We were on a missionary trip when our van broke down at a rest stop. Marks Towing came within 15 or 20 minutes of us calling them, and did fanstastic job getting our 1-ton van onto their truck and bringing it to the mechanic shop. They offered us a ride. The employee was extremely friendly and professional and were very thankful for their quick help. Keep up the good work.

Good towing service. Arrived close to the time when he said he be there and towed to destination with no issues.

Waited for 2 1/2 hours for them to help us change a blow out tire for the spare. It’s a long hot wait in the sun on the side of the road. The employee did a good job with the change when they did finally come. He told us we need to check our own tire pressure ourselves at a gas station. I can’t believe this guys doesn’t have a tire pressure monitor before he sends us out on the road. Overall the tire was changed but with multiple inconvenience to us.

Got a tow and J.P. was super friendly and a genuine good guy. Made the whole experience better with good sense of humor and professionalism. Wish i could have tipped he definitely deserved it.

Called them and got service in 30 minutes! The fastest and nicest people ever- from the moment I called until the moment I got the service! JP brought us fuel and really brightened our moods when we were obviously irritated about no fuel. Hopefully next time I have contact with these guys it will be on better terms but they were a class a act! Strongely recommend!

Driver of truck 4 on 75 south just a few mins ago needs a serious educational lesson on how not to enter the interstate! Traffic was moving slow and I drive a semi he decided to drive flip his lights on, got onto the shoulder just to get in front of me and its all on dash cam. As soon as he got on the interstate he turned his lights off and he was on his phone as well.

I was supposed to have my car towed at 5:00, I called them around 5:30 and it was like I never even called them, like they knew nothing about it so I had to re do the whole thing and set a different appointment and they told me they’d be there 20 to 25 minutes. I called back almost an hour later and they tell me they had problems with the truck and and they are right down the road. Well I’m still waiting right now and I’m extremely frustrated and my lady is tired. This isn’t cool at all.

After my driveshaft tore loose on I75, I decided to call Marks Towing Inc based on the 5 star rating that is shown and because it was way closer than any other towing service. I called and didnt get an answer. I left the requisite message and called another company for assistance. They answered and they got my money. Marks Towing Inc did call back, a half hour later.

These guys are terrific! They are reliable, professional and show up on time. I can’t recommend highly enough!

My engine blew on I-75 headed to Brooksville Florida and I called several different towing places and couldnt get any help until I called Marks Towing. They were really nice and even gave me a ride to the bus station.

My family and I broke down on I75 250 miles from home. We called several companies who all told us no they couldnt tow our truck and camper in or that it would be 2 hours. Called Marks and I was immediately transferred to their driver who quickly determined where I was and what he needed to get us safely off the interstate. Within 20 minutes, Don was on scene and helped get us to safety quickly and safely. They charged us a reasonable rate and stored our truck and camper, also at a reasonable rate for a few days while family got to us. They even helped us get the truck loaded on a trailer so we could get it all home. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or call again if I needed them. Great people!

We were locked out of our vehicle and called Marks (at the suggestion of another tow company who we had called first). The guy who answered the phone was pleasant, and sent David out to us within 15 minutes. He had the car unlocked in about 3 minutes. Not only that, but he was also easily one of the friendliest people Ive ever met. Great service & extremely reasonable cost.

My husband, dog and I were broke down in our one ton cargo van after hitting a semi retread on I-75 north of Ocala, over 1,000 miles from home. David came to our rescue. While he was loading the van we pointed out a wire we had found broke off near the fuel tank. We couldn’t fully diagnose on the side of I-75 with heavy traffic buzzing by. David towed us to a shop in Ocala. Before leaving us he wanted to check something with the broken wire. Turns out it was a ground wire for the fuel pump. He helped us fix it and we were able to get back on the road within a few minutes. Thanks again David!

My car broke down while on my way to work. Fortunately for me, I called Marks towing. They were open early in comparison to other tow shops, and their estimated cost was very reasonable. After my call to Marks towing, I call my car insurance company (Geico). The Geico representative informed me that Marks towing was one of the services they use and that I wouldnt have to pay for my towing!! I couldnt have asked for better customer service and efficiency.

My Cadillac broke down on a holiday weekend on a really bad stretch of highway, while driving from Texas. It took awhile, as there were so many calls. After about an hour, the owner (not sure if it was Mark or not) came in his own vehicle (a dualie) to take us to Sullivan Cadillac. He said he wanted to get us off the highway and hed send one of his guys to haul it in an hour later.....as they were so stacked up. Both guys were SO NICE!
