Used this company to haul my car from Ocala to The Villages. After given a 3 and. Half hour eta the driver gotto me 5 hours later, Had trouble loading my vehicle onto the truck . Gets me to my house and I asked for my vehicle to be dropped in my driveway which was not done ecause he said there wasnt enough room. The driver was covered in tattoos and I did not feel safe but after waiting 5 hours I was not waiting any longer. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Driver could not find the area I was broken down despite having a house address and nearest cross roads.The driver has unable to down shift his ten speed medium duty truck and had to stop at green lights and almost stalled the truck going up hills. He had to bring the truck to a complete stop to start shifting from first several times.

I was an employee at Cashs Towing. I have seen them cut the catalytic converters off of cars that were supposed to be delivered to Coparts in Orlando. I have seen them over charge on Police impounds. They do not do regular maintenance on their trucks.. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I am not sure how long this company has been in business. There is always room to grow and improve. Based on the other reviews I can only speak on my personal experience. The services requested, agreed price and time of arrival was honored, acceptable and punctual in getting my vehicle towed from Ocala to Orlando on a Saturday morning.

Shady business practices. Shady people. Bad service, property damage, theft; you name it. Do NOT use these people if you value your time, money or property.

The guys with Cash’s were so friendly, helpful and professional. I was in bind and they helped me out on my schedule, not what was best for them. I hope I don’t need a tow again, but if I do I will call them first.

Not all of the company is bad there is really respectful and descete people that work here the silent partners are really good people but Jason is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonerable person that you will ever meet! He will smile in your face will pulling the knife out of your back! If you must use this company do so with caution. I have never seen a boss treat his employees with the lack of respect like he does. I will not go into details about all i know about him just be careful of your self if you have to deal with him

If I could give you 0 stars I would!! Tried to arrange service in the Highlands to be towed just for a flat tire and this guy calls us several hours later like its a joke and says he wont come down the road if its dirt. We discussed it was hard enough to make it with a wrecker said we will see him soon. An hour passes and we have to call the company back to be informed they decided not to service us ans went as far as saying they already told us. No you didnt you simply said youd try and didnt. What kind of tow service doesnt know how to drive down a country road. 🤔and to think aaa uses this pathetic company.

My experience went downhill very quickly Jason and Amber were very disrespectful very rude. They had my truck for an entire week and would not communicate whatsoever really about whats going on I was broke down in the middle of nowhere.. I would have never took the truck there if the tow truck driver did not tell me that he could get it to his shop and I would be up and running in the morning so I had them tow it there 6 days later they ignore our calls and wont answer. Jason went off on me three times for just trying to figure out whats going on with the truck the third time was the 6th day and we were in the parking lot of his shop with my two buddies to fix the box truck we were there for about 3 hours my buddy arrived first about 9:00 a.m. 10:00 give or take he waited around and was just watching the guy and he was in front of the box truck when he arrived so my buddy proceeded to walk over and talk to him and he informed the mechanic that my fiance was in the car with them so they can go talk to her if they have any questions and he was just checking the update of the vehicle the guy was very distant and dismissal so my buddy returned to the car and just kind of watched what was going on he left for like an hour returned left for like another 10 minutes so my fiance gave him full permission to go and figure out whats going on because we need to get back up on the road my buddy walked over there and removed a sensor that was in the under the hood fuse box he walked over to his car and had it tested by the time he returned to put it back in the mechanic came out and grabbed his little card of tools and rolled it back into the shop so we took that as they were done working on it and all of that so me and my other buddy arrived a few minutes later and we worked for 3 hours to get it back on the road they fixed nothing and we still made us pay for something that they did not fix charged us for a fuel pump and labor 760.When what was wrong with it was a ground wire not a fuel pump. There needs to be a negative start option!!!!!

Drivers don’t communicate with front office or customer directly. Front office will forget about your scheduled tow causing further delay with your car getting fixed.

They replaced my transmission, and never returned the core, so now I am out $350.00

If I could give Zero stars I would. Worst place ever! Amber and Jason are horrible people! I took my car to them to replace my alternator which they overcharged $400 for a used one. But the worst part is that i had my 6 year old grandson with me when i picked it up and they somehow broke my hood latch and decided to tie it down poorly and before i could make it 10 miles home the hood blew up and busted my windshield almost killing me and my grandson. When i yold them what happened they just said oh well its not our responsibility.

Thankfully the driver went out of his way to get the job done and keep me safe. The AAA dispatch gave me the wrong time and the driver a wrong phone number for me.I had used Cash towing a while back and they found me on a dirt road with vague directions only because their driver was so helpful. On both occasions they went above and beyond to help a customer.

I give them one star only because I have to. Both times my daughter has been broken and waiting on AAA to send a tow truck the wait was over 5 hours. First time because she was at work they told her she was not a priority. Today called AAA at 12:34 for a tow. After the call was dispatched, she received a call from their office telling her since she was so close to home to walk home then tonight after 8:30 pm she could walk back to her vehicle to meet the tow truck. She was told since she was so close to home she didnt matter.

Set up a tow through AAA. They were late, I couldnt get a hold of their dispatcher to find out how far out the tow truck was, the tow truck left a big oil stain on my driveway. Pretty disappointing overall. However the driver was pleasant on the phone when he let me know he couldnt find my house. 2 stars

Hasd my jeep break down in ocala on my way to Georgia. Cash towing got the call via AAA. They did call me and inform me it would be a 1 or 2 hrs before pick up. Which is usually normal for a busy wrecker company. I should know i drove a self loader for a few years. Well to say the least i had a great experience with them. It was a little over a 5 hr tow back home. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

I have never used them for towing but after what I saw this evening it never will either. First the driver is flying down 200 weaving in and out of traffic going at least 15 to 20 miles over the speed limit Then when he got down close to cr 39 by Stumpknockers. He pulls over to the right and does a quick u turn in front of traffic cutting the car in front of me off. If this is the way their drivers drive I don’t want my car hauled by them.

Called for service 11.17.17 at 0935 AAA advised between then and 1100 repeated calls after 1100am to the motor club, even requested a new contractor ..... denied... Cash’s dispatcher called said driver will arrive in 15 minutesok I thought 1120 I can tolerate that, then the driver arrived at 12:34 I was fuming, then the driver informed me he had been towing for only 2 months, I was pissed, but what he didn’t know was I have been towing for 13 years, so taught him somethings that might keep him alive long enough to make his own family, I stopped him from placing a hook where damage would definitely had resulted, use caution here, or use someone else, AAA’ s TM definitely needs to review this companyI can’t give less than one star to Cash’s towing?And 5 + stars to AAA’s Dispatcher “ Taylor” for doing an awesome job?

Called AAA to rescue my wife who had a tire blow out just 12 miles from this shop. Called at 12:30, 2 delays and still no arrival by the promised time. Tried to phone the facility to figure ETA... they dont even have a voicemail setup. AAA must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for help.Canceled the call so these pirates wont get paid. Wish I could rate them negatively... well deserving.

I was stranded on the side of the road Sun, July 29th, and called AAA. It was pretty hot, and rain was in the forecast. Tim from Cashs Towing took my call. When he arrived, less than 10mins, he quickly checked my car out, and offered me to sit in his roadside truck. He offered me water and some food. He ended up getting a bunch of other calls, and instead of leaving me on the side of the road, took me with him to retrieve the Tow Truck and get things rolling. One call was ahead of mine. He knocked that call out, in the rain, in about 20 minutes. Then it was my cars turn. He loaded my car up and took it straight to Meineke. He suggested them due to warranties, and no BS. I used them before and agreed. We ended up having a fun time, and since I was crying in the beginning, it was much needed!! Thank you, Tim and Cashs Towing!! ☺💜Tim went above and beyond. Anyone needing a Tow, should ALWAYS call up Cashs Towing. They are the best in Florida and will make sure that youre taken care of. Best workers, best truck, and best time!

Had a flat tire late at night when they got there the guy said he wanted to tow it to my house ( five miles away ) because he said too dangerous to change on the side of the road, then when we got to house and he said too sandy need to get a special equipment, its now noon the next day and still not changed
