I didnt like the fact that they had someone doing my full manicure while I was getting a pedicure. My nails look as if theyre 2 months old. And they are 6 days old. I asked for additional coats of polish because you can see through my nails and to make it look smoother. It doesnt matter at this point, but I will not be back.

They always do an amazing job and everyone is friendly and professional. The location is clean and they keep their equipment and tools sanitized.

First time here and it was wonderful! I went in for a pedicure. Not only did I get a beautiful pedicure but I got a back and leg massage with it! Ill be back the next time Im in Florida!

I had a wonderful pedicure with Shay. She made sure the massage pressure was done right and listened to my comments about being sensitive on my legs. She took her time polishing and took extra care to make sure the toes were painted neatly. Thank you Shay for making me feel relaxed and pampered.

My experience was wonderful! My husband’s was not. His neck, back, leg, and foot massage, ( before pedicure), was very rough, and painful.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and wanted to pamper myself one last time before delivery. The staff as well as my nail tech Van did an amazing job in accommodating me. The massage prior to my pedicure (Happy Feet Pedi) was amazing and my gel manicure was quick and relaxing. I totally recommend this spa to all.

I have been going here since they opened and for the most part I have received good service. This time it was all great except 24 hrs after my pedicure 2 nails started chipping. I hope that we can resolve that with a redo. I’ll have to reach out personally and share my experience and give them a chance to correct. Unfortunately I’m visiting family fir the next couple of days so it will be next week.

My first time here and i loved the salon! Such a great experience and the pedicure area is beautiful. The atmosphere is dark and the pedicures come with a 25 min massage. My gel mani and pedi came out amazing thanks to Shay!

I wasn’t informed until after being seated and they already started my massage that they had no water for pedicures. I paid for a 25 minute massage with my pedicure and received a 18 minute massage. Yes I looked at the clock. The bottom of my feet were still rough and not exfoliated. The water they dumped into the bowl to do a make shift pedicure was ice cold and not relaxing at all. I came home and scrubbed the bottom of my feet. I complained to the person doing the pedicure and again at checkout. I paid $54 for a terrible pedicure but was told I could come back at a later time and they would credit my account.I appreciate the credit for a future visit but I did ask them to discount or give me credit for the visit today as I wasn’t sure I’d be back and they told me no.

Get the signature massage 💆‍♀️. You wont regret it. Blair was amazing masseuse. He massaged a year of pandemic off my body.Pedicure was fabulous too. Minor complaint, they put a lady right next to me when there were plenty of seats available????

Teresa provided manicure and pedicure services for me. She was very detail oriented, gentle and caring. In addition, Teresa was friendly and communicated with ease. I definitely will make an appointment with her for future nail services.

My technician Van is the best. She is very professional and patient.

I really wanted to like this spa but it was a terrible experience.The massage before the pedicure was good and the pedicure was okay. Then I had to wait 45 minutes in between the pedicure and manicure. The manicure was very rushed and the guy did a poor job. The gel is lifting after one week.I was there 2.5 hours for a manicure and pedicure even with an appointment.I had selected a color I wanted but it was not gel so the tech picked out a color that included gel and regular for the pedicure. Unfortunately the nail color was nowhere near the pedicure color but at that point I just wanted to get out of there.I did make another appointment just to give them a second chance but after reading the reviews I’m canceling. Looks like this used to be a great spa but not anymore.

We asked for French manicure. 5 times. The lady spoke no English, I asked the receptionist she said she knew what she was doing. We got no French manicures and were told our nails look nice. Poor communication. And did not even ask if they could fix it. Don’t recommend.

This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The customer service was great! The pedicure and massage was amazing!! You won’t be disappointed!

I waited two years for this and it didn’t disappoint. Always my favorite pedicure spot. Go all in for the Signature pedicure. You won’t look back to the bargain salons ever again after the Signature experience.

My friend recommended this Nail Spa to me and I live down the street so I decided to try it. The ambiance is relaxing the massage that is included with the pedicure was amazing Amy did a fantastic massage ! I highly recommend this place !

The people were super attentive and kind. The atmosphere was very calming. We had a little wait between massage and pedicure but the they were super sweet about it.

The pedicure was great. Got a sip manicure which I really didn’t look at until I went home. They are super lumpy and uneven. The job took almost two hours to complete and it still looks horrible. Won’t be back any time soon.

I had my first massage in years with Amy. She was top notch in her massage technique and making sure I was very comfortable. She worked on many of my trouble spots and I left feeling very relaxed.

The pedicure was good but the massage portion was not good. I’m not sure if there was a language barrier or my masseuse didn’t want to change her routine . I hate having my temples rubbed and she kept applying pressure to them until I could barely take it. The temples are the softest spot of the skull and constant, direct pressure causes discomfort. I asked the masseuse to focus on the jaw and head, but she didn’t understand or didn’t want to do it.I have had other masseuses who understood and did a better job. I always look forward to the massage of the arms and hands but she didn’t do any of that. Normally, I have a great experience at this location. I think I just got the wrong masseuse, and I think there was a language barrier.This place is good but you need to communicate your preferences when you make the reservation. When the right people work on you, this place is four or five stars.

This was a poor experience. We requested and confirmed specific massage therapists when scheduling the appointment. The pedicure was not great. It was rushed. My nails are proof that it was rushed. There was no filing, and the pain job was very poor. We advised of this at check out, but the remedy was to have the same tech redo my nails. I decided to go elsewhere to have them fixed. Very disappointing experience, especially for the price.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have never experienced a company that is okay with losing 3 customers (a total of $160) and with such an unpleasant attitude. Heres what happened. We called to make an appt and the receptionist that answered the phone stated that they had openings all day no problem so she scheduled us at 3 for 3 pedis. We come in and I stated that one of my toe nails were completely chipped and I would need an acrylic repair for that toe. With a look of disgust she looked and me and stated Acrylicc?! Like if she was disgusted by me asking for acrylic on my toe. She then went ahead with saying that I shouldve called and advised that I wanted acrylic on my toe because they dont do that there. (With a rude attitude) Then I said well there no point in me doing my pedí with a broke nail and she would not give me a solution so we said okay well were going to just leave then and she said laughingly okay byeHORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Whoever worked the front deserves to be let go and the manager needs to know that she lost her company money for a simple solution. DONT GO HERE

Don’t make an appointment past 5:00PM.. it is no longer a spa (relaxing environment). They will rush you and not give you the massage or trim your nails properly. The technician almost rip the skin under my nail, that’s how fast she was working.

I made an appointment with the most amazing massage therapist for today. When I arrived on time for my appointment, I was placed with a different massage therapist who did a very “okay” massage. My husband had to wait a long time between his massage and pedicure, despite having these appointments scheduled for over a month. When I brought up the issue about not having the appointment with whom I scheduled, I was told sorry and that there would be a note next time. I don’t understand what a note will do, as I literally scheduled for the preferred provider. What a letdown. Not worth $100+.

Massage not professional; very rough strokes: felt prickly hairs on back of arms when he massages back. Honestly I should have Stop after the first half hour I kept thinking it’s going to get better and better and didn’t.

Ammar was the massage therapist. And he is awesome 👏. But my mail stylist was very bad. Got my feet done in 20min. barely touch my cuticles or file the button ….

It was a wonderful experience and Amy was perfect...she focused on my lower back which was where my pain was before I went there today. Thank you very much and Ill come back for sure.

I had appointment at 1 it was very busy . They assigned me to a nail tech who did not greet me just grabbed my hands and started working . She barely soaked my nails and I said something and she placed both my hands in the warm water and walked away without an explanation. Then a few minutes later a wonderful lady named Shay came and completed my manicure and pedicure and really made up for the entire experience . Shay was very knowledgeable and professional with great communication skills . Please keep her .

This place is great. I do however wish there was longer time for your feet in the bath and that the spa jets were put on. I realize the jets are probably not on though because of the sanitary liner? Today my appointment ran late and I had to come back later. Super sweet nail tech, but would like the massage part to be more enjoyable by being slower and more rhythmic than fast pounding and squeezing. Possibly just an individual technique thing. Otherwise very nice place to have a relaxing pedicure just wish it didnt feel so rushed.

Horrible!! front desk attendant comes out short and careless. Not good first impressionNail polish looks old.Pedicure: I could have done a better job. Lady didn’t go around my nail to get my cuticles. Mind you; no way you can do a good work in the dark.They charge you the amount they do because of the faux “massage” they are not masseuse neither nails tech. Had to be careful getting out cause everything is on the way and you can fall and hurt yourself. Not impressed on the concept they attempt.

Amazing services! We are from out-of-town on vacation and decided to Google spa services. I chose this establishment and I highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and the pedicure that I purchased was the best I ever received. I will definitely visit again. The price was nice too.

I’ve been going to MC Spa since this location opened. It’s always wonderful. Their pandemic protocol is great. The Signature pedicure is absolutely amazing to relax and recharge.

I loved the reflexology massage before the pedicure. It truly made the whole experience and I have never had a pedicure like it!

Amazing! Loved everything. So personal. The brides family and friends loved it as well. They made the day totally special.

I went in for a predicate with reflexology. And to ha e my nail polish changed. The girl I had do my toes and nails was awful! She was in such a hurry that she did a quick pedicure and didn’t do the reflexology massage. When she went to do my nails she knicked most of my fingers just getting the old polish off instead of soaking. Also in the process of removing old polish she wore down my nail so thin it almost when the all the way through. I wouldn’t recommend this place

I just left MC spa and had an hour massage which was fantastic. However my pedicure was pretty terrible. My nail tech was very rushed and had little to no attention to detail. I had to ask him to do my heels several times after he just put lotion on them. He said with the lotion they were better. No that didn’t fix it sorry. I came in with rough dry heels and left with the same. For $45 I could have gotten a much better pedicure elsewhere. Super disappointed. I now have to go get another pedicure and spend more money to get the results I should have gotten with this pedicure. Definitely will not return for a pedicure.

The message part of the experience was incredible. Felt amazing! The manicure on the other hand was absolutely terrible. The technician was rushing the entire time. My nails were uneven and rough around the edges. When I mentioned something about it she became rude. I mentioned something to the manager and she tried acting like the nails looked good. I showed them to the party I was with and they too said the nails were uneven and not well shaped. I had the technician fix them but unfortunately they were still terribly shaped and uneven. The place is beautiful, just the tech that was working in my nails may need a refresher course on now to properly shape nails. I left highly disappointed and unsatisfied with my nails. You’re paying over $100, you should expect to walk out with beautiful nails. Not something I could have done better myself with my gel kit at home. Yikes!

Always a wonderful experience. From the wonderful massage and good conversation to the soothing ambience! Course my nails came out beautiful but the overall experience is just amazing and memorable. It is not the same experience I had before there was Covid. It was special then. Not this time. I have been a client since the day MC Spa opened. My usual tech of many years was negative and made me feel uncomfortable. Services were not of the sane quality.Extremely disappointed....

I went in for powder dip and renee my soul pedi. I called to tell them I was running 15 minutes late. They told to still come in, however I was seated with nail tech she was angry that I was late and wanted to know if I had requested her specifically. I said no, I called notifying them Id be late and asked if there was a problem. She raised her voice, storm into the back and reception came out and asked to put me in my pedi first. My pedi was wonderful. My new tech was very pleasant. But when doing my nails, they were done too thin. Within a day three nails chipped and one tore. Very frustrating because I ve always enjoyed MC prior to this experience, but an you spend $120 you expect a quality that I feel I did not receive.

The one thing that I have not liked lately is I noticed staff is communicating in their own language, and I think that’s very rude

My First service experience with this salon was a full set. It was awful. My nails were not properly done and they did not have the color I like. My nail cracked two days later never again.Second Service- 30 min. Massage was awesome, great service..Third Visit- Massage awesome again attendant Omar was very knowledgeable . I felt great

First time trying this place out. nice place. nice people. no wait. my nails came out pretty good. the only thing i really have a problem with is the price. the polish change for my feet was decent at $10. but then my fill was $30. my nails came out great, but at the same time i’ve had better for waaaay less.

Awesome experience! The spa was so clean and they did a great job checking temperatures of everyone. Everyone wore a mask. Love it! Van gave me amazing nails. She was so detailed focused and did a beautiful job. Can’t wait to go back and see her!

Ive been to this location twice and it is my new go-to place for my SNS and pedicures. The pedicures are like the Spa pedicures you get at a Hotel Salon, more than the average pedicure. Both times I saw Van and she is amazing. Highly recommended. The happy feet pedicure is amazing!

Pedicure was 100% not worth the price. My “15 min massage” that I paid for was less then 5 mins. My legs were rubbed also less then 5 mins. My total pedicure was 16 mins and I paid $30 for that? All of the polishes to choose from looks dried out and very old with not a lot of options. Highly NOT impressed nor satisfied. Would not return.

We just left and out first “happy feet” experience was truly that! My legs and feet feel sooo soft. I could have melted into the chairs with the relaxing shoulder and back massage and the soothing music and atmosphere! Definitely coming back again.

This place is by far the best place I’ve been to since I moved into the area. I might be judging too soon being that this is my first time here as I write this review but I’m actually pretty impressed on the quality and attentiveness of the staff. Ohhhh and the massage I got and I came for a PEDI! Just WOW! If all goes well they might’ve just earned a loyal customer. ❤️

This is honestly the cutest and most hospitable cleanest spa Ive ever been to!First off, the receptionists are so lovely, made my friends and I feel super welcomed and comfortable.They are very clean and cautious with making sure everyone has a face mask if they don’t have one. They will have hand sanitation available, upon which a staff member will apply onto guests before and after the services.This is honestly THE place to be at whether you are travelling or just a local, I am just simply so impressed by the services hereThanks M C spa and nail bar! I’m very impressed with the atmosphere and of course all the girls were very polite and greeting and first they asked me if I would like to have a coffee and I had gel manicure and pedicure actually it was signature pedicure which started with massage, oh it was very good. I love it. The girl mane was Ammy she did a beautiful job.And definitely I will recommend her and I will go to that place and I will have facial in the future.

Mary did such an AMAZING job on my nails! I was very indecisive about what I wanted, she showed me a couple of pictures and went with her idea and it was the best decision ever!! My nails look natural not thick.

All of their staff is super helpful and friendly, they have some very experienced nail techs and massage therapists. Extremely impressed with their quality, the atmosphere is very comfortable, 10/10 experience!

Awful experience. We made appointments to come in together but they separated us. Showed a photo of what I wanted and it’s NOTHING like what I got. Gel is cooked onto my finger skin, cuticles are burnt and tender from the technician missing my nail and hitting the skin with her drill. Just awful. They charged me $65 for this disaster. I’ll never go back, nor will my friend.

I’ve been doing my nails for over 20 years and never did I find someone who can do my nails the way I like it until I came to this Spa and nail bar! My manicurist name is Van and she is AMAZING!!!!!!! I love how clean and neat this place this! I highly recommend to get your services done there!!!

Great experience to relax and get a 30min massage. Pedicure wasn’t worth it though, my feet are still rough. The nail tech rushed thru the pedicure portion and got frustrated easily when her tools weren’t working. You’re definitely paying for the ambiance.

Wonderful service, great relaxing ambience. Also excellent hygiene/safety measures. Everyone wore a mask and I felt at ease knowing that I did not have to worry about bringing covid home to my family.

I felt rushed. My daughter was with me and she finished about 15 mins before me and we had the same service. This is the 1st time I have felt like that at MC Spa.

The massage was good, for the parts of the body that he got to. However, after the time spent on my lower back, he didn’t get to my arms, hands or the front of my legs or my feet which is kind of the whole point of a ‘full body’ massage. The massage on my back and back of my legs was great though.Also, they were playing “Kids Bop” in the massage rooms - which was incredibly annoying and not at all relaxing. Another comment- he wore gloves during the massage which is fine but they were the loose, cheap plastic so I kept hearing and feeling scratchy plastic.Again, I appreciated the extra effort on my lower back but I really needed a whole massage and with gloves actually made for that.

I have been going to MC Spa in Ocoee for more than 8 years and always have a great experience. Teresa does a great job, takes her time and always makes me feel like a special guest. Have not gone anywhere else since going here. Incredible service and superb staff!

MC Spa has done a fantastic job converting their salon to respect the current Covid rules. They put in a lot of effort and I am sure invested quite a bit in shields, dividers, etc. to protect both their clients and staff. My toes look as beautiful as ever and I was very relaxed in the salon. Thank you!

MC gave me all the reassurance I needed to get a sense of normalcy back during this pandemic. Their precautionary measures are excellent. You’re greeted at the door with mask and gloves! The Spa gives you an assurance of safety during this chaotic time. Applauds to the management.

So today the best thing about my experience was my massage with Ammar! Well worth every penny....only have four stars because they need to change their nail techs I was so relaxed but couldn’t enjoy my mani/pedi because the tech wasn’t as good.

This place is great! In a time like this with covid-19, they are taking great precautions! Can not enter the building without a mask and gloves which they will provide you with from outside the building. Technicians wear gloves and face shields with a plastic protector between us. I would 100% recommend going to this spa!!
