Beware do not use this company there complete lies and scams. They towed my wrecked car for me to there lot I came to there lot the next day and got my stuff and signed the car over to them being it was paid off and they get scrap value for it so I owed 460.00 for towing and the day and half storage I call you pay my bill they said you now owe 1100.00 I said we gave you the title and signed the car over how am I being charged storage fees they said pay the 1100 or there puting a lean on my license and hung up on me then were rude and hanging up on me this is not the first time hearing about this company doing this and needless to say they didnt deduct the scrap value of the car. Matt was exceptional…..he was personable and knowledgeable. I thought I had a bad battery so my roadside assistance sent me a guy in a pick up truck with a jump box…..I waited an hour and a half for him and it didn’t work……I called back and they contacted Carter’s to send a tow truck to tow me back the dealership and they sent me Matt . He knew a few things to check. He reset the security system with the remote and started it right up. I wish they would have sent him to start with. It would have it saved me hours. And I didn’t have to get towed.Matt you did a great job……Thanks

Our insurance company initially used this company to have out truck towed. The service was good. We later decided to have the vehicle moved again and decided to use this company since they had provided good service prior. This time we called gave the pick and drop off location pre-paid for the service. Around 4 pm We received a call say our vehicle had been dropped off. At 9 pm I received a call from the shop owner stating my vehicle never got dropped. Called them verified the drop off address which was correct. So I am out at 930 looking for my truck.... get to the shop it was dropped off in the wrong spot, in the middle of the roadway blocking access to the back lot! Not to mention the driver never spoke with the shop owner, proper unit number was given and verified as was the name of the business. The driver left my keys on the front seat with the doors UNLOCKED! Called to speak to the owner and the owner stated that he was going to call my insurance company and tell them he never wanted to “deal with me again”. Your driver lost my car, left my keys on the seat, unlocked and in the middle of the road, and you don’t want to deal with me?!?! Don’t worry I will call my insurance company.

Go ahead and call these guys!I needed Carters two days in a row, and they offered nothing but professional, helpful service.Day 1I was given a quote to tow my car and told a time for pickup. The driver, Matt, called to confirm my location and gave me the estimated time he’d arrive, which was the time I was given during my quote. He was very nice and helpful, and was able to quickly load my car. I was charged my quoted price with no extra or unexpected charges, and I was notified when my car arrived at it’s destination.Day 2Chand came for my other car, which died the SAME night my first car was picked up. When it rains, it pours. He showed up at the time I was given in my quote. This time, I needed to go with in order to pickup my first towed vehicle, and Chand was super knowledgeable and also great company on the ride to the shop. If I ever need a tow again, I will 100% be calling Carters. (Hopefully both my cars stay in good repair, though!)Thank you guys so much!!

We broke down in our rv the other day, our insurance dispatched Carter’s towing and they were very quick to get out to us. Jason was fast, nice and knew what he was doing! He got us to our destination quickly. Will always request Carter’s towing!

Everyone I spoke with over the phone to get an estimate for local haul were very kind, professional and quick to respond. Where the experience exceeded my expectations was working with Travis who operated the Truck for the pick up and delivery. Travis was personable and offered to help figure out loading solutions and made sure my haul was loaded properly and safely. He went above and beyond to secure it and offloaded on my property seamlessly. I really was impressed by Travis and will be requesting him fo my next haul. Thank you!

So unprofessional, called a day ahead to schedule towing for the next day. Called them the day of towing and was hung up on multiple times. Unreliable, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

Our truck broke down off 36th Ave just south of 110th below the large bend on the east side of the road outside Belleview on a relatively flat area in front of the horse farms. Carters told us they would be there in one hour. After an hour and a half we called and they told us they were sorry, that they were short handed and that the wait would be another hour. We got a ride from a friend and went into Summerfield to do errands nearby so we could return quickly. We kept an eye on the phone the entire time and when we saw that they were In Transit to our vehicle we made our way back with time to spare. We waited for another forty-five minutes before calling again to see where they were. (We gave them the benefit of the doubt because after all they were short handed so it made sense they were running behind three and a quarter hours.)We were told they had already stopped by and had called us TEN times. It didnt make any sense to us as we had nothing to do while we waited so we spent our time expecting the phone call and checking the phone frequently and we had received none at all. Then they described to us a vehicle that we didnt own or recognize and told us it was down in a ditch when we were comfortably parked on the side of the road and that if we wanted them to return to get us we would have to wait another forty-five minutes to an hour. Im glad they didnt tow that other persons vehicle, it sure would have been embarrassing for them to make such a mistake after making us wait for so long. It may benefit companies to work with each other and hand off the work that they cant pick up in a timely fashion.These people were never rude or impolite, however it was very unprofessional to have accepted the job from the insurance company if they didnt have the manpower to do the job.We eventually had to call another company who took just under an hour to reach us.

Matt is absolutely amazing!!!!!!💝💝💝I called this tow truck company with extreme anger because my mothers car was towed from Preferred Properties. after it breaking down on her on her way home from work. after her 8 hour work day or manual labor, followed by picking up my 4 siblings. All under the age of 15. The vehicle had broke down, they managed to get the children home, n then push the car into the closest parking lot in the following day or so, which was Preferred Properties.I called Preferred Properties to ask about it. After being told they had the car towed, n did not have to have any notice to do so because it was private property. I was enraged in anger and disbelief that is these horrible times that the whole world is facing right now that they would b so inconsiderate to do so. I was completely rude to the lady that answered the phone after her relaying the info to me. I understand that the car is beat up, not in the best of shape, and is also could b considered an eyesore to a business trying to make money... which also brings me to my point of... dont or wouldnt u people (PreferredProperties) think that these people who owned tbe car were already not having the best of time. Considering beat up car, being broke down in thier parking lot. I was hoping that God would b with them and give them the kind of humanity, and decency to give the owners of that car a break and at least give a notice.But no, absolutely not. Not 1 person in that office had the decency to even mention that they could at least have the courtesy to maybe put a notice on that car for the human who owned it... They called Carters Towing, they came and did their jobs, and had the car towed. I called them, spoke with a gentleman named Matt and he turned my day back around. He was so kind. I told him what had happened, and he told me for 150 bucks he would not only give them back the car, but have 1 of his guys get it back up and the wrecker, and tow it back to her house all the way in Ft. Mcoy.What a Godsend!!!!!! He completely returned my faith in humanity that day. That somebody would b so kind to help a stranger that much 🥰🥰🥰 if i ever have to call any place to have a car towed ( God forbid) I will only call Carters towing. I am sooo sooooo very Greatful, and thankful for that man Matt I am literally going to make, and bring him cupcakes. God Bless u Matt for being so kind.
