Had my sons 3rd birthday party here. Over $200 for 1 hr private bounce. I didnt get his name, but the man that checked us in was a lot nicer when he was checking us out.On the other hand, our Party Pro Riley was phenomenal with the kids.One thing that really worried me was, as soon as a party came out, ours was going in. It doesnt seem like any sanitizing is being done. The same evening after our event, my son & I are coughing with sore throats. Im hoping none of my other party-goers get sick, including my 10 month old.It was a good hour for my 3 year old, but I doubt we would pay to do it again.

Very impressed. Took our 4 year old girl to a birthday party and she had a blast. Very impressed with the staff, as they were able to remember kids names better than I could have. Lots of activities and things to jump on and off and slide down and climb up. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Bounce-U in Chesterfield! We celebrated our daughters 5th birthday at Bounce-U last weekend. From start to finish the party planning process and overall experience was amazing. Chris helped me with the planning process, and he was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and made the process seamless. Poppy and Tweety were our party helpers. They were absolutely fantastic! They both made our party a special experience for our daughter and her friends. Initially I was worried about the cost, but Bounce-U offers affordable party packages that include everything. All we had to do was show up and the staff took care of the rest. If you are looking for a fun place to have a birthday party, or special event for kids Bounce-U Chesterfield is the place to go!

We visited for a birthday party and it was so much fun! They had a lot more inflatables than I thought they would have. Everything seemed very clean and they were very diligent with the hand sanitizer and face masks. My son cant wait to visit again soon!

The kids only bounce for a very limited time then they get shunted into a cake room and cant play anymore. Sort of a cheap party experience.

Gransons bday party...they had a blast!!

So we went there for a friends birthday party. And the kids had a blast they had different rooms that they went through and they had an area the ladies there were really really nice as their interactive with the kids they have this cute little thing that they did at the end where they took pictures of all the kids having fun and different areas and then they put it up on a slide so that the way the kids can see themselves jumping and hopping around. I think that they all had a great time I think there was about 30 kids that joined up but it was amazing.

We had our daughters birthday party here. The staff is super helpful and neat. We literally just booked the party and rest was taken care by them. The cupcakes and pizzas were nice. Bounce play and music was also good. The guests loved it. Best part was that it was a private party.

Loved this place. Had a birthday party here for my son and they did an amazing job! The party team were great with the kiddos and patient with us. They took care of pretty much everything! We just basically had to show up. They even did the clean up. And they did their best to adjust to our needs since it soon can get sensory overload. I have it 4 instead of 5 because the ball guns either were not working very well or not working at all as some previous reviews have mentioned. Also, a caution to parents of sensory sensitive children, they have a loud industrial AC unit and also music playing overhead. The music they cana turn down or off but the AC they cannot of course. So bring your kiddos noise cancelling headphones. All in all, the parents and the kids had a great time. Highly recommend that you have your kids parties here.

Very Nice, staff is very funny & engaging. Kids loved it. They were jumping,running,playing non stop. Make sure to have full sleeves on to protect kids skin from burns from sliding.

My 3yr old loved it. Especially the bouncy slide. Reasonably priced. Looks like it would be great for parties.

We dropped our kids for a Drop n Shop event around the holidays. It was the first time they raved so much about a camp type event. Their fun master Porkchop had them entertained and having fun the whole time, which I really appreciated hearing. Weve been to several birthday parties here as well, and they always do a great job.

Perfect place for our girl scout party!! The staff was so helpful and really engaged with all the girls. Could not be happier with our experience!! Highly recommend this place.

Staff was energetic and kept the party moving. Photo reel at the end was cute, but each room only has 3 or 4 things to do. If they didnt rotate rooms after a half hour I could see kids getting bored.

Such an awesome venue. All the kids (and adults) had a super fun time! The staff are very hands on, interacting with the kids, getting them involved, and photographing throughout your event. Every child felt special and no one was left out.After 2 bounce rooms are group entered the final room where they arrived pizza, juice, and water. A big screen t.v. displayed all the pictures that were taken and we all Loved it!I could go on but Ill leave it with...a JUST EXPERIENCE!

Overall a good experience. Only thing is we ordered a 25 package and had people not showed due to weather, so only 15 kids jumped which is the minimum package. They WOULDNT downgrade THE 25 package TO 15 package when I asked. Said it was locked in system.....sure....... whichs kind of shady to me since literally nothing is specifically setup for 25 kids and they setup on the go. Kids had a good time so I didnt cause a fuss but would of been nice to get charged for the amount that actually used the equipment which was 15.

We had our daughters birthday here and very disappointed with the way it was handled by the crew. We had to tell every time to staff for pizzas to be served to the guests and pizzas were taken away even though all guests didn’t eat their food. This is not really worth for the price that we paid. The most disappointing experience is photos, my daughter can take better pics than the crew. We don’t even have our daughters birthday pics and we paid extra for pics as well. I wouldn’t recommend birthday parties unless they have better crew who can give better customer experience for the money we pay.We were told souvenir will be presented to Birthday girl but that was not even given and everything was so rushed by crew and have to remind crew on everything.

My kiddos love this place. If you want to get them out of the house and outside is not an option, you can let them run around in this fun town.

Young children usually love this place. I have issues with the volume of the rock music they pipe in. It can be sensory overload for some kids and some adults. The equipment is very entertaining by itself and appears to be designed pretty well in terms of safety. I noticed that there are mostly teen-aged staff members present. It was disappointing to see them huddled up and chatting with each other rather than do their jobs, which I assume is helping the customers. When I did speak directly to a staff person they were very polite and responsive and helpful. I just they need to be reminded why they are there and to be attentive. If I may be so bold, I would like to suggest more seating options for the adults who are there with their kids & grandkids. Sitting on the floor is not acceptable for older parents & grandparents. I would recommend this place to families with young children, but it definitely could be improved with a few actions & additions.

This place is amazing, weve had several b-day parties here and they always do a great job with them. Making its easy on the parents and the kids alike. Not the cheapest party ever but, its worth it!

This place really played us out of our money. We had our daughter birthday party here and we were rushed through the whole process. We spent over 400 dollars and was on only there about 2 hours. It was a mess. Will not be returning here

Love it. Its cheap to bounce with the kids Wednesdays at 6:00 pm with the kids. $8.00 a kid and with each kid a parent or guardian gets in free. You go in play for half an hour in one room then half an hour in another. You sweat alot and have fun.The first Wednesday of the month is reserved for children who need their play time a little quieter. My understanding is they turn the music way down or off and restrict the number of kids jumping. Give them a call if this sounds like it would be good for your kids.

If you want to have a bouncing good time this spot is for you. Climbing, sliding. Great work out. Kids love it, but adults too!

So much fun for birthday parties! The party hosts are so engaged with the kids and everyone had a blast. The whole place runs on a smooth system, so the party is quick and easy... the staff does all the work!

Its $10 for only one hour but my kids assured me it was money well spent. The staff was incredibly kind and patient with so many crazed kids. Mine are already begging to go back.

The reason I give this place only 2 stars is because I had a one year old with me and was charged for her to be able to go in, but there was nothing for her to do. If charging for toddlers, there should be age appropriate activities for that age separate from the big kids so there is less chance of them getting very hurt. I will say that I think the fact the an adult is free and able to join the kids on the bounce houses and such so that they can help their kids. I also think the service was great. The workers were very wonderful and good with the children.

The kids had a great time! I thought they would wear themselves out but instead they were just exhilarated. The staff didnt just stand around they interacted with the kids. One of the guys knew everyones name. He especially made it a lot of fun. He took control.

My 5 year old went to their three day create camp. He had the best time and everyone was very friendly and welcoming to him as well as me.

I took four kids there and they had a blast. They even had an adult section where news was on and a place to sit white the kids played. I went during an open bounce so the kids were $10 an hour per kid.

Was very disappointed with the amount I paid to have my son birthday party here. Everything was so rushed and feel like it wasn’t worth the amount paid. Also feel like they got over on the price for the pizza. They got the pizza from Dominos and we were charged doubled the price of one. Very disappointed and won’t be having my son party here ever again.

Despite some not so great reviews we decided to hold my sons party at this location. A lot of one star reviews are because they were not allowed to bring in food. Let me start by saying this is the case almost anywhere you go, and they make it more than clear that you can not. Anyways the party was very well managed, our host Tiny and Brownie were amazing, absolutely amazing and made my boy feel like a king. All the kids loved it, even the adults did. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all. ♡

They do a great birthday party--no work at all for the parents. But, holy cow, its sensory overload. So loud. So chaotic. Just a word if warning for adults.

False Advertising! Offered $2 coupon with the event email. Upon arrival I have shown the coupon. I was told they will accept it. However when she ringed up it did not apply. Them she changed story saying coupon not valid on special event. However she failed to show me where does it say on the coupon neither she had any explanation as to why the coupon was included in the event email! She did mentioned that she is the manager. If you put out coupon honor it or do not put out.

The management is very poor. Each party my kids have attended had issues. The important ones were: my 3 year old attending a party was not being watched and was allowed to walk out the front door and the other issue makes the first seems worse because of safety issues. My 7 year old attended a party more recently and the staff had only few words for us, come back at 10:15. There was nobody else in sight at the entrance to the bounce room #1 and I did not see any parents there so I waited in my car for the remainder of the time. I went in at 10:15 waiting for the party to let out. Several minutes went by and I had to ask where my child was and was directed to a room where several parents were sitting. I wondered where they came from because I had not seen them hanging out in the lobby like I was. Come to find out the parents that were there stuck around during the party in the bounce room. I was led to believe it was a drop off situation, however would have rather had been in the room with my child. Had my child walked out the front door nobody would have been there to catch him like we did the first time while hanging out in the lobby.I could understand each of these occurrances justified had there been a crowd of people but I saw nobody except staff who showed no effort to communicate with me, someone who looked lost, and another family of 4 waiting for their partiers to show up.Unfortunately in the future I will decline party invitations that take place at Bounce U. Its a great place to have a kids party and while mine have a blast the management needs some serious improvements in customer service and safety.
