I took my two boys who are 13 & 9 in last night for the first time and we had such a wonderful experience! Suzanne & Chris were so sweet and caring to my boys. They both received the hot towel/scalp/back massage and loved every single minute of it! We left feeling happy and well taken care with stylish haircuts. My boys have already asked to go back again! Ive always had good luck with this business until today. I was waiting outside the door for my notification that I was on deck. When the notification was received I walked in and was told they had to skip me because I wasnt in the building. Im not sure what the purpose of the on deck notification is if you must be in the building when the notification is received or you miss your place in line.

The staff are always friendly. Ive never had to wait for any extended periods of time. They are very efficient and consistent with Covid-19 protocols. I just think the prices are a little over the top. I had to pay extra for a single shaved line, and it wasnt even straight. Overall I was still satisfied with the cut though.

I took my 2yr old son for a haircut at Wood River SportClips. Shelly was our stylist and she was beyond AMAZING! Not only showed care but also made him comfortable during his whole haircut and was so gentle with him. Also she knew exactly what style of haircut I wanted for him right away and I instantly feel in love with his new hair! Highly recommend, she knows what she is doing!!!

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve had several different stylists cut my hair. My latest experience with Corey at the Wood River location was unparalleled. I’m very picky about my hair, I prefer a 3 piece fade/ undercut and I have a lot of different specifications. There are a lot of ways a fade can go wrong or turn out mediocre at best. Corey did my hair the way it’s supposed to be done. She blended it perfectly, lined me up exactly how I’ve always wanted it, layered and textured the top perfectly, plus she’s super sweet and easy to talk to. I will never let anyone else cut my hair! Corey is my forever stylist!! All my friends were blown away, they said I looked “fly as hell” and I agree!!

Really nice workers and a great vibe, were able to work with me when I got my first cut that wasnt a buzz and I really enjoy the new look :)

Did not follow their own rules for the app never got a cut or a phone call after 45 minutes. I dont get my hair cut often and was extremely put off by this place.

I love to Get my haircuts at this place one because of the atmosphere that it has, It is for men to have sports channels you could be watching football race cars baseball while getting your hair cut. I enjoy when I get my hair washed from here and they use a soothing conditioner that just put you at ease and relaxes you. For the services that you get the quality of service you get is well worth the price.

Same haircut as great clips, more cash. I watch sports at home. Usually go for a haircut when I have nothing else to do. Definitely not when theres a sporting event on that Im interested in.

This place is one of the coolest places Ive ever been to get a haircut. Im not even into sports but it far reach my expectations as far as my haircut goes I got a bald fade. Heather was the beautician specialist I dealt with when she had awesome customer service I will definitely be back here.

I used to be the type of guy to just shave my hair a few times a year and that was it. Never really did anything with it. When I started making a little bit of money and working with people in decided to do something different. I tried several other places like Great Clips and Fantastic Sams. I always ended up having to go back. Then someone gave me a free card for Sport Clips. After the first time I fell in love. I prefer tge manager Dana but theyre all so amazing. They make you feel so welcomed and like they really want to make you happy. They do exactly what you want and if youre not satisfied theyll do whatever it takes to make it right. I strongly recommend the VIP. Its $23 but its so worth it. Im forever a regular here.

The asst. Manager Jen was wonderful. Gave me a great haircut and great experience. I dont think Ill ever get my haircut again anywhere else :).

Not gonna lie, I’m kinda retarded. It was my first time going to sports clips, so I didn’t know you had to sign in. The workers there obviously knew I didn’t know anything, yet they still all stood around and let me waste my time. I eventually walked out.Also, it seems like a place guys named Kyle would go to, so they can get their douchebag haircut.

Waited 1 hr. 30 min. 2 different times thats right 3 hr......to get a terrible haircut. The sides did not even matchup. Will never come back again!

Would give zero stars if possible! Have had nothing but issues with this store! Asked for a haircut and they shaved my beard! Took my son there to get a flat top (very common mens haircut) and they informed me that only 2 people did thayly cut and neither was working! Terrible! Will NEVER come back!

Whoever is taking the appointments at that store is an absolute joke I booked my appointment online then called the store to verify with the stylist I selected then she messed that up called me 45 minutes later and then said they were ready so then I drove down to the store I was almost in the parking lot and she called back and said the stylist wouldn’t be back from lunch for another five minutes and wanna know if I wanted a different stylist I said no I would wait went in there and she said they messed up and called the wrong person, So I talk to her twice on the phone and she messed up both time so I drove down there for absolutely nothing
