Never send anything with them they are Thieves they make you pay insurance for nothing and make a list of the items that the box has so that in the end they are not responsible for anything. The box arrived at my house open and broken and the boy who brought it told my mom a senior lady that it came so I take pictures to send it to the company she put the claim in San Cristobal and they took her hair because there was never such a claim I called the Houston office and how they spent 11 days of the delivery no longer responsible but the fault is of themselves for teasing an elderly lady disrespectful because my mom she put the claim on the day of the delivery and told her that the claim was already processed she called every day to see what had happened and they told her that they still did not have an answer and there were many things missing in the box of much value that my mother sent from Houston to San Cristobal the weight did not match the shipment were made the crazy people let time pass and then they said there was no solution and that the boy who worked with them no longer work. I called the company in Houston and they verified that there was no such claim and that the time had passed and I know I could do nothing. So in the end they are crooks thieves. I had time sending with them but after this more never will do not have a security system and they are not reliable at all and they put to work pure malandros and without education.
