Came into get a haircut for the first time ever from an advertisement in the mail for sports clips. I Sat in line and called before coming in and telling them about my first time ever coming in and about getting the first haircut for free for joining. Long story short, i sat and waired my turn and the lady came up to see what the coupon/email was and the preseeded to take someone else that would just came in after I was next in line and my brother was next. She ended up saying that the First time haircut wasnt valid at that location??? When it was an letter but also we showed a directly email from this location when we registered online lol. Anyways, I will make sure that this gets to the owner to show them theyve lost a loyal customer. I frequently get haircuts! Around one or two time a month. And due to this unprofessionalism of just the nit knowing how either sports clips is ran or their system, they lost me going here for ever!!

I wish you could rate individual aspects because then this might be different. The first haircut i got there was wonderful. The lady did a great job and i loved my hair. So, I thought I’d go back and get another a month or so later. Well that was a mistake. I got a different lady and she absolutely butchered my hair. I was absolutely floored by what she was doing to my hair. It was cut in patches and it was all different lengths. I told her i was in a hurry but to cover up her terrible haircut job she kept making jokes and tried to put it into different styles in hopes I wouldn’t notice how it looked. Spoiler alert. I noticed. I had to wear hats out of sheer embarrassment of how it looked. She shouldn’t be allowed to cut hair periodt. That sounds harsh but it’s the truth. The manager on the other hand was really nice when i went back and she offered to fix it to the best of her ability. But there’s only so much you can do with a botched haircut. In short, perhaps some people there are good at cutting hair, but its too much of a gamble so i wont be back

I usually see Haley when I come in and everything she does is five stars. From asking the right questions to listening and coming up with new ideas. A bonus is usually the good conversation.

My now 18 year old son has went to many different salons over the years and never gotten the hair cut that he asked for (even providing pictures). Not only does Sports Clips stylists give him the exact cut he wants every time, they are very friendly and priced fairly for the service. The longest hes ever had to wait was 5 minutes. My husband now joins him. Highly recommend.

Best place Ive ever had my hair cut. Id gone almost every month for the past four years and never left dissatisfied. Specifically, Kayla is amazing! I would go to her every time, she would always make sure I was happy and satisfied with every aspect of my hair cut. She was never rushed and seemed to really care about doing a good job. I guess I cant actually speak for the other stylists, but they helped create a very pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere.I didnt realize how good I had it until I moved out of state and got butchered! I wish I could go back to the Stillwater Sport Clips, but alas, life isnt always that easy.

Fantastic service and the online checkin is helpful. Prices are fair but a little higher than I would expect for a pre-teen cut (minus all the extras they offer). Wish they would keep staff, its always a toss up on who youll see.

I am pretty picky on my hair, I get it cut about 1 timer per month, Haley is a great stylist and when I am there she brightens my day as well.

I have been bringing our son here for about a year. He’s 4 and needs haircuts often. It’s the only place that takes their time and doesn’t rush. We have our favorite stylist Arin but I’m sure they are all great!

Wait was 20 min on arrival. Suddenly wait went up to 39 mins after husband had already checked in and was waiting. Waited forever. Not cool. Especially not cool with wife and 2 little ones waiting on car. That said, one of the stylists did give a great cut.

Good haircut and beard trim. If you are a veteran, let them know. You get a discount.

I love the service and the stylists, but the online check in never works for me, and the local providers get in trouble if you call to check in. I am probably going to move to a normal salon so I can just make appointments as usual because of this.

I bring my son here for his haircuts and it pretty consistent every time. Im not sure I like the new system for checking in. It lacks a personal touch and is not very user friendly.

Supposed to be open 1000 to 1700 on a non holiday Sunday and they closed over an hour early. Hard to walk in and get a hair cut when your cant trust the employees to follow their own hours.
