Waited the 2 hours that they said and they never called back or showed up. It is now 5 hours and 17 minutes after they were called and still nothing. Thank goodness I called a different company after two and a half hours.

This was the first time we have used Quick Witted. Requested a rate via their page and was texted back quickly with a great rate. Made an appointment for next day. JR and Paul were totally awesome and they showed up early, which is great if you have ever waited for a tow.They handled my old 1992 project Bronco with extreme care as if it were a high end SUV, which is also greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them again for their great services offered.🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for sure.

DO NOT HIRE!! Initial phone call was told pick up would be in 2 hours. 4 hrs later and 4 phone calls later was told it would be picked up WITHOUT EXCEPTION the next morning between 8:30-9am. They never showed up. Did not answer phone calls or return phone calls. They completely blew me off! Unreliable and unprofessional

The guys that picked up my husband along with his vehicle were so nice and prompt. I will recommend this service to everyone. You save people with this service. This wife was so worried about her husband along the interstate. To me you are heros.

JR was incredible! We had a flat when we left our hotel and he was patient and funny. He was very professional. Helped us find a great tire place and even checked the rest of our tires for our safety. Highly recommend!

I have to say it was not easy trying to get my car out of a ditch in the forest but JR did not give up and he put 100% in making sure my car was out ! I have never seen a towing company that wanted to actually help. Anyone else would have giving up or catch an attitude. Great work man! Thanks again.

When the driver was preparing my car for towing he put a greasy hand printed t on the upholstery of the drivers seat. When I called to complain his reply was I didnt touch no seat in your car, bro. and then he hung up. Attempts to contact him have gone unanswered. I will turn in my bill to my insurance company but will be seeking damages through small claims. I would not recommend this companys services at any time.When I submitted the reciept of charges to my insurance company thet told me the reciept needed additional info; my name, vehicle, location to and from. In an email reply from the towing company they stated that the reciept could not be edited but they have a log with that info that they could email to me. That was 2 days ago and no email. My insurance agent contacted them to have J.R. treat her in a surely manner.This is just not a reputable company.

This tow company will be the only company I will call from now on. I am not one to leave reviews but when you get such good service and an affordable price, I had to share. Do not call anyone else you will waste your time. Just call The Quick-Witted Towing Company.

My vehicles engine locked at 2 in the morning and got stuck with my 4 kids. He was very friendly and understanding of my situation, even with the time it was, he never made me feel as if we was a bother. He did not have me waiting long and got my family home safe. If anything was to ever happen again, I will only call The Quick-Witted Towing Company. They really live up to their name.
