to figure out.

Okay, recently, SNS has switched management and ever since the quality of service has gone down. Today, I went in for a pedi/mani. I picked my color and started with my toes. After my pedicure I asked for my eyebrows to be waxed and that was done. After that, they changed my tech to put her on somebody else’s manicure and their hostess proceeded to start on my nails. First mistake bc my original nail tech could have very well continued doing my nails. Now, their hostess, the lady now doing my nails - her “station” was not prepared nor ready. I had been sitting for 20 minutes now and only had tips on. She was having to get up after doing one thing to go to somebody else’s station and get other products or tools to come back and do the next step on my nails. When it came to getting my color, she started looking everywhere like she had lost the color I picked. Turns out she never even took it off the shelf! Another waste of ten minutes. She brings the color back to her station and turns out the color is all done. If I would have known that I would not have done my toes the color I originally picked. This is the second time I have came in a row that they were out of the color I picked - why? Does inventory checks and product ordering not get done? And they want to act like it’s an inconvenience that I the CUSTOMER don’t want mismatched hands and toes. I put up with it the first time it happened, but this time is all it takes for me to be done with this store. I have been going to this salon for over a year now consistently every two weeks and I’m just over the blatant lack of customer service since the management changed. I have given multiple chances since that change happened and every time it’s been a disappointment and I pay good money every time to end up being disappointed and it’s not fair at all. Will never be going back

The entire staff was good (Varian) was my tech and he did a wonderful job!

I went to have gel nails done to only have them fall off in days. They redid them, but did them wrong a second time and they cracked in days. The manager didnt care and the owner who promised to return my calls never did. The female manager threatened their attorney because I had called a few times to talk to the owner. They didnt care about doing a good job and wouldnt give me a full refund. Go to Kim Nails in on Good Holmes they are professional and always deliver!

Pleasant staff was seen immediately. Nice decore and great massage chairs

It’s hit or miss every time. I come here because it’s convenient to my home and work - everyone is inconsistent but they are nice.

When this place first opened, it was wonderful. I would go every two weeks for a pedicure. I moved, and it wasnt necessarily convenient to return, but I would go whenever I was on that side of town. Over the past three years, they have gotten hundreds of dollars from me.This past week when I went in and took my stepdaughter with me, I determined that I would never go back again. Without speaking to me, they did gel nails for her, and instead of paying for two deluxe pedicures, as planned they charged me over $100. They didnt care. They demanded I pay. When I refused to tip, they guilt tripped me stating they took their time, they deserve a tip. When I asked to speak to the owner/manager, he wasnt available. They called, and walked away so I couldnt hear. When he came back, they told me I could spend another hour in the salon and they would take off the gel nail polish, and redo her nails, and only charge me $10 to do it.There was no resolve to the situation on their end. The resolution on my end is to not go back to the salon every again.
